LOVE this place! Have been coming here for a long time. Always clean and the staff are so friendly. They do extra requests. My daughter always gets her own nail ideas done here. My pedicures are never ever rushed. So relaxing!

I decided to do the SNS dip nails. They were super cute, but the next day, one of the nails broke very easily. I called and they told me I could come in and get it fixed which was great. However, 3 days later, I noticed that 4 of my nails starting cracking down the middle. I have never had this issue at other salons, so I will go somewhere else next time that will give me better quality nails.

Absolutely recommend this place. Everyone is very kind and welcoming. Elizabeth is always so sweet and helpful. There clean, professional and reasonably priced. You will not be disappointed. 💅😊

The care and attention I received at this place was amazing. They were so accommodating and sweet, and the woman who did my manicure did a WONDERFUL job. She’s actually the only reason I’m giving this place three stars. My pedicure was a different story. The woman who did my pedicure was friendly, but the paint job was awful. I don’t think I’ve ever had a gel pedi go this wrong. As soon as I walked out, I noticed the big toes seemed bubbly. The next day, the gel polish started peeling off my toe but only in strips? Not only that, but the polish under the top coat felt like it was melted and goopy.If you go just pay attention to the quality of the polish, I’m sure if I noticed something before leaving they would have fixed it, but man! My poor toes are a goopy mess!

D’Zire has been my go-to nail place ever since we moved here over 7 years ago. I’ve been to fancy places like Milk & Honey and Embellish, as well as more “average Jill” nail salons. This beats them all. Friendly, excellent service, great relaxation, clean salon and perfection with nails. Highly recommended.

Absolutely in love. The last place I got my nails done left them thick, uneven, and not properly shaped. DZire fixed my acrylics and I cant stop staring at my hands now! Im so thrilled.I also got a pedicure and have to say it was *LOVELY*. I havent treated myself to a pedicure in years, and I have no regrets. Absolutely worth it.They had a nice selection of colors. I was extremely impressed with their cleaning as well. I have been to so many salons that are not taking COVID seriously. This salon actually cleans the chairs and stations between each client, provides hand sanitizer, and were super respectful as well as careful.Everyone was friendly. From the time I called to set appointments for me and my mom til I walked out the door, I have been 100% satisfied.

Beth is phenomenal!! Elizabeth was so helpful with pulling out her stash of colors to help us find the colors we had in mind. See you in two weeks!

Ive gone here maybe 5/6 times over a 3 year span. Yesterday I went & got the $35 middle range pedi - she did a fantastic job on my sadly neglected toes. I think they got new chairs. Tons of colors to choose from. Always have had a good experience here.

The color on the example nail was different then what I got, my nails look terrible now. I also had a ton of nail glue on my finger and nobody bothered to wash it off before it dried. I also got tips even though I didn’t ask for them and I wasn’t asked either. She didn’t ask me what length I wanted. I would never come here again! Don’t waste your money here!!

I have tried so hard to find a good nail salon, this is it!! They are professional, super friendly, and clean! 10/10 recommend!

I had an amazing experience here! All of the ladies were so nice and very helpful! I loved that someone sat down with me to help pick a color, which rarely happens at other salons. My nails are beautiful and look better than they have in years.

I’ve been to a few nail salons in South Austin and this is by far my favorite!! Service, amazing. Shape and nail, on point. I recommend this place 10/10.

Always a relaxing experience when I visit this location

I was in this salon for manicures every couple of weeks pre-COVID. Just got back in today for a pedicure. Service was wonderful, as always! Professional and clean!

Friendly staff, very COVID safe and impeccable work

I used D’Zire nails again yesterday. It was my first visit to a salon since COVID shut down. The services are the best and their clean and sanitary process made me feel very safe. I love their technicians for powder SNS and their pedicures are the best. I would highly recommend.

I have been coming here for the past 3 months. Everyone is extremely talented and friendly it truly does not matter who the nail tech is. I even came in yesterday to get a nail fixed that I had broken (from another salon that I stupidly went to out of pure convenience) and they fixed it in 5 minutes and for FREE. The best place ever I would recommend to anyone.

Had a really great experience and my nails look fantastic! Pricing is normal.I brought my five-year-old daughter with me and one of the working ladies sat down with my daughter and colored with her. It was so sweet and everyone is very nice with great customer service!

I do a better job filing and painting my own nails. I said square, she filed them round. Nail polish all over my fingers, just everywhere. I had to go to another salon to get a polish change after wasting time and my money.

Best Nail salon ever! Seriously the only place that I can pop in and always receive the best customer service! And they do a wonderful job! I can walk in 20 minutes before closing and they will gladly stay open to finish my nails. I never feel rushed and they always chat with me! ❤️

When I went in the receptionist Elizabeth greeted me and was so nice! Lily did my nails I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they did a great job. They were also very gentle and I did not feel rushed. Definitely going back!

Nice service but literally the most painful manicure I’ve ever had. Too much live skin cut away around the nail bed causing pain and on the verge of bleeding, and then my cuticles weren’t even pushed back, making the gel manicure separate from the skin immediately. My finger tips hurt and the manicure doesn’t even look nice. My pedicure was fantastic though.

Absolutely love this place! I’ve been coming for years but my recent visit was awesome! Beth fixed my nails that I got done in Houston over the holiday and made them look amazing! She was so patient, courteous and great at fixing the disaster on my hands! I definitely recommend her and Dzire to anyone! Love love love this salon.

I am giving them 3 stars because my nails look pretty good but they lady that was doing them hurt my fingers multiple times. I was actually bleeding by the end of the appointment. The lady doing my nails was very nice and very patient with me about the color I wanted.

Very nice and clean place. The price of their products is very reasonable. The people who work there are very friendly and go out of their way to make your experience a pleasant and memorable one.

I was dragged here by my girlfriend and my Mom. I was not looking forward to getting a pedicure; Id never had one before, and didnt really like the idea. It turned out to be a GREAT experience. My feet felt so relaxed afterwards. Well definitely be back!

I have been going here for several years and always have a good experience. They take walk-ins but I find that it is always better to schedule an appointment. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

This place seriously sucks. I went in to just take my nails off - its not normally the place I go to but I needed to get it done today. She took a whole hour. Not only that but she wouldnt stay off her phone. She would focus on my nails only to stop and text someone back every five minutes. My hands were literally soaking for the whole hour. I dont normally complain but this is terrible. I only left one star because I dont have the option to leave none. Pretty crappy service.

I am a regular customer at this place but was very disappointed by their services today.1. Casey who did my manicure made me fill very uncomfortable 😣 I was doing my pedi at the same time and the dryer would slip down the pillow repeatedly and the worst thing when she was supposed to change the water she toke it from the dirty water from the bowl where we dip our legs for pedi. The shellac was not done all the way from the cuticle .2. Nobody even offered water to us where other customers were treated well.3. Pedicure massage was down within 2 mts. Not kidding i was checking the time.My daughter had the same experience in the past with these ladies.

They regularly do a great job when I get the gel Mani and pedi. Recently, experience a language barrier/misunderstanding when I wanted French tips gel Mani and instead got my entire nail painted white. When I complained (and conveniently pointed to a picture on the wall of what I wanted), they fixed it quickly and discounted the Mani for the inconvenience. 3 weeks later and my gel tip Mani still looks great! Just be careful language misunderstandings, if in doubt bring a picture of what you want.

First time here and the worst experience if I could give this place no stars I would. I understand sometimes they get a little close to your cuticles but a piece of my skin is missing it hurt so bad then with out asking they take some liquid and pour it all over my bleeding finger. Terrible place nails aren’t even straight left before they could even apply the polish never going back.

This this spot in Oak Hill, always friendly! Better to make an appointment as they can get busy, Especially on the weekends.

I went there because my main nail lady was on vacation. Big mistake! Not only they did a bad job but they charged me extra $10 for “hot stone” that I didn’t ask for and she just did them and I thought it was included. That’s dishonest! When I questioned it she played the I don’t understand English card! Very dishonest!

Horrible expierience. The lady didnt know what she was doing AT ALL. She couldnt get my nails coffin shape. Then they charged way to much for the trouble I went through. Would not recommend to anyone.

Always do a great job

They used to be great, but theyve fallen off. I came here for years but recently theyve stopped showing good service to their loyal customers.

Staff is nice and friendly, men seem to not get full experience even though youre paying for it. Its as if youre being rushed so they can get to female customers.

Great place, but a bit more expensive then other nail salons ($30 for a standard pedicure), so I go to Cover Nails by H-E-B at the Y.
