So, my feet really needed help, but I got lucky and came to the right place! Clean place, relaxing ~ The leg and foot massage in the deluxe pedicure was excellent. Romeo even found glass in one foot, and gently removed it, wow! Above and beyond service. My toes, after the massage, were actually aligned (never in my whole life!) And straight. Just, wow.My feet are now as cute as ever, and I enjoyed my ESCAPE. Thanks, Romeo and staff at Escape

GREAT customer service but horrible Nail Service I paid $69 for nails that aren’t even at all and the actual acrylic nail is bigger then my actual real nail. Not only that THE CHROME IS CHIPPING OFF :(. My friend also went with me and her nail color and design came out great BUT they didn’t even it right, and one looked so deformed. She paid $65. It’s only been 5 days :(

I truly love this place is a little bit pricier but totally worth it, I can’t wait to come back next month it was worth every cent, every one is super friendly and professional and they make sure you are happy.I would recommend this place to anyone who wants their nails to be spectacular and you will fall in love with the girls and staff like I did.

This is the cleanest and most beautiful nail salon Ive been to in town! I mentioned one of my nails was hurting when I went in and John was so gentle and careful about it, checking in multiple times to make sure it was okay. I will definitely ONLY be coming here from now on.

Very nice clean place, I really liked my nail technician; however I brought my 2 daughters in with me and the way this was handled was all wrong . I informed the front desk upon arrival I wanted my daughters to have gel nails, and I would get powder. While I wasn’t near, they suggested my daughters get the more expensive powder as well. Also, one of my daughters waited for nearly an hour for her service to start; while there seemed to be many available bail technicians around, and even one servicing the front desk worker while my daughter waited...I was shocked when I went to pay and my total was 160 dollars! Certainly not worth it. I won’t be back.

This place is down the street from my home I discovered it because my other regular salon was booked when I wanted a pedicure and I’m very happy that happened because I will only go to this place now I love the atmosphere I’ve gotten two pedicures now both people John and the woman today were excellent the massage with the hot stone I loved it for my Happy feet

The salon is very clean and nice. My sns came out pretty decent, however this was the worst pedicure I have ever received at a salon. The woman who did my toes was very sweet, but I am actually not sure she is licensed to do nails. She gave me a half done pedicure and was very clear she did not know what she was doing when she cut my skin when I asked for my nails to be clipped. After clipping them, she barely filed and shaped them. It looks like someone bit my toe nails off. I was given a gift card to come back get them redone, but this was not a good experience.

I went and had SNS dip nails done, and as a long time nail biter, I went in feeling a bit embarrassed and worried about being judged by the nail technicians. Tammy was my nail tech, and she was so absolutely kind to me, helped talk me through a plan to help me grow out my nails, and did a fabulous job on my manicure! This was my first time to this salon, and I was nothing but impressed! Ill definitely be back again soon!

The 2 of us went together and after about 20 minutes later than our appointment, they called us in. She started my pedicure and my friend just sat next to me the whole time not knowing if she was going to get her pedi or not. The technicians are not in tune or in contact with the customers whatsoever. Several times, i asked her a question and no reply at all. She didnt even look up to acknowledge me. Then when the technician was almost finished with mine, someone else starts doing hers. So now Im done and we were having to wait another while. Absolutely no communication with the customers, no apology, no concern for our time whatsoever. We had a dinner to get to but now we were late. We went together so we could have it done together. If we couldnt have it done at the same time, thats fine, but just say so. Poor customer service!

They have a great atmosphere and comfy chairs. Everyone is really nice. I got a pedi and a shellac mani. Pedi was great and polish still looks good. Sadly my mani was not as good. The application of the shellac was horrible. Ive gotten shellac for years they always last 3-4 weeks. It started chipping the very next day and by day 5 they were all ruined. Ill go back for Pedis but wont trust them to do my mani

My pedicure was fantastic. I got the basic pedicure and it was better than my previous deluxe pedicure I had gotten at a different salon. However, multiple employees and one customer were not wearing masks at all, or wearing them below the nose.

I’ve finally found my forever nail salon. Right when I walked in, I knew this was “the one”. The interior is absolutely beautiful. Serene, Tiffany blue, beautiful art and lighting, smells great (can’t even smell that there is nail polish and acetone etc, don’t know how they hide it so well), just very inviting and upscale feel without without being presumptuous.The beautiful blue massage chairs are the most comfortable, clean, well designed nail salon chairs I’ve ever sat in.Aside from being impeccably clean and cushiony, they had a perfect tray, cup holder, and purse hanger.Although it may sound petty, I hate when I get my nails done and have to toss my purse on the floor, and often the arm rest area isn’t big enough to set your drink. The little table tray made it possible for me to put my phone, my Starbucks etc and not be fumbling with the massage remote with my hands full (ladies, you know what I mean).While they did have some affordable options, I opted for the works for my pedi. It’s been a rough few months and both my mom and I desperately needed to pamper ourselves.It was $85, but let me tell you…. I’d pay twice that for what they did.You know how many salons have packages that include leg and foot massage, but afterwards you wonder why you didn’t really receive much of a massage, or it wasn’t that great, or they rushed it?Not here. Omg. The menu states that it’s a 90 minute treatment, and ladies (and gents), it DID NOT disappoint.They spent the majority of the tine going back and forth between scrubbing, hot stone massage, regular massage, reflexology, he even popped my toes, which may sound weird, but I loved it, and it just added to the massage portion, which was so beyond generous and in depth.I’m actually usually a bit tense having my feet messed with, but I literally almost fell asleep in the chair.They had some soft, calm, soothing music playing, which totally fit the environment. Not too loud, but tranquil enough to when you’re leaning back getting your massage it sort of puts you in the zone.He did an impeccable job on my polish and grooming my cuticles and toenails (my feet were in ROUGH shape, poor guy lol).I came for the paint, but left feeling like I was walking on air because the massage was so over the top good.So, when I return, I’ll be going for the massage with a side of nail paint instead of vice versa.I don’t remember the gentleman’s name, but him, and the woman who did my moms massage and nails deserve this review, and every referral I can possibly give them.I will never go to another nail salon in Austin again. This is the one, folks! You’ll be hard pressed to find one that beats the quality and time they spend on you.

Tammy was amazing! I did the gel nail manicure and the French pedicure. The foot and leg massage was wonderful and the hot stones were incredible. The place is clean and decorated nicely. My favorite part was the callous removal. I feel like I have baby feet! I have three different scrapers at home but they dont do a thing compared to the callous treatment here. I cant believe these are my feet!!!!

I was a walk in around 5:30pm for a pedicure and acrylic nail set. Not super busy at all which was super great! When I walked in you check yourself in and then they will take you back. This place is always super clean and super pretty!!Hana did my pedicure and did an amazing job!! I highly suggest getting one from her! Her attention to detail when painting your toenails is great compared to where I used to go they would slap on a color and go. My toes are beautiful now 🖤I believe Tammy was who did my nails, I could be spelling her name wrong but she did my acrylic set that turned out beautiful! Fixed my cuticles nicely and did the entire process so well and she has great attention to detail my nails are exactly what I wanted and I can’t find one flaw and this is the day after I got them done.This place is deff THE place of the area!! Fair pricing!!

Beautiful salon. That is about it. I had my gel mani/pedi nails done Thursday, the pointer finger chipped the same day. Instead if going back because most employees were indifferent to me or my 3 daughters who also got mani/pedi, I decided to put a little nail glue at the tip of the paint and hope for the best. Then 3 days later my middle finger really looks awful. My girls and I were in the salon for 3 hours; I ended up skipping massage and paraffin wax so we could all leave. One of ladies at checkout told me a ten dollar increase to the quote I was given by Tammy (at least Tammy was sweet), when I questioned her the lady could not respond due to a language barrier. This was the case with 95% of the employees at this salon; we simply could not communicate.My daughters and I will not be back.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I came in for SNS manicure with my 7 month old daughter who was sleeping. She woke up as soon as my nails were soaking and Tammi held her, fed her and kept her happy until my nails were done. Jade did a wonderful job on my manicure, not to thick and the perfect length. I will for sure be coming back!!

They use the healthiest and best salon products of any place Ive been to. They use NuSkin products and offer nail polishes that are much less toxic than anything Ive seen before. Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful salon with massage controller at every station.

I had a very bad experience at a previous nail place which I wont mention. they took so much time and attention to detail and fix my nails properly Im so happy! They also use quality products that actually work and theyre not cheap and hard to remove and bad for you!!!! I will definitely be going back often my nails look and feel amazing!!! I love the ambiance also!!! Which is a big bonus coupled with impeccable work!!

The employees were very kind, Ill start with that. I can appreciate nice staff.I went to get my nails painted for a wedding. On the page it said theyd trim and shape the nail but they kind of just filed it down really quickly so my nails were pretty unevenly shaped. Second, the paint was applied quickly and so it wasnt a very clean finished look and I could even see lines where one layer was placed over the other. If they had taken their time a little more I think the job could have looked a lot neater.Other than that, the ambiance is quite nice and theyre very friendly there. Maybe a different service would turn out better for anyone looking to get their nails done there.

This place provides exceptional customer service, and not only that, it is so well-done inside. Last night I took my daughter for brow waxing, and they had just closed. We left, but a worker came out and said, come in, we can do it. They didnt have to do that, but they did, and they were so friendly about it all. Tammy is the sweetest and provides excellent customer care. Not only is the customer service great, the inside of the building is so welcoming, clean, and and just plain conformable. I enjoy the fact that I dont feel like Im on top of someone even when its busy. I will keep going there!

The place is beautiful and is amazing but when the lady did my nails she didn’t even finish. I’m very upset because my nails look weird. The lady was also pinching me when she was holding my hand I wish I didn’t have to rate this place 3 stars but because of what she did it hurt me and now my hands have areas of red. They also did my nails way to fast you could tell they didn’t care at all.Other than that great place nice to stop by real quick as well.

I went to this salon about five times and their service at best was random. The technician I liked left and its been downhill ever since. The last time I had my nails done (s&s) they all started cracking during my trip to NYC. Upon my return I went back to let them know and requested they remove them. They put my entire hands in acetone and now my cuticles are raw. To add insult to injury, they charged me. By the way while I was waiting I overheard the owner apologizing to another customer and blaming the problem on the limited communication skills of the technician.For anyone who goes there, dont say you werent warned.

My pedi came out great, however my nail tech (male, skinny w/glasses) was very aggressive while doing his job (gripped my ankles too tight when moving my feet, his finger nail pinched into my skin while he painted my toes due to him applying too much pressure, he used the buffer on the top of my foot instead of the bottom)Nice guy but too rough.

Ive only been here twice but I was happy both times. Love the singing manicurist 😊

We got here at 2:45 for an appointment for 2 mani/pedi and a mani, as I write this at 5:41 we are still waiting. I received what felt like a very rushed mani, my fiance got his pedi but not his mani and we are now waiting on his mothers manicure with tips to finish, weve been waiting for over an hour. They told us 10 more minutes so we left and got Subway and it looks like theres still 10 minutes to go. A heads up that only 4-6 people working and itd take some time would have been nice, we now have to push back our evening plans.

The employees were nice, but they tried to upsell so much it became annoying. Also, when the technician asked if I wanted a deluxe pedicure, I said yes, and should have looked at the price. I believe she chose a more expensive deluxe than the basic deluxe, if that makes sense.I know because the guy who did my nails asked me if I wanted a deluxe and I said yes, and he was trying to get me to buy a more expensive service. If you go to this place, be sure to check the prices before committing otherwise they may give you the most expensive option.

Their SNS manicures are always so nice and done to perfection and their pedicures are quite relaxing!The atmosphere overall is positive and the people are THE NICEST. I have yet to have a technician who is not kind, quick, and thoughtful with my nails.I will always come back to them! Appts can be made online (so easy) or walk-ins are welcome! 5 stars!!! Amazing job on my SNS manicure and eyebrow waxing. My nails are still intact and I am very impressed with Tammys work. She made sure to be precise and was cautious. If you are not satisfied with the work, Tammy will do what it takes to make you satisfied. It takes a while, but it is worth it. Vincent was also very friendly and a great host. Environment was pleasing. Quiet and visually aesthetic. I have found my new nail and eyebrow salon! Highkey recommend and ask for Tammy!

I wanted to love this place as is it is close to my house but the quality is just not there. I spent 70 bucks on a mani pedi ($10 extra to have calluses removed). The pedicure is actually pretty good but the manicure failed miserably. They didn’t even remove all of the previous gel completely and they have no drying station. As far as clipping my cuticles, that was pretty much nonexistent. Makes me so sad!

Went in for pedicure that should haved taken 35 min. Instead it took 1hr 25 min. They are under staffed and too many clients. The staff I think is a family and spoek to each other in their native language yelling at each other instead of focusing on the client. Wont ever go back.

I did SNS manicure, next day the nail chipped and the SNS was cracking on my nails. They cut my toenails wrong. Pricey with low quality treatment.
