I have never left reviews at nail places but this time I felt it was necessary. I had scheduled an appointment so that way when I came in I would be out in time to make it to where I had to be. They sat me in a chair to do my toes first. I showed them a picture and told them exactly what I wanted. I had asked for white acrylic on my toes & to be squared. It took THREE hours to do my toes! He did clear acrylic with white polish which took forever because he had to do so many layers. He cut my toes up to the point where it was burning and he had to put it in cold water. He was speaking to his manager who was questioning what he was doing I came home and was bleeding I had super glue all over my toes. At this point I’m showing him the picture and I’m like this is really not what I wanted. I felt bad so I continued to let him try to fix his mistakes. After he gets my toes done he sits me down to do my nails & remind him that I’m gonna be late & he says he’ll be done before a certain time, which doesn’t happen. I asked for French tips which are very simple because I wanted to get out of there. He spends another hour doing them and he doesn’t prep my nails. As you can see in the pictures my cuticles are well grown and still there. He didn’t even trim my nails. They are super thin and they broke hours later. Again I am not the one to leave reviews or hate on nail places but I felt that it was $100 down the drain and I was very disappointed.

I used this business once before and was not totally thrilled with their work, but I was in town and I figured I would give it another chance. I wanted a no-chip pedicure. Upon arriving, I used their check-in service on a tablet to reserve my spot. All of the chairs inside were full so I decided to sit right outside while I wait. I waited a good 45+ minutes then noticed they were seating ladies that came after me. I then walked in and informed a couple of workers that I had been outside for almost an hour waiting for a simple pedicure. The owner apologized and immediately sat me at a chair. The man who did my pedicure took his time (which I appreciate), but I noticed he did a horrible job filing my left big toe to even put a chip I had. When I left and stepped into the sunlight, I noticed the funny bunny color he used was totally spotty and not evenly coated, but more importantly he didn’t fully remove the pink color I had on prior. There are several pink spots showing through the white polish on my right big toe. Also, my left big toenail was weirdly filed and shaped. I’m pregnant and can barely reach my feet in general, so in the salon it was hard for me to nice these things … but I feel like the technician should have seen that since he was close to my toes. Needless to say I am not happy with my experience and will never be returning to this salon.

I LOVE this salon. Its my go to and Elsa is the best at the dipping powder. I used to live in the area and even when I moved 30 minutes away I still made the drive to this salon.Due to my schedule I needed to find a closer salon and and hopefully become a regular. The new closer is NO comparison to Luxe so Ill be back. Now they do get busy here but its been worth it. They take their time, theyre nice and friendly and the work is always neat.

Update: Went back to Vy with a new trend and he executed perfectly. I can take any picture to him and he does a bomb job. See new pics!It is hard to find nail salons doing ombre that isnt heavy from dip or two-tone...but this place does beautiful work. I am obsessed with my nails. Each time I show them a picture they come out just like it. I highly suggest scheduling with Vy - he does great work! Everyone here is accommodating and professional.

They sat us apart from each other. The water for the pedi was way too hot that I had to ask for it to be called down. My friend was left for over 30 mins before someone started her pedicure. My pedicure and her were both left oily and didn’t get all the dead skin off our feet. While I was taken straight away for my manicure, my friend was left for another 30mins at the dryer and no one saw to her for her manicure. My manicure looks like my six year old niece did it. My nail technician pulled my cuticles out instead of cutting them off. My nails are blotchy, messy and cut unevenly.

This was my first and last experience. I needed a nail repaired and decided to get them all done. I made an appointment sat for about 30 mins then finally was helped. I showed the photo to Lingh as she was my nail tech and upon completion I asked what about the glitter crystal nail. She starts to say she has to ask the owner how much and I said it doesn’t matter I want it. She said ok finished my nails and I checked out. My total was $120 and I tipped her $20 totaling $140. To my surprise the next day the thumb gel polish was peeling and cracking and I felt glue residue left on my nails. I went back to get them fixed and was told to come back at 1 pm because they were busy which I couldn’t because I was headed out of town. I asked for another day and time and was told Monday 9:30 am. I arrived very early 8:20 am and not one nail tech arrived until 9:45am and then asked me to sit and wait because they only had 3 nail techs. I was livid and said no I was told to be here at 9:30 and you all were late I want my nail fixed now. I finally was serviced and left. I now see the original nail that I came in to get repaired still has a slit and I now am back for a repair. First and last time going here. This is poor quality, overpriced and terrible service.

Their pedicures are thorough, as they arent afraid to dig in - my feet always leave looking amazing! My toes look cute!! Ill definitely be going back to this place!

They are helping choose the best colour as I am very picky! The tech was very gentle and took their time with the work! It is affordable and I will be coming back!

I never leave reviews. But I am so happy with my gel manicure that I got yesterday, that I’m leaving a review!! I was very impressed with a few things: 1. Professionalism 2. Ambience of salon 3. Kindness 4. ATTENTIVENESS - this one is huge!! My tech made sure she knew what I wanted before moving forward. 5. She actually shaped my nails well. I feel like no one ever does it right. She did perfect! 6. I have one acrylic nail that I’ve had for a month or so due to breaking my real nail (my one and only ever acrylic nail). I typically don’t like the look of acrylic nails. She shaped it so perfectly that it looks just like my real nail now! I am so happy about that. I also showed her a picture on Pinterest and she “nailed” it! Couldn’t be happier with how they look!

I had done a foot peel about a week ago and booked this pedicure to help me smooth my feet afterwards, but not much time or care was taken to smooth my feet. I got back to my car and I have a bunch of peeling skin on the bottoms of my feet. Gel polish looks good though, Vincent was very gentle and sweet. Probably won’t go back

I took my grandmother and sister here. We were all done around the same time. We got to relax and get our nails done how we wanted. We were all very happy with the finished look. I would definitely recommend.

Would like to keep going, but last experience was extremely overpriced and they were taking too many customers, so I had 3 different nail techs. Final one rushed through my nails and was not attentive, causing cuts and burns. Did not clean underside of nails. Nails were crooked, to which I filed myself since she didnt notice. Charged for customizing with 2 different styles, 5 nails of each style, was an extra 30 dollars! I understand paying the extra 15 for customizing, but I did half and half, so should not have been double charged. Disappointing...

I have been back 3 times, my nails are growing and getting stronger. Today I had acrylic done they look great and I will control come back even for a manicure. Best acrylics Ive ever received.

Back in 2019 I wasnt too happy with the outcome of my gel manicure and even though I did not take the salon up on their offer, I did appreciate the response to my first review. I gave them another shot this year and outcome was way better. Im pretty sure the tech I got was still learning. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and got ... Not what I wanted but the gel lasted almost 3 weeks. And to be completely fair he did confirm the colors with me and I okayed all the colors. I wasnt happy with the outcome but it wasnt completely his fault. I ended up going a third time to get a new gel manicure and third time was the charm! Absolutely loved the way Tim did my nails. The edges around my cuticles could have been a little better but Tim was super accommodating and wasnt upset to redo a few of the nails and design. I will 1000% be back to see Tim.

I went in for a gel manicure. The first thing I noticed was they had people stacked like sardines. Ladies were coming in and turning around when they saw how packed it was. One of the techs would run after them and ask them to come back. They want all the money but provide horrible service. They sat me down and had one person remove my gel polish and then moved me on to another lady who was rough, rushing and clearly untrained. My polish was super thick, she kept asking me to move my hands from the gel lamp, then saying oh they arent dry. Well DUH!!!!I asked her to trim my nails, easy enough right? No, they were crooked. I had to go back in before I even made it to my car to ask them to correct the crooked nails. I also noticed they were not cleaning between services, and there was old food packaging and empty polish bottles on the floor. NEVER. AGAIN.

This is by far the best place to get your nails done if you live in the area. The staff and owners are the friendliest, kindest, and most helpful people.

The lady doing my nails was filing my soul away. She was twisting my hand in such uncomfortable positions. My nails are already in such horrible condition after 3 days and i’ve taken good care of them. My friend and i got our nails done together and both of our nails look horrible. They look rushed, and done improperly. When you book they say it’s 35 for a full set of nails however they charged my friend and I 60 dollars for regular all same color nails because “ they were long”. Moral of the story, save your money and go somewhere else.

I went here to have a full gel set and I am a nail biter. For nail biters, you are supposed to create an extension to the clients own nails before adding the fake nails. That was not done. Instead, they focused on laughing at my nails and making fun of them to other technicians. They were not kind or friendly to me at all. The technician seemed to rush my nails because they are a bit patchy and feathery. I will never return to this salon. They made me feel terrible about myself. I just wanted to have pretty nails for my graduation and they treated me less than human. I did not receive the treatment their other clients did. I left feeling embarrassed and singled out. I held back tears the entire time I was there. Never again will I go to LuXe Nails.

Horrible experience and i have 2 very sore, could be infected nails. I had an appointment got there 8 minutes early. No one was waiting but me. 2 new people came in. They were helped right away. I ask what about my service. They spoke n their language, finally Tom, the owner said he would be with me shortly. I was only getting a fill and gel polish. 15 minutes later Tom started. He said a couple nails to be replaced. I said go ahead and replace them all. He took an acrylic nail and pryed my nails off. The pain was so intense I nearly fainted. I finally told him that I had to leave I barely made it to my car. I called my daughter because I could not drive.. his force in removing the nails was such that he ripped part of the bed of two nails off. Im terrified that two of my fingers will get infected. plus he cut me with that little buzzing machine. This bad experience has me so sad because I use to really enjoy luxe nails..Ive been soaking my nails in peroxide to help fight off infection.

I had a wonderful deluxe manicure. Worth every penny. My nails came out beautifully (French manicure) and the skin on my hands feels awesome. This is NOT the place to go. It was very packed and me and friend went there to get our nails done and the ladies drilled the life out of our nails. When she was done our nails hurt SOO bad and looked terrible just after 3 days. It gave us hangnails and it looked like we had these on here for a week just after 3 days. You could see our actual nails and our cuticles are horrible crusty and white. They are also very miss leading and unprofessional. They told us $35 for a full set and we ended up paying 60. Don’t ever go here take ur money and don’t waste ur time and just go somewhere else.

I went to this place looking at all the positive reviews but I am very disappointed with the service I received. They did not let me know ahead of time that there is additional cost for the gel nail polish. The entire time I was there they were speaking in their native language which made me feel as if they are speaking about me. That made me feel vey uncomfortable.

I spent $160!! My nail tech sucked, looks like a kid did my paint job and the shape was horrible. I got a French acrylic on toes & feet. I would never recommend to these money hungry people!! I came in asking for an acrylic set, i had a picture for reference. I asked for a ballerina shape and a design on one nail. James was the technician, i walked out with a square shape, a design completely different to what i asked for, uneven and lumpy nails, and a brush hair stuck into my polish on my thumb. I called that day asking if i could come in and get them fixed. When i walked in 2 days later, I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time only to be seated with the same technician. The only changes made were one nails unevenness of length with the same nail on the other hand, and the shape. Not only was it not what i asked for, but even after a second attempt, I left unsatisfied. I will not be returning.

I got my nails done here six days ago. Maybe I have high standards but 5 of my nails are already chipping on my manicure. I got gel and do no heavy lifting. Also I grew out my nails for this appointment and she shopped them off. I felt like I had little stubs left when I came with nice and long nails. I also got a pedicure which was mediocre. No attention to detail, forget it if you want a real massage. Also most of my toe nails are crooked. First time here and last time here. Over priced for the service. Two stars because they got us in right away with an appointment even when they were busy. Maybe because we were new we didn’t get the more proficient technicians. Overall, meh.

Normally I like this place but the past two experiences have been terrible. First being burned by nail drill nonstop and yesterday I asked for round nails and ended up with square nails! I even asked her to file round more than once. Very, very lazy nail tech who talked on the phone, FaceTimed or watched videos on her phone the entire appointment. No thanks! I had to go home and fix my nails myself. I am only giving 2 stars because past experiences were better.

$200 for 2 basic pedicures and 1 full set. Its been a while since I had a pedicure and I told her where the rough spots were on my feet. She barely hit them and by the time I got home you couldnt even tell she had touched them. Halfway through painting my nails, the nail tech tells me shes never done a design before. My nails look terrible and are lumpy. She even charged me extra to make the pinky nail pointed instead of square. They are extremely overbooked and are cramming too many people in at a time considering we are still in a pandemic and they cant focus on one customer for worrying about the next. I wont be back.

Biggest complaint is that there is ABSOLUTELY no ventilation in this shop. The shop is not that big, but each nail tech station was full, each pedicure station was full,and the polish fumes were so strong I became dizzy, a bit nauseous, and had a tremendous headache. I understand the job, but there should have been fans running, or at a minimum, the door should have been open to some degree. I phoned in my appointment and arrived early so there was time to explain what I wanted, and to discuss that I had 2 nails that were broken. As far as the work, it was ok. My tech burned me several times with the machine used to remove polish, but blamed me for jumping, she made one of my nails bleed, never once tried to repair either nail she was repeatedly told were broken. 9 nails are one length, 1 nail is a nub. I came to this shop on the recommendation of a friend but will probably only go back if there are no other shops available, and I will probably only go back as soon as they open. I will never make an afternoon appointment again.

I went in at 1:55 and Didnt leave until 4:30 just for a manicure! Due to the nail tech being on her phone texting then rushing her work so my nails were lumpy and curved when I requested a long square nails set, the worker cut into my nail bed trying to get my set which was done by them before off, before doing my new set so my nails hurt! I did however request a different worker and i am somewhat satisfied with the outcome terrible experience though!

Money wasted.I got sparkly nail polish.It was a two set.It came with a white base and green glitter.The person didnt even use the base color and used the green glitter by itself.You cant see it at all.He noticed as well but had someone else come over and finish.They Proceeded to keep piling on the glitter to get the color..very disappointed.I will go somewhere else.

I made an appointment for my son and me to get pedicures. Walked in 5 minutes before the appointment and it was packed. No place to sit and wait. I was told it was due to the holiday, which I completely understand. The salon is small and it was filled at capacity especially with covid. I thought and appointment would ensure an on time appointment. The man who checked us in, didn’t care. Will not go back.

First time going there, and tried it on a whim. Pedicure was amazing all the way down to the polish. I believe I had Linh...she is great! Tom did my overlay on my nails, and I feel they are just ok...they switched nail techs on me, so I wasnt sure who I was getting due to Linh assisting an appointment she said. My appointment was at 4:45. It is currently 6 while I’m writing this and they are putting walk ins and other appointments before me for reason I do not understand. I’m not sure if they are understanding me or the frustrating experience they are putting me through. I got a fullset of Ombre Nails when I got home I noticed my cuticles were filled with acrylic and also the sides were really thin. Two days later two of my nails broke and more were cracking. Ill never come back here what a waste of money.

I go to this salon EVERY SINGLE WEEK! Not because I need repairs due to poor quality nails but because I am very hard on my nails and always want them to be perfect. I ONLY MAKE APPOINTMENTS WITH KIM!! I can’t speak for the other mail techs because she is the only one that has ever touched my nails. She accommodating, professional, patient, sweet as can be, fast, efficient, and her work is amazing!! I love the manager here as well. He cares, and really takes care of his customers. This salon is amazing and I have referred tons of people to them!! I have an appt. today with Kim at 6:30... should I buy her flowers?

Tom was so helpful and i really appreciate them working with me. It seems like the top coat they used on me last time didnt react well to the dip powder. I love the new nails I got. LuXe Nails is a superb experience! They work hard to make sure each customer is happy. They create an atmosphere of peaceful attentiveness as they work diligently to allow you a break from it all. Their skills can’t be match as they are prideful in all they do. There is no rushing through any process to get to “the next dollar”. At LuXe Nails each customer is treated more as a client that will be back again and again. I recommend this salon to anyone in the area above all else.

I was rushed out the door with wet toe polish. The employee felt my toe, said it was dry, proceeded to take my flip flops off and put my feet into my slip on shoes. When I got home and looked at my toes, my pinky toe had no polish on it at all. Another toe only had half polish, and my big toe was smeared and still wet leading to more polish coming off. They were so wet the polish rubbed onto my skin from my toes touching. Also, they got red polish on the top of my white shoes. Highly dissatisfied with my service today.

Worst gel manicure I’ve ever had. This was my third time at this salon. I’ve been here previously for dip and regular manicures, both of which were great. The nail tech I had left sharp edges on my nails, to the point where I had to go home and file them myself. She also didn’t have me wash my hands or use rubbing alcohol in between buffing my nails and applying the base coat, so I don’t anticipate the color to last as it should as there will be dust particles trapped under the base coat. The color I chose was called pomegranate and was a nice red/pink color. Upon first coat, the color was a burnt orange. I asked about it and was told after the second coat the color will be more red. It was not. I will definitely not be going back for a gel manicure unless I have a different tech.Long story short, some techs were fabulous, the one I had today was not.

I asked for acrylic nails i got dipped..the dip nails are already lose...smh...i asked for 4 red toes and 1 black toe i got 1 red 4 black toes ... I paid $123 for stuff i didnt ask for
