Turned out awesome!The chairs are in great shape and set for a perfect massage...they were very patient with me as I fell asleep at least 2 times.Thank you

This was my third and last attempt to like this place. My nails never come out quite right, and I don’t want to say staff is rude, but I’m not sure there’s any other way to look at it. Today I tried to tell someone they were using the wrong color on my toes. I had picked pink, and they were using bronze. The first time I told her, she seemed to shake her head no. I thought, “Maybe she didn’t hear me.” So I told her again. She looked right at me, annoyed, and said “No. This is your color.” Looked back down, and quickly finished painting my nails. She was also rough putting my shoes on my feet (which I definitely would have done myself… if she didn’t seem annoyed by my existence). Needless to say I won’t be back.

I enjoy coming here. Staff is nice. Salon is clean and organized. I should have done a before pic but know my feet are so improved. Its that paraffin wax yall😆

Anna is so talented!! I got a full set of acrylic. She has great attention to detail so my nails came out looking perfect - and she’s fast too! Inside is very clean and following COVID guidelines.

Called and made an appointment for a gel classic manicure. Was forced to buy a mask (I’m ok with it because each business can choose to still enforce just happened to have rushed here and didn’t have one on me) Had to wait 25 minutes I was also ok with is. Staff was friendly about it. Next customer hat walked in didn’t have a mask wasn’t asked to put one on or buy one. The lady rushed my manicure polish applications wasn’t good and every nail was shaped differently. Didn’t get massage or lotion or anything. Do not recommend!

They did such a good job with my sns full set and were so attentive to my four year old while she got a little manicure! Great price and service. Super nice ladies ❤️

The ladies at Oasis Nail Spa know exactly what theyre doing. Ive been coming here since I moved to Austin in September and havent gone anywhere else since. Ive had Lee & Kim (and request them) as my nail technicians and both are very professional and experts at what they do. I always get an SNS manicure and come back every 3-4 weeks. Ive never left the salon dissatisfied! Will definitely be continuing my patronage here. Keep doing what youre doing, guys!

I have been coming here for two years and was so happy to finally return after several months of quarantine. I felt safe! They have several high quality powder dip technicians and they dont skimp on the massage steps in pedicure. I always call ahead for same day reservations because they are typically pretty busy, especially now with capacity limits.

Such attention to detail! They have put safety measures into place and the spa is sparkling clean.

Very nice facility with so many color options for gel and SNS.Megabits: My nail tech Lina seemed like she was in a huge rush, she was rough, careless and horribly shaped my nails. She kept slapping my hands if I moved a way she didn’t like. They are so uneven. I still left a tip because I just always tip but I felt like I wasted $40

After searching through many nail spas, we finally hit on one that has the perfect combination of services (including the SNS nail dip that is healthy for my nails), cleanliness (looks so clean, tiny, and relaxing), and friendly staff. It has become my go-to nail place here in Austin!

I love Oasis Nails Spa. Since moving to East Austin, I have gone to them for several years. Kim is my go-to gal because she is hands down the best nail tech I have ever been to.She has made sure the salon is as safe as possible with plexiglass shields on all nail stations, plenty of sanitation between clients, and masks worn by all. In fact, they have masks available!If you are in need of safe TLC on your nails, Kim and her team of artists are all amazing.

First time there and am happy to have found this locally owned nail salon so close to home! Not overly foofoo, just a solid, comfortable, clean and well equipped business with a friendly and efficient staff. Prices were reasonable and they did a great job on both manicure and pedicure. I got the SNS manicure (which I was totally unfamiliar with) and it was fast and looks good. Yay!

My manicure by Lee is probably the best manicure Ive ever had! She shaped my nails perfectly to match the shape of my hands. She also added a fake nail where one had broken off so that all of my nails were the same length. And she made it look so natural! The salon also has so many colors to choose from. Im very happy with my experience here and plan to return.

I just relocated to Austin and was on the hunt for a nail salon. They were able to fit me in with no wait without an appointment. Kim did a fantastic job on my dip manicure and was very thorough, and offered to fix chips if needed after my manicure. Her daughter Vickie was great as well and they both provided fun conversation throughout my appointment. My nails look beautiful - I will definitely be back! Ive gotten my nails done at Oasis once a month for the last 7 months. The technicians are always friendly and do an excellent job every time. Since Ive started coming here, Ive noticed that my manicures last way longer than the ones Ive gotten at other establishments that charged higher prices. I would say they have okay customer service but I think something is wrong with the gel nail polish they use. I was here Sunday and got a gel mani and the color was all uneven and looked ombré by Monday. Went back Monday and they were nice enough to fix it, but woke up today and there are weird air bubbles and lumps :( and it looks awful. I have been getting gel mani’s for years and have never had issues like this before.

I have been a faithful customer since Oasis opened. Kim, the owner, could not work harder to provide great service to her clients. Her daughter Vicky completes the package with calm, friendly management. The staff reflects their ease and professionalism. These two women know what they are doing! And, if you are looking for SNS, you couldnt find a better place to get a great looking, long lasting service. Top notch. Great small business!

I got the Luxury pedicure and my best friend got the Jelly pedicure. We were both pleased with our relaxing experience. Oasis is a very clean nail salon and the lady working on my feet had a very gentle touch. I tend to have sensitive skin, but their products were mild and didnt irritated at all. I will certainly return for another pedicure.

I’ve been coming here for almost a year and have been happy each and every time. It’s great having a quality nail salon on the east side and prices are very reasonable. I usually go with whomever is available for the next available APPOINTMENT and everyone has been great. I usually get SNS and have always been satisfied. The technicians are detail-oriented and make sure to get everything just right. They have lots of colors to chose from and always take the time to ask your preferences (color, length, etc.). I HIGHLY recommend you call to make an appointment. Like I said, I usually call and go with the next person available for an appointment. I can usually get in on the same day, as long as I’m not calling late in the day.

The work that all of these ladies do is spectacular. Every single one of them are attentive to the smallest details. I’m a total loyalist and I drag all of my girlfriends with me. Thanks Oasis Ladies for your hard work and dedication!

After having a terrible experience at Nail Lounge by Crystal, I was in need of an emergency nail fix and fast since I had a big event the next day.I called Oasis Nails and they were able to fit me in, even though I called near the end of the day. They were so mindful of my nail health since I had literally just had them done somewhere else. They suggested what would be the best and healthiest option for my nails while also delivering EXACTLY what I wanted.The entire staff was so kind and helpful and I can tell that they really care about their guests. Thi is the one who did my nails and I am so grateful for her help. I will be a returning customer!!

Love that they are taking extra procation during this pandemic. There is a sheild between you and the staff you must sanitize your hand before seen waiting in your car till your time comes up. They are charging an additional $5 for the extra procations so be aware if you choose the $35 service its $40.

In Austin just for the day and having to kill time waiting on my daughter to finish up her work. So decided to get my nails done and a pedicure. Looked online and saw that this place would be easy to get to from our hotel.Very nice ladies working on me at the same time (My and Linda).I loved the fact that Linda used disposable items on my feet. The only reason I not giving a 5 star rating is because they didnt have the Shallic Gel and regular polish in the same color so that my toes and nails matched.If ever in Austin again I would definitely come back.

She helped me choose colors and even explained the different (they have chrome!) powder effects and how theyll turn out 🙏 This is the 3rd time Ive been *this* excited about how they turned out, so grateful for the help! Also listen, if they double check with you on prices before they start, theyre trying to make sure youre committed to the price before they do the work. No one wants to worry about that at the end after the work has been done. Lots of shops lose out when they dont make you pay when *you* chose a luxury service and didnt realize... they double checked that I knew the price of the luxury pedi bc theyre proactive, not bc they think we cant afford it 🌹And when they play funny or uplifting programming on the tv instead of the news, Im in blissful pedi heaven 🥳 Cant recommend Oasis enough 😊

I had a 10:15am pedicure appointment and waited nearly 20 minutes for service because no one was here. The technician who did my pedicure, while nice, she did a horrible job polishing my nails and I had to ask repeatedly for her to make adjustments because she applied the polish too thick. To make matters worse, when she went to do my nails, she applied the dip powered unevenly. An appointment that should have been an hour and half ended up being an over 3 hour bad experience. For the price and ability of the staff to execute simple things, I strongly recommend you find somewhere else to go in Austin.

My best friends have been raving about Oasis for months and finally for my birthday, my sweeeeet bfffff treated to me some amazing SNS nails from the queen, Kim!!! She is the sweetest, so professional, so talented and even offered 10% off since it was my birthday. Cannot wait to go back!

My nails chipped within 3 hours and I called back that day and they would not take me in until two days later because they said they were booked .So I could not get my nails fixed before my event so a waste of 80$ and chipped nails to a wedding i was going to.My friends nails chipped the next day and she was visiting me from out of town and could not get them fixed because the wont let you walk in to fix them . If you want to waste 80$ for nails that will mess up then this is your place otherwise Ive been to Way BETTER nail salons in Austin. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK.

My daughter & her friend found this location through great reviews about a tech named Tony. Unfortunately, my daughter had Mary & her friends tech was Tony. BOTH GIRLS HAD THE SAME LENGTH NAILS BUT MARY CHARGED $5 MORE FOR LENGTH AND TONY DID NOT CHARGE HER FRIEND $5 FOR LENGTH OF NAIL. (EDITED IN CAPS... APPRECIATE THE OWNER REPLIED BUT MAYBE THE OWNER MISSED THE POINT IN PRICING.) My daughter loves Matte colors & Mary told her it wouldnt be pretty. Tony found the matte color she requested & gave it to Mary. Guessing Mary was upset with my daughter the tech stopped engaging in conversation. They visited the location Sept 16 & last night my daughters nail did not break but the entire nail popped off. She asked to go see Tony today & then sent a pic that more nails popped off. My daughter mainly uses her phone or a laptop there is no activity that would cause this. Crazy part is the hand the nails came off she really doesnt use... Shes left handed SMH. Her friends nails are holding up fine. Ask for Tony & stay clear of Mary.

I cant recommend Oasis highly enough. Kim is so patient with me - I am one of those people who takes forever to pick a color and then changes her mind half way through. Kim is ready to experiment when I want to try new shapes and designs. We always chit chat and laugh together. And she is a perfectionist who takes the time to make my nails gorgeous. I love the SNS dip nails. I used to bite my nails but now theyre long and strong! And the hot stone foot massage was amazing! Thank you, Kim and Vicky. I wont go anywhere else!

I was pretty disappointed in the customer service and the manicure (not sns) started chipping within 24 hours. I get better lasting nails when I do them myself, much less pay to go to a salon. Nobody was particularly friendly and the woman doing my nails barely spent any time on the hand massage even though the salon wasnt busy.

Bad experience paid over 80 dollars for my shellac nails to come off the next day and pedicure is already chipping off as well! Waste of my money and time!!As a reply to owner: Im not just having issues with my nails they are already off I got them done at your place on Friday afternoon my friend called Saturday to let them know that they were chipping because hers chipped as well and we were rudely told that they had no availability on Saturday to see us and fix it. They then said not to worry they can see about squeezing us in Sunday. I could not go saying live in Houston and left sunday so now Im out 80 dollars and my nails arent even done because the shellac started peeling off like stickers!!

I stopped in for SNS nails and a spa pedicure and ladies, this place is great! Cindy and Ellen were my technicians and did an amazing job. There are tons of colors options and all staff were incredibly friendly. This place is brand new and definitely worth a visit.

Tried this place over lunch, very convenient location, nice decor & staff. Unfortunately, the gel manicure started to come off from the bottom in 6 days. The nails were painted on the skin and too thick’s very disappointing!

My gel manicure started to peel a few days after I got it (due to an old base coat) and I went back and they redid the whole set for me. Great experience.

Barely a week after receiving a SNS dip powder manicure from this salon, one of my nails has chipped essentially in half and the remaining nails are so discolored it is impossible to tell they were professionally done. When I went to Oasis, I was met with flippancy, and the owner informed me they did not have time to fix their own mistakes. Steer clear of this salon.

I like coming here, because they are always so solid! I love my nails, I always get dip powder. The only thing that is hit or miss is how busy they are. They get kinda snippy/rude and let you know they’re overwhelmed.I get it that people get busy, and I never mind waiting, but the reaction I get almost makes me feel unwelcome.

Despite some of the reviews I read, I decided to still come. When I came in I explained to the front door clerk Vicky that I was picky and needed the best nail tech if possible. Anyone who knows me knows I do not play about my hands....I just needed this done and this place was close to my job. Christine did my pedicure. She was really nice and sweet! She did my pedi and Jenny was supposed to do nails. I get them long usually. I wanted SND bc I just took them off the day before and they are damaged. I showed Jenny the picture of white and pink SNS nails, coffin shaped and long. Do you know not even looking at the picture longer than a glance she told me she can’t do that....WTH?! She said they don’t have that color. ITS WHITE and PINK and I am literally still in here and looking at it on the little shelves. She didn’t ask if I wanted something else or anything....really nasty and not good for business type of character. I would really hate to think it’s bc I don’t look like the rest of the customers. My hair isn’t done, I’m looking a little rough, chunky and tattoos not to mention a person of color. I really really hate to believe that is the reason but what else? Especially while I’m looking at the powder right here. But on the other hand I am thankful that she didn’t do them bc if they weren’t done accurately I would have made a post anyway....lol ridiculous!!!
