I love my nails!!! I went here for the very first time today when I arrived I was the only one there so I was glad about that lol but I was greeted at the door by who I think may have been the owner he was really kind and made me feel welcome there was an older lady who did my feet who was very nice and sweet and she did an amazing job I was offered some wine of my choice my feet have never been softer im very pleased I also got my nails done as well by the same gentleman who greeted me and he did an amazing job on my nails even the other guy who worked there spoke to me and was kind you rarely get that at most nail salons I will be back again the service was great and so were the people who work there !!!! Keep up the good work !

I went last Friday 07/27 for a pedicure and full set and when I say TRASH I mean TRASH ! The staff talk a good game, the work is terrible . I got a coffin white acrylic medium full set .I think his name is Tran, he didn’t file under the nails and left my nail with some of the acrylic on my skin and my nails were crooked ALL THIS WAS $75 .THEY CHARGE $35 for full set $20 for color acrylic and Im guessing $20 for shape and length . I FEEL ROBBED! Now for my pedicure they didn’t have any jelly for the jelly pedicure COOL . So I got the basic pedi with white get coat THAT WAS $5O ! She didn’t message my legs and didn’t clean clean her errors on my feet The pedicure is $30 and for gel coat it’s $20 extra dollars that’s ridiculous 😩So here it Tuesday ALL MY NAILS POPPED OFF and my white “gel”coat is turning brown and it’s peeling off.I’m very disappointed but I love the name of the salon but that’s about it I WILL NEVER GO BACK

I walked in at 12:15; They open on Sundays at 12:00; The lights were off and there was one (1) lady working. I asked if she was the only one there and she said, Yes, they are on their way! I told the lady, Id like to get my fingernails painted and she said, Okay. Then, I asked her, How much does that cost? She said, $35!! I almost fell off my chair! Thats CRAZY!! NO ONE SHOULD EVER PAY $35 JUST TO HAVE THEIR NAILS PAINTED!! Again, thats CRAZY!!

I got a pedicure here and I have some major complaints.1. My polish is a mess - I probably could have done it better (and I am terrible at nails).2. The lady that did my npedicute did not massage my legs or feet at all. Everyone knows that the best part of the pedicure experience. I left the salon with lotion caked on my leg and I had massage it in myself.Unfortunately, I wont be returning.

I had a really good experience they make sure that you know what you want and let you know what they can do with the kinda length you want with the style and what wud be better for you either gel or acrylic, I dont know how people cudnt be happy because they made sure they was doing my nails correctly and made sure I was VERY HAPPY!! IT SEEMED LIKE A FAMILY ENVIRONMENT WHICH WAS NICE AND COMFORTABLE!THANK YOU FOR MY NAILS!!!

My nail tech was very sweet and tried to accommodate me but honestly I just dont believe she has the skill. I left very disappointed with the overall quality of my nails, the products, and the service. I had an appointment at 1pm and they started me an hour later. My friend also had the same complaints and the owner had worked on her nails himself. Luckily they only charged me 20$ cause I would not have paid more.

Very reasonable pricing for the services provided. My experience was great: relaxing atmosphere, professional pedicure and no pressure to upgrade. The artist in residence did an exceptional job based on a picture that I provided for holiday toes!! Great place to relax and be pampered, for sure!!

I originally loved my nails, had no issue with them. My set were a beautiful soft white long coffin set of acrylics. My real issue was when I removed them after 2 weeks. I noticed when I soaked my nails in acetone, is that the acrylic was not crumbling off like it should, instead it was sticky. I came to the conclusion that the salon used an industrial grade material called MMA, that is not safe for cosmetic use. I was extremely disappointed as I said, I loved the set and the salon itself. But I can’t risk the health of my nails.

The older gentleman did my nails and I love them. The gel color I choose was brighter then I thought. But the nails held up well its been nearly three weeks and they still look good. Planning to go back in a week for a new fresh set. Very happy with the service. The price was a little more expensive then I wanted to pay, but the quality was good, so Im happy to go back.

I love the atmosphere here. The work is great and so worth the drive for me. Reasonable price and terrific job. They done rush when they are busy like some other places. Best to make an appointment.

Not impressed. Had an older lady who was extremely rough. Made me bleed she was so rushed and rough with cuticle clippers. She literally did a 10 second rub on each leg with lotion and scrub. I expect my feet get rubbed too and she didn’t touch them. She put the hot towels on legs and then did an Indian burn motion on my legs, OW! Not happy, not coming back. Everything about this was rushed!

I went during the early afternoon on a Monday. I was a little disappointed that I wasnt offered a glass of wine as I was in previous visits, but to be fair, I didnt ask either. However, after a short wait, my full set was completed beautifully. They offer a wide range of options including acrylic, gel, and dip powder. Service was friendly and efficient. The shop was a little untidy. Overall, though, I do plan on returning and would recommend them due to the quality of their service.

I liked how my manicure & pedicure went for the most part. The shapes of my nails were done gently & professionally with care for the most part. however, I was disappointed with the polish. my toes chipped very quickly, which I can understand because they were done with regular polish. I had gel for my nails & it lasted 2 days before it started to crack. Its now been & a week & Ive been applying clear polish to promote lasting, but they still look pretty bad. A couple of my nails couldve had the polish done more clean as well since a couple of my nails visibly show dried paint drips. I also was not satisfied with what I asked for versus what I got; yet still better than some of my past experiences.

Overall good experiences. But NEVER show up at the time they open. I’ve done it 3 times and they’re always at least 10 mins late.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I’m learning now that I should for both good and bad. Out of town guest. First thing I noticed when I got in the pedicure chair is that the lady brought the bucket of utensils from the lady beside me over to my area. I asked her if she was going to open up new utensils for infection reasons. She looked at me like I was crazy and stated they were clean which I knew they were not. She didn’t have time to sanitize them. She eventually opened some new utensils but still tried to use the same callus bar, a moldy looking brush that looked like it has been around forever and the same nail filer. She seems irritated because she’s throwing my foot around everywhere. Then she pulls out an electric buffer that she’s using roughly. I told her she didn’t have to scrub my feet at all. Needless to say I’m just going to get my toes painted and leave to cut this as short as possible. The room is darkly lit so ppl probably don’t notice these things but I’m pregnant and can not afford to get an infection from this place

They do a fantastic job every time I go, no matter who does my nails. Theyre the only shop Ive been to who does a really great job with the dipping powder. Love them!

The lady that did my nails was nice and did a decent job. The drill knicked me a few times though and gave me a small cut. The pedicure was absolutely awful i could of done a better job. Will not be going back.

I love this salon! Kim is the best nail tech in Nashville. Seriously, my pink and white manis last for four full weeks. Also, they have a unique pedicure technique that works like a charm. Prices are reasonable. You will not be disappointed!!

Older lady cut me with the callus remover file. I typically don’t allow those to be used on me, but I wasn’t paying attention when she started and figured it was too late for that foot by the time I notice. She kept going on my toe. I said OW and she stopped.Didn’t tell me she had shaved off a large chunk of my skin that left my flesh exposed, didn’t tell me I was bleeding.Nothing.Just told me to put my foot back in the water and preceded with the pedicure.The lovely nail tech doing my friend’s nails got me the blue stuff that keeps you from bleeding and a bandaid. I will never go back there.

Ive been here three times and each time I have a different experience. Its not consistent so its really hard to write a review. Sometimes its amazing service and other times you feel like youre on the assembly line. I do love the exfoliating tool that they use but short of that Im not sure its my first choice.

I love the fact, I can visit on Sundays. I also enjoy how the pedicure section is separate from the nails area.

I been coming since the day they opened and im very proud of the owners...they have branches out to Mississippi....and the pedicure is the best ever...there is NO ONE IN NASHVILLE nor OTHER COUNTIES to do the special technique they do for a pedicure....if you dont know the secret...then I guess u better get you tail here to find out😉

I never thought Ill be writing a bad review for this place. I typically come for a pedicure like today, but the young lady that does my nails was not there today. I should have left once I notice that she was there. I was greeted at the door and told to pick a color. As Im looking, I was rushed by the older guy to decide on a color. Once I did, I was escorted to a pedicure station/tub with already filled cold water. Another red flag. I didnt mind so I sat there and put my feet in the water. Another customer was sitting two chairs down and was half way done with her nails. Once she was done. The older woman who did her nails shifted to my station to get started. In the middle of my pedicure, I asked if those tools were sanitized after she did the last customers pedicure and, in her matter of fact tone, she said no🤮. In deep digust, I told her to stop and got up a headed to the cashier area. They made me feel as if I was wrong. Since she was almost done I did pay without tip, but I will not return. This place is cheap but customers should not be treated like that.

One of the two worst places I’ve been to to get my nails done at. The nail techs were rude, inexperienced, indifferent to what me and my 2 friends wanted and overcharged us for bad or wrong service. I would recommend going the nearest 5 year old you know to do your nails before you go here. Yes it was that bad and no were we’re not offered cocktails or any sort of beverage, alcohol or otherwise. Seriously go to the nearest Walmart and get yourself some nail polish because you’ll be saving yourself money, time and possibly emotional trauma.

I came for a nice first time experience for an eyebrow wax on a Wednesday evening at about 5. Only 1 person was waiting and the gentleman greeted me, asked me the service I requested and he said were very busy, can you come back tomorrow? WHAT?! No, this is the first time Im coming and thats what you say? I asked how long the wait is when theres only 1 person waiting? He said at least 30 minutes... At that point, I took my patronage elsewhere because it was obvious they did not want to serve me. I would give it no stars but it wasnt an option

My girlfriends and I wanted to have a nice mani/pedi experience together while visiting Nashville, that didnt quite happen. We all got split up, I ended up waiting with my feet in water for so long that my feet pruned and the water turned cold before someone got to me. The same thing happened to one of my other girlfriends. I then waited another 30 minutes by myself for someone to get to my nails. When we were all finally finished, both my manicure and my pedicure were awful quality. There was paint over my cuticles on my toes, my toes were cut jagged, and the gel I got on my fingers was also painted over my cuticles and then peeled off of every finger within a week of having the manicure.Nails and Cocktails sounded like a really fun experience, but it was not quite what we were looking for.

Called before i went for a pedi, advised there was no wait get there, pick out my color and just sat around, after sitting for 10 mins asked how long the wait, was told another 20 mins. I left. Bad communication. Not a great way to keep customers

There were employees children running all over the shop knocking over supplies, and screaming. The shop was dirty and completely unexpectable. When I tried to tip they took $50 instead of $5 then fought with me when I tried to rectify the situation.

Ive been here several times now, the first couple were for the gel manicure and a regular pedicure and the techs were good. Especially the girls that work there. I went again yesterday and the guy I had (gray hair but young and from the area) was nice but absolutely terrible. I should have stopped him and said something, but I guess Im too passive aggressive for that. For a $40 regular mani/pedi this guy didnt file right, so my nails are uneven and have little nicks where it should be smooth and now everything I touch gets caught in it, including my hair and its the most frustrating thing ever. And this is because he was socializing and watching some YouTube video on his phone. And then he half-assed the polish. Its all over my toes and fingers and not painted correctly at the base and end of the nail. Its like he started the first layer at the base of the nail and then the next layer he started further up. There is a clear difference and its not even, its lumpy and cloud shaped. It didnt bother me as much when I left because I knew I was going to go back and do a polish change but now that its been a day it kind of makes me mad that I paid that much for that kind of service. Nice people and great facility, but that tech is terrible. Go when the girls are there. Especially the one with the tattoos. Im sorry I dont know their names. The male owner is okay, too. But that tech/apparently his friend is just terrible.

Ive given this establishment seven tries. SEVEN DIFFERENT tries and Im always more than disappointed. The atmosphere is OK when the children arent running around or bothering you playing the same song on repeat in your ear and trying to hand you the food theyre eating (awkward). If youre a regular they treat you very well and they stop what theyre doing to serve you. But if youre a walking in good luck getting that treatment. This is the fourth time Ive been there and the man (Im assuming the owner) has completely stopped doing my nails sent me over to one of the nail techs and completely taken care of the regulars that walked in and ignored me. He Offers them drinks and makes sure to tell them only 5 minute wait. Thats never happened for me. Im not one to complain about pricing but he charges me something different every single time I go. Two weeks ago I went and I got a full set acrylic nails with a gel manicure got charged $55. Today I went to fill in that full set and he charged me 43!!!! I only had one broken nail so why would I be paying almost the full amount for not getting the full service? Also he skips the steps of a manicure. Ive never gotten my hands massaged, cuticles arent cut down, he doesnt even cut my nails shorter to apply the acrylic... im not a nail technician but Ive been getting my nails manicured for years now and its all the same process he just skips half of the steps. He doesnt do and massages which typically are included in the gel manicure versus the acrylic manicure. He doesnt even place paper towels down when shaving the acrylic he just lets it fly in your eyes and all over your hands and doesnt brush it off until you wash...its really unprofessional. I asked about waxing services and the sweet woman I got passed off to, to paint my nails, notified me that she wishes she knew how to but nobody there knew how to wax because the girls had called out. Thats the excuse they give me every single time I try to get a brow wax. Theyre nice people but Ill be taking my business elsewhere Im tired of wasting money.
