My tech did an amazing job on my pedicure. Very focused on details. The best pedicure I have ever had. The salon definitely lives up to its wonderful positive reviews. Very great!!!

Last week I visited LUXURY NAILS for the first time and was impressed. I got a mani and pedi. It was amazing! The prices are very reasonable too! I will be back.

If youre considering..reconsider. They clearly dont care about their quality and it shows...unfortunately I didnt notice until after I left. I wasnt in need of a full pedi just remove the old gel polish and put on new gel polish. I paid 25+ tip. The result is sloppy, didnt cover all of several nails, painted the skin without removing the residue, and not smooth. This is even after requesting a 3rd coat due to the opaque color.

First, the pedicure lasted 5 minutes, my toe nails weren’t shaped, I wasn’t able to soak and wasn’t checked for ingrown nails, and they left nail polish on my skin around my toes. Second a different guy done my nails, he wouldn’t talk to me or try to understand me because he thought I didn’t speak Vietnamese/ Mandarin because I’m not Asian, but surprise I DO! Rude! My brother is Vietnamese. He was rough and just treated me like I was an inconvenience, but dude you chose this job 🙄 Lastly but most certainly not least, I was scratching my leg and my nail broke! Seriously just had them done 24 hours ago, got a wedding so time is of the essence. I call they say they can get me in at 5, I reply I need to come in ASAP she said ugh fine 3:30 and hung up on me! I gave a one star because I had to give something! I wouldn’t send a stray cat here. Never again will I ever step outside of my brothers shop. Lesson learned. Long story short don’t go here, Go to Best Nails and get better service for a better price.

This was the WORST nail experience Ive ever had. Not only did the lady practically rip my toenails off of my toes, but she dropped a piece of lint on my nail and then proceeded to PAINT over it. Then when I went to get my fill done on my fingernails, the (I assume) owner was more concerned about the gossip then me as the paying customer. It took her so long to file my nails because she would stop every 5 seconds to talk or listen. There was hardly anyone there and it took them over 2 hours for a basic pedicure and a fill. Please save your money and go somewhere else. Also, 3 of the lights were flashing like strobe lights. Felt like I was in a strip club.

Even though we had an appointment, no one greeted us and we waited for more than 30 minutes for pedicures. (Five other customers walked out because they were tired of waiting.) When the employees took us back to the pedicure area, they werent paying attention to us at all, instead, they were yelling at other customers, and said some really unnecessary comments about our feet. The woman also kept walking away from me -- the water was COLD -- and we asked for the heat to be turned up. She said In a minute! and continued to yell at another customer. It was, by far, the quickest pedicure Ive ever had (probably 15 minutes, after we were seated.) I did NOT feel luxurious after the service, as the name of the place implies. Will not be returning, for sure.

I feel nail tech shouldnt be on their phone during my appointment.The tech got super glue on my finger and put my finger on towel which stuck . He then pulled towel off my finger so now I have a large raw spot on my finger.Not a great experience today. Only positive is my nails do look nice.

I got my nails done by a girl and she was radiating with positivity. Her skill is sublime, I do hair so my nails never stay for very long but she did them and my gel polish stayed for two weeks!

Polish came out globby and uneven on a gel full set. Came back 2 days later to have it redone and they charged me because they couldnt see anything wrong with it. Last time I will be coming here. It really is hard to find a good nail salon that takes pride in their work and repeat customers.

Luxury Nails did a good job on my nails and the price was great, but my friends and I made reservations and only 2 of us made it back to get our manicures. Our appointment was at 4:30, and one person had to wait 20 minutes after our appointment time to go back. The other had to leave after 45 minutes of waiting past our appointment time. I understand that nail places were busy this weekend, but that s why an appointment was made. The worst part is the staff didnt really seem to feel bad about the wait. I used to go here all the time, but that may change now after this experience.

I enjoyed my visit here today. Everyone was friendly. I am new to the area and wasnt sure where to go. So glad I went here and met my new nail tech Tracey. Will definitely be back.

I started going to this place when we first came to the area. Owner, She is considerate to customers. I highly recommend this Salon and it is also a clean facility.

I made an appointment around 3 and they told me It’ll only take 20-30 minutes. I waited 1hr20 mins just for the nail tech to tell me she couldn’t do the design I asked for. I showed her another simple design and she said it was too hard for her. 1. They could’ve gave me a new nail tech who could’ve done them. While she was doing my nails, she did not take care of my hands gently. I had a burn. I was upset but didn’t spoke of it. She didn’t take her time and I’ve gotten my nails done quite often somewhere else but they weren’t available and I needed them done ASAP. The nails were a little big but I just needed my hands to look nice. I was disappointed because my friend hyped it up. Also, it was really dirty inside. Two ofthe workers had their mask down and the tools look like they need cleaning. The floors were really dirty too.

I’ve been here several times. The experience usually depends on the nail tech. I would normally give it a 3/5 star review. The recent experience I had really bothered me. It was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. My toe nails were cut so so short and very uneven. The polish was up on my cuticle that hadn’t been pushed back or trimmed well. The manager tried to fix it. Which I thought was nice, but her attitude and snide comments throughout the process were blatantly rude. I don’t care so much that they messed up my toes, they will grow back. It was the way the person in charge responded and continued to act for the duration of fully charged service that earned this review one star.

My pedi tech stayed more on her phone than doing her job, even the owner seen her and told her to get off her cellphone. Then the nail tech got done with me and I paid what he told me and the owner called me to ask could she charge my credit card more and I stated you better not do that, IDONT GO HERE

My nail tech was an older man and he was rude and very rough. I asked him to be gentle several times and he just looked at me. Another thing is when it was time to pay I signed off on my the amount that I wanted them to have and I look at my account and the older man took more money then what I signed off on . He took money from me without my consent. That’s not okay. And the worst part when I went back and told him he didn’t deny it. I really want to give them 0 stars for stealing from me

I normally dont get nail art but this time I decided I would. Ken did an amazing job !!!!!! I asked him to do a minion with glow in the dark powder and it turned out GREAT !!!!!

Got my nails done here the first time no issue, went back 2 weeks later to get a fill in and a different lady kept complaining about how my nails were too old for a fill in and without asking me starts taking them off and gives me a new full set and as you can see they are crooked as hell. Then had the audacity to charge me $55. Definitely won’t be returning after this last experience.

Went to this salon for the first time today and I wont be going anywhere else from now on! They do a beautiful job quite quickly. No problems with lifting or breakage.

I paid for the $35.00 pedicure. Horrible services still had so much dead skin on my heels even after pedicure. Spoke with the supervisor and she only offered a $5.00 refund. Looks like I got my feet done by a 5 year old.

Great job on nails... strange cluttered environment

A friend and I went in and we waited over an hour when they said 20 min. Then we finally were able to get our nails done. The guy used his own dirty finger nail to push down my nail bed, his tools were also dirty, and then he got mad at me when I pulled away because it hurt when he pushed down with his razor sharp nail. Also very over priced for what I got. They are all crooked and quite frankly Helen Keller couldve done a better job. My thumb looks like a smooshed marshmallow. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

The employees are sweet but they always screw me with pricing. For 2 manicures is was $112, gave them $100 in cash and they said they would take $20 for a tip and the rest on my card. They charged my card $52. It should have been $132 with a tip but it ended up being $152. This happened before but I was hoping they wouldn’t do it twice. Service is nice though.

These are the sweetest and most talented nail technicians in the area. It’s so beautiful and clean inside. They have so many colors it’s hard to pick one . I have had several bad experiences at local nail salons and I have anxiety but this one puts me at ease!! I love coming here because they make me feel comfortable and my nails are always so perfect 😍

I used to love this salon, they would get me right every time. But after my original tech left, I have yet to have a positive experience since. The woman who seems to run the salon lacks customer service skills and basic cleanliness. Some of her tools looked like they hadn’t been cleaned or changed at all between clients. She was very heavy handed and even told me multiple times that the reason she kept cutting me was because I was looking at her. In all my years of getting my nails done, i’ve never had a problem with a tech continuously cutting me. My cousin has had similar experiences with the same woman.

I say 3 stars bc i have never been disppointed with the outcome of my nails. However, i have been overcharged twice ( based on other rwviews this is not uncommon when using a card). Im black and have been stereotyped by the owner ( ugly highheels lady) lol. Everytime i havw gone there have been altercations with other customers and the owner. I have been very grateful that it wasnt mw bc the owner is rude and unprofessional. The last time i went i got designs on my toes. I only wanted on mt big toe butthe tech did all my toes without informing that there was addtnl cost. Wasnt informed until time to pay. Didnt like that. I wont return as to avoid any future situations. Any good BLACK nail tech suggestions?

I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they get the guy to do their nails. My sister and I went in and both got a full set. Her nails look really good but mine are awful. She over drilled my nails to the point they were burning and the end result was not worth the price. They are all different shapes and they are really thin (probably because she drilled them 20 times). Overall it was not a good experience.

I wouldn’t recommend this place, the guy is good but the girls needs more training. The owner is very rude. They do a sloppy job leaving old nail polish on someparts of your nails and just painting over it. The girls rush and don’t care how they look. It’s nothing but about making a buck instead of caring what the nailslooks like!! I won’t be going back! Terrible service...

Love this nail salon! I have been going here for about 3 years. I get the dip nail powder and Ken always does a fantastic job! Attention to detail like no one else! He can literally do any design or trend.

I made an appointment for 12;30. I waited until 1:20 and asked when will I get in, they said soon. I waited and a lady came in for her 1:30 appointment and got seen right away. Ive been coming here for a year at least twice a month, and they completely ignore my appointment. I wont becoming back.

Asked the wait time and was told only a few minutes then when my wife and daughter got seated they skipped over my daughter several times and wouldnt even give a discount for their mistakes. Spent over 2 hrs just for their nails and charged 40$ just to paint my daughters nails. I will never use them again!

I have never felt less valued as a customer anywhere before. They paid very little attention to me, I was there for an hour and a half mostly waiting for some kind of communication from them. They did not offer polish colors until they were ready to paint and once the lady FINALLY got to me she paid no attention to how she painted. I have rough spots, uneven spots, there is gel polish on my skin. It was a messy job. I have never been more disappointed or been treated worse than I was here.

I was supposed to get my nails and feet done, i got my feet done then soaked my nails didnt even try and drill the acrylic off told them i didnt want my nails clipped still did and owner told me to shut up i wont be coming back i dont tolerate disrespect so yeah i don’t recommend.

I normally go here all the time and overall they do a really great job however, this time I had a very unpleasant visit. Upon entering, the lady who sits in the front, (can’t remember her name) asked what services I would like done. I told her I wanted two pedi and 2 mani because I wanted to have mother and daughter day. In the middle of getting our pedi she walks over and say “You can only get a pedi we don’t have time for manicures due to other people making appointments.” I said okay although I was very upset. The situation could have been handled differently. If you knew you were not going to be able to provide services, you could have stated that when we first arrived. My services could have been taken elsewhere. She was very unprofessional and I will not be going back. Oh and did I forget to mention my pedicure was not all that great.

Love LT nails across the street; LT nails is more professional and polite to customers. I didn’t have the same experience here, and will just wait next time I can’t get in across the street.The lady at the front desk yelled “not you” to me when she was talk to us sitting up front. I got a manicure and pedicure which was 118 which is high. I left a 10 dollar tip and they charged my card 141 Dollars. I have been here a few times and they have always charged me a ridiculous amount, but to add on more for a tip. I will not be back. They are nice though.

Lovely atmosphere with a unique design inside the salon, very clean and sanitize. They have disposable airjet Liners which make me feel 100% safer to put my feet in their pedi bowls. Everyone is very nice, professional and friendly, definitely come back here for my next nails service :)

Not 24hrs after I got my nails done, one of the Diamonds fell off. Day two comes and the same diamond falls out. Not to mention the lady who helped me has zero customer service skills, not friendly. Don’t waste your time and money not worth it.

Very clean. Was helped right away. The tech who did my nails was really rude once she realized she couldn’t up sale me. Held a conversation the entire time with another tech. As I sat there and let her man handle my hands she kept telling me to let her move my hands and not to help her. Was told one price and was charged another. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because the tech who did my daughter’s nails did an excellent job and my nails were nice as well. Customer service can use some work. Was treated very poorly because I did not want gel polish. Also had to walk myself to the nail dryer and my daughter had to get my purse from the station I was at. Was not even told bye or thank you when leaving.

Brought to 3 year olds and a 6 year old in for mani pedis and the staff was absolutely wonderful with the girls! They were very friendly and did wonderful work. They worked fast to get all three girls done together. I will never go to another place! Thanks to the staff at luxury nails for making my nieces birthday special!

This is my second time coming in and I absolutely love my nails! The people are very friendly but not too talkative you all know what I mean... The place is so clean and I haven’t had to wait at all. Prices are fair and the nail art looks great. They actually know how to do a coffin nail here!!! If you’re looking for a new nail place give them a shot you won’t be disappointed !

I moved into the neighborhood this past November. I had been waiting for this place to open, as it is BRAND NEW! Finally once it opened & I got the time, I went! I got a pedicure & manicure. They have a lot to offer (different options) as far as their pedicures. Ive only ever seen a nail salon that has options like they do when I was in Florida visiting family, but never in Indy. So that was/is nice!!! However, I couldve done without getting my manicure while in the pedicure seat getting my feet done (it wasnt very comfortable stretching my arm across my body for her to do my left hand, while trying to balance the gel light on my lap, & have my feet in a certain position while the other lady did my toes). & the manicure wasnt near as good. They didnt even do the lotion massage that Im used to getting when I just get a manicure, instead of my usual full set (giving my nails a break from acrylic). Other than that though, the place is clean & beautiful! Ill go back, as I plan to get every pedicure option they have (youll want this especially if you work on your feet as I do, your feet will love you). But Im not sure Ill get a manicure from there again. But after Im finished giving my real nails a break from acrylic, I will give them a try on a full set.

Poor service. I asked for a manicure and a face wax. My nails looked horrible. They were all different lengths and shapes. They tried to talk me out of getting the face wax completely and acted upset when I restated, for the 100th time, what I wanted. I will not go back!

Dont waste your time or money!!!!! I’ve never had such bad service in my life. It was my first time going to this salon (May 20, 2020) and my experience was AWFUL. The lady I had was awful!! Don’t do nails if you aren’t going to actually pamper your customers.I had an appointment for 1 pm and I waited 30 minutes to even get started. My nail technician showed up late and unprepared and was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. The only respectful and kind person there was the man that works there. My nail technician gets a 1 out of 10, I’ve never had such terrible experience. She was rough on my hands, not personable, rude and distracted and tried to charge me for a face mask. If you’re going to charge for a face mask you should tell all your customers to come prepared with one. ALSO, you don’t take cash? How am I supposed to know that!? You need to tell your customers what you expect before hand.There was no music playing so it isn’t relaxing.I won’t be coming back here ever or recommend this salon. So displeased with my experience.

My experiences have always been great . Greeted as soon as I enter. Everyone very nice. Tam is very good at his job and it shows that he enjoys it. Lenny also very helpful and understanding. She did my husbands manicure and he was so pleased. Was also offered water or soda ; how hospitable.

We had an appointment for four people at 4 o’clock it is 7 o’clock and only three people are done they tried to tell us that the fourth person had to wait 30 minutes outside because they had other appointments. Poor management on time. It’s been almost an hour and she has four acrylics on her nails and keeps walking away to do other people stuff like eyebrows. We all just got full sets nothing fancy. I asked for a color and it was completely different and I asked him to repaint them and now I’m not even able to get them repainted. If I could give negative stars I’d give this -5

I just found my new favorite nail salon. I havent had a full set in a while and I am beyond pleased. They are professional as is there work. I have gone back since and look forward to making this my spot moving forward !

5 hours after leaving the salon all of the Polish peeled off of my fingernails. I told the tech not to put base coat on, but she did anyway. And exactly what I told her would happen.. Happened! I went back to the salon this morning to be told they dont stand behind normal polish and would charge me $7 to repaint my nails. I was a loyal customer here every two weeks. I will not be back! I hope the $7 you wanted to charge me today was worth losing a $50 every two weeks customer! So disappointed!

It was my first time at this location as I was looking for a new nail salon. I normally go to Lees Nail in Greenwood. I was asked what did I need upon arrival. After I stated which services, I was told it was a 10 minute wait .I was completely ok with that and it wasnt super busy like others. However to be ignored after the 20 minutes was a bit much. They never gave me the color palates nor informed me to get them. I didnt feel a pleasant vibe for such a beautiful salon. I left and went to Britneys Nail & Spa on Thompson Road . Very inviting as soon as I entered the door. And she had the same number of customers. She informed me to choose my polish and which chair to have a seat in. Good customer service.

I’m still sitting here at 10:48am to be taken for my 10:30 appointment. Two people have gone ahead of me, both walk ins. And I still haven’t been seen, it was like this the last time I made an appointment. What is the point of offering appointment times if you don’t honor them?Also the first time, your “best” nail tech not only left my nails uneven, the acrylic on it was thick on some nails and thin on others. And I still have a 40% tip. Let’s hope you fix it this time or I will be leaving ANOTHER review of how terribly you conduct business.

I went in during the day and was the only one there. They were extremely friendly and paid close attention to detail! I loved that they all spoke English because I type all day and it is important for my nails to be very short. Most places when I tell them that dont listen and I keep having to tell them shorter, but they act like they dont want to do it for me. My pedicure was very relaxing and they did a great job! Will definitely be back!

Lost our appointment. When I showed up, they bounced me around from technician to technician, wouldnt answer my questions, pretended not to understand what I needed. Acted like I never called. When my friends arrived they magically found the appointment (they are white) and were quickly accommodating and apologetic. I gave the salon a momentary pass, though it made me raise my eyebrow. When we tried to get settled, I was looking at polishes. I was rushed away and told to sit down, not allowed to even look at color and style options. It was so rude, my other friends were visibly uncomfortable. We left. Just a weird experience but not really willing to give them another try after how differently they treated me versus my friends.

First time I went there was good. I was very impressed. I went to get my fill in today and my nails look horrible now. They aren’t fully painted and the guy cut me. 100% wouldn’t recommend.

Worst nail shop I’ve ever been to. Considering I just moved out here is very unexplainable.I walked in at 10:45a.m.It was four people getting their feet done.Three employee.I set waiting till 11:30.The employee called me over to have a sit at the led station.Most places will run the water till they finish the next person.That wasn’t the case.I was told they don’t do that because they don’t want the water to get cold.They didn’t start on my feet till noon.I had my sister with me who was wanting her feet done as well.They ran my water and never ran here’s.We asked to be soaked at the same time.Their response was the other employee is doing someone nails once she finish she will get right to my sister.My sister soaked and the lady was almost done with my feet.My sister told them never mind on getting her feet done.Horrible place and would not recommend anyone to this place every.

My daughters came to get their nails done with an appointment 2 hours later and one of them are being told that she will need yo wait another half hour to do hers because they have other appointments. Not ok. My other daughter asked for one thing and got a complete other thing. She told them the number she wanted and it wasnt even close to what she got. Very unprofessional, very slow, and very rude. When my daughter said she didnt like the color, they told her she couldnt get it changed. She ended up going and paying someone else to fix it.

Today is my birthday and went for a pedicure...technician rushed and did and horrible job and lady at the front that wears the ugly high heels is very rude and unprofessional..never again save your money and go somewhere else

Got my nails done Saturday afternoon for the first time at the new salon. First impression, the salon is super nice and clean. However they have 2 chairs for people to sit and wait in. I got a gel manicure, which was $30, not a bad price. However two of the nails are already lifting, and the polish is see through on most nails. Little disappointing since it’s only been 2 full days.

Every time we come into the shop the service is always hit or miss. There is ALWAYS some kind of altercation with a customer and the owner. Also, my daughter was getting her nails done and she accidentally messed it up, but then the technician was literally talking about her to a former worker and was mocking how she should’ve put her hand under the light.
