I have called here in the past and they were able to help me, I always spoke to Mireya, now they transfer me who knows where and im on hold for 20 min and get hung up on??? And I call again and they do the same thing omg this is frustrating!!!

They have been willing to work within my price range and have always been patient. I have referred this office to a few family and friends, and all have had positive outcomes. Unprofessional, unethical, and just down right bad news. I went to Progressive and immediately 100% difference.

Cant get help from anyone trying to cancel my insurance, they even sound mad and transfer me to i dont even know where. Even though I gave a down-payment that I am not getting back they still wanna send me a cancelation fee.

I have been a customer for over a year and a half. Every time my bill would come up (every 6 months). They would email me to let me know its due soon. For some reason I did not get an email this time around and my insurance fell through. Ok I shouldnt depend on an email to remind me when my bill is coming up thats on me I guess. Now I have to pay all the fees for reinstating my insurance. What makes me annoyed is how terrible their website is to check your previous plan. When I try to sign in it says I forgot my password, but when I try to get a recovery password through my email I never receive anything. This is more trouble than what its worth. I will take my service somewhere else.

We called in just to get a copy of proof of insurance and he said he would call us back in 30 mins. The prices on the web site are not real. My quote went up $100 after calling and I was told that they dont use those insurance companies any more yet they still use them for quotes. Bait and hook.

I dont recommend this insurance. I havent had a good experience here. They charged me a lot & sent me a bill saying I owe more after saying this covered the first months insurance. Has only been 2 weeks! Ive had to go down there to straighten out confusion several times & they deny everything! I am not happy with my service at all! I wish Id have read the reviews before hand. Now Im stuck with their insurance till I can afford to go elsewhere. I will be going elsewhere as soon as I can. They also have tons of hidden fees so beware if you choose to go here. They charge a lot for misc. Fees! Adriana isnt the insurance you get....They are brokers who find your insurance for you.

We went there to get a car registered there and sales person said they dont do that we have to buy insurance with them in order to do that. But the car is non operational (replacing engine). And they said it doesnt matter we need to get insurance on it. So they said Ill ask my manager. And the manager came out and said the same thing. Then the manager got mad at us and kicked us out. We asked why? All we where doing was asking a question. But he told us to leave. So rude customer service and they dont know how to register cars. Because we went to giezi insurance services and they did it on the spot. Idk what Adriana insurance is doing but its not a good company.

Heck, if we are, well just transfer you 30+ times in one phone call and let you know that the tow fee is $200+ or youre on your own full coverage or not. There are no free rides here. Ever. What gave you that idea?Q: My car was stolen and I need info for the Police. Should I call you?A: Nope. We wont help you because we must speak with whoevers name is on the policy to give that info to even though you are on the policy and you clearly confirmed your OWN info repeatedly. Its just our security policy. Tough luck.Q: Can I pay a bill?A: WE WILL GLADLY HELP YOU 24/7/365 FOR YOU TO LITERALLY HELP US STEAL YOUR OWN HARD EARNED CASH AND NOT GIVE YOU THE SERVICE WE PROMISED! wHy WoUldnt wE?!!?Q: Can I speak to customer service?A: HAHAHAHHAHHA Customer service? What customer service? They charge me a lot of down payment and told me that i will be paying a small payment of $90 per month on a Chevy Silverado, but after six months the raised my payment to $130. Before i got my policy i asked them that if the price was stable and they said it was which was a lie

Poor service. They never answer the phone and when they do they always give you another phone number to call. I walked in and they dont seem to busy for them not answering the phone. The gentlemen working in the back is very rude only worries about what they are having for lunch and interrupting other co worker while they are helping customers and asks what are they having for lunch. Also the girl named nancy Romo helped me to change the address and remove one the cars. Came to find out 3 months later, the car was no removed and my address was not changed. If, I would gotten in a car accident at my new address I would of not been covered.

They charged me twice for a payment and said i didnt need to pay a whole month then last minute said the payment wasnt made... yhen i had to pay late fees and their service charge.. all because their employees were not paying attention..

I was VERRY disappointed the way I was treated. I had to repeat myself MANY times as for what I was looking for. Both the manager and sale-man kept on pushing on me a policy “they thought was the best” when I had express that it wasn’t what I wanted. And to top it off the broker fees where WAY too high, I needed up walking away and going to Veronica’s Insurance where I was please and got what I was asking for! I DON’T recommend this place to anyone!

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I opened a new policy for my son who is a first time driver and I knew that they had to run his drivers license number and VIN number for his car to get an accurate quote. When they gave me a quote without asking for that information I asked how they can quote me without it and I knew once it was ran through underwriting the amount quoted would go up. The person who I spoke with over the phone (Claudia) said no that would not happen and for us to go speak with the manager Antonio at the Fontana office which we did. There, Antonio also assured my son the price was correct and would not go up the following month. Of course the following month when we get the bill it went up!! I called customer service and they said there was NO WAY my sons information could have been checked in the office and of course when it went to underwriting the price went up due to my son being a first time driver! So both Claudia and Antonio (office manager) lied and their assurance that the premium would not go up was false information!! Really? From the office manager?? Should have gotten that in writing because now of course we are stuck with paying $20 more a month than what was agreed!! We filed a complaint with the Better Buisness Burbeau.

Wish I read the reviews, they charged me for insurance that was never reported/registered with the DMV. Since it wasnt registered with the DMV I had to get insurance from a reliable company. After cancelling the service they didnt provide me. All their fees absorbed the full payment that I initially paid in. So I just paid them for nothing! Scam

Cheap prices initially but once you are a customer you get horrible service. I ended up switching to geico after 2 years of paying cheap prices because the service was that bad. I pay more at geico but when i call someone is helping me within a couple of minutes. I always wondered with adrianas insurance if i got in a car wreck would the insurance company they set me up with actually take car of me. Tried multiple companys with adrianas insurance and they were all the same. I always had billing and coverage errors and they always wanted me to switch to a new plan but i had to pay a fee to start with a new better plan they would say.

Service sucks .. I wouldn’t recommend this car insurance to anybody . It’s worse then Veronica’s insurance . And they need to have both phone services I don’t speak Spanish they need a English person on the other side of the phone I’m not trying to sound racist but I only speak English I need a English person on the phone
