I love living here!! We just got our parking lot redone and it honestly looks great! Carolina, Bianca and Dora are always so sweet and helpful and have made the leasing process so easy and smooth. What a wonderful place to call home :)

I just moved in a couple months ago and in these last couple months Loretto heights has become almost the perfect place to live Bianca and Dora have done everything they can to in prove and keep the complex as convinent and comfortable as possible whether its the new parking lot or improving security for the complex amenities ! Carolina has been able to help with a majority of issues from mail key replacements to Bill payment issues due to covid if your looking for a place I would definitely come here 10/10!!

I moved here in April 2021. Ive been wanting to give a review since then. I am so very impressed with the ENTIRE Staff. Dora, Bianca, Carolina, and all the maintenance crew.As with every new place you move to, there are always expected growing pains Dora made sure that sent issues I had were addressed right away. I moved from a complex where the staff normally did nothing or the bare minimum and now they have been on the news SEVERAL times since I moved, now their staff wont even answer calls!I feel valued living here. There is a real sense of a community which is also attributed to the staff working hard to keep our community neat & clean. We even got our parking lot re-paved! Not just patches and they just recently added Valet Trash pick-up, which I LOVE!I feel bad that I cant remember the maintenance crew names but thats because I havent needed anything fixed since the first month I moved in.Ive seen reviews on other businesses that say if I could give 10 stars, I would!” I usually think, suuurrreee, haha. But Im gonna say it now and wholeheartedly mean it. If I could give 10 stars, I WOULD!If youre considering living here, I dont think youll be disappointed.

I have loved living at Loretto Heights so much, especially in the summer. The pool is beautiful and the gym is brand new! This is an especially great place to live with a dog as there are many trails and parks close by and my dog Rosco has loved getting to explore the area. All of the leasing agents, Dora, Bianca and Carolina are all so great and helpful every step of the way and they are amazing to work with. This is a wonderful place to live if you are looking for somewhere to call home.

Weve lived here for 3 months now with brand new management and I wanted to point out how great its been. Parking passes are being enforced for the first time, maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently, the new staff is very friendly and helpful (Especially Dora, the new Community Director), and the apartments are just great. There are some obvious wear-and-tear aspects but that comes with almost any apartment thats not brand new. Pool, basketball / soccer court, dog wash, dog park area, and overall curb appeal is making huge improvements. Love it here!

I wanted to wait until I lived here long enough to leave a review. I recently completed a year and also renewed my lease. This is my first apartment so I can not compare it to others. However, I can say that this complex has been great, the apartment was in good condition and didn’t need much TLC. When ever we came across an issue, we have communicated with the office staff and our issues have been dealt with in a timely and professional manner. The people are nice and we have not had any issue with neighbors or others that may come around. I have children and that is something that I really consider when it’s time to decide where to live. Dora Holland, who is the manager has been great and things quickly changed once she took charge and she has been consistent, which is all we can ask for. Her team has really done a great job.

I just moved to Denver and found this Community through a family friend and Im thoroughly impressed. Carolina was super prompt about getting us approved and moved in while both Dora and Bianca were super understanding and quick to help with whatever came up. If you need an apartment I would definitely recommend this place.

The management team here at Loretto Heights is very attentive and want all residents to live well and comfortably. It makes me feel better to have people like Dora Holland and her team running the show here. Plus the maintenance guys are very responsive and fast to fix any problem you have in your unit. All in all, everyone who works here are very respectful and professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better team like this one. And the apartments are beautiful and cozy!

I understand that there are community guidelines which everyone needs to follow. However when an entire complex is not following said rules and you get singled out for something youre not even doing its ridiculous. I think its highly inappropriate that the management is willing to bribe other residents for gift cards to take photos of other residents breaking said rules. When in fact those rules havent even been broken because when approached you have no chance to rebuttal what is being said. Meanwhile I am in a two-bedroom apartment with one smoke detector and an apartment that caught on fire no less than three buildings away from mine. All the while I have put in several maintenance requests which have not been filed. It is clear what Managements priorities are and how they treat their residents.

It has been amazing to know we have the Delivery parcel lockers now. Now I don’t have to worry about having delivery sent elsewhere. Thank you very much Loretto Heights. Thanks for the upgrades and to the Office staff Dora, Carolina, Bianca that have been making things happen one step at a time.

I want to point out that every apartment complex needs some kind of work to make it a better place. The real issues is having a team that works together to make those necessary hard decisions to get things done. When I first moved in over a year ago it was a nightmare because the old manager was terrible. Luckily, they brought Dora on board. She has been work diligently with her team to create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. The complex has come a long way in the few months that she has been here. Second part of this is the Maintenance team. I want to give Steve credit where it is due. He is a pretty outstanding hard worker. No matter the time of day or weekend, he is there! Prompt! Friendly! Honest! Accurate! Thank you guys for working so hard for our community!

We have to move out before the lease is up and I have to say Carolina and Dora from the office have been understanding and cooperative through the process. Especially since it happened with little warning. They have been friendly and accommodating as much as possible. Thank you ladies!

They are now being run by new owners and I am a first time renter and Bianca, Dora, and their team make figuring out things so much easier. They also always provide me with the recourses I need to know my future steps. Definitely a perfect place for a young person looking to move into their first apartment!

This place is so poorly managed. Took me calling for two weeks to get my dryer fixed. I was told to hang my clothes on the porch. It was February. When I was finally able to leave, when my lease was up, they had lost my move-in checklist and tried to charge me my deposit for damage to the unit that I noted a year ago and brought up repeatedly (with each of the management companies). Good thing I had a copy.

Pancratia is one of the numerous jobs under construction I am working on. This will be great for the community.

Must be paying and asking paying people to give good reviews. Close to calling news for their indecency!!!! Stop adding fees not part of the lease!!!!!

If you like living in a place where its bug infested, a/c-heating units are always broken, and the staff are all miserable disrespectful rude and indignant people--then this is the home for you! If you like to have things in working order, not have to worry about 1,000 wasps on your balcony, and enjoy working with a friendly courteous staff--then I suggest you look elsewhere. Dont let the way the apartments look on the virtual tour deceive you, this has been a miserable experience.

I have 12 years living here and have seen owners and managers change. To this day I can tell you that the administrative staff as maintenance are extraordinary. From Manager Dora, Bianca, Carolina are very humanitarian, friendly, and always available for anything. They are so professional and friendly while feeling confident to come to them at any time. Thank you for how well we have been treated, and for having changed both the image of the apartments.

Whenever I moved in the place needed a lot of work, but after new management they have made it look so much better. This new management is very responsive and helpful. The maintenance guys are amazing as well! The apartments are pretty large for the price you pay and close to lots of food/shopping.

Moved to Loretto Heights two months ago, office stuff Dora, Caro, and Bianca are always nice to the residents and maintenance stuff John and Steve have been great with my work orders.

I have lived here for almost a year now. At first, the old management was rude and unprofessional. Maintenance were non existent. Once the property got new management over the summer. The community has since been cleaned up. They have the parking issues under control. The maintenance arrive within a week of your request and are very respectful when it comes to your home. The office managers and the consultant are all very nice. They work hard to satisfying the needs of the community. I have renewed my lease for the next year because I know management cares about there tenants.

Steve with maintenance came in to fix my blinds today - such a nice guy and got the job done right!The new management here is working hard to fix the issues from the previous management. Dora, property manger, is great. Treat her with respect and she will do all she can to help you! The ladies in the office are awesome as well, very nice.

I just recently moved to loretto heights and my experience here so far is amazing! I love how professional and polite the staff are they were all super friendly and helpful Dora helped me find the perfect apartment. They really care about their residents, Dora made sure we had clean new carpet and made sure everything was working properly before moving in. They actually interact with the people instead of only talking to them just to get their money. I appreciate all of the staff for being so friendly and helpful. They also let us look at the apartments before moving in which is a big plus not many apartments do that. Maintenance guys are super friendly and professional and responsive. These guys are awesome. I’ve lived in 2 diff apartments and the maintenance guys were horrible, they were rude and unresponsive it would take them weeks to come and take a look at one thing and they would come in at random times a month later to come fix the problem and Sometimes they wouldn’t fix the problem. Last year I had to deal with a snow storm without a working heater because of the lack of maintenance. These guys at loretto heights come within the same day and make an effort to get whatever you need fixing fixed right away. This makes me appreciate these guys a lot more! Keep up the good work guys! Thank you loretto heights staff I appreciate everything so much. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone.

Dora the Manager and Bianca the Assistant Manager, and Carolina, are Awesome ! and have really made a difference, they are very responsive. Maintenance works like a team and very responsive. Always busy doing something, The grounds are clean and safe, if there is ever a mess it gets addressed, trash, or debris, outsiders dumping furniture in our dumpsters, (like almost every apartment complex has this problem) It gets immediately removed. The trash is regularly picked up and area cleaned. Also they clear the snow off the driveways on a regular basis, this was never done before they took over. I have been here going on 2 Years now since my original post at 11 months. I still have never had a problem.

Bianca has been very helpful and a great person the entire process from move in until now.I have met Olga and Dora and by far the most friendly staff I have ever have in my years of renting Aparments I am very happy being a resident here at Loretto Heights!

Would not recommend, most complexes prioritize things like ac repair, heating issues, and eventually get to basic requests, this complex does not.

Very nice complex for families. Playground, pools, lots of private grassy areas for kids to play, lots of trees, nice private trail to walk the dogs. Dora and her team are doing a great job managing and improving the property. School buses for multiple schools pick up/ drop off right at the entrance.

Just renewed my lease and the new office team is great! They are so helpful and very responsive. Exited to see the new changes to the property. 10/10

My wife and I recently moved in here, and after reading the reviews on google I can’t lie, I was a bit worried. We stumbled upon them while driving around the area, and at first glance everything looked really nice. After being here a few weeks everything is in fact really nice. We had minor issues when we moved in, (they have dozens of apartments to care for) and I told the office once I noticed them. Dora, Jake and Michael took my issues seriously and got them fixed before I even had to leave for work that day. Not sure what changed from the last reviews, but we love this place.

We have been moving in and moving out of lorreto for seven years now But wow the manager Dora she is amazing her staff are also very kind and very carding for what goes on here they are really great people she cares a lot about her tenants she is also very nice I would definitely say she is one of the best managers I have ever seen on this property they do such an amazing job ❤️

The maintenances are very friendly and helpful. I’m always happy to see them around. They have made the community to feel like a home for all of us. Very clean and calm community.

Horrible new leader Dora, she is very prude to the residents and demands and threatens them. And adds rules to the leases that dont state them and threatens to kick people out.

My daughter moved in only to find the unit is cockroach ridden. They came once to spray only the kitchen. Said they were coming again and never did. Really disgusting to have cockroaches running across her floor, in her bathroom and bedroom.Dora and Bianca had my daughters car towed after my daughter asked multiple times for her parking passes. Then they lied and said someone came to her apartment to drop the passes but my daughter works from home and that never occurred. After all the times she asked for parking passes, turns out after she got her car from towing yard, she went to the office to complain AGAIN and their receptionist handed her the parking passes!

Very expensive for the location and size of the apartments!!. Definitely not enough parking and if you get home late you will probably have to park on the streets ☹️There is a high theft rate of personal belongings out of vehicles and if you own a convertible you can count on the top getting stolen.

Just moved in and the experience was great! Maintenance did a great job on getting the unit ready and the office staff are very welcoming! The manager is a great person!

This place is up and coming now thanks to Josh and Tim running things. The issue with the parking will be resolved as they will be implementing parking passes beginning June 1st. Unfortunately, we did have a minor bug issue as well, but he exterminator came out immediately for a couple of Fridays and we havent seen anything since. The previous owners and three previous management companies really drove this place down but I have confidence that that wont be an issue anymore with Josh and Tim.

When I lived here in 2016 it was horrible. I started to get roaches from somewhere and they refused to help me find the source. Not only that my neighbors upstairs would let their dog piss on the patio which canes directly down on ours, couple of times almost peeing on someone. Management refused to help air do anything about it. Didn’t get the apartment we applied for do to miscommunication between employees. It was a mess. I ended up breaking lease

Apartments look nice and the area was clean and smell free. Parking at night without permit is atrocious.

Well I was All excited to go swimming with my girl and was disappointed to find out that they dont have access to the pool.

My moms stove has been broken for the past year it exploded this morning and they have they audacity to say o we had a fire last night we can’t help you ok well what about all the other days? Are you waiting for something to happen to my mom or what!!

They always look dirty they never find parking and they are very rude with the residents they never return calls and they do nothing to please the residents they have a lot of work so we need to wait weeks that is months for work orders and also how difficult it is to bring a washing machine in an empty apartment. if there are ways to fix things quickly its just a matter of trying.

We just moved into our apartment at the end of March. We love the layout and the location. The new management team, Josh and Tim, are pretty amazing. Tim called us directly to apologize for the issues we have in our apartment that were not addressed by the previous management team. We are really pleased with Josh and Tims efforts to improve this complex. Im excited to see what new additions and updates they will be making.

The dumpsters are always full or trash theirs always trash outside and good luck finding a parking space after 3pm everything is full and people park so close or even take up both parking spaces and not park right. First of all I want to say thank you to the new property management team that has taken over Loretto Heights. I appreciate the women in the office they’re very professional and understanding.My husband and I have lived here over a year and the women in the office now are the nicest people that have been at this complex.Honestly how the management treats the residents is everything.They’re doing a lot to the property to make it better and I appreciate them treating me like an actual human being.If you’re looking for a nice area to live outside of Denver I would now recommend this property.Again thank you to the new management team for seeing the residents as humans and for actually making improvements to the property!

Garbage apartments. My car was stolen, my brothers car had parts taken off of it. Terrible communication from management.

When I checked the place out I found the apartment they showed me needed a lot of work. There was loose trim around the door, scratches etc on various surfaces, and in general lacking the maintenance I would expect for an apartment costing $1,000 a month or more. One other thing I left a deposit. They ripped me off for that refundable deposit. Small claims?

Only a good experience for people who like to be harassed by the front office management. They add unofficial rules not included on the lease. Very much like a prison and not like a apartment due to the lady in charge...

The maintenance Supervisor Larry Barela here has gone above and beyond since we moved in last month. He has responded to the work orders I placed immediately showing up himself to take care of it. He always asks if more work needs to be done before he leaves and takes care of it in a timely manner and the work is always done right the first time. He has made living here easier for us to trust that we can live here safely.

Since Avenue 5 has taken over management of this apartment complex, it has gone extremely downhill. I have to call, or stop in the office, a minimum of five times in order to get any maintenance work done. My dishwasher was torn apart and left that way by contracted workers, because they cant hire or keep staff, and Ive been told I am going to get a new one, for 45 days now. During our recent snow storm, the parking lot was not plowed in the slightest until two days after the storm, and even then was a poor job, causing me to get stuck twice, and making me late for work. The sidewalks and stairs have still not been shoveled or iced. I fell down the stairs this past spring after a snow storm and fractured my tailbone, filed a report, and never received a single follow up call/email. Trash is everywhere, and raccoon infestations in the dumpsters. The office staff makes it very obvious that they do not care about any complaints brought to them. Do not recommend living here. I have found homeless people sleeping in my hallways, and have had to buy poison for cockroaches, as I dont trust them to handle any situation. Live literally anywhere else.

I really have to express my gratitude for the new management team. EOS has been the best thing to have happened to Loretto Heights since we have moved in this past November. Joshua, and Tim have been great in taking over, and cleaning up the disaster that was Avenue 5. For the first time I actually see action being taken by maintenance, and feel like we are being treated with respect. Ave5 residential was an absolute nightmare to deal with. To all of the new team that is EOS; THANK YOU!! Tim and Joshua are really taking on a lot in this time of uncertainty, and thank God for you guys, because now my family and I feel like we have a home, and not a motel 6!

Extremely unprofessional management and dirty place on the day of tour there was dog pop everywhere inside the building I ignored that because the price was ok for 1 bd 1 bd, I applied on 9th June. i was making over 4k a month that time, they needed only 3k and i was able to get approved very well, but they were making new demands every time, saying we are not accepting the amazon income provide us this or that so finally I provide them only uber and doodash which was 3.8k but then they were asking me to provide this earning from one company (i was doing uber/lyft/doordash/amazon..) which is not possible for a self employed, this might not be an issue but this took them over 20 days to let me know that i am not approved and with this earnings i got approved with another place just in 30 minutes. Such a waste of time these reviews aren’t false.

UPDATE: Tim Carpenter called me to address the review and the issues I mentioned below. He offered immediate solutions that we have yet to see be put into action. So far, promising words but still waiting on actions to be taken.We moved in a month ago and have since had a variety of issues, broken washer and fridge (still not fixed), wasps (somewhat fixed), neighbors blasting music all day, and if you get home after 7PM, it is very difficult to finding parking.UPDATE: It has now been 3 months since we moved in and Ive put in many work orders for the same issues (wasps, broken wash and fridge) and people come by, look at them and never come back to fix. I wish I could give 0 stars.This management company has repeatedly shared that they have taken over another management company that ran this place to the ground. I havent experienced it getting better yet and it seems when an issue is somewhat resolved, another issue comes up. I will not lie about my experience which is all fact based until I see tangible changes.

My husband and I have had a mixed experience. We moved in November 2019 and there were numerous issues with the management. First, many things were wrong with our apartment. We tried to speak with the management team because we wanted them to repair everything and didnt want to be held responsible for anything when our lease was up. I could go on and on but there were so many problems that we believe that they were stealing money and charged us each month with false charges. We are still in the process of getting everything on the table but the reason for my post is a few months ago a new company took over and we have an entirely new staff. I felt bullied by the last manager and never was able to communicate with him. They never answered the phones and we moved in with a broken washer, dishwasher, our fireplace is not in working condition, we have no water pressure in our bathroom, the blinds are broken in every room, no screen door to balcony, stains in the carpet and that is just a fee of the issues we are still dealing with. We have never had maintenance over despite our continued effort and now we are just waiting for the new owners to get settled in. I was ready to start looking for a new place as well as take the previous management to court but the four star rating is because of the new management. They have barely had a chance to get settled with the social distancing and already things are so much better. Its cleaner, safer, it is actually a gated community now. They are prompt to return calls but usually answer. They are ao friendly and helpful at explaining the new system. I have felt respect since I have spoken with both the manager and assistant manager and I am excited for the future and whatthey will do since they came on board. I am very impressed with what they have accomplished in such a short time. I speak for many tenants who live here and are so happy to see the professionalism and community and just the trust that was destroyed in the beginning of our experience in November and how quickly we feel at ease with your ability to provide a wonderful living environment for our family. After living here for three years I guess I can leave I good review for once. Hasnt always been the best but as of my last run In With maintenance I can say it was a good one. Took the 3 years to find a crew that can actually put in work.these guys have called me every time they want to enter my unit. And ever time I get home after a work order they are done correct. One of the maintenance guys had got there as I was getting home he had work orders for every apartment in my building lined up door by door doing it how it should be done 5 stars for that guy. Even before moving we have had issues with this place; went through a whole application process for an apt. and when it was time to move in was told that it was never available in the first place and had to be put in a different apt. last minute. Told them about the door not staying fully closed unless deadbolted, no one made an attempt to come by and look at it, lets in draft from outside... great during the winter! The Dishwasher was broken when we moved in (Sept. 7 2019) didnt get it fixed until Jan. 2020. Never heard back from maintenance or leasing office when told theyd contact us soon. Leasing office makes little to no effort to get issues resolved. Heater makes terrible noise while on

Update: I changed it from one star to two stars because the move out process was extremely painless. There is hope for Loretto Heights: the entire management team was replaced in the past few days.If I were you, and you were considering living here, I would check out a lot of the reviews here, and go and see if changes have been made accordingly. Hopefully the new management will tackle some of the most pressing issues.

Extremely not impressed. Communication seems like a very big problem for this apartment complex. Absolutely no one will get back to me after submitting my rental application, and its been a week. No one will return my calls or emails, and their voice mailbox is full. Dont waste your money applying here.

Not impressed. More importantly, if you say you have a range of prices on your apartments, there ought to be someone who understands what that means. We werent looking for the low range, but somebody else was while they were there. They were told the information on the website is old and they dont offer apartments at those prices anymore. Really people? Giving them to because the property was nice, and recently renovated.

Its a decent place to live, just wish the price to live here was less expensive.

The location is great because it is so close to everything! The new staff does a great job communicating, going out of their way and making sure the residents are taken care of. The maintenance people work hard and also do a great job communicating any problems. Great amenities and the newly remodeled apartments look fantastic!

Overall my experience at Loretto Heights has been above board. Any complex has its issues and largely all of mine have been handled with grace and in a timely manner. From unknown electrical issues to my siding glass door they make sure their residents are taken care of. The only unfortunate issue of these apartments are fellow residents and theres only so much management can do. I do share the sentiment that permit parking would make the property much better.

If I could give a negative star I would. Im so fed up with this place. Ive been here since 2016 and my air broke they took forever to fix it. They could care less my father he has health issues and made us wait. Now our heat doesnt work and not fixed. They come say its fixed then leave. Then let us suffer. Im so tired of this. Im a single mom with my father being elderly my mother passed away recently and had her funeral on the day they decided to write our lease out. They are very inconsiderate people.

Lived here for 6 months and this place was garbage! Moved into broken washer situation and it took over 4 months to get it replaced. Had to break lease early cuz of so many issues with management. Look elsewhere!!

Have been trying to reach this property for about a month. After numerous messages sent and 2 separate trips up there no one in the office for the 90 mins each that I sat waiting and still no response. Very unprofessional

I have lived here for 2 years this new company that bought out the old company not once has resolved the problems we are a having in our apartment i have called over and over day and night and no one comes to fix our sink and whole in the wall were the plumer had to work and this was a month ago and yet we still have a whole in the wall and our sink still doesnt work every time i ask to speak to a manager i get a rude response and they say they cant talk right now so whoever the owner is id love to speak to them too see if they can help me because this is no way too live

Love how the 5 stars are responded to. A 1 isnt. Just like the staff here. If you dont complain they love you. Was a nice place 6 years ago. Now ghetto. If you like ghetto and selling drugs come here. Might get a great hookup with the management.

I hated this place at first but new management has made it somewhat tolerable now. Still has terrible maintenance issues and techs but I think they will get rid of them eventually! I hope they would anyways.

There are very good things that I love here and things that I hate. I love the staff- the grounds- the value and the view from my unit- as well as my units vaulted ceilings. I hate that we dont have snow removal inside the parking lot- hate that my unit is almost a block from any parking spot- the neighborhood outside the complex is sketchy- I have had my registration stickers stolen off my car and my mailbox broken into. This place isnt for everyone but I am in my second year of living here and I think I will stay for a 3rd.

I have had so many issues and nothing getting fixed. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy

I love the staff. The manager is super helpful, as well as always taking care of issues on the spot. Never had a problem. Very much recommend them to anyone looking to rent a very nice apartment.

Id like to start off that I was looking for an apartment in a time crunch. I had 72 hours to move, I called Loretto Heights and Jen was prompt to assist and scheduled a time for me to come in and take a look at the apartment homes. When I came in Matt was nothing less than FANTASTIC in helping me find the perfect unit at the perfect price for me. He even called around to local sister properties to check and see what they had. We got all the paperwork done and I was able to move into a CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL apartment home the next day. It was such a blessing in a stressful time and i was so worried i was going to be without a home and the management here stepped in and took excellent care of me and everything was so perfect. This is a wonderful place to live and the management is even better. They are genuine people that take care of people. LEASE WITH LORETTO!!!! DO IT! TODAY!

Do you guys still have roaches no thanks that place was the worst decision I ever made to move I paid 1500 for a two bedroom with roaches and will never move into a place near federal again

I love how many amenities there are here... dog wash, yoga studio, fitness center, dog park, sports court, and more. The trail access is nice too. The manager is very friendly as well!

Do not recommend to live here. I have been living here for a year out of necessity, at first it was nice, having the pool available for our children and the other commodities,but now is just getting ridiculous. starting with the police coming every week for different incidents, then the rent just went up by about $200 if we want to renew our contract and stay, after it is 1600 already for our 2 bedroom, 2 bath.. but the most ridiculous, insulting thing is that we are not longer allowed to park the cargo trailer we own inside the parking lot (construction trailer, 12 x 8)yes, they expect us to pay for rent but park on the street. we will be moving out as soon as lease expires obviously .

Ive struggled with them screwing up all my lease paperwork, never answering their phone and not responding to maintenance requests. When I moved in late May I never imagined how awful the experience would be/is. I had to get the AC fixed (took almost a month) and now its broken again, put in a maintenance request 2 weeks ago,Asked and to this day no one has contacted me. I contacted the front desk about it last week and they said to be patient but no one has called me. This place is a joke. Dont move here unless you have no other option.

I thought the old management company was bad. The new ones are even worse!

Had a meeting with the new management. They have given us a tour of there one bed one bath Crest style and there gorgeous. The money that there asking for I thought was worth it. Just unfortunately wasnt the right time for my partner and I to be dropping that much 💰.

Super rude and very unprofessional also no one was wearing a face mask !
