I actually loved visiting this nail salon! I had been going for the past 6-8 months.Unfortunately my last visit I noticed a dark green color under multiple nails. I later found out it was fungus 😡from unsanitized items used at this salon. Sad to say I now have to look elsewhere for a cleaner salon. Here is a picture of one of my nails as I am currently soaking the rest off.

She was fast and they are gorgeous. But I ended up with an infection. Underneath my nails on top. She gave me a pocket of antibiotics cream use two days but that didnt work I have to go to the hospital. So if you are allergic to any of them products silk wrap your nails lil more money but it will save you a trip to the hospital and a bill.

I cannot stress enough that the technician does not know how to do sns properly. I didn’t question her technique while in the salon but noticed that she didn’t use a base dip and finished off the service with a gel top coat. 3 days later I had my first chip and now one week later, every nail is chipped. This was also the most expensive sns manicure I have ever had as she did not disclose that she charges a separate ($12) charge for removing the sns that is already on nails. I will not be back.

I called ahead to see when they had openings that day. The lady went ahead and scheduled me an appointment for later that afternoon instead of just walking in later and them possibly not having the availability anymore. My nails turned out fantastic. The people are nice. I always come here when i decide to get my nails done again.

Hands down the only time I ever like to be whistled at! :)The owner Jasmine and her sister Jessica, are passionate about their trade and being well educated in ALL techniques and styles: Nail Sculpting, Silk wrap, Acrylic, Gels, etc.I came in with acyclic overlay and a few broken nails. I, personally like long nails and I was not looking forward to getting tips put on those fingers because it never matches the natural shape of the others. Jasmine did a beautiful job sculpting the broken nails to look natural.Now, lets not forget the plethora of gel colors and nail polishes. WOW!Trust, that what I am talking about, is rare to find in Indy. This place has it ALL!If your looking for high quality, clean, classy decor, comfortable stations, and a very warm caring ambience with a few laughs before you leave. This place is a MUST!!! I am so glad I finally stopped after passing it so many times. Love love! I have no doubt your experience will be as good as mine.

Owner is amazing! She corrected a bad job by someone else and was so easy to talk with and always smiling! She knows and loves her clients. Speaks to all of them by name. The shop is well kept and very well ventilated. You never smell chemicals. Must go!

I love every experience I have here. Best pedicure Ive ever had!! I wont go anywhere else in Indy. The employees are always super friendly and the prices are completely reasonable.

I will NEVER return to this salon! To start, the workers were about 10 mins late getting there to open the shop. The worker (Jenny) tried to force me into getting a full set when I had already told her I only needed a fill in. She was extremely rough and the acrylic on my nails is WAY to thick. I wanted to change the polish color that I picked out when I first walked in and when Jenny went to get the polish, the owner made a big deal about her helping me find the polish I was looking for. She stated, in a very rude tone, why are you helping her pick a color, she already picked a color out, and its been an hour already The polish that she put on my nails does not even cover the entire nail like it should. I wouldnt recommend this salon to anyone.

I go there sometimes to get my eyebrows waxed and theyre super nice and fast. Just make sure you call to check theyre not too busy.

Came in today and the young lady rushed on my pedi. She was done in 15 min. I feel like if Im paying $30 it should be more time spent on a pedi. Now that Im home and able to really look at my toes, I can see all the mistakes. First off she cut my toe nail crooked and the paint is so sloppy!!! Not happy and feel like I totally wasted my money!!!

The owner did a half ass job. my nails were all uneven and longer than I asked for. she constantly talked about my body temperature like it was her business. she rushed at the last minute right before closing. i was there from 5:30-7:30! never coming back

My gel nail manicurs lasted 3 days. I was our of town on business with chipped nails

The first thing I noticed when I walked into Focus nail salon is it doesnt smell like an awful nail salon. All the technicians are friendly And professional, my nails were done perfectly.

HORRIBLE!!!!! THE LADY DIDNT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING DID ONE OF MY NAILS AND THEN STOPPED. THEN I WAITED ON OWNER AND ONCE SHE GOT FINISHED DOING NAILS ON THIS LADY SHE GOT UP AND TOLD ME SHE WAS GOING TO LUNCH. I GOT UP AND LEFT!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY TALK ABOUT PEOPLE IN THEIR LANGUAGE.
