Love my nails. So much TLC.

I pass by Ruby nails every day and Im thrilled that I finally gave them a shot. I unexpectedly needed to leave town and was unable to get into any of my normal nail salons at the last minute but they were able to fit me in right away! I unfortunately didnt catch the name of my nail tech but she was incredibly fast and gave me exactly what I asked for. I couldnt be happier with my nails and Ill absolutely be back.

WOW, I was impressed. When I first arrived, I was a walk-in. I was immediately take care of. My tech made me feel welcomed and was super friendly and attentive.

I am new to the area and decided to try this nail salon. I am very particular about my nails and my tech exceeded my expectations. Would definitely recommend and I am so glad I found my new salon!!!

My tech does the BEST gel nails at a price that wont break the bank. During the entire manicure, she was extremely gentle and you could tell that she takes a lot of pride into her work.

First time here, it was good she did good. I didnt have an appointment and walked in and was seated in 5 minutes. The people there are friendly. I cant wait to go back!

They need to have their prices posted. That way you can decide on which services that you are budgeted for and not get shocked after the job is done.

I can in and nobody greeted me ( the same as i seen people walk in ) she went extremely to fast with my nails . didn’t cut them the save length. i tried telling her but she wouldn’t listen to me . POSLISH WAS TERRIBLE! she didn’t do the full nail ( asked her can she repaint them she wouldn’t do it ). also she was talking about me ( i told her i bite my nails & she spoke in her language and i heard “ bite nails” and i knew she was ) overall the experience wasn’t good with getting acrylic nails.

Im impressed! Im telling you: its worth it! Awesome prices and they did a great job on my standard pedi. So much fun. Ill be back, for sure!!

It is no easy task to find a clean, sanitary. I have had the pleasure of visiting now three times for my pedicures and I have been blown away.

It is a decent place to get your nails done. They are very quick! They could take a little bit more time to be more detailed and not as sloppy but overall the service was decent.

They did a SPLENDID JOB on my girlfriend feet and mine well and I normally dont get my feet done.

My sister recommended I go here and I love this nail salon they always do an amazing job on my nails price is reasonable and salon is clean. My nails last for weeks.

I went in for a full set for my bday, made an appointment and still waited 30 minutes after my time. I got the dip ($40) I asked for long stiletto shaped nails. I was charged $15 for both of those. The shape was $5 extra as expected but then she charged me $10 extra for the length? The shape turned out inconsistent, she was extremely rough with the drill cutting multiple cuticles, and she drilled down into my nail until it was red. The nail tech didn’t say anything nor put anything on my cuticles even though they were bleeding. She continued to drill more and then reapply the polish and powder because she messed it up. The job was rushed and no where near worth $55. My photos will be posted in their pictures. They are the light purple stiletto nails with bleeding cuticles and a gap in my right pointer finger directly out of salon due to extensive drilling.

Some of the workers are lazy .. they’re rough with your hands & feet as well .. everytime i leave here my nails are crooked or uneven .. AND the overcharge for everythingggg literally..

Im a 11 year old and i got some nails that im very proud of but one thing is i told her my nail was burning and she laughed it off.

This is the ONLY nail shop I go to! It’s a one stop shop for me. Nails toes lashes eyebrows! They are super friendly and the wine is great! Appointment and walk ins. I’d recommend Ruby Nails to anyone.

I just moved here and tried a different nail salon in uptown and was disappointed but this place knocked it out of the park. A+ service. I was a walk in around 2pm on a Wednesday and they took me in right away.

Such a beautiful and clean salon. I have been going here since they opened and I can honestly say I cannot imagine switching to anywhere else. My manicurist is amazing at waxing, manicures, and pedicures. The entire staff is friendly and you will always be greeted with a smile.

Have been going to this place for the last 5 months and I havent had one complaint! My manicurist is always professional and very nice. She gives me great advice on colors and always does great work! I definitely recommend her to everyone especially coming here from a place I had been going to for many years. It was a positive change!!!

Im so glad I returned here with my sister a week ago because I had such a great experience! All the staff here are very kind, polite, professional and welcoming. I loved the way my nails turned out and she convinced me that I should try the gel powder instead of regular gel. Im so glad I listened to her bc they look great still! Ill definitely keep coming back to this place.

I have went to this shop for over 25yrs they have built up their clientel and now have started to cut corners. I left for several months and went back to see if things were different and they are still cutting corners.UPDATEI went back and Lisa was great she reminded me of the old Rubies. She gets 5 🌟 ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐

Ive been coming to this place for my manicure for almost a year now. What started as a random, I need my nails done, turned into me coming back every couple weeks. The staff is amazing and Im always greeted by name when I walk in. They take care to do a great job every time and I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Got my pedi done and they did a super good job! They were able to accommodate me last minute which was really nice and convenient! They always do an amazing job :)

I’ve been coming here for years. I have always been happy until recently. The last few sets I have gotten of gel painted acrylics have had at least 2 nails fall off within the first week. This week was no different. So, I go in today to get them fixed. The very kind lady who did my nails today, despite her kindness, rushed through my nails so fast I couldn’t even stop her to ask her to please change certain things. The two nails she replaced (middle and ring fingers) are different shapes, sizes, and lengths of the others I have currently on my nails. I kept asking her to change the shape but she just kept filing them shorter. The actual acrylic is very thick and bumpy and not evenly coated. One of the nails is completely pointed crooked and in another direction other than straight. She didn’t allow me to wash my hands before polish was applied. So, it resulted in them being dusty and showing bumps from the acrylic dust. She rushed the paint job causing paint to get and be dried onto my skin surrounding my nails. I am not happy at all with what I now have on my nails as result of a rushed and sloppy job. I have loved this salon for years and everyone is very nice. But I honestly don’t know what has been going on recently. The last few times I have gone (both pre and post Covid shut down) I have been left with a sloppy job and not consistent nails.

Love the people here they are so nice. I have never had a problem with anyone. I will recommend this nail salon to anyone. We love all the staff her. Always so nice. Good customer service!!!!

You HAVE to come here! The technicians placed a little sunscreen on the top of each of my hands for the UV light and did each nail flawlessly. I felt that knew what they were doing and made me feel very comfortable. Great prices and clean relaxing environment. I love this place! Go here!

Nail cracked after 4 days

I came here after reading all the good reviews and I am very happy with the result! I wanted a simple gel colour and I was mainly concerned about hygiene. I was very satisfied as the place is very clean and the staff is very nice. I highly recommend this place, it is worth the price you pay.

I go here for my eyebrows and lashes. She is Amazing and Fast. The price is Amazing. I mean $35 for both so fo ahead and add that nice tip. She worth it.

I’ve had the best manicure of my life here and the worst manicure of my life here. My nails currently look like a five year old did them and she just kept blaming the nail color. Worth checking out- but you gotta learn who the good nails techs are. ☹️

Ive been a customer since the current owner took over many years ago. Kim is the best eyebrow lady on that side of Nashville. I have a specific nail tech who is one of the best in the city, hands down. Pedicures are also always very well done.

DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE!I just wasted $76 here. The nail tech painted my nails too thick. She used about 6 coats. One nail started to ripple. I asked the woman painting my toes to fix it she put ANOTHER COAT ON TOP OF IT. Immediately after, she tried to get me to walk to the drying station bare foot. I refused. She then put USED foam flip flops on my feet. I am disgusted.

Wow where do I begin this place is magnificent. She was a bit soft spoken and sweet. Calming place and prompt service. I will definitely be going back EVERY time Im in Nashville.

I came in for gel color change and within 4 days it has chipped off!! I have to say that Kay is super amazing and if you like designs on your nails. They & I chatted to very funny together. Also . . . they also times my massage so I know I am not getting rushed! The salon WAS quite peaceful!! Absolutely no forget to give them a good review.

I HAD TO GIVE A STAR JUST TO WRITE A REVIEW BUT THEY DONT DESERVE IT. I WENT IN AND GOT GEL FILL IN AND NOT EVEN A DAY LATER THE POLISH IS CHANGING COLORS. I HAVE BLACK STAINS ON ALMOST ALL MY FREAKING NAILS. THE MANAGERS WANTED TO ARGUE AND SAY IT WAS MY FAULT BECAUSE I CLEANED MY HOUSE OR COLORED MY HAIR. SHE WANTED TO CHARGE ME $20 FOR COLOR CHANGE BUT I ALREADY PAID $35 THE OTHER DAY. NEVER WILL THEY GET MY MONEY AGAIN

Ive gotten 2 pedicures here and 1 full set. My first pedicure was really good, the tech took her time and did everything I asked. My second was okay, only issue this tech did not make sure the top coat was even across my toenails after I had left. This was my first time getting a full set there WITH GEL and Im pretty upset it has last barely a week. Im going to need a fill-in ASAP, the tech didnt cover my nails completely so they are already chipping 4 days later. Im not sure what the techs name was but I can see why the other people in the shop waited for a different tech.

I decided to try a Pinterest post I found. I think she was super cute AND helpful! & she did my gel pedicure and it was very well done. I highly recommend THIS nail salon AND very value for pricing.

First time and maybe my last time? Read reviews and thought I would give it a try. Unfriendly and rushed staff. Perhaps it was the older woman I had? Barely scrubbed my feet or rubbed legs. Disappointed. Happy a pedicure wasn’t $50 but I was hoping I found a neighborhood gem.

FIRST TIME CUSTOMER - The nail tech did an excellent job on my fill. As others have commented, the nail polish is not the best quality and the station that I was seated at could have used some DEEP cleaning. Also, I have never been to a nail salon that did not put a towel under the customers hands. Im all for cost savings, but COME ON!

We are from out of town, only here for a conference here at the Gaylord. While here I had to get my nails done for a dinner that we where going to be attending while here. I had a full set with tips done by KIM the owner $40.00 and just did my nails, she was very good at telling what her salon offered in servicesmy pedicure was done by LEE it was $25.00 she was very good and listened to my request on what I wanted and needed done the total for everything I had done was $65.00. In my opinion was worth it. I will say that it could have used some dusting of the light fixtures. They do offer some refheshments as in a glass of WIN]E or cold drinks like sodas. And some light snacks to eat if interested. Please come and give her shop a try. Did i forget[ to mention they have many colors of polish as well as lot of ways to put on artificial nails. At end of your bill there is a $5.00 coupon off your next visit if your spend $50.00 or more.

I had seen some good reviews and bad reviews of this place but I decided to give it a try for myself. And Im glad that I did I had a very good experience and a very good pedicure I am happy and I will be going back to Rubys from now on

Most of the employees do a great job on your nails and feet but they will try to charge you extra for whatever. They tried to charge my mother an extra $5 for taking off the nail polish on her feet.

I went here friday to get a full set, gel mani-pedi. Staff worked on my acrylics and she took her time and did such an amazing job! I always go here for a gel mani pedi and I am never disappointed! They take their time and its affordable! They make to take care of everyone that comes in.

I received the worst nails I’ve ever had in my life here. The staff is not friendly. I was not even offered anything to drink. No attention to detail was made when it came to the shape of my nails. All of my nails were uneven and polish was not applied well AT ALL. I sat for about an hour to wait to get my nails done and when I sat in the chair to get my nails done, I was out in 10 minutes. I immediately left and went to Posh Nail Spa and saw Tony. He fixed the horrible job this nail salon did to me. Do not waste your money here. Awful experience.

I been coming to Ruby Nails for over 5 years. And I get my nails, lashes, & toes done. Most girls that work in there are great just a few I got my favs. Theres also a lot of new workers in there too now but not sure how they do nails. I stick with only 2. Its a good place they got all new stuff & its come along way, give them a try! Its the only nail place I go. :)

Their sign and website says they close at 7, I got there at 5:45 and were told they were closed. I only needed my eyebrows waxed and was told again rudely that they were closed, even with the doors still open. I liked coming to Ruby nails to get my eyebrows waxed I guess I wont be coming back!!!

Been a long time since Ive had a pedicure and the young lady did an awesome job.

Just went for a quick fill in and not only were they rude but he was being too rough with the drill and my nails wnded up looking like a 5 yr old had done them. He refused to fix them and said he would have to charge me more money to do anything so I ended up leaving. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NEVER GOING BACK AND IF YOU LIKE QUALITY NAILS I SUGGEST YOU GO ELSEWHERE.

Terrible. Rude.0 stars. I had never gotten dip nails before. I needed tips first to lengthen. I asked for natural color. She said you would be able to see the line. I picked a light coral instead. But she put 3 layers and it turned hot pink. I told her i didnt like it. But she continued and said this is the color you picked. Very unhappy wanted to charge full price for color change. Ill take my money elsewhere.

Good work but bad customer service skills. Didnt give any options so it seemed like I was being difficult by asking several questions. Then the prices didnt make any sense but because its not posted u cant argue about it.

This place is dirty and over priced the tech doing my nails was so ruff with the drill that it slipped and put a big cut in my skin it was bleeding everywhere. All she said was sorry then the nail tech beside her told me i shouldnt have jumped when she was using the drill. I was in shock i will never be back to this place the pic is after i applied liquid bandage and yes i paid full price for my nails not even a discount was offered.

Terrible experience! Waited an hour for a simple eyebrow shaping service and was skipped three times. Manager did not care either. Don’t waist your time.

My life falls apart when my nails chip and these folks are here to piece my life back to 100%, whenever I need them. I walked ina nd the staff took so many colors collection for choosing. They met my criteria, were polite, attentive. My advice is you should come to here once! I will definetely be returning and spreading the word around.
