I have been living here for 8 months. I love the place, the apartment is in perfect condition since I moved. The maintenance team is excellent, there was a problem with the plumbing and that same day they fixed it even when it was night. The staff team has always been available to answer questions. I honestly recommend this place!Ps. Another great point is that they are constantly planning events or meetings for the community!

Lugano at Cherry Creek has definitely been a dream come true and a breath of fresh air for me and my family. Coming from where we came from. Rebecca in the leasing office was more than helpful with the application and move-in process. Everybody is professional in the office. I also want to give a hats off to the housekeeping staff for making the property fresh and clean on the inside. This place has everything you could think off in terms of making luxury living affordable in the city. The only reason I cant give 5 stars is because of the dog feces. It pains me to see it from time to time in the picturesque courtyard or even worse in the hallway. Grounds is always making sure the grassy areas are green and fresh cut. I wish more pet owners would take responsibility of maintaining the cleanliness of where we all live, children, hard-working adults & families. But other than this I am totally and completely in love. This was the right move for my family!!!

I lived here through the management change and it didnt improve. The garage doors are still always broken and theyre increasing the garage rent. What a joke. Plus upon moving out when we went in to return our keys the lady accepting them was RUDE.The office staff were always so hard to get ahold of by email or phone. And it seems like they were closing the office at least once or twice a week for unknown reasons.Glad to be gone. Definitely overpriced for what you get. There are plenty of better places to live around this area for less $I do have to say though. Outside of 1 water heater disaster the maintenance was always ON POINT. so kudos to them.

Love this place! I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath and it is affordable. Good location and so far have no complaints. Rebecca made every thing super easy with all the paperwork. She was so kind and welcoming. They always have some food trucks come out sometimes and of course the apartment complex has a coffee shop, liquor store, and pizza place attached! :)Very clean. Couldnt ask for a better place to call my temporary home

If your looking for a great place this is your place!! Everyone has been so wonderful and the management and their team are nothing but exceptional!! I highly recommend this place! Their apartments are very spacious with lots of storage ( super useful for a family of 6) and very luxurious! If I could give them more stars I would!!! I worked directly with Renata and she has been nothing but helpful anything I need or questions I need answered she’s always so helpful!!

This place has turned into a slump lord the management team won’t maintain the property. We are finding needles in the stairwell the outside building has PLASTIC on the outside of the building for a year the pictures being shown are false advertisement to get people into units and if you really want to find out about the property they created a Facebook page because it was so bad. Go to Facebook page “ Luguna Residents unofficial Community Page” to see real property photos and not false advertisement. We have already filed complaints with the health department it’s gotten so bad. Don’t move here if you don’t want to waste your money it’s just bad

Lugano at Cherry Creek is by far the worst rental experience we have had. We had issues from the very beginning trying to complete the lease paperwork virtually due to Covid. We let that go considering everyone was trying to adjust to the new normal. But living at Lugano for little over a year things only got worse with every interaction we had with the management team. The office staff were very difficult to get hold of and if you did get a hold of someone they would more than likely have no clue how anything operated. You wound up calling and checking up several times to get even a smallest issue resolved.We got our cars towed twice within 3 months of living there- causing damage to the front bumper of the vehicle in the process. The garage doors and elevators were constantly out of order. The tenants were charged utilities fee for common area electricity and gas- which was initially not included or even mentioned on the lease. The rent price was hiked up insane amount for the two months that we had to extend our lease on a month to month basis. And finally upon moving out we were charged another ridiculous amount as a replacement cost for stovetop. When I called the office to inquire about why we were being charged for normal wear and tear especially since the stovetop we received wasn’t even a brand new one, Jenna responded by saying “you should be thankful you were only charged this amount, it could have been worse”. They have the least amount of regard for their tenants and are only concerned about overcharging for every imaginable thing. So glad to be able to move out. Good riddance!!

Ive lived here several years and each year they find a way to make it worse. If you plan on going to the pool area that is heated year round, dont plan on swimming in it because the new management keeps it at about 33° in the winter. (There was ice in it last winter) As of July 1st, 2021, there is NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED AT THE POOL!!! LOLOLO. So if you want a cold one by the pool you are breaking your lease and risk eviction. They should be more focused on trying to figure out how to keep people out of the pool past 10pm. Somehow they cant. So if you plan on trying to sleep for your job, to go to work, to pay your rent, just forget about it because they somehow cant even manage that. They tell you to call the security company which will take over an hour to respond. Sorry, not our job to secure your building, its yours and we pay for it. Also, entire property went smoke free (including the parking lots) July 1 as well (they just amended everyones lease) and to be fair, I dont care about the smoking, but a property this size needs a designated area. There is half a football field filled with dog excrement and they cant make a small area for your grandparents to have a cig in if they want, so you can bet they will never visit you again.Also, renewals are going up again this year and residents cant wait to leave. They claim it is market rate and a quick search will prove thats wrong for even better amenities, less cost, in the same area. (See Highline on Parker)

I would give Lugano a 4.5 rating! My boyfriend and I moved to Colorado during the pandemic, and Jenna in leasing was quick, professional, and very knowledgable about the process. Coming from college apartments with subpar communication and poor housing, Lugano has been wonderful to us! We havent had one maintenance issue since moving in a year ago, and have found things to be reliable, clean, and well-kept. We love the pool area, courtyard, and coffee shop as well! Were resigning with Lugano for the next year :)Weve found neighbors to be loud sometimes (as to be expected with an apartment), and the theft within the parking lot has been frequent. It has been worth it to pay for the garage parking, however we have had visitors get their vehicles vandalized. The monthly fees for valet garbage, etc. seem a little high, as most of the time theyre not actually picked up.The main reason its not a full 5-stars for us though is the large security deposit we were required to pay up front. We understand it was for our credit not being well enough established, however the jump from a $400 deposit to $1,775 seems steep. Lastly, communication within leasing seems to have gotten a little more disorganized. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, as things have been pretty wonderful regardless!

Place is not bad, overall nice place to live, but the shared parts of the complex, lights are on 24/7 and it is reflected in the coin service bill, the bill is much higher than I expected. This is my first apartment in Denver so this could just be the way things are around here?

At first when my fiancé and I moved into this complex we were told that the garage parking is secured and security does a good job and the neighbors are friendly. Not only was that a complete lie but it’s just not true. The leasing staff is friendly but you can tell they really don’t care about your issues. The maintenance staff is kind and I do really like them. Unfortunately since moving here we have had things stolen including an entire vehicle because the garage door has been left open due to “repairs”. I almost forgot to mention that the elevator was down up until a week ago. This complex gives off a luxury feel but in reality it’s not that luxury. We will not be renewing our lease and it’s quite disappointing. Do better Lugano.UPDATE: We had another theft happen again people attempted to steal our motorcycle and rummaged through his saddle bags and took things. DONT MOVE HERE

This is the 3rd apartment complex, my husband and I stayed in since moving to Denver. It is by far the best for the price. It is spacious and well priced for the 2br/2ba. I love kitchen appliances and it was always hard for us to find a kitchen with enough space to hold everything. Its also in a great location for us. Close to 25 and 225, but not so close that youre stuck in traffic.Pros: Spacious rooms and closets, huge bathrooms and tubs, full size washer and dryer, plenty kitchen space, affordable parking garage with easy access to your building floor, quiet, year round pool and hot tub, 24/7 gym with the basics, liquor store, pizza restaurant, and coffee shop; quick maintenance response, butterfly building code, package lockers, valet trash, coffee in the office, we cant hear out neighbors, and very clean hallways!Con: Because the building is so huge, its easy for friends and visitors (ubereats) to get lost. The streets can be nosey and night with traffic, sometimes the elevators are broken (they will email you), its not as updated as old luxury apartment (but we knew this before moving), with covid the package process have been a headache (but they just installed package lockers so hopefully that will change)

Moving into Lugano was extremely easy! Roberto Rodriguez was a huge help and answered all of our questions. Maintenance problems have been fixed very quickly! The apartments are spacious and affordable! Love the parking garage! Highly recommend staying here!

I have lived at Lugano for 7 years now and am very happy. The apartments are upscale with wood floors, ceiling fans, granite counter tops, a year round outdoor pool and hot tub and a nice gym. I also appreciate the parking garage that takes me directly up to my top floor. I am a outdoorsy exercise person and having the Highline Canal and Cherry Creek bike trail both within a few blocks is a huge plus!I shopped around before I chose Lugano and I can tell you without a doubt that the rent is much lower than anywhere else in town for the value you get. I would highly recommend Lugano!

I love my apartment and the staff is great. There were issues with security but those seem to be getting better under new management. One of the reasons I moved here was because of the dog park, though, and its not secure. The pool is also supposedly heated, but is ALWAYS cold. Overall, Im happy with the location and the buildings and hope it keeps improving on amenities.

Lugano at “cherry creek.”This place looks great!The leasing office and pool are stunning, but that’s not where you will be spending most of your time.This place might as well be made of paper, you WILL hear every move your upstairs neighbor makes.The person above us has such a heavy foot that the person below us can hear him!This is beyond comfort, and more of a health concern when you can’t get your usual sleep.I’ve gotten startled in the middle of the night several times due to my neighbors above screaming or just stomping so loud that my walls shake.I can hear the water running when they use bathroom upstairs and the bed whenever they get up, or move around a lot to keep it PG. They also stomp early in the Mornings so there has been days where I would wake up restless because of what was happening upstairs.On top of having to hear everything my upstairs neighbor does as if he was a roommate I didn’t choose to have, I also have to be very careful and soft with how I walk and the volume of my music / TV if not, the neighbor below met will get bothered and bang on my floor.So it’s pretty much walking on eggshells all day just to get disturbed all day !Nothing was getting done about the noise complaints, I guess it’s because they’re aware it’s the actual building and there’s nothing anyone can do about it.We got the cops called on us once for noise, the cop knocked on the door and said. “ Hey i just stood by your door and didn’t hear anything but apparently there was a noise complaint.”(11am on a Super Bowl Sunday )They must’ve confused the word luxury with the word Cheap.It may look nice but remember, it’s how your time in your apartment is spent that matters not at the pool.I can’t even enjoy reading a book in silent.After seeing this review, Lugano sent an email to all tenants, telling them if they wrote a review they’d be entered in a raffle. They commented on here as if, I had never brought this up to them.

I’ve lived at Lugano for almost 2 years now and can not complain about a thing. The amenities are really good, the staff are helpful & professional, the maintenance crew are efficient. I love my apartment for several reasons... my own laundry with water included, large walk-in closet, parking garage included, garbage valet, a large dog run, and really nice neighbors.

If you’re thinking about moving into Lugano, DONT! I’ve been living here for 3 months. In that short time I’ve had many issues with Lugano that they have ignored. Firstly putting in a maintenance request you might want to stay home that whole week. They never gave me a time, day, email, call or any notice at all. No one was home the day the came. I walked into my apartment to a paper sitting on my counter that has the email and phone number to contact us on it. Regardless of no one answering the door they came in and fixed the bathroom fan anyways leaving a trail and mess of the bathroom wall all over the floor. BUT WAIT it doesn’t stop there. Upon moving in they take your license plate number and car description to have on file for the garage. When I moved in I did not receive a garage opener. Waking up this morning I found out my car was towed, at the cost of $320. Knowing they have my car on file and knowing they did not give me a garage opener they still towed my car. I feel extremely unsafe, uncomfortable, and indescribably angry. I could never recommend this place to someone as beautiful as it looks it’s not worth it. And not for the nothing the elevator has been down for over a week.

The complex is modern inside and out, but the walls are pretty thin. Sound carries from apartments above and beside me. Close to jogging trails and parks. I had a very good experience moving in to the Lugano at Cherry Creek. Due to Covid 19 we had to do a virtual move in. Everything was seamless. Roberto is amazing and very punctual in his communications. He even sent me a video of the actual apartment I ended up renting, which is always nice, rather than some model unit. He coordinated with me to leave the keys in the apartment and everything was great. When I have had minor issues, Roberto and the maintenance team as well has been very responsive. The apartment has been very nice, pretty quiet, and the cleaning crew do an amazing job in the common areas. It’s always nice to smell the clean, especially in a pandemic. I’m looking forward to the amenities now that they are open again as well. I’ve really enjoyed having a liquor store, pizza joint, and coffee shop attached to the building. In addition, just about anything you need is close by.

Living here has been good. The apartments are nice, common spaces such as the pool, gym, and hot tub are in great shape and never crowded. Its nice to have covered parking, too. New management seems to be making strides to make improvements. They fixed the broken entrance doors, the garage doors are better. I also like the way to let people in the building. It is very nice and convenient. ommunication with the office is sometimes hard and there have been some big miscommunication moments. Its better than before but can still be improved.We have had some slow responses with maintenance on a few issues but when they come they do a great job. CWe are on the third floor and have VERY loud neighbors above us. They have very active lives at all times of the day and night and every day of the week. I am a heavy sleeper but my roommate isnt so he really struggles with it for his job. And they smoke on the balcony a lot right which is bad because all the smoke blows in when we have our windows open. Im not sure if there is anything that can actually be done about this from a managerial perspective but it makes living a bit more stressful.

Been living at Lugano for about 3 years now. They recently were bought by a company named IRET, which have seemed to be very prompt and by-the-book type of property management company, which I can appreciate. The office staff have been nothing but competent and good to us since I have lived here. I like all the improvements and upgrades already made like the new garage doors and building entrance systems. It looks like they will be adding car charging stations for electric cars sometime in the near future which will be very convenient not having to drive to Tesla to charge my car. I can submit any work orders online which has been so easy and convenient and my work orders get done within a day at max. I like having the pool be open all year and the gym is open all day every day. I look forward to seeing what other positive changes will be added to this complex.

Within the past month, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, I virtually toured the apartment complex and virtually interacted with the leasing office regarding leasing a place at Lugano. For the most part, with the exception of having to follow-up a couple of times with leasing representatives, the process was smooth, painless, and fast. I was able to sign a lease and have the lease approved within a couple of business days. Once my lease begins, I will modify the review accordingly to reflect information pertaining to my experiences, apartment, amenities, etc.

DO NOT LIVE HERE - NOT SAFE HIDDEN FEESafter paying for garage space my roomate got her car broken into just to find out they have no security in the garage that i pay for to have a safe spot. when we called the police they explained that the 2 garages in this complex alone has a lot of theft calls. after explaining our concerns to the property manager, Jennifer, she explains theres nothing they can do and it doesnt matter if theres cameras or not and that its very easy for people to jump the gate. Jennifer brushed off the issue as if it happens a lot and did not make us feel better about the situation. i feel we are paying way too much money to not have security.this place is way over priced and they also failed to tell us we have to pay common utilities, so no thats not included with the overpriced rent.it is also next to a very busy rode where you hear sirens all hours of the night and constant traffic. out of all the places Ive lived, never have i experienced such greedy people that try and milk as much money as possible.

Really disgusting office staff. They have their calling hours outside their office, as well as their website yet don’t stick to them. Almost impossible to get ahold of them. I wont even start on their maintenance emergency phone line, they don’t pick up. The people here love to make excuses and take your money.

Im usually not one for writing reviews but I feel like in this case I had to. I was originally super excited to be moving into these apartment. Rebecca was super on top of everything originally until after we paid the $400 holding deposit which mind you actually does NOT hold the apartment like they make it seem. We asked a simple question before wanting to sign the lease got a response about 6 days later and we are not one to be constantly looking at our email and the next day we were sent an email after she had responded letting us know that our lease was voided. It was unprofessional and Im extremely disappointed on how this was handled and will be looking for a new apartment to call home.

This place is beautiful. We haven’t had a lot to complain about. It’s been interesting moving in during the pandemic so we never really got a formal tour and are still a little bit confused on how to get around the place. The only issue we have had really is the fact that the door nearest our apartment that leads to the outside is not connected to a key fob so if you get locked out you have to walk a ways to get back into the building. That’s kind of frustrating with a toddler and having your hands full! But overall the management is great and the grounds are kept up very nicely!

UPDATE: moved out in less than a year. One of the WORST living experiences I have had. Not going into detail because it would take me pages to explain everything that happened while living there. All the recent 5 star reviews are fake as they told tenants if they left a 5 star review they would be entered in a raffle. Please save yourself the time, stress, and money and skip Lugano all together.I just moved in so I can’t give a full 5 stars yet, but I can say that Jenna has been such a pleasure to work with! She has been so nice and accommodating with my difficult time restraints and got me into a great unit super quickly with very few hiccups. Very professional and much easier to work with than my last leasing managers. The property itself looks nice and I love having the liquor store and coffee shop so close. Please put the doors back up on the dog park so my pup can run!

I moved here based on the recommendation from a friend in January 2020. I have to really say, this is the place am going to be staying for a long time. I really have no issues whatsoever (not even the typical issues, one encounter living in any apartment complex). There was an issue of the security of the gates, but the management has sorted it out.The only two thing I really want to request is,1. please ask the neighbor to leash on your four legged family members. I love pets, but times, there are some owner, who really can’t handle their fluff babies.2. Please add secure locker for parcels, your previous systems of receiving parcels at leasing office was wonderful, this new way of leaving parcel at mailbox is risky, as I still havent got one of my parcel, and now i just lost all hope. I do notice the practice of courier companies to leave the parcel at front door, but still there can be some lazy person not living up-to their bargain.Other than that, keep it up!

We moved in about two months ago and we absolutely love it here! its affordable and they are extremely attentive and efficient, about any problems with the apartment or complex you have. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the gym is often empty (which I prefer when working out) and the hot tub is amazing!!!!!!! always a great temp. always clean. over all this is one of my favorite complexes I have ever lived in. highly recommended.

I just recently toured with Jai, yesterday. She was very helpful! She was very patient with me, even coming back twice in 1 day. She didnt make me feel like I was bothering her, and she was full of excitement explaining the future renovations, which made me excited! I love how budgeting friendly this property is. So far this is the best in the area, that Ive toured. I highly recommend this place, and hopefully I will be applying come March.Things I liked the most was the pool. It looked amazing! Aiming for a pool view! and the garage, hard to find a property that has a garage without outstanding fees!

1.Hidden fees. Just got charged for common area electricity and gas. Nowhere does it say in the contract that the utility bill for electricity and gas is actually common area utility and is separate from gas and energy I set up with excel. I signed thinking the excel account that I set up is the utility. Nope.2.Then have to resubmit papers over and over and teach employees how to read obviously. Expect to be harrased with other bills you shouldnt owe because the company they work with cannot read insurance policy in English or doesnt put enough reading effort to look at the second page of an attachment. And lugano will not fight for their residents and wont work with their partners to get it fixed even though they admit mistakes were made and its not our fault, they ll be like you have to work with them to get it fixed on your own time. Which we did, which was more than frustrating. And in the Lugano itself the leasing agent we worked with would not respond for days and would miss emails with attachments when we needed to sign the lease. We had to patiently resend our paperwork...3.Dirty. And on top of this imagine coming in the new place and seeing dry food stains on countertops and smeared fat. We asked to reclean but ended up deep cleaning and disinfecting everything ourselves when moving in, nasty trust me, but we have little ones.. . Not sure what else to expect from this place, have a very bitter taste with all the fallout they have in their processes and how much effort a resident has to put in to get things resolved even though we didnt do anything wrong.4. Not handicap accessible. Not kid friendly. Every door there is so heavy to open, to get to the garage its about 6 doors. To get out it is 3 heavy doors. Having a stroller or imagine two strollers or a doublestroller made getting out a two parent job. I have to call my husband to meet me outside because how hard it is just to get in with two kids. Struggling to open each door and then getting a stroller through each doorway while the heavy door is slamming on me. I dont know how anyone in a wheelchair can manage to leave here, I would not recommend anyone with strollers to live here. I did mention we have two kids to the leasing agent when looking for a place, did mention that we need accessible place on ground floor because of that. Not sure why she wouldnt mention the door situation, it would be a courtesy, I guess she needed her sale and didnt care.

Beautiful apartments on the inside. Maintenance has always been great. Dog poop covers the property, garage doors have been broken for weeks, meaning anyone can get into the garage, and therefore into the building. Doors in the garage need to be locked and garages need to be monitored as so many people park in the garage without a permit. Definitely could do better at living up to “Luxury Apartments”

It is a very closed area and small community where everyone knows each other. With the shops in the complex, it makes getting some stuff easier. We moved here late summer. after having lived in a house for many years. The office staff were awesome - especially Jaida! They answered all of our questions, were available and responsive. While is has been a huge adjustment so far it has been a great experience. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is that we live in a unit that faces Iliff and the street noise is an issue if you want to open windows or sit outside as it is a very busy street and the parking area in front of the liquor store can get lively at times on the weekends - however, with windows closed it just feels like city living. The back of the complex seems quieter and I have been pleasantly surprised at how quiet it is within the building. I rarely hear my neighbors or any one in the halls. I feel relatively safe and have no complaints. Maintenance has been very responsive and helpful so far.

Being leased there was a good experience, but now living at the apartments, it feels corporate like most of them. They treat you as a number and dont look into your specific problem to help you move forward to get things corrected. Nice property and location but just dont expect to be helped if it doesnt help their bottom line.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for about six months and love it! We moved to Denver from MA and it couldnt have been easier. The office staff helped every step of the way and made the move in process simple. The amenities are great, and the grounds are well taken care of and our view is amazing! Don’t believe the sudden flow of 5-star reviews, the apartment complex management is giving away some cheap free electronics for the best review of these apartments since they were previously at 1 Star. The management is horrible, extremely unprofessional and to honestly say, absolutely disgusting. There is a pile of dog hair that has been sitting at the right side of the building entrance (right next to the office entrance) for a week. Really gross, especially if you have allergies. You’ll find dog feces throughout the building on occasion. Occasional robberies (you’ll get used to it) and police almost daily. Not to mention, their maintenance team is an absolute joke. Do you really want to live at a complex that can be so dishonest and ask for good reviews?

My boyfriend and I were looking forward to moving into these apartments, did a tour— it’s beautiful, very modern and I adored the gym! The lady helping us, Rebecca, seemed very nice and promising but as soon as we left and paid a $400 hold on the apartment...everything seemed to go down hill.There was very little communication, I had to call to get most of the answers and while gathering paperwork they requested Rebecca just stopped responding in general. It felt like we were literally tossed to the side and forgotten...we will be searching else where for a new apartment to call home.

The leasing agents here at Lugano were very helpful in assisting us with any questions we had about our new apartment. Roberto, the young gentleman had such a friendly smile and has been so accommodating to all of our needs. Derreyin has been extremely warming and welcoming to us. She gave us a fantastic tour which ultimately led to us to making the decision that Lugano was right for us. Renata had given our roommates very wonderful tours as well when we weren’t available to go with them, which we genuinely appreciated her ability to give them the same tour experience that we had got. Overall, we love our new apartment and all of the amenities that come with it, as well as the staff that has been nothing short of amazing.

The leasing office does not respond to complaints only when they feel they need to. I have called the leasing office multiple times cant get through because they claim issues with the phone lines. I had issues with renters insurance did what I was supposed to do and was approved but yet wanted to raise my rent because no response from the properties insurance I had to resolve the issue myself I can go on and on but I choose not to had i known what i know now i would have never moved here

Looking for an apartment can be a tough experience - you meet with many agents, have to schedule many tours, and hear many different pitches on why you should live at x location. Jaida was hands down the best leasing agent we worked with. She was personable, not pushy at all, very informative, and we felt like we could trust her. DO NOT MOVE HERE. The apartments are nice, the hot tub is great. Those are the only good qualities of this place. First off, the management is awful. If you don’t have them sign and date every single thing that they tell you on an official form no one else in the office will consider it valid. The parking garage door is always left open and peoples cars are constantly getting broken into. Someone even stole the battery out of my boyfriends truck. I have met people who had their trailers and motorcycle stolen out of the parking garage. One of my coworkers used to live and he woke up at 5 o’clock in the morning to find three people in his truck trying to steal it. Though all of these incidents have been reported management still refuses to install security cameras anywhere in the building. There were multiple evenings that my roommate and I woke up to the sound of somebody shaking our door handle to check if it was unlocked, being two women who live in an apartment this was a terrifying feeling. I just spoke with a friend who still lives at this complex and he said that it happened to his apartment a week ago. There are constantly issues happening outside of the liquor store on the bottom floor late at night. The primary issue being the kids who obviously look under age drinking in their car right outside of the liquor store yelling and screaming In the middle of the night. We have found little drug bags all over the place in the dog park. Homeless people have been day drinking in the dog park area and following/harassing tenants. To top it all off we have been waiting over 60 days to get our security deposit back on the apartment that we left in great condition, The complex says that they no longer have the records? When first moving into this apartment my roommate and I ignored some of the negative reviews and we wish that we hadnt. Any five star review given to this place was probably from somebody who just moved in. I was asked to give a five star review within the first week of moving into the complex, but after a lease term of living there I wanted to update the experience that I truly had at Lugano.

I lived her for about a year and a half and just moved out because I had to relocate to another part of town. Great office staff. Roberto is very helpful. The complex is pretty clean, and we enjoyed the amenities, especially the pool and hot tub. The walls and floors seem on the thin side, although I have little basis for comparison. The maintenance staff was outstanding and quick for the few problems I had.

Only thing Cherry Creek about this appartment complex is the cost of them! This is a new editing and we did take the loss and got out of the lease, to anyone moving in if your vehicle cant be parked next to your window I highly recommend getting a parking pass if you dont want your car broken into. Also do not take no for a answer when they say the will get back to about certain things or you will just go without.

Apartments are beautiful, amenities are great. My only complaint is one of the leasing office workers lives around me and they like to blare music until 4 am most weekends. It really sucks when my wife and i have to be up early on the weekends and rarely get any rest due to the loud partying. Wish they would be more respectful to their neighbors, especially since they work in the front office.

We moved into Lugano before its current property management team (IRET) took over. Very quickly we realized that things were being ignored and they were in transition. Thankfully, that has changed with IRET. In the beginning, IRET lacked communication and left us in the dark with minor and more major things. I like to think this was due to the fact that they had a lot to clean up from the previous company. Thankfully, now that theyve been in house a while, weve seen a positive change and clear communication.Since IRET has taken over, we have seen small things like spills, trash, etc. cleaned up quickly and efficiently. The complex is always clean, always mowed, and looks better than when we moved in. When weve asked maintenance to come, they have come quickly and fixed everything weve asked with professionalism and exceptional care! Chris especially has been a fantastic part of this maintenance team. We are only hoping to see more and more positive with Lugano and IRET.

0% chance of renewing my lease.Pros:The office staff is fairly friendly . I love the modern look/ layout of the lofted studio floor plan. Water being included in rent is pretty nice. One fairly priced pet rent/deposit for both dogs is better than I saw at any other complex.Cons:The walls are paper thin, so you can hear all of your neighbors as if theyre in the same room as you (lovely perk for those of us who work at home). A lot of the tenants are low lives. No one picks up after their dogs and apparently maintenance cant help out, so the grassy areas are just minefields of poop. People blast their music/ tvs, scream, slam things and stomp around at all hours of the day and night.People blast music from portable speakers in the gym that you can hear over your own noise-cancelling headphones, instead of just wearing headphones themselves. People treat the clubhouse like their own personal living room to use the free cable (bringing your 3 kids to run around and dragging your pillow and blanket from home to lay on the couch? Really? Its so trashy). Gym equipment is sub-par, 1 of the 3 treadmills has been broken since before I moved in back in July, and the only elliptical machine has been broken for a couple of months now.Overall, as much as I would hate to move again so soon, I just cant fathom putting up with the cons for another year.

I wish there was an option for 4 and a half stars! We have lived here for about 3 months and so far so good! we love our apartment and dont have any issues with noise from the neighbors. We have put in 1 work order so far and the issue was fixed immediately and with ease! the office staff is very very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They are easy going as well. The community facilities (pool, gym, hottub) seem to always be in working order and fairly clean.The only complaints that I would have is that the apartment was swept or mopped when we moved in, but that is fairly minimal and not a huge deal. Also, the walking grounds and area are absolutely beautiful but there is oftentimes dog poop around the complex on the ground :( This isnt the apartments fault necessarily, but I cant believe how disgusting some people are to not pick up their dog poop, sick!!Anyways, I would definitely recommend this place, so far so good and no complaints. a beautiful place to live and we are very happy here.:)

I recently had to relocate and was heart broken to leave Lugano. I lived at this community for over 2 years and I enjoyed every second of it. This is where I had my engagement, birthdays, and many other memories with the help of the staff and their beautiful amenities like the pool and club house! The maintenance are very productive, treated us with respect and made us feel welcomed always! I was disappointed to read some of these ridiculous reviews on people that i have gotten to know and a home I have grown to love! Although I didnt have the same experience as others I am CONFIDENT with the way Lugano’s team runs the community and treat EVERYONE! Especially Roberto the assistant, he prides him self in his work and it shows! Thank you for making apartment living comfortable for me and I hope to come back one day!

Ive lived at Lugano for almost a year now and I must admit its one of the nicest places Ive ever lived. The property is gorgeous and everyone who comes to my unit compliments me on the style and layout. There are also incredible amenities like a year round pool, to your door trash pickup, free garage parking (with no issues finding a spot) and state of the art gym. The staff is always very friendly and willing to go the extra mile. The location is also hard to beat - near everything! I highly recommend this place.

Ive been living at Lugano since 2013 and I love it. The amenities, landscaping and detailing within the apartments are all upscale. I love the gym, the pool and hot tub, and the pet friendly environment. They have fun social events pretty much every month, and a bike trail half a block away that connects to other trails that criss-cross the entire metro area. The staff are very friendly and maintenance is always right on top of things. I highly recommend Lugano!

Im on my second year of living here and I wouldnt recommend living here to anyone. Management doesnt seem care very much about the tenants. This place is overpriced for what you get in return. Ive also had many packages stolen from here along with my bike and all my work tools. There is no security here or cameras to catch the many thieves THAT LIVE HERE.

Just moving to Denver and looking for the right place to live was a bit intimidating. While other living communities were difficult to work with or meet my moving deadlines, the friendly staff at Lugano was not only responsive, but had apartments that fit exactly into my needs and budget. Renata from the leasing office went out of her way to make sure that I had everything that I needed to make this move from out of state as comfortable as it could be.The community here is well cared for and has top notch amenities that have made city living easy. The parking garage is secure and convenient to use, the park and dog walking areas are large, and the valet garbage make apartment living a treat.All and all I rate Lugano an 11 out of 10 for a wonderful caring staff, beautiful apartments (with a balcony) and a price that is just in my budget.

Worst place Ive ever lived. Office staff is useless. The parking garages that you pay for are constantly broken. And cars are constantly having their windows smashed in and robbed. We didnt have hot water in our apartment for a month because they couldnt install the water heater correctly. The office staff will lie straight to your face. Even under new management it has not improved one bit.

I stayed here in the corporate unit over the weekend and it was amazing! Roberto from the office was fantastic and super helpful. Our fridge wasnt cooling when we got there and maintenance was very quick to respond and fix the issue. The pool was beautiful and fun to hang out at. We even grilled outside which was fantastic. I highly recommend this community. If I lived in Denver, I would most definitely live here.

I moved to Lugano from out of state a little over a year ago. They made the entire process of moving over 1500 miles away from home so smooth and easy. I was able to sign all the documents and put down deposits online. Roberto and Mia were awesome at communication, and they kept me informed the entire time. I didnt have the luxury of viewing the apartment in person before moving in, so all I had to go by were the pictures of the apartments online. The pictures are accurate, and the apartments really are lovely. My apartment wasnt ready the day I arrived (they were putting in new flooring), but they put me in one of their furnished guest apartments free of charge and their maintenance team even helped me move my things in when it was ready since I had to cancel my movers for the day I had them scheduled.All maintenance requests I have put in have been addressed very quickly- most of the time the very next day. There is always plenty of parking outside and in the garage. The garage (one space is included with rent) is super convenient when its snowing or the weather is bad. Having a liquor store, coffee shop, and pizza place in the complex is also very convenient! I was looking for a house to rent before my lease was up here (I really wanted a yard for my dog), but there just isnt anything in this area that is more affordable right now. Because of this, I decided to sign another lease, and I will be here for at least another year.My only complaints are that I do have very noisy upstairs neighbors- I can hear them walking around in their high heels, they seem to drop heavy things a lot, and I can hear their music thumping just about every day, but this is really just a regular part of apartment living. Also, people have gotten very bad about picking up after their dogs lately. I have a dog myself, and I am almost constantly dodging pet waste when I walk her. I have heard some people complain that the doggy stations dont always have bags for waste, but I just buy my own that I have attached to her leash so I know I always have a way to pick up after her. (This is really just a part of being a decent, responsible person and pet owner!) The pet waste issue is something that is not easily controlled by management, but they do everything in their power to enforce the rules. I do wish the dog park was more secure as well. Even though it is fenced, there are no gates at the entrances, so dogs can easily run in and out.Overall, my experience has been very positive and the negative issues I have are pretty minor. I am really glad to call Lugano home!

We moved into Lugano in June of 2016. It has been many years since we have lived in an apartment, and I have to say that we have been very pleased with the service from all the staff in the front office and maintenance department. We are very particular and were worried about moving into an apartment that had been previously occupied and how clean it would be. I can honestly say that we were impressed. Prior to our move-in date, the management ensured that there was new carpet, new paint, and everything was clean and in good working order. In fact, we have had several family members that have visited and were very impressed with how nice our apartment is. I would like to give a special shout out to Robert in the front office that went above and beyond to make our experience better than expected and Patrick and the other maintenance staff that always ensure that everything inside and out are kept impeccable. My roommate and I have lived at Lugano for almost a year and it has been a great place to live. Our unit (corner, top floor) is quiet and hardly notice that we are in an apartment complex.Roberto has been awesome to work with and is always willing to help out if you have any issues or questions.Besides the occasional dog barking in the hallway and the inconsiderate pet owners that let their dog pee in the hallway and dont clean it up (maintenance is quick to clean it), we havent had any problems and look forward to renewing our lease for another year.
