We were visiting from out of town and chose this place because of the reviews and proximity to our Airbnb. Wow…I can’t fathom how anyone could give it a positive review. It was dirty, the chairs were all worn out, the floor was peeling, etc. But that would have been ok if the mani-pedi was good. It wasn’t. She didn’t even push back my cuticles, just put polish over them. The pedi was a bit better but the lack of cleanliness really worried me. If we weren’t going to a wedding that night, we would have walked out. Two of the workers were wearing guns on their hips! The prices are very reasonable so I suppose you get what you pay for. But it doesn’t cost anything to be clean! Yuck!

Definitely don’t recommend this place. We are on vacation. I called and she said come on in. We get there and she says oh can you come back after 4? It’s 1pm. I said no! You told me we could come in right now. Drove 20 mins. Ugh. Irritating!!! Thankfully, the place across the street was able to take us!!

I dont like how Jennifer nails has practically took over here. However, Cindy is the BEST!! I LOVE HER

Mostly get great service. However Cindy is probably my favorite. Consistent work and sweet! No one else can do my eyebrows there. Pedicures and nails are pretty descent. I do dislike the wait. Need more staff on Fridays and weekends.

Me and my cousin went their and they overcharged us !!! charged us 60 for pedicure we are infuriated they also have very poor quality (their floors are lifting,etc .)

Buyer Beware! Sloppy work. Cindy is the owner but her work is horrible. I had my nails dipped on a Sat and my whole nail came off Monday. She was going to charge me. She does not stand by her work. As a professional she does not take the time to tell you what is best for you. Do not go this place you will not be happy

(Im not from Nashville, but avoid this place!!)If I could give them zero stars I would. I went there to have one nail put on, and a fill-in. After waiting an hour, I had a 13yr old sit down in front of me and try to remove GEL POLISH with acetone. After I tell her, she brings out one of the filers and begins to cut up my cuticle. Another lady comes to take over and does what I need.. she finishes, I leave, and then I realize she didnt use the alcohol to wipe the excess off the top coat... so I have to stop and buy a bottle of alcohol and do it myself. That night, I notice she had put SO MUCH gel polish on, that there were gigantic bubbles on the side of my nails, that proceeded to break off and leave huge chunks out of my nails. I sent them a letter, with pictures, requesting my money back... NEVER GOT IT... I wish I could upload the pictures on here. So, I would highly recommend you ladies going to a different salon, because I will say $50 later, worst nail job Ive ever experienced.

Amazing quality, reasonable prices, and they are great about not having you wait long. Im so glad someone recommended this place, I wouldnt go anywhere else.
