Pedicure for my daughter and I. Hers looked great, mine was horrendous! So disappointed. Paint all over my skin, just a mess. 129 dollars later and I will have to get them redone. Not happy

I’ve been coming here for years so everyone knows me now. I love coming here because they are all so nice and you have so much fun. And no one does my nails the way they do. I’ve tried out several places even after I moved away but alway come back here whenever I’m home. They’re the best hands down!!

Ive been going to Wynn Nails for a really long time and I love it. I noted another reviewer saying no one speaks english here and that is not true.Most everyone speaks english and will engage you if you engage them. The staff is very friendly. They do sometimes have lines and a wait which is why I try to make an appointment if Im coming in at a busy time like over a weekend.

Customer service is great, they ladies here are nice and overall I recommend it!!

I love this place. Me and my mom have been going here ever since I was little. The environment is perfect, great service. They’re designs are AMAZING, they always leave me satisfied. :) their English is very understandable, and they are very kind. Love the staff !

My sister and I love Wynn Nails. They are consistent and thorough with their services. You get the impression that these ladies are treated nicely and enjoy working there (as much as anyone enjoys working, haha). It has a calm environment with a come as you are kind of vibe.

Friendly staff, fast service, & fair pricing. I was in need of a brow wax before going out for the evening and fortunately I stumbled across this place while shopping. The eyebrow wax was fast and efficient, with the least discomfort by far. A little crowded, but I didnt mind and was still seen immediately. Great overall service!

This place is the worst. They always mess up my reservations and have huge lines. I dont think any of them speak English so that is probably part of the problem but there are plenty of other places that dont make me wait an hour to get served.

Wynn is my first choice in Austin for a pedicure. They always do a good job and for a very reasonable price. They also give the best leg massages!I tried a few other nail salons, but ended up back at Wynn.If you go in on a Saturday or Sunday, youll most likely have to wait. Making an appointment can help, but those are the busiest days.

My sister and I had an awesome experience. The staff here were both talented and friendly. I do not think its a stretch to say that this was the best experience we have ever had an a nail salon.They treated us as if we had been coming here for years and not as visitors of Austin. If I didnt stay an hour and a half away, this would be my regular salon. Also, kids are welcomed.I cant say enough. Im am pleasantly floored by the awesome experience.

They did a decent job and I didnt have to wait. But sanitation is super important to me and no new utensils bags were open. I understand you can clean in house, but I think I saw what was done to clean and it is not up to my expectation.

The service was good with our eyebrow wax but it costs more here than the other places. Its usually $10 but they charge $12 here. Not sure if its because its at Arbor Walk.

Ive been coming to this nail salon for the last 8 months and Im going to be super sad when I move down to South Austin at the end of the year and have to find a new nail salon. They always do my nails just the way I like them and come up with super cute designs to put on my nails. Ive tried a few other places since I moved to Austin and this one has been the best! Highly recommend!

I made an appointment, showed up on time, waited 30 minutes and finally just left. Tried the place again, no appointment and have been waiting again for 30 minutes. I guess I cant review their services since they cannot seem to get me in with or without an appointment!!! If you have all day to spend sitting there it gets 5 stars! Ugh....

I was visiting from out of town and broke a few nails during my trip. I happened across this salon while shopping but was walking back to my car when I saw they closed in 10 minutes, but they waved me in. They could not color match my nails so they stayed about 40 minutes past close to do an acrylic fill and shellac on me. They were so accommodating, kind, and did a beautiful job.

After trying several places, the ladies at Wynn Nails were the only ones who could get the almond shape right. Not only that, I can go for over a month without my nails lifting. Everyone there is very talented - I highly recommend!

I go here because its convenient/close. Its just inconsistent. Sometimes, you get a patient person and good massage. Most times, you get a shoulder rub w/ your manicure. Other times, you dont. I assumed if I made an appt rather than walking in, that should guarantee they have plenty of time to do a good job, but even with that, they often rush through because it gets busy. Either way -- theyre decent, have good prices, and better than many other places Ive been.

They say they are open until 9pm but I called at 7pm to schedule an immediate walk in and the nail tech had left for the day.

Don’t go here, they say walk-ins are welcome but that is a straight lie. I’ve walked in 3 times when it was super slow and they told me that it’s gonna take hours to get my nails done. I’m trying to figure out why. They are rude and I will calling corporate on them.

The first time I went to Wynn nails, the lady who did my nails (acrylic set) did a very nice job. She wasnt particularly rude, but didnt really talk to me and spoke to the other nail ladies in another language, making me feel awkward. However, after just 3-4 days, three nails broke or had ripped off. I was really disappointed, so I called in and asked if they could fix my nails. The second time I went to Wynn nails, Tramy did my nails and she did a wonderful job. They are very well done, didnt rush through the process and didnt charge me to fix my nails. Tramy is incredibly nice and polite, she doesnt gossip about the costumers unlike many other nail technicians and was very sweet. I would recommend setting an appointment up with Tramy if you plan on going to Wynn Nails..

I use to come here all the time but today I was not happy with my nails. At all. Very uneven and the top of my nail was not filled properly. Extremely frustrating.
