I’ve been coming here for years and years. Staff is super friendly and makes you feel so welcome. Some of the other nail salons in the area are so snobby that I hate going to them. This place isn’t like that at all. Good people, no attitudes, great pricing and always glad to have you!

Ive been coming here for years and really like this place. Everyone that works here is friendly, its clean, very reasonably priced, big parking lot and they do a great job. I always just walk-in and rarely have to wait, but you can get an appointment as well. I like that its quiet in here, so I can listen to a podcast or get work done (or chat with the nice employees). I dont live in the neighborhood, but still come here (and bonus that I can go to the Target, Trader Joes and other shops in the same center).

I have the best experience everytime I come to this place. They are attentive, kind, and my nails always look amazing. Ive been to quite a few places in the Nashville area and this place is always consistent and amazing.

First and definitely my last time visiting this salon. I was charged $20 for one basic acrylic nail repair and polish change! Then I was told it was an additional $5 to file my nails, which is usually included with a polish change. The nail tech poorly polished my nails and left me to dry both hands with one mini fan. Then I was told I was dry and could leave after 7min in front of a fan. Yes I was the only African American patron and I definitely did not feel welcome! Horrible Experience!

Trish did a great job! She was so nice to recommend a different color similar to the one I chose, she told me it wouldnt go on very even and I probably wouldnt like it! Her advice was very much appreciated!! The salon itself was clean, quiet and relaxing just as I would expect. I was a bit hesitant to go here because of previous reviews, but I am very happy I gave Cosmo Nails a chance! Ask for Trish if you stop by!!

I have been getting my nails done here for over ten years. Nothing but praise for entire staff. Ryan is my favorite. Never rude to me. Always knows just what I want done. No complaints from me. Love you guys!

I have been coming off and on for years - it is a great family run salon and the staff does an excellent job. My 92 year old mother goes there with a caregiver and they are wonderful with her.

Wish I had looked at reviews before going to this business. Went for a pedicure today because the location was convenient at the time I was needing one. Their pedicure chairs are in terrible condition. The control looked like a car had driven over it and the chair barely vibrated. The buttons didnt work to change any settings. My pedicure from start to finish was about 15 minutes. I felt like it was very basic and rushed. Barely any massaging of legs or feet. They are not necessarily cheap either - $30 when many other places charge $28. I cant believe they can stay in business after the experience I had there.

My pedicure was done in about 20 minutes and started chipping after two days. My pedicures usually last a month or more. When I went back asking for them to re-do they said I mustve put my shoes on too fast and were only willing to swipe more polish on top of what was coming off. They were not friendly or helpful which made the experience even worse.

Got a gift certificate for his place. Nails broke off within days of getting them done. Service was sub par when I got them done but I try to be understanding with the language barrier. I do not recommend. There’s a lot of other places in this same area you could go to.

Not super fancy but they did a great job and it was quick with a ton of colors to choose from for shellac. It was also very clean and very convenient for other errands I had to run.

Paid $50 for a lousy dip job on my nails. Started cracking and chipping after 5 days. I went back to get them fixed and they chipped a day later. Dip is suppose to last up to 8 weeks. Less than pleased and will not be returning or recommending. No wonder this place is always dead.

My first and last visit to Cosmo Nails. I was waited on at booth #7 about 2pm on 2/14/15. The girl was very short, did not want me to ask questions and talked in her native tongue the whole time to the gentleman next to me. When she finished she simply gave me my change, said heres your change, walked away, she never returned, nor did not say thank you or anything. I asked another lady how long I was suppose to wait for my nails to day. That was my first and last time to visit that company.

I was there this Thursday and today is Saturday and I have 2 nails that have broken. I wear my natural nails and the guy drilled them so thin. I can’t believe I just paid $45 for this mess. I will never go there again.

Horrible customer service!!!! my sister has had a standing monthly appointment for 10 years. when she was a few minures late Karen would not speak to her. she would have been fine to wait as a walk in but instead she was ignored. when she asked about this she was told there was nothing they could do. i do not go because they do not do a good job. after hearing this i will never go

I went in for a polish change. The lady was RUDE throughout!! Even the lady next to me noticed. If I wasnt pressed for time I would have left and went somewhere else. Not to mention she used cotton to separate 3 of my toes and didnt use the toe seperaters, I could not believe it! Then she basically said get up, get up. I said and go where (hands and toes still wet). Her communication & social skills were HORRIBLE!!!! AAS a business owner Customer service is number 1!!!! Ill never go back or recommend anyone there!!

I went on a Saturday and got my nails done and on monday 3 of them came off which i got mad and i dont recommend this place but they were nice but every expensive just for the shape and length.😕

My plans were to take my mom in for pedi after being down from surgery. Coming here, big mistake...Ryan did a 10 min pedi and was so rude. He threw her shoes over in the dryer area when he was done! Oh really! Thats my mom! You do not get to disrespect her! Never again...Customer service is #1 in my rule book! My mom! Not good!

Said yes she could do in the middle of everything I asked her to do her reply was oh I cant do after starting...file job is not straight...rush job...I will not be back

You will be better off going to a different business to get a pedicure/manicure.I debated about this place for a couple of months and finally went today.Over-priced classic pedicure and was rushed through the entire process.As soon as I sat down in the chair to dry my nails, there was a woman asking for money which rubbed me the wrong way.I wore my riding boots in as well so i knew I would need extra time for my toenails to dry because they would be rubbing in my boots.I was rushed out of the door and even told the guy no, I needed to sit for awhile longer.Here it is a few hours later and my paint is chipped and missing.Worst $35.00 spent.I will not be back.I will however give my money to a different business who knows how to put customers first.

I cant believe I didnt read the reviews before going here. My neighbor recommended them. I drove from Bellevue, passing many nail shops to receive the worst mani/pedi of my entire life. No exaggeration. It was a guy. Im sure the same guy with all of the horrible reviews on here and Yelp. He left so much cuticle and hang nails. It seriously looks like I paid my 10 year old $40 to do it. I got a manicure AND pedicure in 35 minutes. Thats with drying time and the time trying to point out to him how horrible my cuticles looked. He was not having it. He didnt even look at me after I asked him to cut the blatant dead skin hanging off my cuticles. Im very polite and usually in a good mood. I asked him in a polite way but still walked out with the worst manicure in history. I must say, the ladies were polite and even told me to come back tomorrow. We will see what happens from there.

Nail and toe polish change cost me $25. Really? No manicure. Just a poor polish job. What a rip-off! Never going back to this place.
