I lived here under another apartment name in 2 different apartments back in the 90s. Second apt was ok due to being a rebuild from a fire. Building across the street was condemned due to a fire which burned most of the building. Watching the news and reading these reviews I see nothing has changed in 20 years since I lived here. Great location though and I did love the shade trees.
Do not pay the administration fees before you sign the lease. I applied and was approved. They charged me $200 admin fees. Their agreement clearly states that the admin fee is refunded if my application is canceled within 48 hours of acceptance. I called and emailed the property AND the rental application portal to cancel within the 48 hours (more like 30 hours). When I called the property, the agent Deja told me its refundable after application. wrong!!! Read your own documents!! I contacted the home office for the property management company several times and never got a response.Point is - this place is shady - keep looking for somewhere else.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Its been at least 5 days that we have been displaced from 6626. They very least we should expect is to be updated periodically about when/whether we can move back in. But instead of understanding our concerns, they get defensive and shut down communication by talking over you and acting like you are the problem. Needless to say, they need to prorate our rent for lack of use and access, and reimburse us for the food that has to be tossed out.
Fix your buildings properly you negligent clowns. A 4th fire? You are being reported and I urge others to do the same.
This apartment complex is overpriced for what you are getting. The apartments are old, drafty, and falling apart. There are ROACHES everywhere. You can keep your apartment spotless but there will always be ROACHES in the breezeway. The valet trash pickup is a joke. They barely come and pickup the trash. When they do they pick and choose which bag to take. They will say you are in violation of your agreement and the trash will be within the weight limits. If you don’t have to move here do not move here. Also the laundry rooms just take your money. The washers and dryers barely work. I have nothing at all positive to say about these apartments. Please do not be fooled by the model apartment because I promise you the real thing looks nothing like it.
Dont move here washer and dryers havent worked in 11 weeks and all they say is sorry the rent has went up from 900 to 1200. You have no amenities At all . They are doing construction 🚧 Ive gotten 3 flat tires since they have started . People at the office seem to not care just say Im sorry . Imagine having wet clothes after washing and drying for 2 hrs and have to wear wet clothes to work . Terrible Terrible Terrible!
The unit I got keys for had black mold, roaches, and the lights wouldnt stay on. My roommate and I returned the keys days later (before ever evern moving in), having been told we would receive our money back if the unit was re-rented. Yesterday I was told the unit was being looked at and I would get my money afterwards. Today somebody moved into the place and I was told we would be getting $0 back. I just want my money back, I dont feel like thats aaking for much.
2 fires in 1 week in same building cause they r so old. Apartments were built in the 70s and are not up to date. We have had 4 owners in 1.5 years. What does that say!!!
I had the opportunity to speak with Samaria about the apartments and the different layouts. I had a million questions about the property and she was willing to answer all of my questions, and encouraged me to come check out the apartments for myself to see if I would love them like she said I would. The apartments was amazing and she was phenomenal and so professional! Thank you so much Samaria! You truly made my visit worth it!
I have been working with Willow Creek North Ridge and Tim Champion, the maintenance supervisor, for a while now, and I cannot say enough nice things about both. On top of being one of the nicest guys I have met, Tim is extremely easy to work with and always makes sure the property is in tip top shape. Whenever our crews are on site, Tim is sure to make sure they know exactly where everything is located on site. I would highly recommend Willow Creek North Ridge!

Stacii is amazing, and the rest of the staff are very very nice and helpful as well. There was little hiccup while moving in but Stacii made sure it was made up for and went above and beyond
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE & the young lady name Daysha or however you spell her name, answered the phone then HUNG UP on me, like what thats so bad business . I called too asked about my denied application and my attorney wanted to speak with Property Manger about a false judgment on my credit report .. and they act like they cant even HELP or barely want too answer the phones .. its so sad and Daisha need BETTER CUSTOMERS SERVICE SKILLS ❗❗ RUDE AT IT FINEST .. dont RENT HERE AT ALL . I will be calling corporate..
Very friendly and helpful staff, Go see Q and she’ll get you through! She answered all my questions and was really nice anytime I called she was available for me and the Move in process was easy and simple. The Quality of the apartment overall is pretty nice with new deck and lots of living space with newly renovated touches. For the rent amount the apartment is a good deal. Only part that I dislike is the shower needs an overhaul it’s just outdated. I Just have a new shower head and the water pressure is ok. I know the complex is under new management so I know things are getting better around here.

I use to live out here when it was called the lakes wasn’t to bad needed some upgrading at the time, i recently went in the as thinking about moving back out there i saw they had/was doing some upgrading and the lady i believe she was the assistant manager Q. These apartments are very good 👍. They have a good maintenance guy his name is Timothy Champion he does very nice work especially when I needed my stove repaired. He was very polite and had very good conversation dealing with my Stovd. GREAT JOB AND KEEP UP WITH THE GOOD WORK!!!

If you visit this property, you need to deal with Syb. Not only does she know the answers to your questions, but she treats you like a person versus a prospective client. She didn’t miss a beat when I spoke with her. She listened and didn’t get aggravated when I asked the same question again. She really went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, and she did everything with a smile. I hope her boss knows what an asset she is!

When I was in search for an apartment, I viewed quite a few. But when I was shown an apartment by Ms.Quentira Roberson she made me feel like this was going to be my home. The process was amazing and it does feel like home. When people come visit they tell me this community has change completely, never looked so good inside and out. Been here since last June. Got our apartment switched from 1st floor due to flooding issues. I’m not sure where all these good reviews are coming from? The maintenance crew tried to enter our apartment from the 3rd floor balcony without telling us. The charges have gone up in the last few months now getting charged for things we never did before (sewage etc) hot water only lasts a good 15 mins. You get charged for all the water divided by the units not just your own water usage. So for us it was like $165 vs our normal $65. They’ve asked us to renew our lease but we will be charged nearly $150 more a month if we renew. Neighbors are rude, we’ve had drug deals go down in front of our door. And cussed out by other neighbors. People doing drugs in the parking lots. It’s been fine while we’re here but will not be renewing.
The maintenance crew here is great I put in a work order and if not the same day the next day Here comes Roc ready to fix whatever the problem is. They are great and very professional. They are lucky to have them on there crew.

Willow Creek Maintenance team is fabulous! Our hot water tank malfunctioned a few weeks ago. Tim, replaced our hot water heater. He was beyond professional and thorough throughout the process.

Not sure how these apartments are getting all these good reviews but me and my husband have lived here since august of 2019 and since living here nothing has been taken care of the correct way. Anytime we need maintenance most of the time it’s only patched over. We had mold in our apartment from June/July until December 28th. And even then all they did was tear down the walls and replace them; didn’t fix where the mold was coming from at all. We have a breaker that trips any time more than three things are plugged into the outlet and when I called they said they didn’t have anyone knowledgeable enough to come look at it. We’ve had leaks, sewage backups, mold, electrical issues, doors falling off hinges, kitchen lights don’t work, and so much more. Do yourself a favor and NO NOT MOVE IN HERE. All they want is your money; they could careless about anything else.
On top of looking for a new place this pandemic has made the process that much more stressful. After doing some looking around I found Willow Creek North Ridge apartments and their customer service agent Samaria is beyond amazing! She assured me that she was doing everything in her power to assist me and put me at ease. Even going above and beyond to answer all of my questions. This place is by far a great place to live. If you want professional customer service request to speak with Samaria.
I was super impressed with this area and I can not wait to get moved in! I did a walk-through with Nic and he was so friendly and professional, he definitely made the experience better. He answered all of our questions and if he is any indication on the rest of the complexes staff, then I know we are all in good hands.
Timothy Champion one of the maintenance workers is awesome. He’s proficient in all aspects of his job, he also has a love for his community. I was discussing some problems areas I had at my church. To my surprise he offered to fix the problems and refuse to be paid for his labor.
I recently needed my oven fixed. Mike came in and resolved my issue quickly. To add too it, his friendly and professional. Definitely a great look for the complex.
Beautiful apartments, love the area! The maintenance team is great especially Mike, Mike was sent out to work on a few things I had requested to be fixed and he was very pleasant and haven’t had any more issues!
I went and looked at a couple apartments at Willow Creek. I ended up talking to Syb Weaver. She was amazing. The customer service she gave me was the best. I will definitely keep these places at the top of my list.
Timothy Champion is one of a kind when it comes to Maintenance, his strive to keep the residents of this property happy is out of this world always going above.and beyond .The late night on -call calls in all kinda weather @ any hour of the night he get’s it done. He amazes me with his work ethic and how much he knows the work and how he dedicates himself. Very outstanding, dependable, honest & reliable, he’s definitely the definition of a hardworker and i must say if i had to choose a property to live at i certainly would want him to be the maintenance Guy. My visit here was very pleasant. I was greeted when I entered the leasing office and worked with Ms. Quen. She answered all of my questions when asked, was very knowledgeable and I would’ve moved in but I leaned more towards a townhome. I would definitely recommend this place because of the consistency from Ms. Quen in the leasing office. Great property, great customer service.
