Excellent and fast service. Repaired and painted the dent on the rear driver side from the rear ended on the freeway. Did not expected inside of the car to be so cleaned, it’s completely detailed. Although it’s covered by insurance, their rate is reasonable. Service was too fast, wished I’d more time driving the Mercedes-Benz rental car😂.

I used my insurance to get my car fixed here. It was honestly 10 times easier than I expected! Everyone was so nice, it was the cleanest shop I have ever been in, they called to update me. It also was far quicker than I expected. Enterprise picked me up here for my rental and I was able to just drop the rental off here and grab my car and go. They also vacuumed and cleaned my car while they had it which was nice. I really cannot say enough positive things! Best experience with a car shop!

While moving to San Diego, my SUV was damaged by debris falling from a truck on the highway. After a cracked windshield, body/paint damage, broken fog lights and a few other damages, I brought my vehicle to Fix Auto and met Mr. Garrett and his team who was very professional and helpful to get me back on the road. They worked with my insurance company and coordinated a rental vehicle for my family. I refused to take it to any other repair shop, even though I had to tow it from Los Angeles to San Diego!!!!! Being a volvo owner, I wouldnt feel confident taking my car to anywhere else!!!!!! I recommend Fix Auto Repair Kearny Mesa for any car repair needs. It was my first time ever doing an insurance claim and I did not know the process. Bryan updated me more than my insurance company.I had a timeline set for when I needed my car fix and even though it was the insurance company that held up the process Fix Auto got my car back to me on time. They had extra people working on my care just to get it to me in time. The damage on the side of my car was repaired. I was also happy when I saw that they detailed the inside and outside of my car.I usually do not do reviews but I definitely had to for the great experience I had.

They kept me informed on a regular basis. The work was completed almost a week ahead of schedule. If I did not see the the broken front axel and smashed front driver side, I would never had know what was fixed. They did excellent work. Over all they did an OUTSTANDING job.

Garrett was great through the whole process! At one point I needed to retrieve items in my car and he allowed me to come do that and even stayed late so I could make it in time. He was very communicative about timelines and estimates through my insurance. He’s very accommodative and a nice guy, I highly recommend the shop because on top of garrett being a great host the repairs were done superbly. After driving on the 15 and having something fly out of the back of someone’s car and hit mine the frustration was Undeniable, but they made this process painless and easy and I was out of there in a reasonable amount of time satisfied with my repairs.
