Had no backup generator so we could get into our storage and wasnt climate controlled when loss of power. Also wasnt able to get into my storage for almost 2 weeks but yet got charged a late fee for being 2 days late on payment. Im moving my stuff out this month and will never use red dot again.

Helping a friend move her stuff out, the building was dark, dink and smelly. There was garbage stacked by the door.
During the storm they didn’t let us in after the storm they had chains around the gates.But on the website it says 24 hour access 😡.
Hot as a sauna in this place, dog feces was in the door way, broken plates with nautical theme, glass and debris in walk way.
You couldnt write a crazier customer experience.There are no people there and they force you to use a kiosk, which doesnt accept debit or credit cards, and you cant see a unit before you purchase. But ok, Ill go along, whats the worst that could happen?I purchased a unit on Monday, three days later I still cannot access the building. The code they gave me doesnt work, and apparently no one can provide a code that works long term! They can only provide you with temporary codes that you have to call during office hours to obtain?!When you call their helpline it is run out of Russia, and they will only tell that normally everything works, that your case is an exception, and then offer no solutions. They wouldnt even give a refund for days I couldnt access it because they couldnt provide a working code.Apparently this happens to a lot of people because while I was there looking for a human being I saw two other customers who had literally the same experience.Normally a very chill person but this is so insane wanted to warn someone else before you sign up.
