Linda was good, but Not a relaxing time. No Soft music or TV, too quiet.She kept talking the entire time acrosd the row to coworker in their own language, which can be very rude.Use to be a nice place.Please dont talk so muchput music or tv on.

As my daughter and I were at another nail salon waiting to see if they could squeeze us in and wasnt to pleased to do so I called here SAUGUS NAIL AND SPA, they were very willing to accommodate our needs so we left and came straight her 6min away.. THE BEST DECISION OF THE DAY! THEY WERE AMAZING THEY EVEN HAD A SMALLER PEDICURE CHAIR FOR MY DAUGHTER SHE FINALLY HAD A REAL PEDICURE NEVER SEEN A CHILD MESSAGE PEDI CHAIR!! I CALLED MY FAMILY AFTER LEAVING AND WE WILL ALL BE COMING HERE IN THE FUTURE! SEE YOU ALL SOON!!

I am giving this nail salon a 1 star because I took my friend here for a Mothers Day present to get pedicures. Not only did they give her the roughest possible pedicure, but they left her with bleeding cuticles on all 10 toes! When I called the next day to let them know of her damaged toes and to remind them to be aware of the fact they can really hurt someone, I was greeted by a rude receptionist that just kept saying call the owner. I did call the owner and she told me she would issue a refund for the pedicure but still has not issued this refund. After calling again and greeted by the same receptionist I have given up. I am writing a review as a public service announcement for those who intend on going here, DO NOT. The owner should take issues like this seriously and fix the problem at hand instead of throwing a refund at the problem (which wasnt even followed through with).

No appointment needed. I went in. They were so nice. I liked the service. They did a great job with my manicure!

She is a bad muffalletta.....now not only my new nail color but my motto in life! Love the salon, beautiful atmosphere, talented artisans, and all under COVID precautions! 💘

I go every time. My only complaint is when they have the news on. Not very relaxing. The women are lovely, prices fair, and they always do a great job.

I just got my nails done for the first time ever and I went here, it was such a good choice! I didnt have an appointment but they fit me in. The nail tech I had (Abby) was so nice and helped me decide what type of maicure I wanted (i went with dip powder) and was very gentle. I definitely will be coming back here.

The manicurists are all amazing...perfectionists and very nice. My last gel mani is going on 16 days and still looks perfect!

I have been coming here since Ana opened. Almost 4 years ago. I cannot stress how incredibly clean, professional and courteous these girls are. I come here on a weekly basis; toes every 2 weeks, fingers every 2 weeks, opposite....I’m not certain if Maricia confused this place or another place, but in NO way does this describe Saugus Nail & Spa.

Love this place!! Clean and health conscious. They give you what you ask for every time. I have never left un satisfied. The staff is always pleasant and very helpful. The color selection is through the roof for gel colors as well!! Prices are extremely reasonable. I recommend the spa pedicure and a gel manicure ❤️

Got a few pedicures from this location. Small, cosy, and clean salon. Everyone is very nice there and I always leave satisfied. Lots of color choices and they also do waxing services.

Went in for a waxing. Took 10 minutes cost $20.00. After returning home and feeling uncomfortable realized several spots were missed. So Im done. Thats a lot of money for half a job

I send my wife and daughter here every two weeks for mother daughter time.. they love this place there are a few to chose from in saugus but in my eyes only one good nail place and this is it! Clean 10 star professionalism 10star friendly 10star accommodation for all needs 10 star!! Concidering my wife is very picky when it comes to our 6year olds nails she comes home bragging to all friend and strangers I would make this your only choice!

Very rude Im visiting from out of state I waked in and asked for a pedicure and gel polish. The two ladies working started speaking in their language and then said to me no we cant do you.. puzzled me said you cant do me? She was like no sorry no explanation or nothing.

I like that there is never a long wait when I dont have an appointment!
