Excellent place! Every visit is always a great experience at TP Pure Nails. Everyone is so kind and hospitable. They really stand by the quality of their work, and it shows! Will definitely be a repeat customer.

Friendly staff. Very crowded and small inside. Kept accepting walk ins while working on my pedicure. It was not super relaxing. Salon smelled the same as a regular one, so not sure what is the natural part of it. Items skipped over during my pedicure upgrade like he was rushing. Polish looked pretty.

UPDATE: I went back for a second time and my pedicure looks sooo sloppy. Its quite upsetting.The polish is uneven and even the shape isnt symmetrical. I 100% could have done a better job at home. I guess it all depends on who you get but, Id rather not take that chance -- the variation in quality is too extreme.Definitely will be going back! My pedicure was impeccably done and lasted weeks without a single chip.

My pedicure was VERY rushed and the paint job on my toes is super uneven. I wasn’t going to complain while I was there because I hate having to be that person. So, I left and had to come back 5 minutes later since the rain ruined one of my nails. They seemed annoyed when I came back for them to touch it up. I only needed them to fix one toe, which ended up being even more uneven/sloppier than the first paint job. I wish I could say my experience was better here, but I most likely won’t be returning. I’m sad that I wasted my ClassPass points here :(

I wanted to love this place. My pedicure left my toenails uneven and the polish wore off in a couple days on parts of my toes. The gel manicure was rushed and I paid for a premium one but no massage and was basically asked to leave when next group appointment showed up. I tipped well, over 20% and they didn’t even say thank you. I won’t be going back.

Tony did my French tips, and Tracy did Phinney’s nails! Tony also did my brows! Phinney and I are both feeling divinely glamorous!

I’ve been consistently visiting Tracy for my manicures for the last year. She is the absolute best and always does such a great job. She’s so detail oriented and spends time giving me the perfect manicures! Her assistant Taurus does fabulous pedicures as well. You won’t regret letting them take care of your nails for an hour. I’ve had a LOT of manicures and pedicures throughout my life and Tracy tops them all.

First time here since I’m walking distance away. Small but inviting space, I easily booked online for a Sunday with Monica. Professional, clean, and they have mighty strong hands for massages (which I like!).

I came for a quick trip to Austin and decided to give this place a try, I am not sure why nail presoaking wasnt an option for me but what can I do, just sit there and let them do their job. I was not a fan of the dry manicure. I chose the express mani w/ Gel Nails. Unfortunately, at the time I didnt notice that my entire right hand was not gel polished properly, if you look at the picture, you can see the dull side and unfinished side. I couldnt believe the manicurist didnt add the top coat gel polish. They reached out to me to fix the problem and offered various service recovery options, but I didnt choose one since I had to leave that same day. When I returned to the salon they acknowledged their mistake, removed the gel polished and offered a refund, so I am grateful for that.

Tracy and Phoebe were amazing! Every time I come here they’re so friendly clean professional and do a good job. They also offer complementary beverages and the massage chairs are a nice touch.

Been going here I guess about 6 months now- started before the pandemic and have continued since they reopened. They were clean and professional before and are more so now- they wear masks, require masks, have you wash your hands prior to sitting down, have barriers and have you wait outside until your appointment. I feel they are doing everything possible to make the clients feel safe and it does not go unnoticed nor unappreciated. I personally use Tracy who is fantastic and am very happy to have found her. Found this place and her through searching google and reviews and am very happy to have found her. I was with the same tech for 6 years until she moved and was frantic until I found Pure Nails and Tracy. Cant say enough good things about this place.

First time getting a Shellac Pedicure with Chrome. $45 for Shellac Pedi + $10 for Chrome. Camille (former owner) gently exfoliated and my feet are now perfectly smooth. Leg & foot massage after the pedi was a nice touch. She took her time & did a great job! I never felt rushed and the girls there seem close, like a little family. The other girls seemed very detail oriented with their clients as well. Camille told me theyd been in business for 14+ years! I highly recommend making an appointment. :)

I love Tracy! She and Taurus do amazing nails and they are so kind and generous. One time I went (pre-covid) and Tracy had a bunch of food made for the holidays. She served me a plate of spring rolls and noodles with a glass of champagne. Best pedi ever

I absolutely LOVED my nails! April made my nail dreams a reality. I had not gotten my nails done in a long time. Well, a few weeks ago I got them done and they ended up looking like a nightmare so I thought I was never gonna try again BUT I’m so glad I did! April is AMAZING and does an Unbelievable job. She takes her time and makes sure your nails are exactly how you want them. I am so thankful for her and her work. I got an extension on my nails as they are not quite the length I want them but they look soooo natural and they feel so light as well. I definitely recommend Pure Nails and April’s beautiful work!

Very small space so scary with covid. Got gel mani and pedi. Within 3 days two nails had already chipped on my hand. They fixed them but made me wait 30min even though I thought I had an appointment. I will not be returning sadly bc I love that everything is natural!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! I have been to many nail salons over the years and none of them give you the quality and attention to detail you get with April! She is a genius! I drove over 3 hours round trip for my Halloween nails this year because she was the only person I trusted to make my idea a reality! I dont know any other nail tech that could create glitter candy corn dip powder nails! They are gorgeous and April is amazing! You are seriously missing out if you go anywhere else.

I’m so happy I found this place! They were so kind to take me in an hour before closing. I got a mani with Tracy and Taras ( hope I’m spelling his name right). They never rushed through my appointment even though I’m sure they were ready to go home after a full day, they did an amazing job, fully explained their services and were so friendly. I LOVED the results, I went running and rock climbing the next day and my nails are intact. I can’t wait to come back!

Very nice place. I dont get Mani/Pedis often but went with my fiance and it was a good experience. We paired it with foot and leg massages at the spa a few doors down, relaxing day all around.

I love Pure Nails! Tracy is so friendly and great at her job. I’ve left very happy with a great gel manicure every time! This is definitely my go-to nail salon. Booking online is super easy or you can call ahead. They’re also awesome for playing Netflix in the background.

Love the location. Nice and caring staff. Always do a great job on my pedicure. Lasts for weeks. They serve complimentary mimosas. Have specials on Weds. (margaritas and chips/dips). Would like more pressure on the massage portion of my pedicure. Never seems intense enough. Prices are reasonable.

Neon sign displayed as open. I parked in the garage and when I got to the door, about 30 minutes before closing time the 2 staff members there informed me it was closed. Neon light was left on and door unlocked.. will never go there again.

If you can grow your own nails, and youre not interested in acrylics and full sets and fake nails, then Pure Nails is simply the best nail shop in town. They dont do any acrylics, so theres none of that funky chemical smell you get at other shops. But thats not the only reason to go there. Their natural manicures and pedicures are what is so special about this place. Very thorough, with attention to detail that is just not the norm in this industry. The owner, Camille, is awesome, and has trained all her nail techs to her high standards, so everyone who works there is a real person that you can actually have a conversation with. They all seem to enjoy their jobs and want to be there.Whether you get regular manicures or think of them as an occasional treat, Pure Nails is really a lovely place to go.

Precise beauty with easy call/or on line appointments, in new facility on South Lamar near Broken Spoke. Pedicures with foot, ankle lower leg care is a must for beauty if not for health. For winter I buff my nails...for warm months color that lasts for weeks. Tiffany during the week; Chandra on Saturday-Sundays which is VERY unusual schedule for those of us busy or husbands watching football. ! Well worth the investment. Reasonable prices and smiles. Camille is owner who gives good advice and supervision. Manicures, even graphic ones, excellent, also. Ive been coming here for 4 years.

Camille was great. She dealt with the feet of an athlete who had never had a pedicure before. I am a giant by most standards 65 and 230 or so...but I figured it was time to get my feet dealt with by a professional. Camille is an artist with feet and a fun person to talk with to boot.Its a nice little store with a great environment that is easy to access. You can also book appointments online, something that for a smaller store was surprising.For the record, I do not know Camille or any other employees personally, but rather am a transplant from Salt Lake City who just moved into Austin (moved Feb 2015, pedi in Apr 2015)

What I like about Pure Nails is not only the good quality of their work but also the fact that they use products that are free of smells or the usual harmful chemicals found in regular nail polish/removers. I also appreciate that the place is clean and that I can easily make appointments online without having to call the front desk. I simply love it.

I’ve been going to april for gel manicures regularly since november and i’ll continue to book appointments with her because she’s great at what she does! she can do both simple as well as detailed custom designs. i also like this salon because i’m into being as chemical free as possible.

My husband and I both LOVE Pure Nails. I first started coming while pregnant because I didnt want to smell harsh fumes or be around tons of toxic chemicals but I did want to be pampered. It does not smell bad AT ALL in this place. There are no toxic fumes- only herbal scents. They DO NOT DO ACRYLIC NAILS. That is one reason it doesnt smell awful here, but Ive seen people come in assuming they do those and being disappointed. They do give amazing pedicures. Great massage and totally worth the money not to have to smell noxious fumes and to be respected and treated kindly. The women who work here are genuinely nice and fun to talk to. Writing this review makes me want to go back asap!One time after getting a pedicure, I tripped right outside and messed up my toe nail polish and they very kindly fixed it up for me! They are so sweet and they provide very good service. Ill never go anywhere else for my mani/pedis.

Made an appt online, show up, turns out Im not on the schedule. They still had space so I got another tech. My nails were really bad. I asked for stilleto nails, but they did a long almond since they didnt know what stiletto was. I was in a hurry to leave when they finished. The nails looked fine at first, but when I really saw the details after I left, they really were unacceptable. All the nails were different shapes and lengths. Some were incredibly thick some were crooked. I wanted to be polite and said I liked them, but now I see that was a mistake, I should have been honest. I should have gone back to complain, but I didnt want to drive all the way back. I bought acetone and soaked them all off the next day. I will not be back. I have no picture to show because I took them off right the next morning. I cant comment on their other services, but definitely get a recommendation and see the techs work before you let them start.

This is the first time I try this place the pedicure was great until a few and Im talking about 5 hours later I put on socks and my tenni shoes and after about 2 hours I took off my shoes my polish was messed up. I hope they can consider fixing it.

The service was good but I felt a little rushed on. My Pedicure started late than the given time (which they offered 5% discount) but was finished with a friend who started 15 mins before me. It did not go on for 75 mins as mentioned on site.

As a guy who had never gotten manicures and pedicures before coming to Pure Nails, I really did my research of the local Austin shops with a preference for those business that dont use a lot of chemicals. Pure Nails was a name that kept on popping up in reviews on-line, so I booked a sports mani-pedi with them. I never felt nervous or intimidated and got great looking nails afterwards. After almost a year, I am regularly giving them my business to maintain the work they have done, even though their location is on the other side of town from where I live. Thats how happy I am with them.
