Gosh dang they are good. I told them that I had a time limit because I was on my work break. Not only did the get me in and out quickly they are so good!!

I have used this salon for years, and while I used to leave boasting about how fabulous my nails came out and how wonderful the staff was, the last few months have left a bad taste in my mouth.Prices have been inflated, therefore I am now being charged $10-15 more for the same thing I’ve always done. In addition, the quality of the work has been lack luster, leaving me disappointed rather than thankful. Hate to say it may be time to find a new regular salon :(

Probably one of the worst places to go to in Austin! They took an hour to sit me down after saying 15-20 min! If you’re a UT student they will only give you a discount if you show your physical ID!My wallet was stolen and I hadn’t gotten a new ID just yet. I had shown my UT emails and canvas as proof and they wouldn’t take it!Hospitality is low. Manners are lacking and professionalism does not exist. I highly, highly recommend taking your business elsewhere! Especially if you’re a student.

I don’t live close but I came all the way because I needed a good shellac manicure, and this place came up when I googled “best shellac manicure in Austin.” There’s a place in houston that does shellac that lasts a full two weeks on me, and that’s all I was looking for. I had an appointment but still waited 30 minutes, and a nail chipped after two days. If you looked close, the manicure was lumpy and uneven so I had suspected that would happen but was hoping it wouldn’t and trying to be careful. The ones that last are the ones that are flawless and even. I work during the week and did not have time to come in and get it fixed until it had been 5 days. By that time, another one was badly chipped and 3 more were lifting. When I called and asked if I could get them fixed, the lady said “it’s been almost a week” as if my expectations of a manicure lasting two weeks were unreasonable. They did fix the two that were badly chipped for free (and I tipped her the same amount the fix would have cost) but there was so much lifting and more chipped almost immediately after the fix that I had them taken off somewhere else after a week, which was really disappointing. I hope I’ll find my go-to nail salon here in Austin, but it’s unfortunately not Enfield because I don’t think the quality is there and because of the wait. However, the three stars are because overall they were sweet and nice and because my pedi lasted perfectly the full two weeks.

Service was not great. The nail tech was rude and not helpful. I did a set of multi colored nails and wanted to change one of the colors and she was extremely rude about doing so. Very rough with hands, my nail beds have never bled when getting them done and 5 fingers were bleeding by the end of service. The nails weren’t filed down correctly and there was glue all over my fingers. Overall the nails themselves look good, however my nail beds are red and swollen and the experience was not enjoyable.

Really nice people here. I won’t call it affordable but you get really high quality manicures and pedicures. Also, they give discounts to UT students, just bring your UT ID as proof.

Pleasantly surprised! I needed a nail salon near Whole Foods and took a chance walking in without an appointment at 3:00 on a Monday. At first I was a bit taken aback by how bare the space is -white walls, no decorations. I was immediately seated with Lucy. She was sweet and friendly. My nails and cuticles were a MESS and Lucy did an amazing job cleaning them up!! Price was reasonable for a gel and now I dont care that there arent any decorations on the walls ;) Definitely going back!!

Lisa did my nails Acrylic tips and fill and she did a fantastic job. Ive never been more satisfied with a manicure. My nails have never looked so good! I have knarly hands but beautiful nails. And Natural looking. It is the best bang for your buck.

It was spacious and busy. I really enjoyed the results. (The picture is a week old) I didnt give it more stars because there was something missing. Im used to being greeted at the door, asked if I want something to drink, and made to feel like Im getting pampered. Instead I had to figure out on my own that I needed to write my name down on a list. When I got to a chair, the technician was rough and rushing. My experience will cause me not to go there again.

No BS nail salon. Best set of SNS nails i have ever had. Super friendly staff. I have finally found my go to spot.The best arm/hand massage ever. Went on a whim, glad that I did!

I expected a little more for the reviews it was getting.When I walked in, there were a few available workers but I still had to wait about 15 min. I got the SNS French tip w a fake tip and it took almost 2 hours.I know it’s a pretty involved process, but I’ve gotten it before and it usually takes a little over an hour. So if you’re trying to squeeze in something like this during your lunch break - don’t.And it didn’t take so long because it was so detailed and careful, instead, i can see the fake nail part and she nicked a couple of my fingers.Update. The nails lasted about 5 weeks, which is longer than it probably should’ve lasted, but I’m impressed with how long they lasted.

I love love love this place. I kid you not, my shellac stays for AT LEAST four weeks when LUCY does them. Last time they lasted 5 weeks and I only went back bc my nails were too long, not chipped!! I’m honestly so impressed. I can’t speak for all the nails techs though, this has been my experience with Lucy only. Definitely ask for her, she’s also incredibly sweet 💕

Enfield does the best job for SNS nails, my nails stay on for over 3 weeks without cracking! Best nail salon in Austin Ive been to.However, there is sometimes a long wait that they dont let you know about, and I wish they offered guests water or soft drinks like the other nail salons do.

Didnt have an appointment but they still got me in pretty quickly. Have a good amount of staff loved that about it and they did a great job on my nails. Will definitely come back when Im in the area.

The nails them self look nice. But I am highly disappointed that I did not receive an actual manicure. She skipped the whole step of taking care of the nail bed itself. In addition, I’m not quite sure why this took an hour and a half.

If you are looking for a place that takes 2 hours talking to you, then this isnt your place; this is a place that is all about quality nails done right and done fast (with a smile and a good attitude). The staff was fast, efficient, and transformed my broken sad nails into one of the best manicures Ive had in years. Im impressed; this is my new go-to spot.

I had a great experience here. Walked in on a busy Sunday and only waited 10 minutes for a pedicure. The service was great and they have amazing massage chairs. The owner, Holly, is super nice as well. Will definitely be going back!

Best nail place in Austin. Been going for years. They treat my elderly mother like a queen. Never had a problem. Highly recommend them.

I was a regular client for a few months but got increasingly disappointed with the quality of the manicure and of their gel. My mani gel came off after a week, two times and they come up with a series of explanations but never offered to redo it. Except for Lucy who is able to do an impeccable work, a very low quality of service.

I’m happy every time I have my nails done here. It’s a reliable, clean salon that is always well-staffed so walking in never results in a long wait.

Clean, efficient, courteous, fast, and did a great job on my nails. Not super fancy, but Ill pick great nails with down to Earth kind people who do a great job anyday (Im not a fan of pretentious nail salons that dont do great work). This place is legit.

My daughter and I had a great experience. We both had pedicures. I like the fact that they use bowls for soaking my feet. Prices is just right and my feet/legs felt great after the massage. We will both be coming back, hopefully monthly.

Tried a few nail salons in Austin. But this is the last one I tried, did tneed to go anywhere else. These women are super nice, timely and he nail polish doesn’t wear off in a week like some other places

I use to love enfield. I would go early on Saturday or Sunday and it never felt rushed. A while ago I started to notice the staff was becoming more impatient and rude. I went recently with a friend from out of town who had acrylics and they botched her right hand. Her nail person at home wouldn’t touch her nails because they had put her at risk for infection.

They do a good job on your actual nails, but the service is absolutely terrible. Waited for more than an hour and then stood up from my chair to say something to a friend and they gave it to someone else and made me wait 30 more mins. The staff was frankly rude and unprofessional.

HORRIBLE!!! Told the lady I wanted shellac with a coffin style. She didnt know what they was (for some odd reason) so I showed her a picture. She started putting on the nails when the owner told me my total and asked me to pay. The price seemed super high but I paid it. The owner went through my purse to get my credit card! I was in shock! She wanted me to sign the recipe with 1 inch nails on. Strange. Then I noticed they started putting dip on my fingers. I stopped her because this isnt what I asked for. She started arguing with me saying that it is what I ordered. (This is why my total was so expensive.) I had her take off the nails because I couldnt believe she was arguing with me. My sister was getting her nails done at the same time and the owner told her that it was all my fault. Smh. Will never be going back to this place where they could be so disrespectful. Hope this can help someone out there!

Ive been here multiple times and have always left feeling really happy with my sns nails and pedicures. The last time I came in I told the owner that I had the worst experience at another place and that I needed someone who would be really careful because the other place completely messed up my nails under the chipping sns powder I had on.These are the best nails Ive ever had, my nail tech spent a long time with me and made sure I was doing ok through the whole thing and the owner even came over and checked in with me before I left to make sure I was happy. I couldnt have been happier and told them they get my loyalty now even though I have to drive a bit to get there.Its been over a week and my nails still look freshly done and shiny. Well worth every penny!

What a lovely place!!! My two girls and I went and had pedicures and shellac. Sweet women, very clean, friendly, and the chairs are soooooo comfortable! I cant wait to go again!!!

They’ll take a reservation, but never keep it. If you call to ask if there’s a wait, they say no, but there is a wait. The massages are weak and the paint jobs just fair. Never again.

Just ‘meh’. Very clean...I’ll give them that. Lady who did my pedi was very sweet but the lady who runs it...not warm and fuzzy by any means. Not that I need a hug when I get a pedi but at least be personable. They don’t even spring for dividers between the toes, so if you don’t have time to sit for an hour to let them dry completely, bring your own. Their prices are cheap but the cheap prices definitely reflect...such as the 2” of plain water they put in the bowl.

They do a fabulous job EVERY time!!! I am very hard on my nails and I dont go anywhere else because they last such a long time!

I stumbled upon this place on my visit to Austin. Very clean and great service. I loved how meticulous my nail tech was.

She did a good job cleaning up my eyebrows and the shape was nice, but I even told her beforehand that my skin was sensitive and I ended up with burns below both of my eyebrows.

Eh. For a large operation I was very unimpressed. We came in a large group for a business client outing and had made our reservation weeks prior. Unfortunately, they seemed unprepared and also bothered by us. Not because we were obnoxious, but simply because we were all there. We waited for 45Mins and by the time they were ready to seat some of us for a pedi, some members of our party had to return to the office for meetings and never got a mani or pedi. Those who did had to rush as the ordeal took 2+ hours. After paying and tipping for the entire group, technicians still kept badgering everyone “to pay upfront.” Overall just really unorganized, embarrassing experience.

Unfriendly staff when I went in to have a broken nail fixed. I was charged $12 to have my one nail fixed and cuticles removed. They painted a clear coat over the rest of my nails that dried extremely rough and clumpy. Im bummed because I live so close to this salon and really wanted to like it but I will not be returning after that experience.
