Kathy was soooo amazing!!!! Best manicure and pedicure Ive ever had. Everyone was very friendly and catered to my bf and I for almost 2 hours. She spoke English and Vietnamese fluently. I wish I had a place like this in Missouri. Thank you so much ladies!!!!

I had a face wax. Something went terribly wrong during procedure and my face was burned across my lips and chin. It was very painful and disfiguring.

Way overpriced for low quality work. I paid $55 for my nails only to have them come out as if a child did them. They don’t care much about what the client wants. Would not recommend this place - overpriced, low quality work & poor customer service. I paid full price for these, but will be sure to avoid this place in the future.

My friends and I stopped in without appointments after a Pancake Pantry breakfast and were lucky to get in right away. It was my first time getting a gel manicure and was very happy with the results. My friends all got a (much needed) pedicure and were very pleased too. Great, clean place and Id definitely be a regular if I lived closer.

Thoroughly enjoyed my pedicure here! I’m not local, but I’m in Nashville enough that I could use a solid nail spa. Lucky for me, it was first time’s a charm! This place is great! Great selection of pedicures and friendly staff! I will be back!

Excellent service, I loved having my legs wrapped in warm towels. The prices are very reasonable. They are friendly, yet efficient and do not try to sell anything and give a discount for cash.

Tan is my go to guy! He is so nice and does great on my gel nails.

Best nail salon in town. everybody working here is very sweet, and they make sure you leave with the best nails possible. never had a bad experience.

I can’t comment on the service or the actual pedicures as it was so unclean with unsanitary practices that I left. The pedicure bowl was unclean and did not use the sanitary plastic barrier, just filled it with water. There were stains all around the bowl and chair, and the seat itself was dirty. The staff were polite, but I had no confidence that the tools would be any cleaner than the facilities and chose to leave rather than risk infection.

I like this place. They were friendly and really tried to hold a conversation. The only thing that bothered me was that I told the guy i wanted to keep my natural nails as much as possible but a female coworked decided that it would be easier to scrap the acrylic off instead of letting him soak it off... Other than that i would recommend this place. The price is good for their work.

This is my favorite nail salon in Nashville. The staff is always so kind and accommodating, the prices arent bad, they have a student discount, and I have never had to wait for a walk in appointment even when they are very busy. The only time one of my nails broke, they redid the entire set for me. I would highly recommend checking them out!

I went with my roommate on a Sunday afternoon and it was a pleasant break! We both got their basic pedicures which were basic but got the job done since Im a runner. The little shop is easy to find in Hillsboro village and the inside is really cute. My heels are still rough. But all in all, it was a good experience.

DO NOT GO TOUsed old files on me, bad manicure (Lumpy, filed nails down too much, too far from cuticle, plus more), rude when I called back to tell them I was coming to get a refund and why. Was in another shop for 3 hours getting new set of nails, shop said it was closed otherwise would have come back same day. Website claims nails are 33 for a full set, charged $60. I had misheard, thought they said $16 otherwise I would have gotten up and left.Was told they did Gel over the phone and when I came in. Asked for gel nails. Got acrylic.Went to Ds nails after, got so much better nails. When acrylics were dissolved off, nails (what was left of them) were bleeding. Missing center of nail on right middle finger.

An absolutely vile business! My sister just spent several hours at a whole different business getting her nails redone after this place messed them up!!! Would NEVER recommend!!!

So bad! Came from out of town expecting a great pedicure according to the reviews but turns out it was awful. They didnt even file all of my nails. Wasnt even in the chair for 15 minutes.

The staff at this location seemed really courteous. However, it took almost 2 hours to do my nails when it should have taken far less time. I had plain regular nail polish with one small simple design on one nail (lines). It looked like a five-year-old drew the lines. They were crooked and awful. I will not return.

Bao always does a fantastic job on my shellac manicure. My cuticles have been transformed under her care. My shellac manicure lasts a good 15 days before chipping when I see her!

The WORST MOST TERRIBLE nail job i hve ever had in my entire life. They need to let pedicure techs stick to only pedicures. Very unhappy with the service and still paid full price for everything. I WILL NEVER RETURN. -10 stars

This was a terrible experience. The nail technicians were extremely rude and the nail polished came off in a couple of days! A friend called in advance so a bunch of us girls could all be seen at once. When we got there, they didnt have enough staff to help us all at the same time. It was expensive for the service we received, and the end result was terrible. I will never go back to this salon.

The girl who did my nails was really good the place was a hole in the wall and smelt like food but I do recommend it!!

Extremely understaffed, should have told me to come back later. Instead they made me wait 30 minutes before I was even attended to. All the while still allowing more customers to wait knowing they wouldnt be able to get to them in a timely manor. Feet wrinkled and totally frustrated will not be coming back.

This was a very poor pedicure. I paid $50 for the jelly pedicure. I have had this pedicure at other spas and it was over an hour elsewhere. Here it was 30 minutes. It was a rushed, overpriced pedicure here.

All I wanted was a set of gel nails with tips added for length or free hand forms used to create extensions. They wanted to charge me $68! For a $25 service. I was told that I would have to pay $33 for the tips to be added and $35 to have them painted with gel polish BUT THAT IS NOT WHAT I WANTED. All I wanted was tips glued down then the gel laid over. I was trying gel because they do horrible acrylics.

Very expensive for horrible service. My full looked atrocious. Would not recommend for acrylics, but my pedicure was fine.

First time getting my nails done in Nashville was at villiage nails and my experience was horrible i will not be returning to this place they overcharge and the service isn’t that good. I usually get a gel ful set for 30$ they charged 56$ also for my feet I get gel for 25$ they charged 51$ I have never paid more that 60$ for mani pedi fill set with gel polish. The lady that did my feet didn’t even scrap the bottom I had to tell her to do it... I also wanted to get my eyebrows done but they charge 12$ smh I usually pay 5-7$. I was very disappointed with my visit I do not recommend this place...

Staff was inattentive after my service was done and my polish was drying. Person who did my pedicure had his gloves rip and expose his whole thumb and more and he didnt replace his gloves during the whole time. Poor ventilation makes this place smell VERY strongly of chemicals the entire time youre in the building. Will not be returning.

Absolutely done a horrible job on my acrylic nails left this salon had to go have them fixed the tech at the next salon could not believe how horrible they did on my nails so that is what prompted me to leave this review I would not recommend anyone to this place when I asked the tech if he was new at doing nails he got a nasty attitude with me and made sure I knew he had been doing nails for a long time but you would not know this by looking at my nails so it was a horrible experience all the way around.

I got a pedicure done there, it got infected, I went there to ask for my medical bills to be paid and they said it wasnt their fault.
