I was recommended to come here by my coworker who ALWAYS has beautiful nails. She was right! They had many options for gel. The staff was polite and handled my hands with care. They even offered me a beverage! My nails turned out wonderful! I like them short for work and I got a sparkley color for spring.

My husband & I first time today was AMAZING!!! Bob & Lee did a Phenomenal Job! I had Lee, he took his time & was extremely cautious & helpful with me due to the fact I am 8mons pregnant. Bob has an amazing sense of humorWill Definitely be coming back!

Mary & Lee (owners) are awesome. Mary is amazing at nails and her art work- Shes my go-to lady.... Lee, her husband, does well on nails too, but I personally LOVE his pedicures.

I came for a pedicure on a Friday morning right before 11. I waited about 30 minutes before I got in a chair, that can be improved. When I did get in the chair, I sat there with my feet in the water for about 15-20 minutes before he actually got started, I didnt mind though I wouldve if I was in a hurry. I paid $42 for a pedicure with one basic gel color even though acrylic polish wouldve only been $27. It honestly was the BEST pedicure Ive ever gotten and I get a LOT of them. They offer you something to drink while youre being serviced. Theyre very nice people and they play good music videos. Ill definitely be back and Ill recommend this place to anyone, as long as youre not in a hurry.

Im in town from new york and i never had such pleasant service since i been getting my nails done. They offer water soda and charger . Those things might sound little but it means a lot when you know good customer service when you see it . So nice and sweet . Just walked in. Only one person in the shop but they can’t do a gel with overlay because they only take appointments. Use to come here regularly when I lived on this side of town. Always paid with at least $50 tip. I’ll find another place to go to regularly now that I’m on this side of town again.

This was my first time here and I will return. When i walked in they asked what I was there for and asked me to choose my color. By the time I had picked my color they had my water ran and a chair ready for me. The pricing was really good. I was thinking I would spend $35 or more and it was only $27. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. I would highly recommend!

My daughter and I went to this nail shop today as a walk in. Upon entering we were a little thrown back with the waiting area, the leather couch had some type of duct tape on it, could use a new couch, other than that small issue, we were greeted and seen promptly. Rachel did my nails and did an awesome job. My daughter was seen by the gentleman in the first chair and he did an amazing job on her nails as well. Both were extremely nice and professional, and the prices were very affordable. I recommend this nail shop and we definitely will be going back.

I go every two weeks for a fill of my gel nails and I enjoy the atmosphere and speaking to Mary. Each time that I go in, she knows me by name and always asks if I would like something to drink. I had my nails done for my wedding and she honestly took 2-3 hours which made me feel great and my nails were absolutely beautiful when she finished, I showed her a picture and got exactly what I wanted!! I have been going here for awhile and will continue going.

I got gel manicure here for the first time. Usually my gel lasts for 3 weeks. Its only a week and 3 of my nails are already chipped. Now I am thinking it may be the brand they are using for the nail polish.

So I usually have an okay experience here but today was the icing on the cake. I went on my lunch break to get a pedicure and it was done poorly. So I said I will come back later. I get there at 6 and there were a few people there so I waited. At 6:35 they finally get me in a chair and start to clip my nails. Some girl came in and asked how long the wait was and they said an hour. Next thing I know the lady that was doing my nails was working on her pedicure. I left because 1. I was there before her and my full set would take less time that her Gel pedicure and gel manicure 2. There was another girl already sitting and soaking in the pedicure station who they also failed to help before the latest girl. When I called back to just simply ask for a refund for my poorly done pedicure he stated that the other girl had a 6:30 appointment. Which didnt make sense because 1 she wouldnt have come in and asked how long the wait was and I had told him earlier I would be back at 6 so thats an appointment too. He told me I can come back tomorrow for a redo of the pedicure and then hung up. I will def not be returning and on top of that I do not recommend this location either.

Me and my sister got our nails done here before vacation. To begin the professionalism of select staff was awful, my technician walked out mid-full set to go cuss in the back room (still loudly enough the whole salon heard him), then he came back and got half way through my full set and walked away and never came back. I ended up getting my nails finished by a very nice young man who fixed the hack job the first technician left. My sister tried to get a regular manicure and it was so awful, there were parts of her skin painted with so much nail polish that her nail was fused to her skin, there were parts of her nail not even painted, and they told her she couldn’t get the same design I had gotten.... the only reason I give three stars is because the technician who tried to fix my acrylics did a really amazing job.

I don’t think I’ve ever reviewed anywhere but this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon! Very friendly. Had to get every one of my nails repaired because of a bad experience at another place (as well as a fill-in) He only charged me $20 for the fill-in with over an hour of work to fix what the other salon had done. My nails have honestly never looked this good. The shape came out better than it ever has. I saw a lot of people complain about the wait, but it’s definitely worth it. Wasn’t pressured to spend more money like at other places, and he said if any of my nails gets messed up I can get it fixed for free. Literally cannot recommend this place enough.

I have been coming here for a while. Even when I lived in California and came home to visit I came here to get my nails done. The owners are fantastic.

Husband and wife were very welcoming thru out my visit. Mary took her time making sure my nails were exactly the way I wanted them, not to mention the shop was beautiful! For an out of towner looking for a place to go, I couldnt have picked a better salon.

By far the best nail salon ive ever been to in my life... and im 19. i love my nails so much and the customer service is amazing. I felt like i was playing a role as a big time critic in a movie and they were a business trying to impress me.

Worse nail place I have ever been to, got a pedicure and wanted a specific thing done for my toes and the guy was very rude and kept painting the way he wanted to even though I said I didnt ask for that.. He was yelling and saying it was fine and getting more and more mad everytime I would say it wasnt. Wont go back.

I have never had my nails done before I went here because it was right around the corner from me I was able to get in and out they offered me drinks they had music playing I am definitely coming back

I was a loyal client of this salon for over a year. When I first began going to Mary I explained to her that I was fed up with my old tech at my old salon because he became lazy and complacent in his work and the other tech I loved moved away. Nonetheless, everything started out great! After a few months, the level of perfection she initially gave dwindled. A few times I was even polished with the wrong color and she always tried to convince me it was just the temp in the room or the lighting. Two of the three times I chose mood polish and was polished with regular polish and she gave the same explanation and no explanation or apology when I returned for my next visit. It became a habit that Mary would not apologize for her mistakes and after awhile would get offended when I pointed out bulky or crooked areas on my nails. I also began to notice that pricing was not consistent, despite the fact I received the services every visit. I was always charged more when I pointed out imperfections that I wanted fixed (i.e. streaking polish, crooked file job, etc). On my last visit I had my old overlay removed and got new gel powder overlay. My nails are not long and I do not have tips. Nonetheless, I told Mary before she began that my nails were too bulky before and I wanted her take the opportunity to do them how I like them (more natural) with the new overlay. Of course, my request was ignored and every time I asked if she could use less product or thin it out or anything, she seemed agitated. Long story short, time to pay she decided to charge me on the high end of every service I received. If her price list stated $37 &up, she charged me $42 (no tips, simple overlay, average length nails mind you). To top it off, I still had gel polish over my cuticles and my overlay was still bulky despite my request. I decided that was my final visit to Mary because if I cannot tell my nail tech what I want without being up-charged, they do not deserve my money. I also feel these techs need to be consistent in their work-since I moved to Indy, I have had to switch techs every year because they become lazy and try to get away with sloppy work after you go to them for awhile. I only gave them 2 stars because the hours were good and her husband is super nice!

The designs on the big toe or uneven theyre not even the same type of designs two different designs on each toe peeling skin all over the top of my feet then she try to rush me out the chair for another customer so for me this nail shop really should be closed down.. very rude and very very bad customer service
