I had to ask for card and name. When i see good work I come back.

The service was good. The reason for the 3 stars is because I made an appointment during my lunch break. I got there and still had to wait an hour before being served. It would have been nice to know they could not take me at my appointment time

I had a gift certificate to use so I got a pedicure which did not hold up well-not even one day! But what I was most disappointed with was the behavior of my nail tech as she was on her cell phone nearly the entire time I was there. She spent 90 minutes working, on and off, on my toes. Several times she got up and disappeared into the back room to conduct business on her phone. I was certain her behavior would be corrected by a manager at the facility but nothing happened! I will NEVER return.

Don’t go. i paid for a pedicure for $58 & it was terrible.

This place is AMAZING...I have been coming here since I was young and my mom before that. You feel like family everytime you walk in the door..please go check them out...!

Joann was very friendly. She did an awesome job on my nails. The atmosphere was relaxing. They also took the necessary precautions to keep customers safe during Covid 19. Great customer service !!

Ive gone there forever. My grandmother and mom do, too. Tran and Christy are like family. Love it. Always perfect!

Both my feet are bleeding, for my pedicure, I will never go here again. She said I had a in grown toe nail, after she cut my big toe. I have never had a ingrown toenail. My kept bleeding and she just kept repeatedly saying its okay I got this. Horrible experience. Should have known not to go there because my husband had to surgically get his entire toenail remove after his visit. Just dont waste your time.

I love, love, love this place! I have come here on and off for the past 2 years and I wont go anywhere else! The prices are wonderful! I LOVE my guy he is wonderful and hilarious. Everyone is friendly and it is a very relaxing atmosphere.

I love my nails! My tech was so fast and knew exactly what I wanted. They have so many different colors it was hard to pick!

Great place! Wonderful staff, Tran and the other ladies were so nice! They knew all of there regulars names and were welcoming and inviting. Tran payed so much attention to detail making sure everything was how I liked it. Beautiful salon! Definitely coming back.

My past nail salon experiences haven’t been to great so I went into this salon very skeptical. Was I wrong to be skeptical. They were clean, have honest prices, and great company though the whole experience. Will be going their for all of my nail needs maybe even waxing to :)

Went in he said there would be a 30 to 45 min wait I said ok Ill wait outside Ill be back I went in 30 min later he said I didnt tell him Id be back I SAID YES I DID, HE SAID HE DIDNT HEAR ME AND ALREADY FILLED MY PLACE. That was a waste of time !!!!!! Dont bother

Great customer service, and the lady took extra time to help my fiance pedicure. It was his first time and he enjoyed it.

I had another great visit. Nicki did my pedicure and she was amazing!! My feet feel great and look great not to mention I enjoyed my conversation with her. Kristy and Tran did my nails. Kristy does the best powder I have had and the atmosphere is so fun and friendly!

They are very friendly and its very clean and the service is great. I will be back.

Ive not been to this place often but they consistently give timely service. I was able to get a same day pedicure appointment. And they do a great job. Oh and did I mention the massage chairs...#R&R

I am super picky and tried several places before trying Nail1st Unlimited and have been a loyal customer ever since. They do excellent work. The wait is sometimes a little long, but when youre good, that happens. I would highly recommend this place.

My nails were ABSOLUTELY beautiful when Michelle finished with them. She helped finally relieve my pain from a new full set I got from the nail salon inside Rivergate Mall exactly 1 week before. & Giiiiirl, theyve lost their touch BIG TIME and the nail tech was judging my babys weight compared to hers (because theyre the same age) the majority of the time and when her mother came in she started talking about her in their language with her and they were giggling. (not knowing i understand bits & pieces) & the mom peeps inside the car seat and follows with and how old is she? ...Now, Michelle was so sweet and did everything I asked for and even played pik-a-boo with her. Nails First 💅 is located right next to Panera.Will most defintely be going back!

Great service I want go any where else.

Just waited for over an hour to get a pedicure. Took multiple people before me while I waited in cold pedi water with no soap or anything. Tried to be patient but couldn’t wait any longer. Friendly people but terrible service. Didn’t even tell me how long just said soon.

Had my nails done by christy the owner she was rude and hateful and worried more about texting on her phone than my nails they hurt and are nicked on the sides brought a friend with me she was treated the same way.then when a regular customer come in she all smiles and chatty . We paid these people a hundred dollars between us to be treated like this .will never go there again.
