I do not recommend this nail salon at all, very unprofessional and the quality is horrible. I sat down for my spa pedicure and the water was not hot. I had to wait for the nail techs to get to work, mind you it was noon last Friday. I got a full set and my nails are not smooth and are lifting already after one week. The nail tech took forever and the quality is not up to par.

Go see Paige! She is AMAZING!

Paige took my nails off a few of my real nails were broken underneath, she was really gentle and sweet. Everyone in there was nice and professional. I would recommend them!

This establishment has been in place for years they are affordable and fast and definitely talented I recommend big city nails

I went to this place a couple of years ago. The nail tech that did my nails had super long ones herself and I left looking like I needed a fill already. There was another nail tech in the bathroom rolling a blunt! I had wanted dark blue almost black with one contrasting nail on each hand (dark green almost black). The green ended up looking like dried poop. When I came out from the back (where they told me the bathroom was) and I mentioned that ole girl was rolling a blunt, they laughed and just told me to use the sink up front. Yeah that got the dust from the drill off, but I had needed to use the bathroom as well. I don’t think it was very professional that one employee was rolling a blunt and that her boss didn’t care. I never went back.

The pedicure was nice but the nails were lumpy and not even I had to buy my own drill to fix nails then they over charged me and I heard them add a tip on without my permission.

My daughter and I got a pedicure last Saturday 4/24/2021 gel pedicure the next day they fell off... now it’s Saturday May 1st and they still falling off... done! Will not go back.

I paid 80$ total for a full set literally 6 days ago and both my middle fingers have snapped off already. I can feel that the other ones are going to break soon too. Definitely the worst quality set I’ve had ever.

They dont have the prices where you can see what they charge they have the price list hidden in these little areas they charged me $30 for a manicure because Im a man.a manicure cost nowhere between 13 and $15 anywhere in the country with you a man or woman I dont even think these people are licensed in there
