I’ve been coming here often since I am waiting to save up money for a washer and dryer in my own house, and this is such a nice and clean place!I made a mistake by putting some clothes into a washer that didn’t have a card reader, and tried putting in quarters and didn’t have enough. One of the kind staff members was nice enough to reimburse me a dry to balance out the quarters I’d put into the earlier machine and couldn’t get back out.All the ladies were super kind and welcoming to me and everyone else that came in!As a student, coming here to relax and study while waiting for my clothes is awesome!!

Very clean. Nice convenient location. All machines work perfectly. All machines take quarters and credit cards.

We come to this laundromat once a week and its always clean and there are no problems with machines working correctly. We always like to make sure were there when Lana is working, shes so nice!

Good place to wash and dry your needs, prices can be a little higher than others but for how clean and dry the stuff comes out, its worth the price. My only real downside to this place, and its not the places fault, its that people leave their laundry in the machines and they stay there for hours it seems! They have maybe 15+ washers and half of them, every time, are just full, stopped and just sitting there wet! Taking up space that someone else could be using.

I needed a place to wash some pet stains out of my huge puffy king size comforter that wouldnt fit in my standard washer at home. This has washers and dryers big enough to handle it. All the stains washed out, including one that had been there through several washes! The dryer was super fast despite the size of my comforter. There is a ATMbfor getting cash, a coin machine for turning that cash into quarters, and a laundry detergent dispenser. Theres a little table and chairs and a TV if you need to wait. The place was clean and nice and cool, despite the dryers and West Texas heat.

I use the laundry service every week. Im so impressed with their professionalism, how clean the laundromat is, and how well the ladies follow our specific instructions about hanging/folding etc. Its such a relief to have it all done well! The ladies are so sweet!!

Always clean! The only complaint is wanting a dryer when I wash there and not getting one because customers bring in their washed clothes from home to dry. That has happened one time.

Lana at Caprock Laundry on 34th street in Lubbock was very helpful in directing me on getting my laundry done more efficiently than I probably would have done myself. The facility was spotlessly clean with very nice bathrooms, folding tables, rolling baskets, state-of-the-art washers and dryers. I highly recommend this laundromat if your looking for a new one or are unhappy with the one you currently use. They also have one on 66th and University that’s much bigger than this one at 34th and Akron just west of University on south side of road. Happy Laundering to all and to all a good day!!!

Our washer went out at home so we headed into town and came here to do a few loads. We were pleasantly surprised. This place is super clean. Large washers were $6, smaller washers $4.50 and dryers were $.50 for 9 minutes. The bathrooms were sparkling. If we ever need laundromat services again well definitely come back here.

Wont ever come here again and if u have rambunctious kids do not come here got cops called on me for kids being kids

Clean and efficient! A bit on the small side but there is usually always a washer open. There are 3 sizes of washers to choose from and 2 sizes of dryers I believe and there are always multiple dryers open. Great place to do laundry!

I use their laundry & fold service and have found they are the best in town. If I have any special requests they are more than willing to accommodate. Theyve never lost or damaged any of my clothes and they fold them perfectly and come back smelling wonderful everytime. Ive been going here for months and with the service they provide I wont be going to anyone else in town.
