Skin 101 is the best in all around skin care in this area! I saw Jincy for Dysport — she was amazing. Took her time, explained everything she was doing, and what could be expected. A true professional. I loved how she “mapped” out a plan for injections. The results were amazing! Bye bye lines and wrinkles! Roxie and her entire staff are awesome! They always make you feel welcomed and appreciated!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The TOP med spa in all of Spring/Cypress hands down. Got the chance to visit Skin 101 and sit down with the owner. She is so sweet and incredibly knowledgeable of her craft. Went there for lip fillers I got on Groupon. She took her time. She kept saying there is no rush. She was knowledgeable. And my lips came out AMAZING. Definitely going back.

After my initial review, the manager was very quick to reach out and remediate what complaints I had. I had my second visit today and the problem has been corrected, I believe. It takes time to see results but they certainly were very proactive in reaching out and to make sure they had a satisfied customer. First off I wanna say my experience was FANTASTIC from front desk staff to when I received my service. I got some lip filler & Paige Savage was so gentle & informative. I absolutely love the outcome, so much so that I would definitely return for a second session!

I went to Skin101 for my first experience with Restylane-L filler in my nasolabial folds. Jincy was amazing! She explained the whole process beforehand and gave me clear instructions for after-care. The pain level was minimal, and I love how my skin looks!

I bought the Groupon purchase for one mini clean and brite facial along with microdermabrasion. This is my first visit and I was on time for the appointment. I felt confident with the treatment however I felt the treatment was done rather quick and I was not able to enjoy the process. Furthermore, the treatment was done only on the face and it was not done around the neck area. Little dissapointed. The staffs on the front desk were professional and courteous.

I had never had any services done before. I went here from the reviews off of Google and Groupon. I went for a free consultation and they made me feel immediately comfortable. I saw Laura and she explained everything to me in detail. I made an appointment and came back for my treatment. Everyone was great! Laura did my treatment as I requested. Very very happy! I will be going back!

I love the staff here from the front desk to the aestheticians and technicians. Ive had several treatments done her over the years -- most recently the dermal infusion facial -- and I am never disappointed. They are always a treat that leave me feeling pampered and refreshed. They offer several decadent, proven skincare lines for every skin type (but no annoying hard sell,) and they feature great monthly specials that make self care easy!

Skin 101 Spring is the best! Every service I have had there has been exceptional and I love the staff. Jamie is my go to for injections and Karen for all things skincare.

Great first time experience! Karen was pleasantly great at extracting my clogged pores and getting out the core of a cystic acne pimple caused by hormones--Which dried up totally the next day. My face is looking more radiant now ;) I will be back God willing. Friendly atmosphere!!! Would highly recommend.

It was good. Everyone was pretty nice. The woman at the front desk got really snippy with me for entering the premises five minutes before my appointment, saying I should’ve stayed in the car, but 1. that’s what I was told to do since there was paperwork and 2. No one ever communicated that during the original appointment or confirmation. If you don’t want people to come inside until you call them, you need to make the paperwork available online to be completed before the appointment. My only other complaint is that I didn’t really feel like I got any advice. I came in hoping to get my skin evaluated and get expert advice about what I needed. Instead, whenever I asked a question to my esthetician, she pretty much reversed the question on me. For example, I got the Groupon where I did not know whether I wanted microdermabrasion or chemical peel, but she never looked at my skin to determine which one is better for me. She just asked me what I thought my problems were and gave the suggestion based on that. I feel like my skin was never really looked at prior to the facial and chemical peel, which concerns me. I’m used to laying down and being put under a light by the aesthetician and having my skin evaluated prior to treatment. The only advice I was given was about how to take care of my skin after the chemical peel but it was pretty much not to use harsh chemicals like acids. No take home packet or anything. I do feel like my skin looks good but I don’t feel like I left knowing anything more about my skin than when I came in, but maybe that’s the point. I probably will try out another aesthetician to see if the experience is different.

Meagan was great, honest - not just trying to sell you Botox Filler etc! Not trying to make you look like someone else, just the “best” version of you!! Exactly what I needed as a little “pick me up” at almost 39 :) Highly recommend!For my facial, Crystal was amazing! Most relaxing facial I’ve had in nearly 20yrs!! I’m a fan and will be back! She even massaged by arms for a few minutes!!!

I have been going to Skin 101 for years and I absolutely love it there! The staff is always very friendly and professional and the facility is very clean. I have had various services performed from acne treatment, facials and laser hair removal, I have never been disappointed. I also buy my makeup and skincare products from Skin 101. They have a large selection of Glo Minerals makeup and the skincare products are awesome. I highly recommend checking them out!

Great Experience! I was not sure what to expect when using the Groupon for the facial, but Crystal exceeded my expectations. Looking forward to future visits. I would recommend an introduction or tour of the business with a list of different services provided. Crystal did recommend another service and suggested I watch my emails for specials.

This is a full service and fabulous place. I’ve been coming here since 2015 for products, injections, facials, laser - the works. Everyone is extremely professional, the service is excellent and prices are fair. There’s no sales pressure. The staff cares as much about my beauty as I do, and no one has ever tried to up-sell or pressure me to spend beyond my comfort. I now drive from downtown to go here because it is THAT good. I highly recommend it.

Friendly staff, I felt very welcome as a first time client. The office was very clean. I had derma-planing done for the first time and am very pleased with the results.

I have been wanting to have my eyebrows mico-bladed for several years. I looked on line and read reviews about Candace and made an appointment at Skin 101. When I arrived Candace drew an outline on my brow and said she was going to be doing the markings inside those lines. She never showed me eyebrow shapes or even asked what I really wanted or expected. It is really hard to tell by looking at those lines what you are going to end up with. During the process I was never once given a mirror to see any progress or to give my feedback. When she was done she handed me a mirror. All she had really done was place markings under the hair I already had. I have pencil thin eyebrows because I grew up in the 60s and 70s and that was the style. Remember, I Love Lucy? Then I was scheduled for a touch-up. I got home and the first thing my husband said was, it does not look like you got anything done. When I arrived for my touch-up, I told Candace that I wore eyebrow pencil, so she could see how I wear my eyebrows. She said, that is a whole lot more than a touch-up, You will need to reschedule because I do not have enough time to do that. Then Candace sent me to the salon manager. The manager said, I would have to pay another $350.00 to have any more done. Later the same day Candace contacted me and said that I could go to the other salon she worked at and that she would fix them at no additional cost to me. So I booked another appointment at Tranquil Salon. The day of the appointment Candace texted me canceling. She said her child was sick and that she was picking her up from school. She never contacted me again to reschedule. In the end; I never even got a touch-up (which is included in the original price). That might have helped my eyebrows look a little more like what I wanted. I was very disappointed and unhappy with the results and the shabby way this was managed. I am not sure I would even let her touch them up for free. I think I am going to someone else that was recommended and simply get them tattooed. Ladies: SAVE YOUR MONEY. DO NOT GO TO SKIN 101 OR CANDACE.

Great customer service! It can be a little uncomfortable discussing our own imperfections with someone else, but the staff at Skin 101 made me feel comfortable and confident. They offer many different services and products. The staff were all very patience in answering my many questions and offerred helpful recommendations for which products would be most beneficial for me. Roxie, the owner, is amazing! You can tell that she is passionate about what she does because you can feel the positive energy when you walk through the door. Im glad that I stopped in and I look forward to returning!

I tried several place around north Houston, but skin 101 is truly the best. I tried European facial care and this was the best time. The esthetician did really gentle and work well with ur skin. I definitely will go back.

Great place! Taking my kid there next week for acne treatment. Who knew they take medical insurance? I got laser resurfacing last month and fillers this week. Anyone try their bio identical hormones? Getting my blood drawn at their office this week in prep for that.

Roxie and her team go to great lengths to ensure client satisfaction. Their monthly emails also include lots of great offers and new opportunities to try new products and services at special pricing!

Jess did my microblading, not only professional, clean, very patient with all my questions & concerns ! She was wonderful to deal with. I cant stress enough about having to pick colors, shape & size, considering this is permanent on your face, she was exceptional . I asked a thousand questions, and she took time to explain & make correct choices for me! Ive had so many plp tell me how great they look & have already made apt. Hands down go see her!

Stephanie does great facials & is very knowledgeable. However, when I went for a consultation with Brooke she recommended products that did not do well with my skin. When I called to explain that my skin did not react well with the products, Brooke was very rude and unprofessional. I then spoke with Roxie about returning the products & she informed me that they do not take products back. Pease be aware that their products are not cheap & non refundable. I even requested store credit, & that was not an option. Now, Im out more than $100 & cant even use the product because it irritates my skin.

Dysport is amazing and so is the staff. Most ladies wont tell their spa day secrets, but I will. Skin101 staff welcomed me as I signed in for my appointment. I waited maybe 5 minutes to be seen and then was taken for my injections. The NP took before and after photos and explained the differences between Botox and Dysport. The injections were quick and didnt hurt.I noticed they have a weightloss program and laser hair removal too so i made sure to make another appointment to get those started.

Jess DeLeon did my brows and touch up and I am so thrilled about the way that they came out. In fact I have already referred several people to her! Its funny because I can see people looking at me and kind of squinting to see, so Ill let them know that I have had my eyebrows microbladed. I actually started carrying Jesss cards with me because so many people ask me about my eyebrows. Not only was the result beyond what I was looking for, but Jess is such an awesome person Im better for knowing her! I cant say enough about how happy I am that I dont have to draw them on, and that they looks so natural! Shes a perfectionist and definitely an artist!

This place is not customer friendly, they rather loose a client then save one... This is how companies like them go bankrupt. I do not recommend this place, it will be a waste of your time and money. And the location was not well planned out to serve the All of north spring area.

I did the eyebrow microblading with Jessica in May 2017. Jessica started out 20 minutes late for our appointment then seemed panicked that I was bleeding so much. She pulled all the hairs I had from both tips of my brows and then did a horrific job adding strokes as they call them to fill them in. She then colored them so dark brown they looked black and now 8 weeks later look ashy and blueish. I have an irish complexion with light brown hair so you can imagine how awful this looks. I have spent quite a bit of money on growth serums trying to get my own hairs to grow back in on the tips and pencils to color in my tips since they are completely missing now from her tweezing them out and doing an awful, uneven, blotchy microblading job. When they were healing, they did not flake off slowly as described in the healing information given but instead both tips fell off in one big chunk. I was in tears two days later and completely panicked the rest were going to fall out andJessica acted like it was such a major deal for her to come and take a look at my brows. She then accused me of coloring my hair darker since she did my brows because she admitted they were way too dark and said she would not charge me for the follow up. She was crazy if she thought I would let her touch my brows again. I am now set to pay a second time to have someone who knows what they are doing fix my brows. After looking at my brows I was told Jessica must have used cheap colors and since she said I was bleeding so much during the procedure, she must have cut too deep or used too large of a blade. All I know is Jessica needs more training and might be an artist in that she can draw on paper but she is by no means a brow shaping or brow color artist. Please do your research or you will spend months and double the money trying to fix your brows. I am mad at myself too for not leaving when Jessica was late and trusting my gut instinct. I was also telling her during my procedure the tips looked too pointy and she never got them to look like I wanted and now I realize it is because she tweezed out all my own hairs instead of adding to them. Please note Jessica also has a Facebook page by the name of Native Brows. She does microblading at Skin101 and will also go to your house. Just so you are aware the Jessica or Jess at Skin101 in Spring, Texas is the same person as Native Brows. Funny the owners response was she could not comment but my review was not factual. What would be my motivation to make up a story about my outcome if Jessica did a beautiful job? No motivation. IF you continue to respond my review is not accurate I am happy to post my before and after photos for all to see and decide for themselves who is being truthful. I am missing chunks from my brows that were not missing when I arrived and they are crazy dark.
