My car broke down 3 weeks ago. Credit is increasing but not where it should be for a decent loan. They got me in a car in 4 days. All in the mean time it helps build credit. They are very welcoming and they helped me get around my finacial hurdles in order to get me back on the road with a reliable vehicle and a reliable warranty. Something my last two cars came with. Would 100% recommend! My car is clean, and drives great. Couldnt be happier

I stopped in today to see what was going on with my daughters car because its been there for over a month for transmission problems but as soon as I said why I was there the service manager got very defensive with me,saying that covid has slowed them down getting part which I understand but then she tells me she had to wait for a part for the exhaust and I just got the same part for my sons car the same day, but she said it would be done Monday. This is the third time we were told the car would be done. The more I talked to this woman the more defensive she got so I told her I would have to call a lawyer ( which I probably shouldnt have done) but by the end of the conversation I was told I was never allowed back. That was the most unprofessional dealing Ive ever had

My experience is very similar to another review from 7 months ago, so apparently nothing has changed. I too bought a vehicle from the Nissan dealership and was told to contact J.D. Byrider about cancelling my gap coverage. I reached out and explained my situation and it took a few days to have a form sent to me which ended up being the wrong form and wrong company. It took a total of 2 weeks for them to email me that they found the right gap company and could finally submit the form. Within that time I was able to figure out the company and took care of it myself.Their lack of communication and sense of urgency is underwhelming to say the least. They are not very responsive in replying to emails or even phone call messages, so be prepared to wait and/or do the work yourself.From this experience, I would never purchase a car through them, nor would i recommend anyone to do so.

In November 2020 i bought a car from royers, never again will I make that mistake. So anyway that car broke down 3 times first 2 times no big deal the 3rd time was the transmission no one wanted to help me get it fixed or even trade it for some thing else. So today I went to jdbyrider in hopes I would go home in my own car.. Glad I did they helped me into another vehicle when no one else would after months of being without a vehicle thank you jdbyrider for helping me out.

Do whatever you can to get a car without going through them. You will end up paying 25%-30% interest. They will refuse to tell you what the sale price is on a vehicle. I was in a situation a few years back due to a divorce, and regret getting a car through them very much. I had to do the math and realized the sale price on my vehicle was over $13,000 while the KBB value of it was $3,200. They get their vehicles at auctions, and I had nothing but trouble with mine. Major repairs. Sure, they will get you into a vehicle... but youll pay a ridiculous price for a junker.

I really enjoyed today big purchase but really nice vehicle The staff was super friendly and very understanding. The banker explained everything so well and was very patient. They really have great prices and great honesty. Would really recommend all go and check out Byrider.

Bought a vehicle in 2016 when they owned the Nissan dealership. Car is mechanically totaled and when I called about canceling the gap coverage and receiving the remainder, was informed thats totally up to the owner who no one has contact info for. So if you purchase from them beware. They will sell you things and then pretend like that information has disappeared.Update: after they posted their response, I attempted to call and left messages with my return number. They apparently dont take this seriously and do not care.

Lot’s of places claim they can get you in a car regardless of credit. After wasted hours, you find out they actually couldn’t. Not Byrider! They said they could help me... and they did. Could not be happier. Jeff, Todd and Lori were fantastic to work with. Everyone was up front with the vehicle and loan information. They didn’t try and slip anything by you, which I greatly appreciated. Can’t say enough good things about my experience here. They came through for me when no one else would. They have poor customer service. The service lady is very rude. I bought 2 vehicles off them and this time when I was dealing with my vehicle being in the garage after only having it for 3 weeks, it was tranfered to a dealership in Lewistown. I was never informed until I called. Then I drove to see about it only to be treated rudely by that garage and then be called by the service lady at Byrider saying I was rude to the garage but I wasnt. Then she told me that iI was not to call and get amy information on my vehicle anymore. Unfortunately for her, I know my rights as a customer and i should know where my vehicle is at and what is going on with it at all times. I was going to buy another vehicle in a few years but at will not be happening now. I will not be purchasing another vehicle or referring any other customers again. There will be a lawyer that will be dealing with this matter and the service lady should lose her job.

Just went to get my car that has taken 3 weeks to fix and they were closed when I got there...I was told by the person who called and said my car was done that someone would be there till 7, the website says they close at 7, AND the sign on the door say they close at 7...but I was there at 6:05 and not a sole in site...they even knew i was coming!

Great buying experience and in an extremely environment. They REALLY care about helping you get on the road in a decent amount of time in great, reliable vehicles. Especially love their financing program and help with credit.

Update: they fixed the car, the light came back on a few days later, they fixed it again (for free) and it was off for about 3 weeks then came back on. So many issues started happening with it that we ended up having to return it. We emailed them and they asked us to come in later that week so we did and they will be taking it back sometime this week without it affecting our credit. Honestly they tried to fix it and have been very kind working with us. I’d get another car from them in the future.I had just bought my car and only had it for 24hrs. Within 7 the check engine light came on. We called and they said they knew we would be calling. They sold us a LEMON knowing there were problems! We were told we’d get our car back the next day. Well that day they decided to take a half day and told me they’d call me first thing the next morning. No call so at 5:30 we called them with no answer, called them back the next morning I will not be getting my car back for 4 more days!!! It is ridiculous that I am paying this much for a car I haven’t even had 24 hours and as I said is A LEMON AND THEY KNEW IT. $17,000 for a car I’ve had all of 24hrs. If I didn’t sell my old car already I’d take it back. I’ll update in a couple months or so if anything else goes wrong or if they make it right. But it’s hard to make selling a mother of an 18 month old working 2 jobs a lemon right.

They said yes when I was getting a no everywhere else! Did I pay more than I had hoped to pay? Yes, but that is because of the bed I made for myself. Thank God there is someplace people hemmed in by bad credit have a place to choose where they can get that yes.Dillon, Jeff, and Lori were terrific and I walked out with a newer, better car than the several I couldnt get financing on. And a 3 year 36k warranty versus the 3 months offered by the dealers!And they even had donuts, ladies and gentlemen.

These people are so rude. They want to repo my grandparents vehicle because they are behind on 1 payment. They have enough problems with my grandfather being in and out of the hospital and dont some rude person telling them they are going to repo their only vehicle.

At the time I needed a car and this was the place to go. I wish all the staff members were like Mario, he is friendly, down to earth. And tells you what you need he don’t wait until it’s too late too tell you. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions and this is mine.

Once again, Im extremely disappointed with my experience with JDByRider. They pretty much tell you that theyll look into the issue with the vehicle and make sure its taken care of. When you finally get your car in to be serviced, they tell you that there is nothing wrong and they want to know who told you that there was something wrong. Then conveniently, when you leave the car there a few more days, they find an issue. They also said they would have the inside of the car cleaned up, but it wasnt done at all. Every time I have had to have service done, there are excuses. I dont recommend them to anyone.

Took the vehicle in for maintenance because I lost the transmission and it was running rough. While it was there I asked them to change the oil. They ordered a used transmission and it has had issues since day one, and they did not add near enough transmission fluid. They never fixed the rough idle and when it came to the oil change. They changed the filter and never filled the engine with oil. Check other places before you go here
