Absolutely the BEST nail salon to go to! They are always so sweet and wonderful! The salon is open and bright, comfortable chairs, and it just feels so relaxing. My nails always are amazing and unique! I wish I didnt live across the country or I would get my nails done here every month rather then every time I visit the area!

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. I told the guy doing my nails, while he was doing them, that I hated the way they were turning out. He kept saying “they look fine.” They were lumpy and thick, none of them were the same shape and polish was everywhere. He told me at the end it would be $45 and I told him that was a lot of money for a full set I hated and he said “no that’s not a lot of money” and to pay up or sit so he can take them off. He told me his name was Steven but I’m pretty sure I heard someone call him Kevin earlier. He’s the older guy. The lady working with him even said they looked bad when he got up. I had him take my nails off because I wasn’t about to pay for that mess and he made my cuticles bleed on every nail. So. Don’t go here or go to a lady.

Probably the worst quality dip manicure I have received. The person who did my nails was rough, rushed, and my nails look uneven and blotchy.3 stars because the woman who did my nails was sweet, and made me feel comfortable and valued. If I go back again, I would request her for both services.

So where do I start. I had a pedi and a full set. As soon as I get home I notice the skin on the bottom of my feet is still there.. clearly it was not taken off as it should have been. My nails a gel mani with a fill well it chipped the NEXT DAY. The price for all of this SUPER expensive for a TERRIBLE job. Long story short RUN. Try and find a place that will give you a clean, friendly, reasonably price atmosphere with work that matches that quality. You will not find it here

Ive been going here for almost three years. Its always a calm atmosphere. It doesnt have an overpowering smell of acrylic. They serve drink, everyone is good here. The establishment is really clean. They use sterilized equipment. Plan to receive superb attention and service.

What I asked for vs what I got. I told him dip with ombré like tip. I asked him to make them as thin as possible he wouldn’t and told me they would break to fast. He proceeded to do acrylic even though I asked for dip. The photo I showed had round tips he sharpened mine. Then added gel. Even THOUGH I SAID DIP. When he did paint them he didn’t do ombré he just cleaned it making it one color and straight. I asked him why isn’t he doing ombré. He said this looks better. He charged me 82$ when I didn’t ask for any of this.

My favorite nail shop! From the ambience, service, to staff it/they are all amazing. My nail tech took the time to truly give me an amazing pedicure while keeping me engaged in conversation. As always they never disappoint.

I wish I took a before picture to show how horrible my acrylics were. I had a wonderful experience here! My technician took her time to remove my old set. She recommended trying Dipping nails and I was not disappointed at all! Not to mention this is probably the first time I was able to show a picture of a design and it actually came out better on my nails! They are super meticulous and the place is beautiful! Lastly, making an appointment via yelp was so easy with an awesome response rate.

I read reviews and they were mixed but I just wanted a pedicure. I called and confirmed they had availability, employee said to come on in. The service was efficient, everyone was nice. The gentleman that did my pedicure was courteous, offered a beverage and was thorough. I would go back for sure. Visiting from out of town but glad I went.

Ive been to ALOT of nail salons over the years and this one is a standout for sure. LOTS of technicians, stations and pedicure chairs. Bright and clean and plenty of southern hospitality. Im always offered water, and sometimes a snack. Even wine on some evenings.

My favorite nail salon. Im loyal to a good nail salon when I find one. Ive tried countless salons in town and this is the best. Some technicians are more skilled than others (could also be personal preference with shaping and paint technique). My nails last long whether I do gel or acrylics. Usually 2 1/2 - 3 weeks. And theyre not too thick. Nice and classy, natural looking. Even when I get long acrylics they look like my real nails.

Arrived in Nashville but had lost some polish on one if my toes. My sister had polish messed up on one of her fingernails. There was no wait, and they did an excellent job for both of us. Since it was basically a touch up. They didnt charge us, but we made sure to give them a generous tip for their time.I love how clean it is there and doesnt smell like a nail salon.

I went to Green Hills with my mom & decided we wanted to get our nails done. They’re located directly outside of the mall in a plaza and it was perfect. They were able to take walk-in appts so we decided to get pedi & mani/pedi. They were very kind, we were offered beverages and excellent service. I was waiting on my phone to get fixed so I was on a time crunch but they were very quick. I’m posting this almost 3 weeks later and my toes still look/feel amazing. I got a gel pedi & my mom did SNS and still look salon fresh.————they have increased their prices but the experience was worth it! Thank you Posh Nail spa! It was definitely a good experience.

My husband and I love to come here for pedicure dates! We get the organic pedicure and LOVE the amount of time they spend massaging your legs with each step... so relaxing. It’s our favorite spot in Nashville!

My sister and I came here to get our nails done as I have wedding to go to this weekend. The girls at the salon were so sweet and helpful picking out colors and styles. I went for gilded in gold and my sister got the cat eye gels - both came out so well but the cat eye gel is just so cool. Ill definitely be coming back and getting the cat eye gel in the future!

For starters, I had great results the last time I went... however this time was absolutely horrible. I booked an appointment online and when I arrived, they said that it was my responsibility to call.. after booking online.. to confirm my appointment. This felt very arbitrary to me, why would they even have the option to book online if I had to call anyway. Especially because I received confirmation text messages for my apt. Well, my requested nail tech wasn’t there and they had someone else do my nails for me. He was extremely rushed and did not shape my nails properly or take the time to even them out. Through out my manicure he would continuously get up to answer his cell phone or the salons phone.. leaving my nails half painted, this just made the polish look very uneven and just sloppy. I’ve never been so upset with a service before. The man doing my nails could clearly tell I was not impressed or satisfied with my experience, still charged me the full price and then proceeded to tell me that if I wanted them to look better I would have to get a full new set instead of a fill the next time. I will not be returning, this experience was rushed, unprofessional, and was honestly a super big buzz kill considering how excited about the last experience I had prior to this one. I literally left this salon and drove to another to get my polish fixed... I just feel like I wasted my time and money. Don’t recommend going here unless you have a specific nail tech that you know will do your nails to your standards

I saw this nail salon on Google after visiting another nail salon in the area and having a terrible experience at a near by salon. I was by far blown away by the service, the cleanliness and my nails. I also love that theres a massive parking lot in the back. I will definitely be back again!

Ive always come here when Ive lived in town. A few of the beginner nail techs end up giving me slightly crooked nails or a similar small imperfection, but they are all still better than any other nail salons nail techs, in my opinion. They always insist on fixing something small even when I didnt care, which shows their passion for their art. And when someone is passionate about what they do, theyre gonna be good at it.

Ive been there twice and got my nails done the first time .They are extremely skilled and take their time! I got a pedicure on the first visit and it was okay. The receptionist informed me before paying about the extra charge when you use a card, but let me pay without the charge since it was my first visit. Overall, they do a great job and are up on the latest trends and styles.

I was referred by a friend and loved the service. I would love to have had a television to view. Without a television(s), you rely on your phones and none of the chairs have power supply ports for recharging electronics. Of course you could enjoy the view of people passing by on the trail.

This is a place where they care about the quality and satisfaction of your nails. The prices here are fair, and they offer so many types of colors, nail toppers and services. Also I want to add if you are worried about coming here during the pandemic, dont be! they take extra precautions to make sure everything is clean and safe. They check the temperatures of everyone who comes in, and require that you wear a face mask and wash your hands.

Perfection!!! I had the best pedicure tonight! Nail tech for pedi paid attention to every detail from cuticles to polish.I ask had dip powder done on my fingers. They are perfect!!! I’m a perfectionist when it comes to my nails...and this is perfect!I don’t live here, but when I’m back in Nashville to visit my college student I will definitely be back.

Was able to get a same day appointment on a Sunday for my girlfriend and I. They had face shields, everyone wore masks and staff were friendly. My manicure and pedicure were good. Not the best attention to detail I’ve ever seen but not complaining- they did fine.Salon seemed pretty clean. I do pay attention to detail... chrome bases of rolling stools weren’t polished for example. I would have appreciated someone wiping down the chair and message control before I sit down so I can see it being cleaned.I give 4 stars because we were not offered a drink, because the chair wasn’t desinfected while I could see it and the file they used on my friends feet did not come from a sealed bag indicating it was for sure desinfected. It’s a solid salon for sure, above average- but I’m super OCD about hygiene so will keep looking.

Went today for my first time. Beautiful & HUGE salon. Lots of stations (nails & feet) I was looking for something specific (French Face/ombré) Whatever you want to call It lol, walked in they were slammed but I was immediately greeted & checked in. I showed the receptionist what i wanted and she said okay & to have a seat. Same girl Came by and asked if I wanted any drinks/snacks, I declined but that was a nice touch. My nails turned out absolutely perfect! She was so detailed and meticulous I didnt have to point out one issues to be fixed! It was perfect! Would recommend 10/10! Only pointer I would give is to make an appointment! Which I will gladly do next time!!

My 95 year old mother went in to have her toe nails cut. I ordered a pedicure to have that service. They cut her fingernails too after we told them that we only wanted toenails cut. Charged for a mani/pedi. No polish. Reluctantly he gave me a $22 gift card after charging $60.

First - quoted $40 for full set. Guess there was a misunderstanding because it cost me $60. No displayed cost of services. Felt like it was a make your own priceSecondly - such a ruckus with two ladys speaking so loudly it was disturbing. Speaking with video and open mic. Not a relaxing situation for me.Lastly, the women who did a my set stayed late and should be commended, hence the $10 tip. On top of the $60 charged when quoted $40 in person.

I have been coming here for more than a year now and I have yet to be disappointed. The ladies have always done an amazing job and my friends and I always leave with satisfaction service. This place has been my little secret for years but theres no denying the attention to detail, warmth and consistency of this place. LOVE IT. Always welcomed, always leaving refreshed and cared for.

Ok where do i begin? I have been super pleased with my experience thus far. I have tried several of their nail techs and they really are all good and that is coming from a very picky client. There are the type of people that can get their nails done every other week at a different nail salon and not care. I on the other hand cannot!! I have literally walked out of other places with a hand half done.. lol. So that gives you an idea of my standards. That being said i also love the decor at this Salon. It feels very high end and i value that. I really cant say enough good things about this place. Come try and you won’t be regret.

A few days ago, my girlfriend told me about this new salon she this place. She went on to tell me about her experience and OF COURSE, I immediately made myself an appointment for an acrylic fill. Honestly, the only reason why I made an appointment here is because I fell in love with her nail shape and color.

THEY WILL SCAM YOU. I took my girlfriend to get our nails done as a pick me up after she had to put down her childhood dog. they charged us $85 and $95 respectively for a set of dip with nail extensions. I thought the price was ridiculously expensive, but I paid anyway and gave them each a $20 tip. after thinking more about how expensive the pricing was, I called on the phone and they told me the price of dip with extensions was only $60 for a set. I spent $220 for nails that shouldve been $120 and the nails really weren’t that good. do not go here.

Posh Nail Spa was super clean. I was able to socially distance while enjoying my manicure. The staff wore face coverings the entire time. Not to mention, Kelly did an AMAZING job on my manicure!

This is my all time favorite nail salon, but today I left in tears. As always, I asked for a manicure, pedicure and gel fill in. The lady who did my pedicure is awesome. She usually does my nails. However after my pedicure today she assisted another customer while her coworker took over to do my nails. He did not do any kind of manicure service at all. He simply drilled the gel off my nails (hurting my fingers several times in the process) and started the fill in. My nails look terrible. They are uneven at the ends, the polish is all over the place (which I can only attribute to the fact he skipped the primer step and went straight to the polish), and the entire nail isnt even covered. Although I was not charged for the manicure I was more than willing to pay for what I wanted. Kevin was very helpful when I called offering to fix my nails for me, but after already spending 2 hours in the salon I had to go. Im optimistically hopeful that they will make things right when I have time to return.

I walked in to have my gel removed, and a manicure without polish. After I paid $32 for this service, I noticed that six of my nails still had small pieces of gel on them. A no polish manicure doesn’t involve oil or even a topcoat, and still costs the same as a full manicure. I asked for a partial refund afterward and was told in a chorus by the entire staff that they couldn’t and wouldn’t refund anything because it’s “against their policy.” They did offer for me to sit down again, but I would honestly rather just make sure my nails are the way I want them by doing them myself. I would have paid about $10 for the job that was done.

Awesome pedicure! The atmosphere was relaxing and the people were super nice. They did a great job! Also, the massage I got with the pedicure was AMAZING! Some places just do a quick, cursory massage but here, this place is not one of them. I will definitely come back again!

The nail technicians here are extremely talented and take the time to give you a perfect manicure or pedicure. My pedicure lasted about an hour with a full foot massage included. Heaven on earth. The techs are very talented and always do a great job. Ive been coming here for over a year now and I wouldnt go anywhere else. You never have to wait long! This place is great!! I highly recommend.

I love this place, but they do get busy. They slipped me on 15 minutes before closing and did an amazing job. The place was so clean and the staff so nice. My nails and cuticles were perfect. I have found one of the best nail salons in town.

I searched Google and came across this place which was 10 minutes from our timeshare. The technician who did my pedicure was very professional and considerate. She spent a lot of time massaging my feet and applying the polish. My pedicure looks great and I will certainly be coming back again!

I had a wonderful experience with Kelly, she was gentle with my cuticles and no bleeding! She was out of the color I chose for my dip mani and she mixed two colors and created the color I wanted, how wonderful. Only reason why I didnt give them a 5 star is because I wasnt offered anything to drink. Love love my nails and will be going back.

Any nail salon is good/bad because of their technicians. The product quality matters but so does the technician. I have been coming here for a few months now and I am never disappointed. They have drinks and a very relaxing atmosphere. I always get a pedicure. They are a fun, sweet and very meticulous. Definitely coming back, not for the price or the free drink, but for the meticulous technicians.

The service was top notch for me and my sisters. I didnt feel trapped in a small room, and it didnt smell either. I will be coming back with friends.

Ive been coming here for about A year or so, and I will never go anywhere else. Everyone there is always so kind. There have been times where I had to wait 15-20 minutes as my nail tech was running behind working on someone else, but given the quality of service, I dont mind. I am from out of town and was here on vaca and wanted to take my 3 daughters to get our nails done. After a little research thanks to these obviously false reviews I decided on posh and called and made an appointment and told them specifically what we wanted and they said yes absolutely no problem. When we got there is was another story, apparently this establishment only has one real nail artist in the building and surprise surprise she was off that day (they couldnt tell me that on the phone ofcourse), so had to decide on option 2 for nails but guess what that one artist is also the only one that could do ombre as well. We still sat down reluctantly because we were hoping the actual nails would be worth it, they were NOT. None of the tools were cleaned or disinfected before they used them on us or after and just shoved back in this dirty old basket, she cut me twice and actually caused me to bleed, and as soon as a party of 10 came in they started rushing us out but did not ask how we liked it did not say thank you or anything. When I stood up to pay my technician came over with gloves on she had started to use on another persons feet and grabbed lotion and grabbed my hands and started rubbing them!!!!! So disgusting and could not care, my tech was so lazy she wouldnt take the time to total all of our bills so I had to pay twice. Please do not bother with this place, you will regret it. My nails look horrible as well luckily it was my last day of vaca and my normal nail tech is amazing and will fix all of her mistakes.

Love this place! Not exactly the most luxurious, Offered me a drink upon arrival, made sure I was comfortable at all times and would show me my nails as they worked on them to ensure I was satisfied. The ladies are so sweet and meticulous.

It was incredibly busy, a sign of a good place in my mind. They were able to balance the amount of time spent with each customer with the never ending influx very well. I never felt rushed, and they never turned any one away. I will definitely go back.

My go to nail salon. Have tried quite a few around town and none match to the quality of work they put into doing nails. My nails are always immaculate, shiny and last forever (almost too long! Can go 4 weeks if the new growth didnt bother me so much!) Even if you are not from the area, worth the drive!

This is one of my favorite nail salons in town. Theyre very professional, each nail tech works hard, and they make sure to deliver exactly what the client wants. They provide complimentary water, have a huge selection of colors for gel, Nexgen, and acrylic. Also theyre very good about cleaning and keeping their tools and seats sanitized. I recommend this nail salon to anyone.

Went in today to get a gel manicure. I love getting my nails done, but it’s a treat to getting my nails done, and I was looking forward to a little “me” time. I didn’t mind waiting 15 minutes, as I wasn’t in a hurry. The man who was my technician was absolutely terrible. Rushing from the moment he started. I thought it was so strange because he didn’t use anything on my cuticles at all, he just started to “trim” them. But he wasn’t even taking any cuticle. It was so strange. Almost like it was a hidden camera show. I came in with red normal nail polish, and he didn’t even bother taking off the red that was outlining the nail. Then, he shaped them and started painting. Tried to talk me into dip at least 5x. I’m fairly quiet and have NEVER left a review anywhere. But I got in the car and just cried. $40 + tip, and my nails look like a 5 year old did them. Maybe it was just a bad day, we all have them. But when I finally convince myself to get my nails done and have an experience and result like this, it’s really sad. Luckily it will only last 2 weeks, right!?

Got my nails done here and they looked good at first, but the polish chipped off within two days. They were nice enough to fix it free of charge, but now (just 6 days after getting them done) my acrylics are coming off and chipping away and raising up. I am so disappointed. Please dont waste your time or money here

Ive always booked appointments and always had great customer service. They have a wide array of colors to choose from, and have even mixed a couple of OPI dipping powders to create a new one for me. Super easy online booking. Hidden gem Town!

The staff there were friendly and highly skilled. The salon is clean and modern with a calming inside zen decor. They use freshly sterilized packets of nail tools, very accommodating.

Im not sure why anyone would rate this nail salon a 1...I had a fabulous experience here! I opted for the basic pedicure with gel nails and a manicure with gel nails. Everything was perfect especially the color I chose! The foot massage was the longer and best I have ever had (and I go to nail salons very frequently). We had a wonderful conversation while I was served wine. I was very relaxed and cant wait to go back. Everything was very soothing.

We had already made an appointment for two pedicures and only had to wait a few minutes. The place was spotless and I loved that everything was wrapped in plastic as I am a bit of a germaphobe and am hesitant about having my nails done.

Love Posh Nails! I am very picky about my nails. I like the polish to the cuticle but not on the cuticle, I like my Nails round with the edges smooth, I have to have to really clean cuticle and I need them to last. Posh Nails hits the mark on all of these! Deff coming back.

I came to nashville to visit a friend and wanted to get a pedicure. My nail tech rushed. He did NOT remove all of my previous nail polish. I had to literally ask him to remove all of my old nail polish. He painted on my cuticles and did not even remove my cuticles.my nail polish was done horribly. Half of my nails werent even painted. My feet looked better before I came in the door. Do not come here.

Great place! I made an appointment an hour before, was seen immediately and given great service. I got a pedicure. Very happy with my service.

I has been coming Posh Nail Spa religiously for years. The environment was so well. The owner was ready for me when I arrived. Staff did a great job! And My pedicure feel exciting as well as natural. So I will definitely go back.

Loved it!!! This is my second time here! The first time was about 5 months ago. I wasnt a fan of the way they did my pedicure. I decided to give them another shot. I had the same technician as last time but she was perfect this time around! Im very picky about the way my nails look and I could not be more pleased!

My daughter was here a week ago. I brought her back today for a repair with an appointment. Went in with her just to get an estimate of how long it would take. (Maybe I had time to run an errand) She had her choose the color etc but never answered my question and asked twice for an approximate. Is this because of COVID19? My first time being there and didnt get a good feeling at all.

Ive been here three times and they always remember me and ask how my sister and whichever friends I brought last time are doing. The color selection is very big and thats always a nice option! Glad found my new nail place.
