The worst lab company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Their offices are old, dirty, and overcrowded (with no ventilation during these pandemic times). Phlebotomists do their best, but it is clear this is a poorly managed company that does everything on the cheap. Billing issues abound and confound. For example, they sent me a letter confirming payment of a bill, but according to my banking activity the funds were never taken from my checking account. When I call them about it, they say the bill is going to collections because it hasn’t been paid — even though the only notice I received was that it had already been paid!! The billing associate is rude and keeps contradicting herself. Just awful. Wish United Healthcare would dump them and go to Quest. Never had these issues there.

This place deserves to be shut down. My husband went in to drop off a sample and he was grossly dismissed and his sample was mishandled. The man behind the front desk dismissed him when he tried to inform the man that his sample needed proper handling within a certain amount of time. They do not care about their patients and how their lack of care and respect impacts others. If my husband disregards rules and protocols at his job people lives are on the line. They literally had one job to do and it was an epic fail. You get paid... try to care just a little

DO NOT GO HERE! Your local wh*rehouse deserves one star, this is even worse. After waiting for nearly an hour and a half, I over hear someone behind the front desk say they dont take walk ins, even though online they said they do! After I pay 4 dollars and leave which was probably better spent on McDonalds, they text me saying theyre ready to see me! Cant believe this place is filled with such incompetent people and they are entrusted with taking blood. The people running this place wouldnt even be able to run a lemonade stand.

Extremely unprofessional. They looked like they were on drugs when I was there. They had no desire to work there whatsoever and the door didn’t open for the customers. So, a client who was sitting there had to open the door for every customer. The staff should be from very rude background because they lack of professionalism and had no clue how to talk to people. If you have other options please do consider that, rather than coming here.

Dont go here unless you want to spent hours of your life for a drug test that takes 2 minutes. Pick another location this place is slow I waited 3 hours to be seen

Had an appointment for routine bloodwork for my 9month old. They told me to wait in my car and would call me when I was allowed in. Never did. I called them and it would send me to voicemail. Somehow got connected to someone in Delaware who forwarded back my call to this location. They told me they were closing in 5 minutes and I had to reschedule because THEY forgot I was waiting. Oh and I had to pay the $4 parking fee

Avoid this location if possible. Rude employees and terrible service each time I’ve been here except once. Not sure what happened to the pleasant and professional tech who drew my blood last year but haven’t seen her since. LabCorp should overhaul this location.

$4 Parking and when you enter the building from the parking lot, you are taken through a maze to find the office. Give yourself an extra 10 minutes if it’s your first time here! Average experience once inside. I had to ask for Purell; which should be readily available during a pandemic. I manage a medical office and you cannot avoid purell at our office.

Worst lab Corp ever. They are extremely rude. Very bad customer service. They will only say A word once and if u ask the second time u will get an answer in an extremely bad manner. and the counter lady had a bad day and kept screaming for no reason and messed up my paper work. She made me sign papers 2wise and throw out the first set of paper. asked for my debit card the 2nd time. So after the drug test is over I came home and checked my bank she has charged me 2 times for it. Good job Lab Corp.

My appointment at3 pm and i wait 2 hours then they called my name.... same as like everyone...

Came there today to take pylori breath test and fasted for 24 hours, they told me that I should have never drank water in 24 hours, no one has informed me about this. Last week I went to a different place and they couldnt done the test on me because of the whole Covid situation, I only have one day off to waste it on trying to get a damn test, now I gotta wait another week to maybe get it done. So I have to suffer with this acid reflux without madications until I take the test...

Avoid this Lab!Rude service and they could not find my doctors lab request. I wasted my time going there.

This place is a joke. Rude employees. Lack of custumer service. I definitely do not come back to this nasty place. Employees most be working as veterinarian due the animals do not talk.

I’ve Been calling this location for over a week multiple times a day for some important info. I have yet to be able to reach anyone or get help.

The doctors office informed me that they faxed the test order to this location. Unfortunately, it was weeks in advance of my appointment with Lab Corp, so I have been trying for 2 days to get someone on the phone to confirm receipt of the test order. The recording keeps saying to call back later. At one point, I received a prompt to leave my information and someone would return my call, but that has failed to happen. This has been a nightmare.

I saw the other reviews that warmed of Doom and gloom. The place was nice staff was friendly and the check-in process was automated with a computer that scans your license. Sounds like they took the feedback from the previous posters and improved significantly. Also the bathroom didnt smell at all. So LabCorp good work on improving so much in such a short time

Had a wonderful experience clean place not more than 5 min wait I had a pre employment for my TLC license i was in & out in less than 15 min they were good people I general I would definitely recommend it for anyone that needs quick lab work

I visited at this location today for lab work and came out in 20 minutes.Phlebotomist was welcoming and excellent in her job. The new location is more spacious and clean. I thank you for your dedicated service.

There is absolutely no parking whatsoever in this labcorp location, if you must come here I suggest you take the bus or an Uber! DO NOT DRIVE HERE!

Ive been here 2 times for drug test and didnt have a single problem. I dont get why so many people have issues. Yeah, true that Indian or Asian guy is bit rude and impolite. Other than that service is very prompt. I literally got out in 20 minutes. They dont have parking but there is a private parking lot in the back of the building and its gonna cost you 3 dollars. I prefer this location for T&LC drug test than any other locations. Will be back here again.[And make sure you go to the right floor once you get here. Its on 2nd foor, suit 2-2. Its pretty complicated if you are here for the first time.]

Took my two year old daughter there and we waited for a very long time to be noticed (say it with me: Hi, can I help you?). It appeared the techs had no experience whatsoever with drawing blood from a toddler. Neither tech were able to find a vein, but only after my daughter is now terrified of labs. We now have to go to a childrens hospital in Valhalla.
