I had my very first facial today with Mercedes, and it was a fantastic experience! I was brought back for my treatment on time, and the facility was very clean (and smelled good, too). Mercedes took the time to ask me about my skin, the products I used, etc. and customized the facial to fit my needs. My skin is seriously glowing! I also got a great face/neck/shoulder/arm massage, which was an unexpected treat. The hour passed by much too fast. I will definitely be back. Thanks!

The experience was different. It was my first time (getting a Brazilian) so I went in with no expectations but lots of nervousness. The facility was clean, there was ample parking, and the ladies that worked there were truly enjoyable. The ladies I encountered were all smiles and sincere when speaking with you. Waxing The City offers scrubs and exfoliating gloves for purchase to help care for the skin and sensitive areas.

Went in for an appointment for my first wax ever and right away was greeted at the door with some of the kindest people. They talked to me about my concerns and walked me through it so I wouldn’t be as scared. The employees were fantastic. They were so welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I got the best service. Have been going here ever sense!

I booked online and arrived early but they were able to take me early! Everyone was super friendly and I received really excellent waxing services. I plan to come back soon for a facial.

I love this place! If you havent gotten Botox here, why not? $8.99 per unit is a steal. The staff is helpful and nice. The products and services are unbeatable.

On the morning of my Brazilian wax appointment, I arrived 8 minutes late. Of course I hold myself accountable for not being on time. The timeslot allotted for my Brazilian is usually 45 minutes. My cerologist is quick and she usually finishes way before the 45 minutes is up. Upon arriving to my appointment, the receptionist tells me that my cerologist called out sick and that I won’t be able to get waxed until 10:30am. Mind you, I have an event at 12:00pm to attend and Waxing the City is 35 minutes away from me, so I wouldn’t have had time for the rescheduled appointment. I love this place so I always make the commute. My issue is that I should have been notified this morning that my cerologist was sick which would have given me the option to reschedule to another time rather than me finding out when I walked through the doors and sequentially having to scramble to figure out how I’m going to get a wax today. And the thing is, the last time my cerologist called out sick, someone reached out to me to let me know. I am very disappointed. This was unprofessional and it was the last thing I expected from Waxing the City.

I saw Madison for a lash lift and eye brow waxing. Especially during the time of the pandemic I was so happy to see everyone wearing masks, gloves, and changing everything in the room and spraying with disinfectants immediately after I was done. That made me feel very safe!For Madison, she did such an amazing job on my lash lift! She made sure to talk to me through it and letting me know what she was doing (my eyes were closed I didn’t know what was going on!) and my lashes turned out AMAZING. she also did my brows and I have very sensitive skin and I had NO redness! And my brows looked amazing! I’ll be seeing her again and again! Could not recommend her and the facility more!

I had my first Brazilian waxing experiencing here after carefully reading reviews and I’m so glad I went with Waxing The City! Isabelle was very thorough and I felt comfortable. It wasn’t painful at all (pain level 4/10) and she made sure if I was doing good periodically. I’ll be sure to check back in for another appointment when the time comes!

I saw Hailey for a Brazilian and lip/brow wax. she was very professional and knowledgeable about what she does! I have been getting brazilians for a couple years now and I have never been so satisfied! However I did break out a little around my eyebrows but it cleared up within a day, which is normal. She showed me some great products and I already see a difference after just a couple days. 10/10 recommend.

This was my first time at the establishment and when I walked in, I was greeted by the owner herself. Initially I scheduled to have a facial, but after my warm welcome, I asked if I could also receive a Brazilian wax. Hailey was my technician and she treated me great! She was very knowledgeable about skincare. She made me feel comfortable and the facial felt like I was walking on the cloud. She talked to me and explained the process. The massage was just divine! After my facial, I had great anticipation for what I scheduled next, the Brazilian wax! This was my first one and I was more nervous than a kid on the first day of school. Hailey eased my anxiety and explained the wax that would be used, the pre serum, powder, post serum as well as the process. When she began, it wasnt as bad as expected. Of course, you will feel something, but the way Hailey mastered her skill, the feeling was minimal. I will definitely be back to Waxing the City! The service was amazing, but the way they make you feel, is out of this world.

Once we finally got our appointment confirmed, after 3 trys, we received friendly service. Family-like atmosphere.

Isabelle was very thorough and took her time. It was rather painless which is different from my other experiences. I didn’t want a lot taken off because I like the natural look, and it was just want I wanted! I will definitely be back.

Since this location opened close to my house I decided to give it a try, went to their website checked out their services and the prices, called made an appointment, the waxing part went good and Karina was great, checking out was disappointing, the service price online was $31 when at the store they said it’s $45, I said your website advertising it as $31 the lady said that’s what’s in the system and prices could change from franchisee to an other! Well you should not have a price list if you’re not gonna let all locations charge the same price or say something like charges will vary from location to an other which is still little crazy for me to charge 45% extra for no reason!!

I had the best wax ever with Hailey! She was so sweet and efficient. I have been getting my brows waxed for 25 years and this is the first time I haven’t walked out with red swollen brows. It normally takes about 15 minutes for my face to return to normal. It must be the wax and technique because they look amazing! Highly recommend!!

I had my first Brazilian on 10/12. I wont give the girls name that did the wax because she was so sweet and made me super comfortable. But she missed so many areas when she did the wax and I was extremely disappointed.JUST AN UPDATEI DID GO BACK AND GIVE IT ANOTHER CHANCE. THEY MORE THAN MADE UP FOR MY PRIOR EXPERIENCE. FIONA WAS AWESOME. I CANT GIVE HER ENOUGH PRAISE. I DID GET TO SPEAK WITH THE OWNER WHEN I WENT BACK AGAIN AND SHE WAS GREAT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GIVING THIS PLACE A TRY. THANKS.

I scheduled an appointment for the very first time which was originally at 4:30 pm. I received an email shortly after making the appointment concerning steps to take prior to the appointment. I called back and during that call I asked for the appointment to be moved to 3 pm if possible. The receptionist confirmed 3 pm would be fine and the steps listed in the email such as exfoliating several days prior was okay to omit since the appointment was scheduled for the same day I called. Well I get to the appointment and my service tech had left because the receptionist failed to update my new appointment time. I received a call when Im 5 minutes from my house stating to come back the tech would be there in 15 minutes and it was her fault she forgot to update the appointment. Keep in mind my round trip mileage for this appointment was 34 miles I was NOT turning around and driving back a second time. PLEASE confirm confirm confirm prior to visiting this place!!!

I got my eyebrows tinted and waxed and they are uneven, two different colors, and i think the lady somehow added hair onto my eyebrows and now im sad because i have to pay even more money to go get them fixed

My 3rd time getting a Brazilian. 1st time sugared…ooouch! 2nd time was with an inexperienced esthetician left me with very patchy and irritated lady bits. 3rd time hard wax- it is hair removal but I will make this routine.
