I absolutely love this place. Its a mom & pop run establishment and theyre super nice and have excellent customer service. Ive been going here for several years and always have Phi do my nails. I have never once been disappointed.

The person (male) who started out my services was ok, then a lady took over. She never spoke but she conversed with the lady sitting in the chair next to me. Instead of HER asking me what color polish I wanted, SHE had another lady to ask me as if she couldn’t talk to me directly, but she surely spoke up when she offered an upsale. When she did my pedicure. She barely did my feet, I would say she scrubbed my feet a total of ten seconds apiece, there was no massage and the “lotion” she put on my feet, she didn’t even rub all the way on my feet and never did my legs. The lady that was sitting next to me was still sitting in her chair getting her pedicure when the manicurist told me to move over to the chair for my manicure. She was going to leave my nails uneven. My right hand nails were longer than the left due to breakage. I spoke up twice to get her to even them out and she acted as if it was a problem! I was glad I could get in because I was going out of town but best believe, I won’t be going back!

I am faithfully getting my nails done every 3 wks I am a loyal client I normally go to cv nails or emma spa and nails bit I was right here yesterday and decided to give it a try and let me tell you I not disappointed excellent service and I love love my nails

The staff and ownership is always friendly and welcoming. I took my daughter for a manicure and they treated her like a princess. Love this place.

Dont go there. I have three fingers bleeding from the manicure. Also it smelled so bad of sewage

I asked for coffin. I got square nails. They told me it would be another 30 to make them not square. I can’t afford that I’m a parent my fiancé just died. I was trying to treat myself. I didn’t get gel on my toes bc I started to cry but they made me pay for it anyways. Terrible service. Lack of communication.

They are efficient, but polite and good. If you are looking for a day spa atmosphere, this is not the place. It’s set up to provide a service and get you in and out.I see a lot of comments about being rude. I have not experienced this and I wonder if it may be more of a cultural difference/misunderstanding. The owner is direct, but I’ve never seen her be rude.

This place is so unprofessional. The younger lady did my nails and they was awful. I paid $35 for a fill. The nails was uneven. Polish wasn’t fully covering my nails-even worse you could still see the color I had before on the tips. I felt sorry for people that came in for their appointment time, they was all put off by an hour or more. One woman came in for appointment and told to come back 3 hours later. I wouldn’t recommend this place. $15 higher and not worth it.

So I came in with my friend to get a gel full set. We were seated immediately and the staff was fairly friendly, but thats were the good things end. My tech seemed distracted while working and nicked my pinky finger, the acrylic is lumpy and in some areas bleed off onto my skin. The heater was so hot I felt like some of my fingers were burning, she never took the polish up to my cuticle/ polish on my skin. She used the same nail file (which had previous nail debris from before she used it on me) on my friend instead using a new one and changed $10 extra for a matte top coat... All in all Im not happy and wont be back.

I made an appointment for 11. I arrived at 10:45. They didnt start on my feet until 11:45. I would have left, but I brought someone else that needed their nails done. The only thing I was asked was what number. I dont mind a rush job, but this mess rush job. I would not recommend this place to my enemy.

Omg guys so fee did my nails and his mother in law did my toes I went all out bc ive not had my nails done since Covid hit and I left feeling so beautiful and its was so nice this is a family run business and ill be going here fr now on!!!! I showed him a picture once and he did it perfectly! Cant brag enough... bc it made me feel so great!

First off i waited an hour to get in the chair but that was fine until the tech started to try and rush on my nails and just cut them any length. Rushing the service. I left with my nails glued on terribly. Tech drilled my nail and it hurt so bad I pulled back. Never going here again. You should not either.

I just got a fill in and color change but the fella who serviced me was friendly and professional.

Pro: Quick 30 min in the chair. FriendlyCons: Rushed on nails, not even 5 minutes after a overlay with 4 acrylic tips they started lifting from my natural nail. The Ombre I received looks messy and not fading into each other. Did not match nail sizes on each hand. Also she cut my skin when she was using the ALREADY USED nail board.

I’ve been going to this place for about eight years. I absolutely love it. Kim is very quick and efficient, and her husband is very efficient and has great conversation. I love when their mom does my pedicures because she always has a smile on her face and she gets the job done. Their daughter is even picking up in the business and I think she will be bringing fresh and new ideas .

Terrible quality my nails chipped the next day.They did the nails too fast that they didn’t do them properly.Never going again:(

Just happened to ride down Post Rd in need of a quick eyebrow waxing and stopped in. Luckily they werent busy. I could have sworn the young girl told me that they didnt wax.. I treated myself to a pedicure and low and behold the women that serviced me, asked if I wanted my eyebrows waxed... #hmmmmm

The mom with the two kids does rush sometimes but I have been going to this place for about 2 years now and I love it the mom with the two kids at the end of finishing your nails she will give you a design even if you didn’t ask or pay for it,the husband is the best he works slow with your nails and he knows how to do it,I am going to stay at this location.

Went to get my nails done theyre saying buy appointments only you need to put that on your website. Never again I tried to give them a second chance to redeem themselves after the older lady the did my pedicure cut my shin made me bleed but this was before COVID.

We have been going here for years. They all do a great job!! Kim is amazing I have never had anyone put on nails as fast as her and I have been to plenty of places. They have a huge selection of gel colors to pick from. Love the nail polish that turns colors. My husband enjoys his pedicures as well. You can even get a great back massage.I read some of the negative comments. If you treat people with respect they will treat you with respect. They have always treated us great. If you are not happy with a shape let them know and they will fix it. Nail salons do have waiting times just like the beauty salon. If they are swampped instead of being mad or complaining I just come back another day. I am always 100% satisfied.

Very friendly people. Many colors to choose from even though some of the polishes were mostly empty. Got a full set and felt very rushed. She did not paint the full nail and missed the sides. Some of the nails look very lumpy and not even. And tools didn’t look very clean and sanitized either. In all great service but not so good work.

I love that they are family owned, and I really would love to support them -- I just simply cant. I used to go regularly and then stopped going. I went back last week and remember now why I stopped going before. The owner (the Mom of the 2 children) has got a really bad attitude. Dont cross her -- youll be sorry! Ive never been in the line of fire, but Ive seen several horrible altercations. Also, she thinks speed trumps quality. I totally disagree. My polish didnt fully cover my nails - missing polish along the sides of my nails. Likes to use the power filer to take your gel polish off instead of properly wrapping them w/aluminum foil and treating them gently. She always polishes on top of my cuticle because painting just UP to the cuticle would take some time and patience - therefore, when the polish begins to grow out, there is a good size ridge on the upper nail which is rough and unsightly. My nails are completely trashed. I know she is training her daughter to do mani/pedis which I think is great -- I just wish she had a better mentor. Oh yeah, and a couple times in the past her husband did my nails and she complained to him that he was too slow. She even pushed him aside once and finished my nails, laughing and talking about how he talks too much and doesnt work fast enough. I wish them the best, but I wont be returning.

Went in for a gel manicure and I literally was in and out within 15 minutes. They didnt let my nails soak, didnt push my cuticles back, etc. Soon as I sat down the lady just started polishing my nails and told me she would do my manicure after she polished my nails. After she polished them she put my hands in water for about 1 minute, filed them down a bit and that was it. I even made the comment that she was rushing and no one said anything. I called up there 4 days later to tell them my polish had chipped because of the poor job that was done on my nails and they told me since I didnt call within 3 days I would have to pay for them to fix my nails. Poor service all the way around.

This is my go to place!! Love the environment, love that its family owned and has been family owned for many many years, even though hes told me his name multiple times, I can never remember it. I dont care how long it takes, I will always choose him. 😊😊 (the husband and father of the two kids)

Ive been going here for a LOT of years! They do care about you if you are a new customer, However Ive noticed over the last 2 years that they dont seem to care as much about me as they did say 8 years ago? Im not clear on what the issue is here or why there is an issue but Im considering finding a new place.

The husband always provides great service. The wife seems and her service is rushed. Shes not a people person.

I literally just left this place and I am noticing that the black polish is seeping into the clear...also they didnt paint the whole nail on the sides....I dont like the feeling of being rushed and Im paying good money....I will NEVER EVER go back again!!!!😑😣😒😠😡😤

Fast Service not always quality the owner has the ability to good work, but more concerned about getting you in and out. Fast fill in nails chipped the following day i asked for more fill in and a dabbed was placed on the nails..

Good family-oriented business usually is swamped but Kim is the best nail tech when busy she moves really really fast generally can be very efficient sometimes gets a little stressed but long as shes working comfortably and not feeling pressured with crowd shes excellent in speed and in her delivery

I used to love coming here so after a year I came back thinking I would have a good experience. Kim rushes too much and is too distracted. My nail is already separated the next day..Friendly to some. Phe is the best. Takes his time and will actually conversate with you. Never felt so rushed in my life. Learned my lesson to always request the best.

We went in 2 hours before close after rude behavior at another nail shop and they got us in within 10 mins. I love this nail shop and will continue to spend my money at this establishment. Great atmosphere and quick service has secured me and my sister in law as customers. Highly reccomend this place.

I love this nail salon. Ask for Phe. He is the best and very kind. (Only one I allow to do my nails). Good family feel and family owned and operated. It also is a very clean facility.

My nails were done okay. I was charged $50 though for a fill and had one broken nail and got the Cat eyes. Way to much first but I said it’s ok but I’m not coming back. Then the next day one of my nails broke and I went back and she was trying to complain that it broke. Then got even more mad when a woman left out because I said my nail broke the next day. 😂 It was ridiculous and the wait was also long just go to Nail trap they’re all good at doing your nails and prices way cheaper.

The owner is not nice rush on my nails and they are chipping already. But love the parents and husband but shes not that nice. Stop being cheap and bring in some more help cause rushing is not a good business

They do a really bad job they don’t pay attention to your nails or to what they are doing. I had a really bad experience and that rush to finish and after they are done they say it’s your own fault for moving when you weren’t moving. Not coming back to this place.

Save your money and your nails and go else where. They were not friendly and did not speak to you. I wanted a gel manicure. I usually go to the nail salon in my town, but since I work down here I thought, eh save some time. Wrong. Normally I get to pick out my nail color from a huge selection of painted nails. Oh not this place. I had to open every bottle of color to see what it was. And the lady was quite upset that I did. She said,you tell me what color, I pick out. So now I have a ruby red nail color instead of coral. The salon I go to charges $18 for a gel mani, they charged me $25. Also, manicure apparently isnt there forte, because they cut off a lot of my skin. And even typing this hurts. Beware.

The lady that owns the shop is not as nice as her husband and kind of comes off rude and not as polite as the husband. She rushed on my nails and skipped steps. My nails underneath has nail polish everywhere..in addition she charged me 18.00 for short nails. I feel ripped off I will not return.

They do a VERY BAD JOB, the owner she did me and my friend both pedicures just only 25 minutes for 2 person. The shop not busy on that time I don’t know why she services and rush customers like that . For sure I never come back again.

Not too happy with my experience. The pedicure was very mediocre and left lots to be desired. My feet are not horrible but atleast scrub my foot and give me a good massage. I did like the design on my big toe though. I did not care for the gel nails application. They look more like regular nail polish than gel nails. Not happy at all with that. I could have painted my nails at home for the same look. They also do not add designs on gels which I am not used to. Was irritated with that. My nails are very plain and I hate that! I wont be back to this nail salon. Neither will my mom or sis. We all agree and say that weve had better mani pedi services else where.

They open at 10:00am I am a morning person I came in at 10:30 and ask for a fill in . The guy told me no one there could do it and come back later . That is very poor service, all your workers should be trained on every thing in a business like this . Now I have to find and waist gas to go to another location.
