Had the best experience at this location. Ive been to many Sports clips across the Midwest but this one stood out because of Janine! She knew exactly how to cut my hair.Ive gone to other barbershops in the past and can not compare it to her attention to detail! Super friendly, the message on my scalp during the shampooing almost put me to sleep (thats how relax I got).

The quality of my haircuts have gone down. I only get a fade and I typically have to touch up after I get home.Now the service is poor. I was checked in to get a cut at 9:58am. I got a notification at 9:50am that I was up in 15min. No worries. But then I was still waiting for a cut at 10:30am and I had an estimated 5 minYes, everyone can be busy, but I still had an estimated 5 min wait at that point. I had to leave because I had other plans. That’s the whole reason for using the early checkin. This is not the first time I have had experienced a mixup.

First time going there. Danielle was excellent!! She was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable... I will definitely look forward going there again at some point, and I recommend this place and this employee to everyone!

Jackie L was incredible! Any guy looking for a fade cut come here and see Jackie, she did a great job. The only thing I was not pleased with was the scheduling/check in procedure online. Definitely worth the trouble and wait though.

Brought my two boys to get hair cuts. They told me the franchise owner doesnt offer the same services as others so I chose to take my business elsewhere. My boys got their hair cuts. One stylist literally insulted my child while the other was incredible. Wont be visiting here again. At least offer the same services as other locations. How does this place make money without uniformity?!

Stepson got haircut. Has a bald spot. When done the stylist said “that will grow back” and leaves him leave. When my wife goes back “angry” the manager wouldn’t come out to talk to her. We have been coloring the poor kids head in for a week now!

I have been going to the Germantown Sport Clips for years now and Ive always gotten a great haircut! With the online/app check-in system, you no longer need to wait for everyone who arrived to the business before you! All you do is show up no later than 30 minutes after the recommended time, confirm your check-in and you get called within minutes! I will always get my haircuts here. Another nice perk is the free quick trim/touch-up (no check-in needed).

She was great handling my son. Best experience he has ever had receiving a haircut. He was so relaxed with her he even let her wash his hair and give him a Fohawk. She is great!!!!!

I have been going to the Sport Clips in Germantown for 6 years and to Jackie L for the past 3 years. It has always been clean and comfortable. Jackie does terrific work and is great to talk to. The online scheduling system they put in made a huge difference to cut down on wait times.

Just not worth it anymore. Originally it was a pretty neat place to get a haircut, the hot towel during the shampooing was nice, as was the neck massage, but its turned into a pretty bad experience. They offer online reservations now, meaning anyone can simply sign up for the next spot on the app or a computer, leading to a queue with a wait time of an hour, sometimes hours, and it happens often that your estimated time may be 20 or 30 minutes before you can actually get seated. This dominoes into stressed workers who simply try and get people in and out of the chair as fast as possible, and leaves you with a sloppy haircut, unless of course your hair style is something simple like a buzz cut, which then begs the question why someone would pay $20 for it. When I went in, after waiting an hour, and showing photos of how my hair looked the last time it was cut by my regular barber, I was left with something completely different, and a wallet that was $25 dollars lighter. Days later I noticed several patches that were of uneven length, meaning Ill need to see another barber to correct this. I understand that its a business that needs to make money, but for that price I expected more than what was offered.

Love this place! I wish it were closer to my home! I still make the drive every other month. The VIP is highly recommended. The app makes it easy to get signed up for a cut so you dont spend too much time waiting.Jenna is great!

Pleasurable friendly staff

Brought my 13 year old son in for a haircut. Asked for a 1 on the sides and a 3 on the top. The stylist said ok, didn’t question the request so I assumed she understood. He received a 1 on his whole head. Very obvious. Thought she would say that she messed up or was sorry, but never acknowledged it. I didn’t say anything because you can’t fix it.If you go here, be VERY CLEAR what style you want before they start. I have one sad kid on my hands. I will never be back.

Favorite Germantown barber shop. They offer great services including a hot /cold towel. Would only be better if it was action movie clips instead.

Took my son here for his first haircut and they staff was great! I know its hard to cut a 14 months old hair but he did good and the lady who cut his hair did a great job. She helped me to distract him and get him to look one way while she cut the back. She even helped fix the botched bang trim that I did on my son (whoops) and made him look great for the wedding we had the next day. I will definitely be back for his next hair cut. Clipper coupon for new clients so haircut was free. They washed my hair while I sat in a massage chair, the scalp massage was amazing, even though Im a female, they still cut my hair even though most of their clientele is males. They also use a massager on your back which is amazing. They were closing and never rushed us. They treated my 9 year old son like a little man. A++++ service!

Agree with other reviews, stylist can be rude and cold with children. Kids may take an extra minute to get there wiggles out and need to feel comfortable with the person cutting there hair. There in such a rush to get to the next person they dont care and say rude things. My child did great at his last hair salon but they closed. He never had chunks of hair taken off by ears from moving but here he did. Very disappointed. Not kid friendly!!

I hate getting haircuts but this place I love. Lots of cute girls who know what they are doing. Now they have this new app you can check in and see how long of a wait there is to get a haircut. Im definitely trying that next time.

Very disappointed that the store refuses service to those who cant or choose not to wear masks. Even more disappointed they lied and told me they had no choice, that it was nationwide policy for the franchise. When I called Texas HQ to protest, I was told it was a manager-level store-by-store decision. Sadly my sons and I have had to make other arrangements.

Been going here for about 3 years now and always had a good experience. Have also taken my 2 year old son here too and he wanted some blue in his hair so they put a little bit of temporary blue in his hair and he loved it. Depending on the time you go the wait could be nothing to 30 min. Average time for me has been around 5-10 min.

Ive been here a several times for haircuts and there was a usually a wait. Ive never had too much of a problem with any of the cuts but I have had a one or two stylists that werent overly personable.

Great staff, been going there for years and they know me and my style. I always appreciate the military discount too!
