They are an amazing company! They always work with their customers to get them exactly what they want without hesitation and do great work for the community! Trin is a huge help with everything and is very responsive and professional! I highly recommend this company! They will not let you down!

This company is a joke, they have to beg people for positive reviews.. Notice the spike of good reviews within the last week? The owner is a coward who talks down to everyone on his team, and if you speak out against him he threatens you with his lawyer. If you want to donate through this company for a local school I would suggest doing other wise, youre just filling his pocketbook. Go ahead and threaten me with your big shot attorney for leaving the truth.

Horrible Customer Service, Took $800 from our Business account without authorization and 17 days later still trying to get a refund after told several times I was receiving. Phil is completely unprofessional and laughed when i told him I should not have to callback a 4th time to get this resolved. Will never sponsor a school that does business with them again.

Beware of these vultures! Was contacted by a sales rep about sponsoring a high school baseball field. After some thought and discussion I decided to do it. I called the next day and spoke to the sales rep, who had know idea we talked the day before. (I should have known they caliber of company at this point) paid for the sponsorship. Only to have him call me an hour later to pitch it to me again. Later that day I was approved by another sales rep about sponsoring a football field for the same deal we had negotiated the baseball field. I specifically told him that I would get back to him. Later that day I get two charges on my credit card. These guys had shared my credit card information and billed me. And it wasn’t even close to the same deal. I had to cancel my card, which was on file with over 25 vendors to get away from these vultures. Don’t fall for their scans. Horrible company.

Carrie, the sales rep, started making contact with me in April of this year, to donate to our sons HS in Phoenix and it would give us advertising in exchange via pamphlets, banners, in the team photo section, etc. Between April and May, she called me several times, and since I thought it was a Win/Win by benefiting the school and our company, we spent $1200. COVID was still very new but already stressful and again, thought that it would help the school. For the record, I do not have $1200 laying around to throw away. This came from our marketing budget, which is already tight. Fast forward to the end of Sept. beginning of Oct., and I still do not have any banners hanging in the school, no ads in any pamphlets, and nothing under the team photo as promised. And which I also have receipts for. The season is almost over - 2 games left - so we called Top Sports and spoke to a Phil. After explaining the situation and asking how to go about a refund since we received ZERO advertising in return, he smugly laughed and said it isnt his problem if he doesnt receive information in a timely manner from the school for printing. That could POSSIBLY be slightly understandable except that the school wasnt involved with the design. Carolina, from Top Sports, created the design for submission. He was cocky and rude, and when I became frustrated he had the audacity to say Im in Texas. What do you want me to do about it? This has been a terrible year and for you to screw the little guy so you can make a buck is appalling and a total disgrace. Unless you like dealing with unnecessary BS and being ripped off, I do not recommend this company.

Unfortunately Phil from Top Sports never posted our banners. I paid over $1000 for advertising at two schools and the banners were never posted. I had to check in person to verify that they had not been posted. Then Covid it happened and the banners again never got posted. They said because the banners were already printed there was nothing that they could do. After a while Phil just stopped responding.

Scarlett Tarno is fantastic. She has great communication skills. Fun to work with and she is very knowledge when it comes to the many options they offer to help you market & grow your business. I cant wait to have my banners up at the numerous places we selected. Thank you!

Great company. One of the only advertising companies that I know of that actually produces what they say and gives the coach/school a donation to help with athletic program. Great quality programs and banners. I have worked with several different advertising companies and this one is by far the BEST yet.
