Despite mediocre reviews, I tried Elle at the recommendation of a friend.Elle Nails was WONDERFUL.1. Everything was spotless, masks were enforced, liners were used in the foot baths, tools were fresh out of sterilized bags.2. They were moderately busy and I didnt have an appointment, but they had plenty of nail techs and took me right in.3. Huge selection of polish brands and colors.4. Reasonable prices - $33 for basic pedicure.5. Easy to access and park in front of Lennox Village6. Quiet salon. Friendly staff. Beautiful spa.

I went with my sister in-law for pedicure and it was so nice! The staff was very friendly and took care of us right away. We did the deluxe pedicure and it was super nice!

Best dips I have had in the area. People are great with an amazing memory of who you are and what your preferences are. Will be the only place I use going forward!

My nails looked really good when I first got them done. I want with a bigger group so it seems like the workers had a harder time getting through everybody so they kind of rushed through us. I really liked the job they did on my nails for the most part its been less than a week and two of my nails have fallen off or chipped. The reason it is getting a 3-star is because my family all went there to get our nails done for my cousins wedding day and we had to come back to their nail salon twice to get there french tips fixed, within two days of that them getting it done. If I wasnt so happy with my nails and did not see how my cousins males had come off I would have given them a four or five.

Walked-in and asked if they could do a really quick gel color change. I had about 35 minutes to walk back across the street for a contest.I also had two week grown-out gel. Fun times. She was able to get me out in 35 minutes and the color looked great!

I really hate writing bad reviews, but unfortunately it happens from time to time. I use to be a regular with Elle Nails & Spa and this will be the last time I go :(They rush on the job they do. Don’t get me wrong I like fast service, but customer service is also very important to me. When I went today the service was rushed so bad that they didn’t even clean the gel off of my fingers. I only get my nails paint with gel, last time I went was a week ago and they already were peeling off. Today, I waited longer then it took to get my nails gel painted. I understand that a business can get busy but can’t forget about customer service.

I’ve gotten a couple full sets of acrylic done here and even the pink and white ombré and have be amazed every time. They really take their time and is very good quality. Therefore if you are looking for a good nail tech I would highly recommended anybody that works there!

Nails didn’t last no time

I live in the same building as Elle Nails & Spa and go here regularly. I’ve been more regular in the last year but have lived here since 2015. This shop has always met my needs. They are very kind. The wife of the shop speaks great English and she is always talking to all the customers making sure they are happy. I had a new girl do my pedicure several weeks ago and again tonight. She did a fantastic job. Very sweet young lady. I feel that if you don’t have an appointment and your walking in then you should not complain about wait times. I never make an appt and find amazing service when I just walk in. All nail shops have their issues. This one by far has been good consistently. Keep up the good work!

I have been going to this place for 5 years now. It is a family business and you are treated like family. Walk-ins are Taken care of in a timely manner. The salon is clean and organized. They make sure are satisfied.

Ive been here twice now and they rock. Prices are really good with great quality work. They are also very clean. I got my eyebrows done as well as my nails and she took time on them. I have thick eyebrows, but she didnt take away from the thickness while shaping and cleaning them up. Defiantly recommend.

I have been here twice so far and I love it! Always greeted immediately and given a beverage. Their acrylic lasts SOOOO long! They have this lavender pedicure that left my legs and feet BEAUTIFULLY SOFT. I think i found my home for nails!!

I just moved to the Lenox Village area in July and I can walk to Elle Nails- but its not the convenience that continues to bring me back! Their unparalleled customer service and continuance of perfection in service is not something you find at just any nail salon. The salon is beautiful and not to mention clean as a whistle! I have never felt uncomfortable there, either. Five stars, and recommended to anyone who wants a relaxing, wonderful nail experience!

Waited for my pedicure for 20 mins before they helped me. So my water was cold. I asked for warmer water. Never got it. Girl was incredibly rough and it hurt to get my manicure/pedicure. Polish isn’t smooth. Will not be back.

I use to be a faithful customer. Customer service is huge to me and it doesnt cost a thing to speak when a customer enters your shop. The technician was extremely rough and caused my nail to bleed. She was nippy and as a result, I was unable to relax and enjoy the service. In fact, I waited over an hour for someone to finally get to me. My plan was to get the jelly pedicure (which costs a little more). The technician never asked me what I wanted. She just started working on my toes. In conclusion, I would not recommend this facility.

Ive been going here for a little over a year now and Ive had mostly good experiences. Sometimes they are a little too busy, but for the most part they do a good job. They are pretty expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for. I think Cynthia is the best nail tech there! I would advise most people to make an appt that way you dont have to wait. I think they should offer better wine considering the amount of money you spend there.

I have been going here for awhile now and I absolutely love it. Mary always does a great job on my pedicures. I wont go anywhere else to get them done. Staff is friendly I enjoy my visits everytime.

Im a nail technician at one of the most elite spas in Nashville so needless to say that I am extremely picky. Going in to work on my days isnt my idea of relaxing. After visiting Elle Nails I stopped my hopping. They are very clean and offer wonderful customer service. Ken and Cynthia are amazing.

I got my eyebrows done and was cut in multiple places. I didn’t notice until I got home that night. I felt the area burning more than usual but didn’t think anything of it. I woke up the next morning and the scar was worst. I contacted them asking for a refund! I also tipped as well so I wanted my money back because the service was not up to par! I go into the salon asking for a refund the lady said they don’t do refunds but gave me 7 dollars to buy neosporin. If they didn’t do refunds what was the point of telling me to come in ? I gave her the money back. I wanted my entire amount that I paid including the tip or some type of compensation in regards to painting my nails or toes. I asked for a free polish change on my toes because I have neosporin at the house. She was very unprofessional and because she was mad I didn’t want to except the 7 dollars she told me I was banned and to never come back. Very unprofessional! I wouldn’t want to go back. Employees won’t take ownership for mistakes and look at you crazy when you ask them to do something they should have done with great customer service. I couldn’t even get an apology but it’s all good. I won’t be back !

I use to go there faithfully BUT NOW.. NO!!! the wife of the store was nice at first but then she turned. i would ask for her to do my nails and she still would make her husband do my nails and he doesnt really know how to do the shape i want. But the worst part is i always feel disrespected when i go there due to there rudeness. i always have glue on my fingers when i leave, and pain from when he does my acrylic nails.At first they were nice and sweet. but out of nowhere i felt like when i walk in they get mad from the start. this is when its slow and busy. They lost a regular customer.

The nail tech reused gloves (saw old nail polish on the outside of the gloves & that wasnt my color), and I suspect theyre not following proper sanitation procedures. I saw her take the gloves off after my pedi, but she didnt throw them away with the other disposables, rather, she placed them back in her kit. She rinsed the metal tools and put them in a sleeve that usually implies the materials contained have been sterilized. Wont go there again. She did a good job, but Im worried about losing a toe due to poor hygiene there. (not literally)

This nail salon is in a great area, but the waiting time is ridiculous and they definitely don’t have any employees. They make you wait standing up and after you waited standing up and if you’re getting a pedicure they make you wait even more on the chair with water. They aren’t even friendly and only 3 of the of the 6 employees can speak English. It’s hard communicating with everyone and even telling them what you want is hard because you have to get one of the other employees that understand English to translate for you. It’s was a very frustrating visit I advice everyone that wants to go there to have a free day because they will take more than 2 hours. Calling for an appointment doesn’t even matter they are running so late that the client won’t get their service on time. Another thing I experienced was that they leave the water running on hot that you can’t even put your feet in. They won’t notice after they see you with your feet out of the bowl. I will not be coming back to this salon and I advice you to not come either.

This place charged me over $100 for a basic pedicure and manicure. I can get the same thing done for much less. Will never go back.

Given this place several chances and they consistently prove to be unable to deliver. They are understaffed and rude. Too saturated of a business to be rude to customers.

Had been good friends with Tina for a couple of years and she got upset because she did not shape one of my nails correctly and I wanted it redone and she slams her hand down gets up and goes to the back and refuse to service me any longer! That was not good customer service!

They did so good this is the best place ever as I read the reviews I was a bit hesitant but I went and it was the best thing ever they treated me like family and it was SOOOOOO cheap and so much better than boring old experience nails

I’ve never experienced a mani/pedi this bad. I made an appointment and there were two people waiting, yet they were running around like crazy and speeding through everything. My pedi was so painful! And she was going to quickly, she kept cutting my nail beds causing them to burn and bleed. Please don’t waste your money and go here. I got the dip done on my nails (asked for a mani and did not get one but was charged for it) and they popped off within a few days. My toes are already chipping, that lasted a few days longer than my nails... again, I’ve been here now three times and it was equally awful EVERYTIME. Take your money and go to The Nail Loft on Nolensville Road.

Worst dip manicure I’ve ever gotten. First he cut my thumb and continued to be very rough, then the manicure came out lumpy. You can’t see it because it’s glitter, but it is going to drive me crazy. And after that he still charged me full price!

Cut my foot and no apology given. An older man give me a pedicure that was ridiculously painful, he cut my toenails so short that when he tried to file them or clean them, it hurt. I have bad calluses but he ended up grating the sides of both feet to the point where they got cut and bleeding. I attempted to leave in the middle of it but talked into staying. They put some kind of blue liquid to stop the bleeding, not apologized to even once. Then he put the wrong color on my nails. I will admit that for the price, they really take their time but not going back for this ridiculous and painful experience. I hope my feet dont get infected!!! Mani/pedi took 2 hours, paid $68.

Went in at 10:10Am for the second time for a fill in/possible new set depending on what the guy says I need (he did my nails last time and said hed decide when I got here). Within the first 5 minutes he cuts my pinky finger to the point of bleeding and says its because he was using someone elses tools (ok???). Then his 10:30 got there and he starts filing my nails really fast, which of course freaked me out because he already cut me.. then makes me wait for another employee who had not gotten there yet... and starts doing the other womans nails. And here I am. Still sitting here waiting for this employee to show up. Sucks because I just moved to Brentwood from Mt. Juliet & have been getting acrylic nails done for three consecutive years & was looking for a place to be a loyal customer to. Probably wont be here.

Pretty awesome place. lots of gel colors. probably the most ive seen. they guarantee the color for two weeks. staff always friendly. fun atmosphere. theyre real talkative. would recommend. just wish they were closer. really worth the stop when im near by. lenox village turning out to be a pretty cool place.

I rarely post reviews on products or places but this was absolutely necessary! I literally stopped going to my local nail shops in antioch bc their work was getting worse at each visit. This past sunday i decided to try one more place and after looking at reviews found Elles. I was sooooo impressed from the moment i walked in. I was immediately greeted and was waited on soon after. Services i received was a pedi and full set. Amazing work. I WILL be goin back i never once had to ask for anything to be corrected....it was literally perfect! Thanks Ti

Clean building. Friendly staff. I always leave with my nails looking like I pictured them.

Staff was friendly and atmosphere was OK but I wasnt impressed at all by the manicure I received here. I can paint my nails at home too but I was expecting at least some kind of hand massage instead of just a wash and paint.
