A huge shout out to this staff! Noone else (5 other Ford service places) would see us without an appointment. We are traveling so clearly that wasnt an option. They were very kind to us and helped us. It was very appreciated!
Found a car advertised online for $35,352. Called to find out what the outdoor price would be and they marked it up $3000 before tax title and tags. When I asked them why they were honoring their price he said it wasn’t his choice. But attention to your paperwork because I guarantee they are speaking fees and costs in on their customers and not honoring their word. False advertise
Why only one star? My 2018 Ford engine blew, with no warning, while relocating. My car has only 33,000 miles and the oil was clean. Ford is replacing my engine as I am still under warranty, however they are doing NOTHING to help put me in a rental or bring my car to me once they fix it. Because my brother was driving my car but not on the registration they refused him a rental. They did offer me a rental(after days)from the dealer where my car had to be towed 22 hour round trip!! We already made that trip on my end to get my brother home!! So 11 days later still no rental still waiting on the replacement engine and now they are telling me they will not bring me my car when its fixed!! Heres me, a single mom that just started a new job in a new location and Ford wants me to pay like $700( I dont have) to tow my car home?? Their product malfunctioned!! Ford should be doing EVERYTHING they can to help me, the customer.

The only reason I gave four stars is because I tried to catch the rebate sale, but the online sales department was not very helpful at all and caused me to miss out.
I needed to go out of town for the weekend and suddenly remembered Id forgotten to have my oil changed when it was due. I was a walk in at White Ford and Tammy assured me it was no problem that she could get me in and on the road by end of day... and she did. Tammy did a great job working me in. I cant thank you enough.

What a great experience I had at White Ford. Steven (internet sales) was very pleasant and answered all my questions. Mary (sales consultant) was very professional and easy to work with. She even made sure I knew how to use all the functions on my new car. There was no pressure put on me to buy that day. Just an all around good experience buying a car. I bought a brand new Motor home that was set onto a 2018 Ford Transit 350. On a trip to Florida with 7 people recently with only 2800 miles on the odometer, the Ford Transit 350 broke down on I-95 in North Carolina. Ford Roadside Assistance towed the vehicle to White Ford. We rented a car and continued on our trip. During that time, White Ford Service said that they repaired it by visually checking the throttle body and re-setting the computer. When I asked them what caused the throttle body to malfunction they said the computer had nothing to tell them that. When I said that really didnt give me a warm fuzzy feeling that it wouldnt happen again, I was told, you should be fine now. Well after picking it up on my way back from Florida and turning my rental car in, guess what. It got 200 miles and then did the exact same thing. Stranded again. So NO my experience with White Ford pretty much sucked.
I enjoyed working with salesman Jimmy Webb. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. This helped me make the best decision concerning the purchase of the vehicle.

Worst dealership ever. Called Dodge to complain and the lady literally said, I suggest you stop spending money there. I know its close and convenient but just stop spending your money there. I was told Bill White would call me but he apparently doesnt care. The service manager repeatedly told me to stop talking and listen to him... They had called the wrong warranty company and wouldnt listen. The Dodge dealership where I bought it in Ashland will get my money from now on.
Why DO a sales manager tell me you cant help me but run my credit 5 times for why......Then tell me to test drive another car saying u might can approve me for the 2nd car....then when i return ....i still need a cosigner.....MY ONLY QUESTION IS WHY DO YALL HAVE TO CONSTANTLY LIE TO PEOPLE...#STOPLYING

I can’t say enough great things about this location and it’s staff. Saresa was awesome. She saved our vacation. We were traveling from Maryland to Georgia and our car broke down. The technicians looked at it right away. Unfortunately the part wouldn’t be in until the next day. We had reservations that we’d miss if we waited until the next day. I called the local car rental places nothing available. I was about to cry. Saresa gave me smile and reassured me everything was going to be ok and she made some calls and found a place for us to rent a car. We picked our car up on our way back from our trip and our car is running great. Love this place

I took my 2015 Ford Fusion to the service center due to a recall on the steering wheel. Professional, knowledgeable employees and technicians. I was in and out in 40 minutes!
Not complaining, but you asked. F150 under factory warranty, needs turbo replaced, been a month and your service department has been unable to get part to fix it. Still driving around with Ford F150 smoking. Peope see this and ask and I tell them...yeah, truck has less than 36,000 miles and smoking. Being honest, I will not be satisfied until the vehicle has neen fixed and no longer smokes. Until then, all people see is a nice looking F150 THAT SMOKES when yo crank it up. Cant be good for Ford Dealerships. Like I said, not complaining, but you did ask for the input.

Cant say that I am a fan of this dealership. The car itself was in very good shape and I got a decent price for it. Some minor scratches and paint chips and the interior needed to be detailed (obvious dust on the dash, dirt on the carpets and seats, garbage in the door cubbies, and what looks like some spilled drink residue on one of the doors. But nothing major.The sales person offered to have the scratches/chips repaired and promised their onsite guy was THE master detailer. We werent in any particular rush so agreed to leave the car for a week to have the work done. When we returned to pick up the car - the paint chips were fixed with touch up paint (its obvious if you know to look for it -- but its not an eyesore so it is adequate). The interior still needed to be detailed. I was then told that if I wanted to have the scratches fixed, it would be $150 + an extra week of hassle. Why they didnt have the courtesy to call and ask if I wanted the repairs completed instead of waiting I showed up is beyond me. He said we could pay now and they would give us a loaner car, etc. Living 1.5 hrs from the dealership, the hassle was just not worth my time.I am pretty old fashioned. The salesman gave me a firm handshake, looked me in the eyes, and made several promises. When you do those 3 things in conjunction -- but not follow through -- its an integrity problem for me. It annoyed me enough that they (White Motors - they have 3 dealerships side-by-side Ford, Chevy, Chrysler) will NEVER get my business again.....At least they gave us 1/2 tank of gas after the purchase..

PRICE SWITCHConfirmed advertised price over phone prior to visit, and again with sales manager prior to test drive. After test drive, price went up 25%.Do not waste your time with White Ford. Make the drive to Lee Ford in Wilson or Hastings Ford in Greenville where they stand by their advertised price and avoid the BS at White.
Needed oil changed they helped me get it done and when a check engine light was on then went off they would not charge me to check it anyway
