Loved my experience. They were super busy when I walked in but made sure to service me as fast as possible. I got gel removed and a normal (non-gel manicure) done by Austin. He was super quick and did an amazing job. Such great value for the price too. Would come again.

This place is great. I found it because its close to where I live. The services are high quality and the staff are friendly and professional. My gel manicures last for weeks and the pedicures are always long and relaxing. The shop is clean and organized, but busy. This is a hot spot for UT students. The place is always busy, but thats for a reason! If you are looking for a quality and affordable nail salon - definitely check this place out. Wow! I was greeted upon arrival with a happy tone. The nail techs are extremely meticulous and their customer service is wonderful! Came in when it was packed and I had a little bit of a wait. I was out on the waiting list and received a call back. I think this is the first salon I been to that actually does a waiting list and I really appreciate it. I was able to go run some errands and grab lunch while waiting. I agree with the other reviews. This salon is truly upscale and so clean! They have a great check in system and the girl in the front directs every client to the correct spot. My nail tech did an amazing job and she took her time and didn’t rush through my service. My nails look fabulous! They help with choosing your color that matches your skin tone and gives suggestions that are extremely helpful. They know how to treat their customers and the vibe is awesome! The quality of work is excellent and service is amazing!Tip: they are really really busy so expect a wait.

This salon is definitely my new go to! I came with a friend and they do such an excellent job. My nails look amazing and so worth the wait! The salon is SO clean and refreshing. They really keep it clean here. Not kidding! We were put on a waiting list Sunday and got a call back 40 mins later. This is what all salons should be doing. I love their waiting list! We were able to go do some stuff and then got a call to come back so I didn’t have to sit there and waste time. They have amazing customer service, this is definitely an upscale nail salon. They take their time and the nail technicians are always happy and they play good music. I love their attention to detail and everyone is so happy here. The front receptionist and I think the other young lady was the manager made sure everything was flowing smoothly. We felt pampered and 5 star service. LOVE!! The ladies that work here are super sweet and did a great job with my nails. Got a solid color spa pedi and gel French tip mani for a total of $70. This price also included a mini shoulder massage. Now that is a deal. I highly recommend this place and most definitely will coming back.

This is usually my go to nail salon but I had such a horrible experience that I am now going to drive an extra 20 min to go elsewhere. I already know my gel manicure is going to lift which is such a bummer because I was excited to have cute nails for my vacation. They’re so unorganized that they don’t even keep track of who’s coming in and out. They’ll skip you if you don’t keep an eye out for who was there before you and who got there after. Not worth your time. I was stressed waiting in the chair to leave & the only reason I told the guy I liked my nails was because I didn’t want to wait for him to redo them.

I went here to replace shellac on my nails after reading the mostly positive reviews. This place is super clean, a mellow atmosphere, very much different than the super bright atmosphere of most nail salons Ive been to.

The salon was clean and modern. The employees were cheerful and in great moods. My nails came out beautifully. They chat with you and make it an enjoyable experience! They are able to do simple designs, and also really nice hand-done nail art! Super impressive and I won’t go anywhere else. My dip nails will last over three weeks easily and never crack or chip before 2 weeks.

I’m a native Austinite, and I have been coming to Enjoy Nails & Spa for what feels like the last decade. I am extremely picky and detail oriented when it comes to my nails (I majored in accounting if that means anything to anyone). And, because I’m Asian, I have super tiny, dainty fingers (not meant to be a humble brag), and the care and designs have been the highest quality that I’ve ever experienced. The women and men at enjoy nails have taken care of me for the last decade with the most comfortable pedicures, detailed nails (my first non-disastrous dip nails with design), regular mani pedi and more. Please visit them (or don’t because they are extremely popular). And please tip your nail tech!!!

DO NOT GO HERE. I’ve got my nails done here a few times before and had a good experience prior to this one. This time the lady doing my nails did the wrong length, shape AND color. I told her multiple times to shorten them, and told her 3 times what shape I wanted. She did not listen. Then she told me she ran out of the color I wanted and proceeded to put on a different color without checking with me. This place is always jam packed and have people screaming across the room. Do not recommend.

Been here twice, both times my tech seemed annoyed by my choice of service. If you are going to be upset giving an acrylic manicure rather than a gel manicure… then take it off the menu!! My tech’s first words to me were trying to get me to change to gel, simply for the +$20 price difference, and she rushed me out of the chair with little to no attention to detail. She also said it would be $30, rather than the posted $25, and when I told her that’s not what the sign said she told me they just haven’t updated it since June…. even though I was there literally 2 weeks ago and paid $25. Lots of inconsistencies, lots of bad vibes. No customer should feel like they’re bothering the nail techs by asking for an acrylic manicure.

Everyone there was wonderful to talk to, definitely worth the drive! My tech is a perfectionist and made sure the nails were even and the designs were identical.

Wow! My daughter treated me for a spa day and we walked in and it was super packed. We were told We had a 15 min wait and I got a pedi and dip nails. Excellent customer service! We were offered drinks and got yummy mimosas. My nails were gorgeous and pedicure was excellent. They take their time. I believe the girl who helped me was the manager, she checked on us multiple times to make sure we were ok. She was young and had pretty long brown/blonde hair. Im sure she was new and spoke perfect English! I’m not sure what her name was but she made me feel welcome even when the salon was packed. I honestly didn’t mind the wait for quality work and service. Extremely upscale. Most salons don’t care about their clients but Enjoy nails has great customer service and excellent quality of work. Definitely recommend!

My tech gave me tips on things to watch our for and that I can do to minimize discoloration as well., she asked questions to make sure everything was as I wanted and was so easy to talk to. I will definitely be back!

I used to LOVE this place. I used to love how even though theyre always busy, they manage to have enough workers to keep the line moving quickly. I noticed that when the world started opening up again, their time management started lacking and the line was getting longer and longer. So I decided to make an appointment. Im fully 100% convinced that they dont write their appointments down, Ive always suspected this as I watch workers answer the phone, confirm a time and name for an appointment, but never actually document it. So when I arrived for my 6pm appointment on a weekday, I waited for 40 minutes before a man finally started to do my nails. He rushed through the acrylic refill process and Im not joking when I say that he filed my nails down and refilled them (without cutting them down) in maybe 5 minutes total. It was a total rush job and they were so uneven and bumpy. Then he walked away and I was left unattended for 10 more minutes. Someone (a woman who was very rude) came to start shaping my nails but then she left for a few more minutes. YET ANOTHER worker came to paint my nails and this was the only part of the process that was done with care or precision. While I understand that they are busy because they are (usually) amazing, Im unsure why they felt the need to blatantly rush through the process and not even care about the quality. The quality of the refill was horrendous and I should not have paid but I figured it was just an off day. The next time I made an appointment, I was left waiting for another 30 minutes before I left. Both times I was waiting for an appointment that was clearly never written down in the first place, I witnessed them finesse people the same way they finessed me. People would walk in and say they had an appointment, someone would say take a seat and then they wouldnt even LOOK at them again until the customer either left the business in frustration or were finally seen after a ridiculously long time. I cant justify constantly risking THIS type of experience everytime I need a refill. Even an appointment doesnt guarantee that theyll see you in a timely manner, theyll even see you AT ALL, or that youll get good quality nails. Very disappointed.

Been going here for about 6 months to get my pedicures, which I get regularly and they do a pretty good job. I decided to get a clear gel manicure in addition to my pedicure, and my nails were already bubbling before I left the chair; in addition, the manicurist had an attitude and kept dropping my hand when she was done before alerting me. They also do manicures concurrently with pedicures, and cure your nails on your lap, which I didn’t like, because the manicurist and pedicurist kept giving me confusing directions while being pushy. My manicure had to be redone, and it’s still not right; I have sharp edges on the top of my nail bed. I’ll have to find a new spot or simply stick to pedicures, because they can’t even do a simple clear gel manicure correctly the first time.

Great place if you dont want a design. if you get a design get ready to pay $20-$40 more than you normally would. i went to coffee n nails on red river and for the same thing (refill w design on every nail) and paid $50 less. dont recommend if u like to get trendy nails. on top of that they told me it would be $100 if i got A NEW SET but still charged me $100 with a refill

The place looks to be well received by others. It was “Extremely Busy” when we went. Too busy, to do a good job on myself. I got the most expensive pedicure. I was expecting a great job. It wasn’t at all! I asked for French pedi... my nails got cut too short and not right . I requested to paint them again . They did and they looked better, but my French pedicure was now out of the question for my son’s weeding!They focused on business and getting more business in. The service felt rushed and never what si expected for recommended place.It is a pricey place and I am ok with that if they deliver by the same token. Very dissatisfied. I would not recommend it to anyone.

The first time I had gone to Enjoy I had a pretty okay experience with getting my gel nails manicure done. It was a little too crowded in the spa for comfort, as there was even limited wait seating available, and although I had made an appointment, I wasnt able to be seated in a chair until 30 minutes after the scheduled time due to the amount of walk-ins they took on. The service that day was alright and I would have been willing to go again on a less busy day. The next day upon taking a shower, one of the gel nails I had done at Enjoy on the previous day at 2pm came off in one entire clean piece. As the night went on and the day after that, 6 different nails came clean off for no reason at all. I called and they said they would fix these free of charge so I went in that evening to get them done again. I made an appointment for 5:30 pm, and upon arrival had nowhere to sit and barely room to stand. Not only was it crowded and they had people even at the front reception desk getting nails done, but although I scheduled an appointment I wasnt in a seat until longer than 45 minutes after my scheduled time. As I was getting my nails redone, the woman doing my nails was incredibly nice to me and apologetic about the first ones coming clean off. However, the entire time I was getting them redone, she was running around fixing things for other customers, helping other workers, and running back and forth to the front. While I understand it was busy and appreciate that they were so wiling to fix my nails free of charge after the first time, I was incredibly disappointed and frustrated in the customer service, as by the time I left I had been in there over and hour and a half while my boyfriend had to sit outside because there was no room inside for him to even stand and wait. She had upgraded my nails to gel as well so that they would stay on which was also kind, and I loved my nails after the second time, but my two experiences were less than relaxing and definitely not the experiences I had hoped for.

I was here once before my recent visit. Nancy had done such a great job so I went back last week in preparation for Valentine’s Day. She’s no longer here but I trusted the techs would do a good job regardless and unfortunately one of my nails was placed extremely crooked. Everyone was very nice and the customer service was also great however, my nails look very un even and they all seem to be different shapes. One of my thumbs is a lot narrower than the other. Not to mention I was told my fee would 45 and I was charged 55. I didn’t really care much for it, but I was very disappointed being that I have an extremely crooked nail.

Have been going here for a while now and always had a good experience. However, I went in to remove my dip manicure and remove cuticles only to wait an entire hour to have them simply remove the cotton balls and leave my nails looking worse. Very unprofessional and rude.

The young man who did my nails was awesome. Only him alone will I come back, if I do come back. One of the employees was pretty close. She had her MASK DOWN and was COUGHING!! I had to address her immediately. Then go get my Lysol out of the car and spray the area. I thought I was in a bad dream....If you go here be aware. 😕

Went for a walk in, had a picture of the nails I wanted. I didn’t wait at all, and everyone was very kind. The original picture I showed them only had ghosts and little bats. Jenny did my nails beautifully and was so creative with her own designs! They also massaged my neck and arms, which was amazing. Best place in town, I will always ask for Jenny!

I am from LA and was visiting Austin when I found this place online and decided to go. AMAZING!!!!! They did a better job on my nails than any LA nail tech and they were incredibly affordable. This is my go-to nail salon. It has nice decor and fixtures, up to date pedicure massage chairs, and overall has a nice atmosphere. It is a small location but I prefer this place in comparison to the dozen other places Ive tried in Austin. Most of the staff has good English skills... which is nice because you can actually explain what you want. The nail techs are more talented than some other nail salons Ive tried out. At this salon Ive gotten UV gel, acrylic, regular mani pedi, and powder dip. They always do a good job and my nails last 3-4 weeks.

I was looking for a place to get my nails done after my boyfriend moved to Austin since I’ll be moving here in the next few month.I have to say I like to get my nails done but I hadn’t found a place I truly liked. I like my nails to be super short because I don’t like long nails.That’s when Enjoy Nail & Spa comes in. I chose to come in because of the reviews and prices.After coming about 5+ times in the last 6 months I have to say this is the place. Every time I come in I get the same experience, nice clean, and may nails come out great! It doesn’t matter who I get to do my nails, every single time it’s the same care and attention to detail that a nail tech should have. I have to say this is by far the best experience I’ve had at a nail salon.I would recommend to get an appointment if you don’t want to wait too long. The place is small but the service and quality is amazing. I am so glad I found this place. I will definitely keep coming.

I was here for the week and wanted to get a new gel manicure. Decided to stop by this place because it looked nice, and was not disappointed! One of the best gel manicures Ive had. We went in for pedicures and our feet were really bad however they did not make us feel uncomfortable at all. My husband was hesitant about getting his feet done and ended up enjoying his pedicure massage to the fullest. They did have a lot of clients come in a couple minutes after us and they did not rush our pedicures or make us feel like they where too busy. The desk lady greeted everyone and helped them take seats, this place is very organized. No one left the shop because they are sooo good and the prices are amazing. Definitely a stop you should make you will come out of there pampered and relaxed.

This place is the best salon I’ve been to in Austin so far! I don’t get my nails done very often but I’ll sometimes go on special occasions. This time I went in extremely last minute, like an hour before they were supposed. I wanted my nails done before an important job interview and I was kinda worried they wouldn’t be able to fit me in. Thankfully they were still able to accommodate me and were nice and friendly the entire time. The environment was incredibly welcoming and relaxing. The prices are very affordable too. The nail tech I saw listened to exactly what I wanted and did an excellent job. I will definitely be coming back here often. :)

I have been coming here for about three years now and the service is amazing every time. I usually get SNS dip powder with extension add-ons. My nails have never fallen off and their shaping is near perfection! Everyone here is super friendly and my favorite part is the little massage they give while your nails wait to dry!

The WORST set I have ever gotten. They were scratched by the time she was done and literally 15 mins after I got home my left thumb nail broke off and I’ve since had three more come break off, with my real nails underneath. Also not all of the staff were wearing masks and there was zero social distancing going on. Will never come here again.

Ive been coming here for almost a year. Even when the salon is full, service is quick and high quality. Everyone who works here is friendly and does great work. They offer a student discount and the prices are otherwise very fair for the high quality of service.

This place takes the nail salon experience to the level it should be! They have the best customer experience! Attention to detail is their specialty. You know how you go to some nail salons and they cut your cuticles because theyre going so fast? Not here. They go fast but they have never hurt me. Its busy so plan ahead.

I am a bit new to getting manicures, but I must say that I had a fantastic experience at the this place. I came on a Sunday afternoon, when they only take walk-ins, so I had to wait for about 15 minutes, but I expected that with no appointment. My manicurist let me try several colors until I found the right shade. The place is very, very clean, and the family who runs it is extremely nice.

Ive had powder manicures done by at least four different nail techs here, and theyve all turned out great. Lots of great pedicures, too! I feel like I can walk in here, get any nail tech, and walk out with nice nails and a good experience.They have a great selection of powder colors and their drink menu is also extensive. This is my favorite nail place in Austin so far. 😍

Lynn did a fantastic job on my nails !! She made my experience there more memorable than any other nail shop around . From the time I walked in the salon, her greeting was very professional and it remained that way from the time I was leaving .I HIGHLY recommend her to do your nails!!!! This nail salon is fab! I got an acrylic fill with a fancy chrome powder finish and I’ve been getting so many compliments! The shop is very clean and nicely decorated, and they offer free drinks like coffee or margaritas while getting your service. I also got a pedicure and the massage chairs are heavenly! And the staff is so friendly and professional. Definitely my new go-to nail salon!

Super great service

Most the time they do a good job. I had to leave today after an hour and a half unfinished. I grew my nails so long and the lady just cut them all so much shorter than I asked for. My left hand doesn’t match my right hand.

Wendy is so sweet, and she really goes out of her way to make sure you love your nails. The technicians are all so sweet! I will definitely be coming back.

This is the best nail salon in central Austin, period. Its not cheap, and you usually will have to wait. But its worth it.

I’ve recommended this nail salon on yelp soooo many times and to so many people and everyone who goes is never disappointed! I’ve had my current set on for 4 weeks....NO breakage or lifting! I’ve spent double the price at other nail salons and which have lasted only a week...can’t recommend Enjoy Nails enough! Especially Nancy if you’re looking for some amazing/crazy designs!

A friend recommended this place! This place is fantastic. The staff are very kind. They have consistently given me the best gel manicures I have ever had. They have tons of gel color selections and designs. I am too happy with my nails! I would recommend them to friends.
