Clean and following best health and safety practices. The technician didnt talk much, which for me, is nice. She did a good job on my nails although its a little more white than I like. Im sure she would have fixed it more to my liking but I didnt have time. Cost $40 for a full set with gel and a nice hand massage :)

Everytime I go get my nails n feet done. Its always an amazing experience. The nail lady always goes above n beyond ur expectations. She gives u a little extra with ur services. Im always pleased. I had surgery on my leg n she gave me special attention n I enjoyed it. She shows she cares about her customers.

I have found my new go to nail salon. Simba does an outstanding pedicure. Really takes his time and explains all of the benefits of the different types of pedicures. Ive never felt rushed here. Its only two people that work here, so make sure you call to make a reservation, and dont come when youre in a hurry- they take their time to ensure theyre doing the best job. I will be back soon!

I moved to Nashville about a year ago and have not found the right place for my dip manicures. Now, I do not have to look any further. I have never had a dip manicure last as long as it has (going on over 21 days!) and Sandy and Simba do a fantastic job. It is the most reasonably priced as well - $50 for a dip manicure - everywhere else in Nashville youre paying more than that! I look forward to coming back and visiting this wonderful momma/son team! This is my new go-to!

My manicure and pedicure were excellent. Very good at cleaning nail cuticles and you can tell they take their time with each client. If you are looking for a COVID friendly place, go here because they do appointments to reduce many people in the salon at once. Very friendly staff and easy to find. Hope to go back soon!

I had Sandy fix my acrylic nails I had from a different salon and she did such a thorough job. She really took her time to get the shape right and to remove all the lifting that I had. My nails now look beautiful and I am so pleased with her work. Her son did a wonderful job finishing up my nails with a beautiful lilac gel polish.

My nail tech was great. I splurged on the CBD pedicure and it was relaxing. I did get nicked on two toes when the tech cut deep. But the overall experience was great. The handsome young gentleman working there was a delight and courteous.

I cant recommend LA Nails enough, they are incredible! This was my first pedicure since the pandemic started and they did everything possible to make it a good experience. You need to make an appointment since theyre not taking walking but I appreciated that, knowing the salon wouldnt be full of people waiting. They have you wash your hands when you arrive, take your temp and give you gloves to select your polish.I opted for the volcano pedi which was $55. It was the best pedicure I have ever had and so reasonably priced. The attention to detail was beyond measure and no rushing through it.I cant wait to go back for my next pedi!

Visiting the area for daughters dance training. Looked for a place close by with good reviews. Called this morning to make appointement for 2 pedicures. Got us in at exact time we wanted. Pulled up to a small shop in sketchy looking little strip mall, but we didnt care. Greated with a smile and pointed out the polish and told us to pick our color. When we got to our chairs a wierd guy outside was looking in window and making faces, etc, but he went away after a few minutes. We both got volcano pedicures and they were amazing. I had the mom and my daughter had the son. Both very nice and did a great job. Son even knew how to treat dancers feet by leaving calluses and cutting nails short. We both thought that it was one of best pedicures weve ever had.

This nail salon is absolutely terrible! My nails were painted white with gel and they look an absolute mess. They look like they have bubbles in them and my nails are breaking like never before. I should’ve never went to a different salon. It was really dirty and gnats were flying around. The pedicure water was freezing and the lady doing it dropped some of the sugar scrub on the ground and proceeded to put it on my legs. I was disgusting. The pedicure was far from relaxing and I should’ve left afterward but I’d already agree to getting my nails done there. I had high hopes and was very dissatisfied

This family owned and run business is great. Im from the North East visiting and badly needed a manicure. We decided that while doing laundry, I could get my nails. I didnt even think about ratings or service. Not only was the family friendly and professional, the health standards are impeccable. Got a gel pedi about a week ago and it’s one of the best pedis I’ve ever received! The shop is Covid conscious, friendly, and family oriented. I will definitely be coming back regularly.

Believe everything you read about this place! I got a pedicure with Simba this morning after having a bad experience at another nail salon. He was so attentive- the massage was absolutely amazing. I felt cared for and cared about, and that was so great. Plus the price was incredible for what was included! I highly recommend this place, just know that on the weekends they only do walk ins, and there’s not a ton of staff, so you may have to wait. But trust me, it is worth it!

Simba did a phenomenal job and my polish lasted a long time! Recommended to make an appointment Monday through Friday either the day of or a day or two in advance. Saturday & Sundays are reserved for walk ins only (no appointments). Check this place out!

I am from Out of town (here for a few months for work) and searched reviews on web which led me to LA Nails.. I was NOT disappointed!! She did an amazing job and so attentive to all the details to ensure they were perfect! I will say MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, she is the only one that does acrylics so if you are wanting a set/fill it’s best to make an appointment or you will have to wait! She is totally worth it though, I love how they turned out and will return to her while I’m here for the winter!

If anybody has ever given her less than a 5 or 4 star should take a look in the mirror and really question themselfs...Sandy is a great person and the massages rock! I would recommend to anyone who wants to feel like they are the only customer. She takes her time on you and you will leave wanting to come back soon. Hands down, the best experience at a nail salon Ive ever had. Sandy and Andy fit me in at the last minute specially for my wedding for a manicure and pedicure. The shop is especially clean, and you can tell they really care about their clients. I have sensitive feet and Andy is the only person who hasnt hurt me. LA Nails is the best nail salon I’ve been to in Nashville (and now it’s the only one I’ll visit). Make an appointment by phone ahead of time. Sandy is usually a one woman show, so appointments are necessary. She doesn’t rush, which is awesome; most other nail technicians make my fingers bleed, but that’s not happened here because Sandy does take her time with you. The manicures are beautiful and very high quality at an incredibly reasonable price.

What a joke. I didnt have an appointment but stopped in to have dip nails removed. There were 2 people working and both had a customer. After a minute or so, one asked what I needed. I explained and he responded that they didnt have time to provide the service - they were occupied. That was all he said. He didnt offer any other time to come back or anything. Just that they didnt have time for me. I went down the road the Champaign Nails and was helped right away. I understand that I should have no expectation to receive service without an appointment, however, basic customer service is a reasonable expectation.

I gave my rating because I was looking to get a simple Polish change on a Sunday and the wait was 1 HR !! The salon was not full I assume they were just understaffed at the moment.

You wont find a place with better quality results. Four weeks after SNS manicure I still got compliments on my nails, they couldnt believe it had been that long!

I’ve called twice ask about coming in later the same day, both times they answered the phone without identifying the business (just an unenthusiastic “hello?”).The first time they clearly didn’t want to be open until closing (2hrs from when I called) and said they wouldn’t be able to fit me in because they were currently doing a mani/pedi. Is there seriously just one person working?The second time they said some people just left “but they might be back” so they had no idea what the wait would be (“it’s a long wait”) and would not put my name on a list.Who has time for this kind of service?!

I’ve been looking for a nail tech here for the longest. I arrived to the shop, on a Sunday. They are suppose to be opened on Sundays (that’s what the sign say) but when I arrived they were CLOSED! I really wanted to try out Sandy’s work. Fix y’all hours.

I made an appt for 2pm today last night and when I showed up there was a Sign that said it was “closed for the day -sorry for the inconvienve”. This was after I paid $10 for an Uber ride there. The women who took my appointment last night got my phone number so a simple phone call would have been appreciated. I understand things happen but when an appointment is set you need to inform customers. I ended up giving my business to the salon down the street and had an AMAZING experience and I’ve now found my new nail place.

I’ve lived in Nashville for 10 years, and I never found even a decent nail place that lived up to my standards. It’s not a fancy spot, it’s not bougie. But, I had the best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had. Sandy and her two sons (Andy and Simba) are incredibly friendly. I’ve never had a more detailed, thorough manicure and pedicure in my life. They took their time to do it right. I appreciate when someone takes their trade seriously and with pride. Not only was the service amazing, but the prices are reasonable. I believe I found my permanent nail salon home.

They do great work but the sign says 9:00-7:00 and theyre not open and its 9:40 a.m. i quit coming to them about 1yr 1/2 ago for this reason i see nothing has changed thats very unprofessional either change the time to open later or get to work on time
