Ive been at Del Corazon for a couple of years now and would recommend living here if you need affordable housing. We love the community center and was able to throw a birthday party for my daughter before covid its a nice little spot. However the neighborhood is not the best as in cars get broken into, parking is a mess because people that arent supposed to be there park in the spots. The tenants arent the most considerate but the manager Glenda is always trying her best to keep up with the issues and listens to concerns and does what she can about them.

Worst management ever! They’re very good and sending rent reminder emails but can’t answer the phone or give you a call back ever I’m still waiting for a call back I’ve been waiting to hear from Glenda almost 4 months! now I have a balance why cause and Glenda never did her job nor her staff to give me a call back I would have sign off my apartment a long time ago but nope they decide to let it go now I have an outstanding balance. I still haven’t heard from no one and I’m very disappointed I wouldn’t recommend this place at all very ghetto and infested! Unprofessional over all!

The original application process was very slow, no follow-up or follow thru. Had to keep contacting them to get information. And last minute they delayed our move in by 2 weeks because they couldnt get doors. They never got new doors either, and charged us for them at move out.When inquiring about the transfer process to a larger unit it was said, we just transfer to the new lease. In actuality, we pay deposits, damages, and prorate. Which is completely fine, but when inquired about, that information should have been transparent.Out of all the nice accommodating staff theyve had over the years, Arlene has an attitude. She obviously doesnt enjoy her job or communicate with her team.Both times upon move in, the place was dirty and had multiple broken doors, towel racks, scratches, etc. We assumed that was their standard, but we got charged for all of it and specialty lightbulbs in valued ceiling, nickle and diming low income residents.

I have lived at Del Corazon Apartments for 3 years. Living in this community has been a positive experience. The staff from the Property Manager to maintenance have been fantastic. My maintenance needs are completed within the same day. Glinda such a wonderful person her and staff are friendly, polite and professional. When I call or stop by the office I am always greeted by my name and very helpful with any of my needs. The property overall is always kept clean. I have not had bugs I keep my place clean. Great apartments!

Del Corazón apartments are great for big families or single families.. Biggest plus is management is great!! Our property manager Glenda works wonders for you, having any problems, issues, etc., she’ll work with you and try to get anything done for you in a timely matter! The apartment it’s self are very nice, marble counter tops, modern Interior, hard wood floors also carpet.. All staff are very friendly and great to talk too make you feel very comfortable like family.. Great Choice.

I’ve been living in this apartment for three years my experience has been nothing but the best, the manager it’s amazing Glenda has help me with everything since the day that I apply.She always answer my questions and try to help me out as much as she can. I haven’t have no issues in 3 years that I’ve been here I recommend this apartments 100%.I just move to a two room apartment and Glenda was amazing helping me out with my transfer.I have not seen any kind of bugs in three years, :)

HORRIBLE place to live. You dont feel valued as an attendant. However, they are horrible at communication. The office staff is rude. Glenda is the worse person to manage a apartment complex. They never answer the phones. It takes WEEKS before someone comes to your house and on top of that this place has ROACHES! they never notify the apartment complex about it. RUN FAR FROM THIS PLACE.

Toured with a gentleman named Ulysses, and he was very nice, professional, and informative. A very lovely community.

As an family member of a former tenant, Id highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Glenda, Lillie, and Daisy are professional, kind and hard working individuals. Management doesnt care about the tenants here. Very unprofessional. And worst of all.... ROACHES!!! STAY AWAY BY ALL MEANS!!! 👎👎👎

I love my new apartment! The staff is super friendly and helpful. They made everything so easy for me.

Called the Leasing office and ask for a maintenance leasing office and ask for a maintenance and the man in the leasing office and said the apartments was fine until you moved in in a He was really rude and there is now Roaches in the apartments the trash is so nasty and dirty lots of tenants there do not properly throw their trash in the dumpster they throw it and leave it right by the opening makes it impossible to walk over to throw your trash in the dumpster have pic of that do not move in unless this place seems like a way to go they do not fix almost Months later Or at all the don’t keep the Apartment hallways cleaning gets dirty and stays that way for 2 months until they clean it

I have a friend that lives here and they have roaches. It is gross and I feel bad for her. Who wants to live like that?

This place is infested with roaches and the leasing office didn’t feel the urgency to get this problem resolved, leaving the residence to have to deal with the issue.

They are awesome people. They helped me get in and they work with you. Very dependable landlords

I love living here its a wonderful place and all the office ladies do there very best to get things done. ms glenda in the office is amazing she takes time out to listen to you and if you have a problem she goes out of her way to get things handled. even under pressure ms glenda still walks around calm and handle things with a smile. me and my daughter love living here. ms m is so nice nice and sweet she goes out her way to help you to lets not forget ms jerrica is so nice to even when she was pregant she didnt let that stop her she still took care of the residents. what you will get living at del corazon is peace, comfort and wonderful office staff that is really here for you and not just for the money i love this place and them.

Beautiful Little apartment homes.

So far I lost power in my apartment two weeks ago, it was not reported to excel til I called them and then it was taken care of. Now, last Sunday the neighbors bathroom flooded in to my closet where my things have been ruined and Ive had to throw them away because of the mold, I had to report it. The only thing done was the paddind taken out, it still stinks, half my things have been stacked up in my kitchen and the other half in my bedroom, I shouldnt have to live like that. The carpet wasnt cleaned its stained now from something I didnt cause. The whole closet stinks, the other apartment is fixed, Im still waiting!

Wow me e quedado sorprendida de el trato que recibimos como inquilinos en este lugar. Sucio y las personas no respetan las reglas de NO FUMAR reportas lo qué pasa y pareciera que no les importa la grúa se lleva tu carro a pesar que llamas para pedir un poco de tiempo para sacar tu carro ya que somos humanos y nos pasan tragedias también me han dicho bienvenida a los problemas vivir aqui es asi. Espero que tengan más educación profesional para dirigirse a las personas y no hablarnos como si viviéramos aquí GRATIS ya que pagamos un depósito demasiado alto para mudarnos y una renta. Cuando reportas algo que está mal toman su tiempo de más de un mes para arreglarlo.
