My friend from California signs rented a trailer from them the little bit far from where hes at but I guess they always have what he needs in stock hes been very happy with them and working with them for years

Very poor service delivered a Boom lift that had melted terminals machine died in road/drive and they have left me sitting here for over 3 hours. I do not recommend using this place. Spent over an hour now on the phone and they still havnt even spoken to a tech to come and fix their equipment

Awesome team. They saved me hours and a day of running back and forth by NOT having me rent a machine from their location. Pointed me in the right direction with the right equipment for what I needed. The American Rentals Cypress location had what I needed and it was perfect. Job is being completed easily now. Would not have happened if they didnt take the time to make sure I was renting the best tool for the job. Nice Job! Absolutely phenomenal service. Professional people. Dump trailer was in excellent shape and even came fueled. Even the guys at the dump complimented the trailer. I will definitely be coming back for my next project.
