What an amazing experience!! I am from Houston, and came here on a last minute mani / pedi need. Kelly is FANTASTIC!! My nails and toes are the BEST I have ever had done. I am a perfectionist, and they take it to the next level! Very clean, kind, accommodating and overall PERFECTION!! If it could give 10 stars I would. Kelly and her team are extremely professional and very welcoming. I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years now, and had not been back since early March because of COVID. I dropped in 30 minutes before closing time and was welcomed in with no hesitation. They have set up plexiglass between you and the manicurist and keep the entire place clean and sanitized.

They always do a fantastic job on my nails! Very detail oriented! The staff is professional and kind.

I have moved around Austin quite a bit over the past ten years and have always found it difficult to find the right nail salon. Perfect Nails is the one for me! Kelly and the rest of the staff are always friendly, welcoming and do a great job! They are always accommodating to each guest and do their best to fit everyone in. Kelly’s work is impeccable and she has helped my nails look and feel better than they have in years. The basic pedicure is the best one I have had in years, complete with cutting, trimming, cuticle clean up, pumice and hot towel massage. Thank you, Perfect Nails! Perfect nails is a consistently great nail salon! I am always 100% satisfied with the quality of my sns and pedicures, which I havent found at any other salon in Austin. My manis and pedis last well over two weeks - I can go up to three with my SNS. Great color selection, also. Kelly is AMAZING!

LOVE this place! I am typically hesitant to try a new nail salon, but since coming here I have stopped going anywhere else nearby. The staff is always super fast and friendly, and they do an amazing job each and every time. Their ombre always comes out so smooth it looks like it belongs on Pinterest. I highly recommend asking for Kelly (shes amazing), but you also cant go wrong with any of the staff here! Well deserved 5 stars :)

This place is great! They always get us in without an appointment. Super friendly! If you do the deluxe they massage your shoulders and neck for a good while then proceed to massage hands and forearms. Very relaxing and helps stiffness in my fingers.

I received the BEST gel manicure that Ive had in years from Kelly! Ive visited two other places and havent had a better experience. The price is right, the service is excellent, but most importantly I was treated so kindly. The owners (who I hear are new) go above and beyond with their customer service. Too bad the last owners gave this salon a bad rep. The new owners are turning this salon around! So happy with my service. I will be back many times in the future.

My first time here and it was a amazing experience! The nail techs here are friendly and the salon is very well kept. The nail tech that was working on me listen to all my little requests on how I wanted things done. After she was done, I was very pleased with her work. My nails look nice and pretty. The staff will ask you if you’re satisfied before you leave. People, if you’re not satisfied, tell them when they ask you and not when you have already left for several hours or a week later!!! One of the best experience of mine with a nail salon. Their price is pretty much unbeatable considering the quality of products they use and quality of service they provide comparing to many other places around the area. The tech was very careful with my nails as she took her time to take care of every tiny detail. My nails looked fantastic with perfect shaping and length just how I like it. Clean and organized!

The staff were very nice and friendly! However, I got an acrylic fill and gel paint done and 6 hours later my pinky nail broke.I woke up the next morning to my gel polish coming off on my thumb . All I did was watch a movie and go to bed. Disappointed because it seemed like a great salon.

They were so amazing! I got a full set and a pedicure. They were so great and precise. The nicest people of all time and talented too. I will definitely be returning!

I just had the best pedicure experience ever today. I stopped in after work and my feet were tired. I felt so relaxed after I left. I will definitely come back! It was a good price for all the elements that went into the pedicure.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I got a basic pedicure and a basic manicure no extra anything! I did opt for the gel color but that is it! I was charged 77$! 30$ to paint my nails and 47$ to paint my toes!!! I will be calling the store and speaking to a manager. DO NOT GO HERE. RIP OFF!!!! RIP OFF!!! RIP OFF!!!

Ive been here a few times already and out of all the times, Ive only been satisfied once. Ive been with different techs each time trying to give them a chance, yeah no. I use just the acrylic on my real nails because theyre already long. I asked to keep the length and to shave them down instead of ripping them off. I dont think what I asked was too difficult. What happened? He broke all my nails down to NUBS and I started bleeding. Ive been getting my nails done the same since I was 16. Worst experience ever, and painful. The man who runs the shop obviously just wants your money, rushes, doesnt listen and disregards anyway you prefer your nails to be and then tosses you off to someone else who cant even PAINT nails.

Beautiful service! The staff was very accommodating with helping find a nail polish color, and the woman who did my pedicure spared no attention to detail. Definitely coming back again!

This place is awesome! I’ve been coming here for several months and will not go to any other nail salon. Kelly, Mary & Amy are awesome & they do an excellent job on mani/pedis. They make sure you’re happy with your nails before leaving & spend quality time with each guest. They even offer you a complimentary beverage of your choice! I will be a customer for life.

Dont get your eyebrows done here! (At least by the guy) I told him I didnt want my eyebrows thin because Ive always had a problem with how thin they do my eyebrows at other places and he waxed off 1/2 inch off the beginning of my eyebrow!! After I asked for my money back all they did was give me a $5 coupon to come again next time. I dont trust them to do my eyebrows, I definitely wont be coming back!

I decided to give these guys a try and they spoil me. So now me and my friend show up together and drink champagne and have girl time while they pamper us. Im a first time S&H user and Im hooked, they do a great job.

I been a customer for 7 month now and last time i went to get my nails done the lady there was so rude and she want to charge me 60 dollars for my nails and then she come back and said oh no its 65 cause we have to take the old ones which never happened every time i go there they never charge for getting the old one off and I told here that I wanna talk to the guy that work there because this is ridiculous and that guy its really nice and he will understand and she said a didnt work there anymore when he is the owner well guess what its your lost now I found a better place for way cheaper 40$ and its way to better its your lost you lost a good customer that tip you 15$ every time I get my nails done. I recommend everybody to go to Q nails the best place very friendly staff and 40$. What the hell are you talking about she went home crying did she did it for free no I paid here and went home after hours it’s not my problem either I book a appointment and your answer about me only talking about the money yes cause you guys never charge me 5$ extra just cause you gonna take the old set and 60$ is already way to much i been coming to y’all for 7 months and after she tell me she is gonna charge me for it that’s no no I’m not gonna sit here and let you tell lies to people or I’m not a fool to let you charge me over price .

Very poor customer service! I went in for fill and they ended up taking my nails completely off. Then argued with me about what I wanted! I got frustrated and decided to leave and even left a tip for his time. He then tried telling me it was $10 for the taking off.... something I didnt even want done!!! I do not recommend this place and I definitely will never go back.

Wow! Kim greeted me and was very friendly. Lee gave me a gel manicure and pedicure. She was meticulous, very quiet but did a wonderful job on my nails! I was so impressed that I decided to get my eyebrows, upper lip & chin waxed by Kim. Ive found my nail salon!

I have been coming here to see Kim for quite some time now... every 2 weeks for a mani and in the summer a pedi. I always call ahead to schedule my appointment. I cant even imagine anyone else doing my nails besides her. She knows the exact length and shape I want my nails, always. I also get my brows done here and she does a great job. I get so many compliments on my nails and I always tell people how wonderful Kim is!! Just dont want to give up my secrets... ;)

I decided to try a place closer to my house and got a full set of acrylic nails from this place and asked for a design. The first time he did the design I asked him to redo it because it was off centered. Long story short he ended up taking it off saying that he couldn’t do the design. My nails are not “perfect” and I didn’t leave happy and I won’t be going back to this place.

!!!NEW MANAGEMENT!!!Ok, I’ll be honest. The old mgmt/ owners were awful. They ruined my nails and if I ever asked them to fix them they fought with me until they realized I was going to get what I paid for.The new owners are a dreeeeeeeaaaammmmm. I love them and the staff are so nice. I keep going back and find myself going more often. They listen and are very hospitable. They don’t rush you because it’s close to closing and aren’t worried about just making a buck. Can’t recommend them enough! Give them a chance and check them out! You won’t regret it.

So I have been going here for almost a years and going to get my nails done almost every week. Last week was my last time ever going there! Here’s exactly what happened : I go in at 9am when they open on my day off like normal, there are 2 people working(both new employees) and I’m greeted at the door and asked what I would like done. I know ALOT about nails because I studied for awhile, and let them know I needed my full set removed, a new full set, pink to white ombré with no polish, just buffed. She said great and seated me. The male nail tech started to file down my nails when I heard the other employee on the phone saying “ombré “ over and over so I knew she was talking about what I wanted done, and I’m the only customer in there. She then walks over to me with phone in hand still and asks if I can come back at 12:30 because they cant do ombré and the lady who does doesn’t come in till then.... REALLY, you start removing my current nails and then ask me to come back, AFTER TOU SEATED ME AND I TOLD YOU WHAT I WANTED.,,, it also makes me mad because I know that ombré isn’t hard at all, and I don’t have time to come back! But I was nice and said I can’t come back later, and needed my nails done now, so I will just do a new full set, clear acrylic, no polish. She said thank you and apologized. The man doing my nails insisted on doing my nails the way he wanted and RUINED THEM!!! Oh and I didn’t get a full set, he gave me a fill, and painted my nails pink, and added glitter!! ( I hate glitter!) there was a HUGE language barrier and he had no concern for my look of anger of how he did my nails. And to top it all off, they charge me $60!!! I will no longer be giving them my business. ✌🏽 I’ve never had any problems but I can’t handle the language barrier with the new employees and having to pay for something I was telling the man I did not want & hated! Oh, & my nail started to get infected where he cut me & another nail broke because he didn’t lay the acrylic evenly. Only giving one star because the Starbucks next door is so convenient

Nice group of manicurists that are working hard to do a good job. The main complaint I have is that some of them move too fast which leads to an inferior product, i.e. paint job most often. Best salon I have found in this area.

Please beware !!!! I just moved to Austin, I was recommended to go to perfect nails. I went to go get my nails done and the total was $45 but ended up charging my card with $75. These are dishonest people and please beware of it.

I have enjoyed the service until I got an infection on my thumb. I usually have them remove my old nails if I have had them for a long time and get a new set and I noticed that the owner re uses the acetone and that is what probably caused my infection. I will not be returning to this location.

The first time I went, Saturday, I was overall satisfied, but I noticed things seemed unsanitized and I literally saw my nail tech pick his nose. I just got a fill, and My nails came out great though so I had no real qualms. On Sunday I broke my pinky nail(acrylics) so I came back today, Monday, to get it fixed. It was the same tech from Saturday. He started to remove the acrylic from my freshly filled pinky nail, just ripping and yanking with clippers, even shoving his nail between the acrylic and my nail. Then he tried clipping some acrylic, and pulled up my natural nail, exposing my nail bed causing me to bleed. I told him it hurt and he just kept going. I dont know why I let him continue, I guess I just wanted my nails to be pretty again. Im really scared it will get infected, even though he told me it wouldnt!

DISGUSTING!!! Lady cleaned off her nails and proceeded to using the lotion on my legs and did it again on my hands. She got a cotton ball of polish remover and used it on her hands before using it on me then she cut my nails too short after I repeatedly told her not to. Unsanitary and terrible. Never again
