If you are a heavy sleeper and dont have kids living with you this might be a great spot or take the upstairs unit. We moved in to the apartments thinking its pricier than other apartments in the area, so you will get peace of mind. Within 9 months we have complained about the noise from upstairs neighbors to the management 7 times. All they do is shrug off and say every apartment is like that. I lived in apartments for 30 years and this is the first time I have encountered issue this bad. Maintenance team is good, facilities are good. But the management doesnt act on these kind of issues. But other than that great spot, dog friendly, any maintenance service will be taken care of ASAP. But will not recommend to anyone I know.
The maintenance men are all around great! The property is well taken care of and the apartments are nice.
After rapid move in last June, we were living in a blur in this complex. There was never any lowered cost for the closed amenities, things broke & needed replacing but that rarely happened when they said it would (2+ weeks later), & entire management change where no one communicated with each other or left notes about tenants. Now with cleaning fees out the wazoo, when little direction was given & none of it followed by them, Ive officially had it with this place. Everything seems shiny & new but theyre barely running this apartment complex when all they care about is getting a paycheck, not their tenants.
Just moved in - maintenance was very quick to take care of a dryer vent that came loose as well as replaced the bulb on a stairwell light I couldn’t reach. Maintenance guy (Rob?) was super friendly and nice to our dog (which earns mad points in my book.) So far, so good!
We moved from North Carolina a couple months ago, Zach was our leasing agent and has been absolutely wonderful, kind and always willing to help with any question we may have. I love our place, great location close to stores, restaurants, parks, lake!Office staff makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk into the office building, same with maintenance staff, very quick response to any need you may have.Thank you all for making us feel welcome.
Lived here for over two years, the management was great, Brandon was always extremely helpful and attentive. They did end up having all new staff by the time I moved and I was really surprised Brandon was just all of a sudden gone but the new staff seemed pretty on top of things. I was happy to move out due to noise and theft not necessarily the apt itself. I had my car broken into here near the end of my lease and in my first year had a neighbor hit and run me while drinking. There was a ton of cops here all the time and I actually witnessed a man stealing my neighbors packages and called the police a couple of times. Overall, I’d say it was a decent experience in the actual apartment itself, the maintenance guys were always super prompt and respectful which was awesome. I’d recommend this complex minus the crime and minus the noise coming from young neighbors who loved to party (doesn’t happen in every apartment)
Nice place to live if you dont mind giving away money for nothing. Rent is reasonable but doesnt include additional fees and services like property tax and CAM fee. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere down the street and save yourself 400$ a month. Also dont bother cleaning upon move out because theyll charge you $600 to clean it regardless.
The new manager is the sweetest.
The price and location make this complex enticing but renter beware - I urge you to look elsewhere so you dont end up with the same issues that Ive run into. I promise you if you are here reading reviews as your last step before making a decision to move here - please consider this review your sign to keep looking.Pros - short drive to the mountains, short drive to downtown Littleton which is a cute spot, very friendly and professional maintenance staff.Cons - Apartment was dirty when I moved in dirty appliances, stained carpet, old food on the floor, etc. You can hear right through the walls of your apartment - like full on conversations even though no one is yelling as well as upstairs neighbors walking around. Ive lived in apartment complexes my whole life and have a high tolerance for noise but this place is next level. And at no fault to the neighbors - its just a cheaply built complex. No security (exterior doorways, no gate or garage). Dog poop everywhere.
Excellent place to live. The management is excellent and friendly, although sometimes you have to keep on them a little to get what you need but that was only during the move in process which is understandable. Its a small team dealing with a lot of customers. Highly recommended. Complex is well kept and maintained. No complaints other than sometimes neighbors are noisy but that is to be expected in an apartment.
I appreciate the staff at M2 for there ability to help resolve any issues that can come up. I had experienced a situation where there was a miscommunication at one point and after speaking with the manager they were fair and able to help me in a timely manner. I was upset at first but after speaking to them, I realized that they were simply operating from procedure and were doing what they thought was correct. Even with that said they were still able to work with me and get things resolved, thank you staff at M2
I really enjoyed living here, no major complaints. Brandon was super helpful during my move out process while Crystal was super helpful during my move in process. The maintenance guys Tyler and Robert are awesome! The view from building 3 is incredible! Will miss that the most. The only downside is that Phil Long right across the street loads and unloads trucks at 4-5am during the week.
I recently left M2 but I had a great time living there. I had so much room for a one bedroom apartment it felt more like a townhome rather than an apartment. I didn’t have any issues living there and the move in process was easy and they were very understanding with everything that went on in my private life. Jarred has always been a big help and so nice, the manager Brandon was always very nice and always looking to help any way he can when I would talk with him. I would recommend to anyone to live here. It’s worth the money! 5 stars!
Nice people, but was really tough to get work orders in place. Took over a month for certain cases. Left the apartment in MUCH better shape than when we moved in, but still had to pay well over a hundred out of pocket for things like paint and carpet replacement, and we werent even charged full price. Weed smell seeps through these walls very easily and tons of dog poop around the area. I know those are things that cant be controlled sometimes, but unfortunately thats the case here.
*PICTURES* - M2 could not have a more genuine reviewer, for I have lived here for several years. The residents who have been moved in lately are all druggy and sketchy. People blast their music in their apartments, people blast their music in their cars, and people speed through the parking lot from the 8000 side to the 4560 side, and vice versa. I literally saw a 2 year old baby with no parents walking unattended by itself, on the sidewalk, with a car speeding through going 60 mph. There are no standards of living here anymore. A security guard walks around with a loaded gun on his hip and does nothing (but speeds through the parking lot as well). The pool area is falling apart. Poop is everywhere, and most certainly all along the outskirts of the dog park. Do not be fooled of the haggard old gym with wobbly treadmills to lure you in. The front office blasts the most awful top 40 brainwashing pop music. We were told there was going to be construction on a second pool and more parking this past spring, but that was a lie. This complex was built by GreyStar and has been bought and sold several times since then and each time the standards go down. No one does their jobs and all of the front office staff now live at the complex. I have attached pictures of all the miscellaneous trash in the common area, mail area, dog areas, pool area, and apartment areas. There is always trash as seen in the pictures, but if you complain or ask about why there is, 10,000 excuses are given and still no one empties them. Also the constant empty dog poop stations with no bags, and broken glass in front of the dumpster, is awful. These pictures ring true to just the tip of the iceberg. My lease is ending this fall and I cant wait to move. Looking at other complexes in Denver, M2 really is falling short for the prices they keep increasing. Note that your rent wont include anything but your walls, and your utility bill will even include a portion of their property tax, its unreal the theft at this place. If you want to become a part of a trashy overpriced community where no one has any respect for themselves, let alone their neighbors, move to M2 Apartments, the trashiest in town. - Truthful Samaritan
Repairs completed quickly and professionally.
They stayed past closing, to do paper work. Thank you for all your help we appreciated it.
Absolutely love this place. Best Managers I have ever had. Clean and quiet, maintenance is always on time and very professional.
Worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. DO EVERYTHING YOU CAN TO AVOID LIVING HERE.
The maintenance man was extremely nice and went straight to work. He fixed my issue in a matter of 15-20 minutes. Super nice guy.
I would highly advise anyone who is thinking of moving here to consider these atrocitys. The management, security and nosey neighbors are insane they came to my moms residence pounding on the door like there some as if to break it down I went out to the patio to see what was wrong and also what was so urgent. Immediately they began shining lights in me and my girlfriends face asking our names and what we were doing there I then called my mom who owns the residence so she could talk to the officer upon doing so Capt. Joe Mueller called me a momas boy and told me to grow up I did nothing to antagonize this startling experience. At that moment I observed Denver police who were unhappy to be bothered by the drama this so called protective service stirred up out of nothing. The DPD officer J.Duran #04102 explained to me his frustration at these security guards and told me I had done nothing wrong and he would not remove me from the premises based on the outrageous accusations coming from the m2 apartment security. the next morning threats ofevicting my poor mother who is a Lt. security enforcer her self if I was seen on the premises. My mother received a letter from the property manager saying parking patrol had ben having neighbors record and monitor her house for a month now and although they have found no proof as to anything they would continue to record her house. Lt Tostenson, Officer Price, and Capt. Mueller showed pure disrespect, offensiveness, and were extraordinarily unprofessional..On top of that the place is a cheaply thrown together overpriced dump fire alarms are constantly going off, floods on the third floor, water dripping from smoke detectors, my car has been broken into twice, theres trash everywhere and Im not just referring to the neighbors who monitor my mothers home.In all, I only took the extra time to type all this so you will have the knowledge I wish I had before I moved in.
Safety concerns for our children led us to ask for additional door locks. Management at M2 was very understanding and allowed the request. Maintenance was very courteous and took care of everything very quickly
Brandon (manager) and his team are great. Attentive to your needs, responsive and professional. I enjoyed my time at M2 and would recommend living there to anyone!
It’s never fun when something stops working, but Tyler was great. He knows his stuff. He figured out what was wrong with the dryer in a heartbeat and fixed the screen and a few other little things in no time. He was very professional and also friendly. 🙂 Dana
M2 is a great place to live! Brandon and all the staff do a great job managing the apartments and are extremely helpful and friendly :)
The apartment was nice for the price. We didnt use the facilities and the parking by our building was tough. We often had to park by the dumpster.
The leasing experience has been a breeze thanks to the help of Brandon rose. He has gone above and beyond to make sure that the process went smooth and all of our questions and concerns were addressed immediately. Because of covid-19 we were not able to take an in person tour but Brandon went and personally took pics of the apt.Updating after moving out of the apt, I really enjoyed living at M2, we loved the apartment and maintenance was great and always responsive. The only complaints I have is the office is hard to get a hold of by phone at times, and the paying 8 dollars a month per person for parking is a little ridiculous and guests have to register and pay 2 dollars. I lived across the street from the car lot whivh was annoying at times but we got used to it. All in all it is a great place to live :)
Paul replaced the coil motor on my refrigerator with no delay and no errors. He is a very personable guy and gets along great with tenants. I have two young daughters that kept trying to get into his tools and he handled it very professionally engaging in conversation with them. I am very please with the service I received on a Saturday.
Be careful when eyeing the price—they dont tell you about a lot of extra fees, and if youre budgeting / planning to live here, set aside a considerably larger amount than just what youre expecting for rent. You pay, in entirety: water, sewer, valet trash ($30/month, not optional), gas, CAM fee ($30/month whether or not you use their amenities), a monthly service fee, electric, internet, and all and any other amenities you may use. Expect these to add up to an extra ~$200/month, even if youre extremely frugal with water, electric, heating and AC. The $30 valet trash does not include recycling (they just dump it all into the trash), so if youre recycling conscious, youll still have to make weekly trips down to the dumpster anyway, rendering this service half useless. ALSO, importantly, be prepared for a final several-hundred-dollar fee upon move out, even if you leave your apartment in perfectly clean and undamaged condition. A complete paint is $125 despite no scratches or smudges. Carpet cleaning an already clean carpet is $60. The drip pans on the stove cost $80 to clean, even if youve thoroughly cleaned them before move-out. Theyll clean the oven again, too, and charge $25. Final utilities charges adds another significant chunk of money owed. Theyll send you this bill after you move out, and request payment within 30 days—AKA, you will not get your $150 security deposit back, as it is subtracted from all these final cleaning fees. We were disappointed to discover this after leaving the apartment in move-in condition. Everything else is honestly perfect with regards to cleanliness, maintenance, helpfulness of office staff, and great spaces / appliances / amenities, but beware that they will really rob every cent they can. Parking was often difficult to find, too, if you get home past 10 or 11pm.
No complaints about living at M2 Apartments! My partner and I have resided here since May 2017, and absolutely love the spacious, modern layout of our one bedroom. Large patios (we can finally garden!), a completely reasonable pet policy, and desirable amenities. Working remote, the clubhouse space and free coffee have been a great benefit. In addition, M2s staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. Brandon does a great job managing, and Crystal and Gina in the leasing office are always a pleasure to work with. In terms of maintenance, expect prompt and professional service; in my time living at M2, Ive only had to submit two work orders, both of which were handled same-day and during the times requested. Joey, Paul, and Laurindo all do a great job.In terms of cost, no where in Denver is cheap, but I feel that I absolutely get my moneys worth living here. Love M2, and highly recommend!
-- Loud/High noise levels from Costco (especially at 4 am (delivery trucks and forklifts backing up)-- Paying $30 dollars/month for trash and cant opt out-- Paying a Common Area Maintenance (C.A.M. fee) when that should be part of the rent - yet another charge...-- Loud/obnoxious neighbors (above)-- Smell of marijuana being smoked from the balconies-- Cigarette smokers flicking their butts everywhere (and the CAM fee apparently does not cover that type of maintenance???)-- Paying a deposit, leaving the place cleaner than when moving in, and then being charged a carpet cleaning fee (and attempt to charge for painting fee, even though the walls were not painted when I moved in)+ The only positive is that the office staff (Brandon and Crystal) are extremely nice.
We love living here! Our apartment has an amazing view of the mountains and the apartment itself is huge for a 1 bedroom! The dog park is small, but its nice it even has one. Parking is manageable, Ive never had to park outside of the complex. I feel really good knowing the complex is patrolled at night. The proximity to the mountains is awesome. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Love the valet trash. Here are the downsides: no hot tub, some residents dont pick up after their dogs so you cant walk in the grass, the street noise is loud, and the breezeway stairs make everyone sound like an elephant.
Everything about the staff and apartment is great...except the address. There are two buildings for every number, and all have the same apartment number. For example, there are two building 4s and each have apartment 15. They technically have different addresses but they are close together. I constantly lose packages to the other apartment with the exact building number and apartment number as mine. Their food delivery always comes to my door. Extremely irritating.*** edit - Even though thats not what they give you, if you live in the 8000 W Standford black, USE LITTLETON as your city on your mailing address. Works better.Upping to 4 stars because its really ok. The staff is great, especially the gentleman usually working on the weekend. Super nice and very helpful every single time. Also, the music studio is awesome.
We really like it here. Weve been here since last January. Any problems weve had were solved quickly. Great staff theyre friendly wonderful people. Nice little spot, beautiful apartments. Yes parking WAS concerning, but it has been improved greatly in the last 2 months.
I lived at the M2 for a year and these are nice luxurious apartments. I really enjoyed my stay here. The people are very friendly and I believe the management run this place very well. It has a good community feel to it. I would rent from M2 Apartments again and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Management is laid back and helpful. Maintenance guys are great. Pool is heated year round and almost never used, kinda seems like a waste. Some tenants regularly take up the visitor parking spaces, so good luck having guests over.
I have lived here just over 2 months, the apartment itself is gorgeous and we love that aspect. Trinity, our leasing agent was also very sweet and we appreciated everything she did for us. However now we are facing the dreaded parking situation. In the 2 months here I have never found a spot in the complex on a Sunday. The last month I havent been able to park in front or ever near my building! I get off at 10:30 which I understand is late however, we only have 1 car between me and my fiance so we only need one spot and there never is one. Typically Ill arrive home around 10:40 and not even get a spot until nearly 11:20 after I drive around forever waiting for a spot to open almost always on the opposite side of the complex. For paying nearly 1,400 a month that to me is pathetic. Not only that but the dogs next to us are always barking and we hear everything. Ive called twice now looking for answers which I still havent received. I have high hopes that the parking ia resolved but until then. I dread coming home every night.
Nice place! My boyfriend and I have lived here for several months and we have enjoyed it. We were among the first couple of batches to move in, and its grown! The people are nice, the grounds are kept well. There is even a dog park! My only downsides would be access to the maintenance guy on weekends and the parking seems to be an issue as of late. Their office staff is great, with one exception. Melissa is great and we have had NO management issues (which is a first!) Recommended!
M2 apartments isnt a bad place to live, its an apartment complex after all! Management is nice and they try to be helpful. The only major problem is finding a parking spot, but apparently M2 is working towards fixing it by having tenants get their parking decals...I hope it gets better
Community Manager Brandon is very good and his staff is good as well. They treated clients very nice. They are helpful. I really enjoy staying in M2 Apartment except one thing. The guys living right above my unit bugged me terriblely. They didnt know how to behave when living in apartment, no respect for others and not even being aware of others exist. They made lots of awful noises, stormed on the floor, had dogs bark at midnight, loud musics...even after 11 pm. I had complained 3 times but the managing had no solution because they didnt want to loss clients. :(. I was unlucky to have those guys on my head. I am happy that have moved.
My husband and I have lived at the M2 for about a month and have been extremely happy with the complex. As we had lived in a 30 year old apartment for 6 years, the quality of construction is noticeably better at the M2. Our apartment is extremely quiet, we never hear any of our neighbors and even outside noise from the Costco disappears when the windows are shut. The valet trash is very convenient. The complex is active with people walking their dogs and everyone is very nice. The management team is friendly and has always gotten back to me quickly when I had questions. Yes, the parking situation is unfortunate but the management office is working to improve it. My husband and I have been able to manage with our two cars just fine. Remember that this is apartment living, its never going to be absolutely perfect all the time, but the M2 is leaps and bounds better than our previous apartment experiences! Again, we are very happy here!
Excellent service at the office from Jarred, Krystal and Brandon. Nice place to live and ultra pet friendly community.
I’ve lived here for 6 months and enjoy how much space I have in my apartment. You definitely get what you pay for. Recessed sinks, quartz counters, trey ceilings, and good water pressure. The staff is very friendly. The location is super convenient. Great amenities that I can actually use. Oh, and they have an Amazon locker! All the yass!
I really like living here. I feel safe and it is quite. Just wish rent was cheaper. This may be our last year here due to the cost of living is exceeding my income.
Ive lived at M2 since April and overall its been a pleasant experience. The leasing office staff is usually very quick to respond to problems and theyre all very friendly. They tried to enforce an assigned parking policy a couple months back and it was an absolute nightmare for my roommates and myself. They have since changed that policy back to permit parking with a first come first serve rule and its been such a huge relief. My boyfriend and I are downsizing to a 1 bedroom when our lease is up and I really wish we could afford to stay here.
Lovely complex, weve been here for 2 years now and we love our apartment. However, we can’t seem to catch a break with our neighbors. We’ve had to call the cops numerous times, people scream profanities at all hours (both fighting as well as violently sexual - very disturbing) we can hear everything clear as day and often times we can’t turn the tv up loud enough to drown it out. People have written on our cars in the snow, people solicit all the time (even though its not allowed), and our packages are frequently are taken from our front door. We call the office every instance of an issue but 1 out of 10 times someone answers and if you leave a message they claim they never got it.
These apartments are super nice and the cheapest we could find in our budget. The parking can be difficult but never had to park outside of the complex. Management gas been super helpful when needed.
I had to give one star because I cant post without a rating and there are no negative star options. Dont let that fool you... this place does not deserve any positive rating.I would highly recommend saving time, money and energy and not even coming to view these apartments. What they wont tell you - you live a mile away from a maximum security prison - their parking situation is so bad that they have to assign parking stickers that hang from your rear view mirror and will absolutely tow your car if you happen to forget to hang it, even though they know your license plate and the car is always there - they will power wash the outside of the building with no regard to the fact that they are flooding your living room - they will tell you that you are on their wait list for a garage, but you actually arent - then they will try to bribe you to jump to the top of the garage wait list with the catch that you have to give up ALL parking passes to do so (leaving one car blocking in your garage kept car). The apartments are beautiful, but there is not enough beauty in the world to make up for the terrible management. Off to pay $255 to get my car out of the impound lot that was rightfully parked in front of my home. The car three down from mine is still here without the sticker, however. And, yes, had to miss work to make this happen.Worst. Apartments. Ever.
I just wanted to say that me and my friend Joey had an awesome experience with the whole process of getting an apartment here. Jennifer, our agent was very helpful and awesome. She explained everything very clearly. I dont know how anyone would have any negative feed back on this establishment. Me and Joey are happy living here. Wes, the manager, has been great, too. As for any bad review - because you cant get an apartment here, for whatever reason, or dont get what you want, no reason to be mean about the staff. All of that is untrue. Just saying, Wes and Jennifer are awesome, helpful and friendly... not to forget good looking. And they are leasing lots of apartments - cuz the property and staff is awesome. Problems come up, because its life. But they fix them.
Apartment numbers are super hard to find
You guys... This complex has been such a great place to live! I have been here for a year. The management has responded to every request I have made, and action was taken! The Maintenance staff, they are all literally angles! My unit is located very close to their garage, and let me tell you, with 298 unit in this complex, they have quite a task keeping up with some of the thoughtless tenants here. Between the recycle bins, (the outsourced company that comes to empty our bins, make a bigger mess than the trash itself) and people moving out and leaving their entire apartment full of unwanted furniture in front of the compactor, (Seriously!!! can you imagine??) these guys are absolute rock stars!! I cant even begin to imagine trying to keep up with all the things on this property! M2 promotes a clean area, its just that people tend to disregard. There is a dog park, which the pups here, LOVE! there are pet waste stations, and believe it or not some people actually use them! The gym is maintained and clean, and overall, I feel like the staff here takes pride in their work place! I plan to renew, without hesitation. Grateful that this was my choice a year ago.
I moved to M2 a week ago and so far have been pleased with my choice. My apartment is clean and spacious, valet trash is very convenient, the grounds are neatly kept, and the staff is friendly and responsive to inquiries and questions. I noted a few maintenance issues at move-in and the staff was prompt in addressing them, though Im waiting anxiously for a new fan for my very noisy fridge. Im only deducting a star because of the parking situation. The original builders very clearly did not consider the necessity of multiple vehicles per apartment for despite a commuter heavy area. While the new management is taking serious action to add more parking (by converting grassy areas to parking spaces) there is still a decided lack of visitor parking for anyone who wishes to entertain guests.
DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! I have never written a review before. But, they convinced me I should. The day we moved in, the apartment was filthy. There were dog prints all over the place. We dont own a dog. When my wife called and said it was dirty, she was told Its not dirty, it just looks dirty It stopped looking dirty after we cleaned it.I we lived there for 1 year, and parking was woefully inadequate. The management does not care about its tenants. But, they sure care about their money. We wanted to move in on the 1st of the month, but they couldnt have it ready for us until they 8th. We signed a 12 month lease. We gave 60 days written notice and at the end of the 12 months, we moved. Because they couldnt get the place move in ready until after the 1st, they tacked on an entire extra month to the end of the lease. Making me pay 13 months for a 12 month lease, because they couldnt move me in sooner. The manager is arrogant and condescending, and absolutely does not care when you have a problem. The assistant manager is just as bad. The only nice person is the front desk girl. But there is only so much she can do. The people with the power treat the residents like second class citizens and then act like they should appreciate it.The apartments are nice, they are pretty. Not especially high quality construction. But, not matter how nice the apartments are, the management makes it not worth it.Find another place to live.
Great management with very spacious apartments. More to come throughout my time here but so far very nice place!
Management is super nice, and was incredibly helpful when I was moving out. Little pricey, in my opinion, but they work hard to keep their tenants happy.
Pros: Inside of the apartment is nice compared to other complexs.Cons: Management does not address or care to fix the following1. The grill by the pool was broken all year, and has gotten really bad since it has been used all summer. It is now nearly useless and not working.2. The dog park water fountain has been broken for a year3. The complex is full, therefore parking is very tight. However per the lease you cannot use your garage as storage. But they do not enforce it. So you have people in three bedrooms who use the garage as storage and then use up the limited parking spaces. Its quite frustrating.4. The community contains many people who refuse to pick up their dog poop. You have mounds of dog poop in the grass around the community, and all over the dog park.5. The pet friendly dog poop trash cans are not emptied, and are overflowing with bags of poop. People start just throwing the dog poop filled bags on the ground around the container and its gross.6. The valet trash service is a joke. The give you a trash can that you are supposed to put your bag in. However most people leave that trash can by their front door. So when you take the trash out of the can you use daily it doesnt fit in a new can, and they then pile it up on top and next to the trash cans. Some people refuse to take any trash to the dumpster, and pile up boxes with random food and trash all over the walkways. There is trash juice all over the walkways and it looks disgusting.7. The dumpster area has mounds of furniture, mattresses, bed frames, tables, and random junk piled all around it for months. They seem to allow dumping but never clean it up. It looks really messy and makes the community look dirty and guests always ask why is that pile there?8. You cannot get access to certain amenities without a key. The dog wash, the music studio, bike/snowboard repair. Basically these rooms sit unused but were touted to you when you leased as great benefits. Its a scam to have these items and not allow anyone to use them.9. The walls are super thin inside of the apartments. There are many people who even after you ask the manager to remind them they are noisy, continue to make noise at all hours of the day. It almost makes one question what they are even doing in their apartment. You hear huge bangs, and sounds that jolt you awake from sleep. Which typically occurs after the quite hours the office indicated should be respected.10. The icing on the cake is that the community is almost complete fully, nearly no vacancies yet they dont want to pay for some of the above to be corrected. What are they doing with our money, if they dont have a few bucks to make things better? Some of these things are amenities we pay for and are not even able to use. Its frustrating.11. Its quite hilarious that the other reviews mention how great the office staff is. There is one person there who makes an effort to be difficult, and seems to be employed in a position she is not qualified for. The other two people are friendly and helpful, but the one bad apple in the bunch just ruins it for me. Lastly, they never answer the phone at the office. It just rings and rings all day. Dont bother trying to call.
****PLEASE READ IF YOURE INTERESTED IN MOVING HERE*****Unfortunately, Im unable to give this place a lower rating. Ive only been living here since June and for the first two months all was good until the parking started to get more and more frustrating and then they began to give us 1 assigned parking per 2 people signed on the lease... we have 3. And we still have only 1 parking spot available to us every single night. Oh and theyve been ILLEGALLY TOWING CARS. And if you plan on making complaints to management they will intentionally fail to call back or answer. If they do answer they will promise to get you a hold of Luke (the manager) ASAP. Weve been calling for Luke since the middle of August and he still has yet to call us. We go to the front office if not more than twice a week trying to confront him. He is either not there or they are too busy showing an apartment. Also, the trash all over the facility is disgusting. You people make us pay out the ass in rent and you cant even have people empty trash cans everyday provided for dog owners nor pick up litter all over the complex. WE PAY CAM CHARGES. I feel like our money is going straight into these peoples pockets. Why the hell would they provide valet trash pick up and still make us pay 30 a month for it even though for the smallest 1 bedroom apartment they have is almost 1400 a month all together. Valet trash doesnt even come every day either! We are already looking for somewhere else to live and counting the days till our lease is up. I highly suggest living elsewhere. Management sucks!
Do not live here! All they care about is getting money! They will not help you, and are very very rude! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!
Responded to maintenance requests very fast and promptly. Were super helpful and communicative when I had to be at work.
Lindi is the best!!! Will go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. My place is extremely nice! A little pricey but compared to other apts in similar price range m2 is much much nicer. Have never had a single issue. I love my apartment and the staff! Dont have a single complaint. Previous apt was Camden lakeway which was very comparable price but about a quarter of the quality... In my opinion u get what you pay for at m2... Which is quality. Keep up the good work 👍
Love our new home! So much space, georgeous setup, and the community is so friendly.
We have lived at M2 for about 3 months now, and for the most part it’s been a positive experience. The only complaints we have are the parking situation, which the apartment complex has been trying to rectify since we moved in, and the trash situation. After 8pm, there is no parking. At all. The complex has created more parking spots by converting some grassy areas between buildings into small parking lots. That worked for about a month, and now we are back to multiple cars every night parking in red zones. As for the trash situation, the dumpster/trash compactor area is so overflowing with resident’s dumping their furniture and mattresses when they move out that it is starting to overflow into the parking lot. Management has done nothing about this problem for the 3 months that we have lived here, and they have not cleaned up the mess. Tonight there were 2 full dining room sets, multiple sets of living room furniture, and at least half a dozen mattresses just thrown out behind the dumpsters, and every weekend when more residents move out - the pile just gets bigger. M2 is not a cheap apartment complex, and while the apartments themselves are on the higher end, the grounds are always in disarray and look like a junk yard.
If I could give this place a negative rating, I would.Save yourself the trouble and find an apartment elsewhere. This is by far the worst apartment complex that I have ever lived in. The management has been nothing but horrible. They have very poor customer service and they do not care to address tenant complaints. We move in February 2016 and have encountered nothing but issues. Our neighboring unit has very loud noises coming through the wall at night loud smoker coughs/yelling or loud talking/ an air machine sound. The walls are so paper thin that even rearranging the furniture to move your bed away from the shared wall does not help soften the noise. Ive recorded multiple instances where the noises have woken me up and Ive sent the recording to management, but they met with rude emails that provide no viable solution. Luke is the manager but has not effectively managed any of our issues since we have been in our apartment. His responses have been nothing short of condescending and in my opinion, he is not fit to be a manager. I understand that everything is not always an easy fix, but a little effort would be nice.As reflected in some of the previous posts, the parking situation is nothing short of a nightmare. They have been sending out notifications about new parking assignments that limits each apartment to one assigned parking space. They are giving reserved parking spots to additional people that are on the lease, but there are so few reserved spots that most tenants cannot find a place to park. There were threats to tow cars that are not properly parked, so my husband had to park across the street at Walmart in fear of being towed by the complex! When we walked back to our apartment, we noticed a few cars that were parked in a tow zone. Considering all of the notification that management has sent out over the past month, we expected that the cars would be immediately towed since management made it very clear that they were serious about enforcing the new parking assignment. No action was taken and both cars were not towed. What upsets us is that we had to go out of our way to park because of the threats that management made, yet they did nothing to follow through on the threats. It is clear now that management is fine with inconveniencing tenants with empty threats. I emailed management regarding this issue early this morning and I received yet another condescending, unhelpful email from Luke. Im at a loss for words and I cannot wait to move out of this mess of an apartment complex. Save yourself the trouble and find an apartment elsewhere.I apologize for the long post but I wish I never moved into M2 apartments. I recommend that you look into alternative options. It is not worth the money that we pay to live here. You can definitely find nicer, better managed apartment complexes elsewhere!
Amazing place. Anytime we had an issue with the apartment it was fixed with in a day or so. The parking situation was getting much better when we left(feb 2018). We left in a hurry due to buying a house and they were gracious enough to waive the fee because of our terribly realtor screwing things up. All in all, a solid 10/10 for this place.FYI, the rent is a bit high like all of denver but the view is breathtaking(mountains while sipping coffee) and the location is right next to everything you need. Do yourself a favor, live at M2. You won’t regret it.
The apartments are nice and for the most part noise free. However our specific building everyone is so loud and purposely loud when they pass our apartment because they know it bothers our dog so they will purposely walk in front of the door, stomp up the stairs, and talk as loud as hey can when walking through the hallway, just to make our dog mad. There is dog poop all over the complex, is it really that hard to pick up after your dog!! I mean seriously Ive been right next to the dog waste station and will almost step in MULTIPLE, yes multiple piles of poop with the waste station being like 2 feet away. Seriously, its not that hard to pick up after your pet!! Its disgusting!! Also people drive around like they are on the road, they all drive so fast. We were told the complex was going to put speed limit signs up and that was like 2 years ago and it still hasnt happened. Im tired of almost getting hit by cars flying through the parking lot when I have to cross the street or am backing out of a spot. My fiancé got passed in the parking lot the other day because he was driving how one should drive in a parking lot, and the person proceeded to fly past him and make a u turn in front of him just so she could check her mail. Its seriously becoming such an issue around here. But other than that the apartment is nice and staff is very friendly since the new management (Luke) has come in
The parking situation here was horrible. I literally couldnt park anywhere in the complex after about 9 pm. Good luck with going out at night or coming home late from work. I had to resort to parking illegally somewhere else and hoping to not get towed.
Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time or money here. I was actually pleasantly suprised by the m2 apartments for the first few months my girlfriend and I lived here, unfortunately my opinion of this apartment complex has changed dramatically as of late. The parking situation here has always been less than ideal, but it was something most could deal with. It used to be that you would have a rather difficult time trying to find a parking spot close to your apartment after 10pm. Well recently m2 apartment staff has implemented a new parking policy that has made parking here at anytime during the day virtually impossible. The basis of the parking policy is that every apartment has 1 assigned parking space whether you have a 1, 2 or 3 bedroom apartment. In addition to the 1 assigned parking space you will receive a reserved parking pass for each additional leasee. Seems like it would work in theory, right? Well, unfortunately it is terrible for any apartment that has more than 1 vehicle. There are only a handful of reserved spaces in the community. There are so few that I would imagine management staff issued 4 or 5 times more reserved passes than there are reserved spots. So basically if you have a job that requires you to leave your apartment, when you return no matter the time of day you will not be able to park inside the complex. Also if you think you will be okay just because you only own one car, just consider the fact that if you have friends or family that want to come over to visit they will not have the ability to park in the complex. In addition, all of the parking lots surrounding the complex are all private and if you leave your vehicle there after the businesses are closed you WILL be towed at your expense. I have seen several residents get the cars towed away during the night in the past few days already. These apartments are anything but cheap. I spend almost $2,000 a month to live here, and since this new parking policy has been implemented I have had to park at least a 1/4 mile away from my apartment every single time I have come home from work at around 5pm.I just truly think it is wrong that I cant even get a parking spot for $2,000 a month. Thanks m2 management you guys are a total joke.-Christian
I love everything about these apartments it’s so clean and nice they are working on the parking and we also have garbage service which is awesome and the maintenance are very good with work orders
Had a great experience from start to finish. Gina helped me with my first tour to any comples and instantly impressed me with the amenities that were available for the residents. I didnt even need to check anywhere else! Even the rest of the staff made it a point to say hi to me. Everyone seemed happy to be working there and that to me was a good sign. I had an easy move in and the apartment was in great shape. If youre looking for a New place to call home make it M2!
If you dont have 2 cars and no guests visiting you. Its pretty good. If either of other 2 are not true Good luck with your search
For a nice-looking place youd think they could afford to mark the apartment numbers with more than just the signs on the front doors.
RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE... RUN FAR FAR AWAY! I cant wait until my lease is up. The only thing luxury about this place is the price. Dont waste your time or money. You will be very disappointed if you dont heed my warnings... I promise.
My girlfriend and I lived here for a little over a year.Pros:- Location is decent for access to highways.- Easy access to Walmart and Costco is a hidden benefit.- Valet Trash service is very underrated. Now that I live somewhere that doesnt offer the service, I miss it.- Grounds are well maintained, the pool area and gym are always clean.- Maintenance is great. We had several issues resolved within 24 hours, and all the maintenance guys are super chill.- Amenities are great. We never used the dog park, but it always seemed busy.Cons:- Rent is pretty expensive. The primary reason that we left was that at renewal, our lease was going up $170/month. We went from a small one-bedroom at M2, to a two-bedroom at our current place, and for cheaper!- Parking is an absolute nightmare. The amount of times I had to park at Walmart and hope I dont get towed is ridiculous. If you dont get there before 7 pm, youre out of luck. Out of spite, I once circled the parking lot for 50 minutes before I found a spot. Poor planning has led to no areas for extra spots.- The trash compactor usually has a bunch of stuff stacked up around it, old furniture, mattresses, bags of trash, etc. Always looks messy.- The parking lot is pretty dangerous. On move in day, I saw a kid on a razer scooter get hit by someone speeding around a blind curve. While my car was parked in a spot, it was smashed into by another vehicle, causing nearly $6,000 in damage. While they offer a nighttime security patrol, Ive called the cops several times on people running through the lot checking doors and breaking into cars.- Sound from neighbors travels like crazy. You can hear someone on every side of you. The front doors swing shut very loudly, so it can feel like youre in a hotel sometimes with all the doors closing.Overall, I dont regret living here, but it would take a lot for me to move back. I think there are better options.
In my experience anyway, I enjoy being here now.
Although I did not move in to this location, Brandon, in the front office, was perfect at showcasing the perks of the property and finding out what suited our needs the best!
Location is good (right behind a Costco and Walmart, 5 mins to REI, Target, several gyms and malls), maintenance is quick to respond, everyone in the office is friendly and does their best to help. Parking has gotten a lot better. You can tell the owners don’t care at all though because of some large issues. Many carbon monoxide detectors are old and need replacing. There’s dog poo EVERYWHERE and for what they’re charging they could afford to use any number of DNA dog services to impose a fine but they don’t so people let their dogs out their front door to go to the bathroom at will. Lots of neighbors leave their dogs out on their balconies to bark constantly, even in cold weather. They’re also constantly getting less selective about who they rent to, we have like 8 people in a 2 bedroom below us and they are LOUD. Overall for the price you could do a LOT better in the neighborhood.
Better place were you getting really good community plus you have Good studio sunshine with good pool family in friends good morning is the best sleeping with out worry people respect you good price good services and trash them picking up for you plus them have really good Jim cooffe and show room with computers around trust me what more do you wanna everything is really fun to living price is not to bad when you just looking for something good better in trust safe plus we have everything like Wal-Mart chopinsenter next door neighbor is really good I love my good friends in part my family really respect place not only this them have Good deals in everything trust me you will just like home come in checking your self butifur mountain
I wish we had never moved into M2 apartments, I have never lived in a place so poorly managed. The parking is a nightmare. The new policy they enforced on September 1st gives residents one assigned parking space, regardless of how many bedrooms or occupants you have. When we asked where we are supposed to park if we come home and the reserved and visitor spots are taken, they said out on a public street. If you live by the pool area, you will hear the music that the complex plays 24/7 (including ads). There is no enforcement of alcohol use or noise, weve had to call non-emergency police to help with the noise (after calling the office and asking them to help). We can never have our windows/patio door open because the music can be clearly heard in all of the rooms of our apartment. There is a man running a personal training business in the gym, you can hear him encouraging his clients with your headphones turned all the way up. Children will hang out in the gym and sit on machines (they arent actually working out). The treadmills sporadically stop working. The office will never inform you if you have a package waiting. The walls are paper thin, you can clearly hear your neighbors fighting, walking, closing doors, etc. There is no outdoor storage, so plan on having skis, snowboards, golf clubs and other outdoor items stored somewhere inside your apartment.I needed to talk to the lead maintenance gentleman one day and the office told me I could go find him in the complex somewhere (instead of kindly paging him for me).We are counting down the months until our lease is over and considering just breaking the lease. The stress this apartment causes is simply not worth it, especially for the luxury prices we pay.
Place will rob you blind and will break into your apartment thankfully we are 2nd amendment supporters. Manager Brandon is a spineless liar who does not acknowledge his employees incompetents and endangering their safety and the well being of a tenant I believe everyone should avoid this place I do have emails confirming the manager Brandons awareness to the illegal entry to our apartment
Unforntunately M2 does not stand behind there promises, insuficciant parking and making changes to the policies as suits management. I will not be renewing my lease and would leave.Agree with last post and will continue..OFFICE STAFF IS RUDE!!! HIDDEN CHARGES LEFT AND RIGHT... Make you pay excel, then also charges you for forced trash removal, building power.. sidewalk falling apart, cars parked in fire lane.. (in case of emergency the fired department cant even get to put out a fire).. Snow removal is a joke!! Dog carp all over the grounds.. when lease ends they jack up rent by $200.00 a month its a straight scam..I can keep going and going.. word to the wise go to Camden property across the street, as I have friends and they love the placeOff tomorrow if I was able to get out of lease.
Great front desk! Beautiful apartments.
Nothing luxurious about this place. $1400 a month (includes utilities), nothing special with amenities. Gym is small, pool is small, they kept tabs on my girlfriends car, took pictures of it for reasons idk. Dont waste your money.
Lived here almost a year now, and haven’t had any problems so far! The staff is friendly and maintence is very on top of it. Whenever I put in a request with them they get back to me the same day!
The lighted hallways are never lit. Its pretty scary entering & exiting our apartment at night. Weve notified management of this several times, still not fixed.Trash sits for days over the weekend . Its embarrassing to have guests over to; a) dark entry ways or, b) trash pIles. Then there is parking....Parking is rough to say the least. Another safety concern, is walking from Walmart to our apartment at night. The most poorly managed apartment complex Ive ever experienced.Dont sign a lease here. Youll regret it.
What can I say, one of the worst experiences of my life.We moved from GA, to there asked all types of questions and I felt like they lied about everything. We asked was there plenty of parking and was told yes by Crystal, for the first month my husband got off about 10:00 at night, when he got home there was no where to park, would have to get up early to move his car out of fire lane, there were plenty of other cars there to. They did add more parking, but there was time you still could not find a place to park. Brought this Brandon attention when he said we would get towed,he answer was to park at Wal-Mart, I dont pay rent at Wal-Mart and I really did not want my daughter walking across the road late night. The people above us was so noisey that at times you could hardly hear the tv, when we complained to the office, 3 to 4 times, they let it slip that they had been there for 4 years, and the had a file of complaints on them....they wanted to move us to a 3rd floor, sorry I just dont think I do the 3rd floor, and we move ourselves. All the amenities were not free like they said, the studio had a 900.00 deposit to use it, after they said it was free. Then when we moved out they wanted to charge for paint,(we never put pictures up)you could see where the last people had put up pictures, want to charge for carpet cleaning, we had no pets and always took our shoes off at the door, and wants 40.00 for drip pans on a stove we never used.
The manager and the lady at the front are amazing and very helpful. If we had any questions or problems they have always helped and fixed our problems!
M2 used to be a wonderful place to live. When the complex changed ownership, the new owners brought in a staff that truly does not care about the place or the tenants. If you have a question and need to speak with someone that works there, plan on standing in the office for at least 15 minutes before someone walks out to help you. If you need to pick up a package, make sure you have time to stand there while the staff walks around ignoring you or talking on the phone. Lastly, I hope you enjoy parking at the Walmart across the street....because thats where they want you to park when the lot is full (which is every night, by the way). Not to mention its completely overpriced, even by Denver standards. Trust me, you can do better. Stay away.
Unforntunately M2 does not stand behind there promises, insuficciant parking and making changes to the policies as suits management. I will not be renewing my lease and would leave tomorrow if I was able to get out of lease.
Nice complex, great dog park, not pleased with the false advertisement of a hot tub on the premises
Truth:If I would have decided to move here solely based on the biases of the reviews here, I wouldnt have. But I reminded myself that everyone has something to complain about and no apartment will ever be perfect. When youre angry your first line of defense is to immediately throw out negative reviews, hate, and complaints. Take it all with a grain of salt, readers. When youre happy you tell your friends and family verbally, but never in a review. And when you do, the negative Nancys come in and say the post was bought or from staff. Its quiet sad, actually.About M2:I didnt even see the apartments in person before I signed my lease, I trusted the positive comments that people wrote and weighed the negative ones. That being said, I dont regret my decision! I love living here.I selected an upper priced one bedroom apartment with an attached garage so that I wouldnt have any parking issues. I paid a little more and complain a whole lot less (funny how that works, right?). I have lived in places that only allow street parking and it sucked! I have lived places that only let you have two cars on a lease no matter how many people/cars you had, and guess what? It SUCKED. People complained there wasnt enough parking, so M2 enforced two cars per apartment rules and then people complained there werent enough passes. How can you win with that mentality? (You cant). When I needed an extra place to park, I walked into the office and asked to be put on the carport waiting list. Problem solved. They have garages and car ports for rent and apartments with garages attached. Solve your own problem. Cant afford the extra cost per month? Thats coo! We arent all made of money, but dont complain about it.The front office staff are wonderful, truly. What people dont understand is they dont own the complex! They can only do so much! Someone puts money down and passes the background check? Youre allowed to lease here. They arent allowed to discriminate. If they pass the necessary steps to live here there is nothing the office can do! The maintenance team is sorely understaffed, which speaks volumes to the amount of stuff one guy can get done in the complex. Bart is wonderful and will take care of anything, you just gotta give him some time! Two of the office staff live on site, something that I actually find to be beneficial. They experience the same issues that we do, readers! Pointing again to the fact that they cant do anything without approval from corporate.I love that they provide FREE poop bags for dogs at various spots throughout the community, and I love the bark park. While I wish it were bigger (see, no apartment is perfect!) it is awesome to even have one available in the community. I have never had a problem with the smell in the year that I have been here. Poop, yes. But, again, thats every apartment! Some people just suck!Valet trash is a great amenity that I love, but it is unfortunate that people take advantage of it by not following the rules. This leads to false reviews about trash being everywhere. The rules are simple: Put it out in your trash can after 7 PM, bring it back in by 9 AM Sunday through Thursday. It is NOT M2s fault that people suck at following basic directions. Could you imagine if they didnt have the service? Bet the reviews would all say its M2s fault for not picking up other peoples trash! (They just cant win!)Yes the walls could be thicker, yes people that dont follow the rules suck. BUT! The finishes are high end for the price point, the storage units are ample and work while, the grounds are wonderfully kept, and the pool is year round. My only complaint is that they raise the prices for people that renew, but that isnt something the front office can fix. Thats something corporate america needs to fix!My renewal is coming up and I will be singing for another year! The location is great, staff is wonderful, and I love my apartment (attached garage!). You cant find a better deal!
The dog park is stinky...there is dog feces all over and management never does anything about it. Poop is EVERYWHERE especially when management buys cheap poop bags and more than half the time there are no bags to pick up poop. Im not going to grab it with my bare hands...ewwwww!!! It really is a smelly prison in there because the parking is awful. Many of my neighbors never leave on friday or saturday nights because if you leave you will lose you parking spot. Its awful if you get the late night munchies because you cant get fast food without fear of losing your parking spot and have to park at Wal-Mart wondering if youre car will get towed. Costco vans keep me up all night due to constant beeping from loading trucks. Cant wait to get out of here
There are nice apartments on the western Denver metro Area, overall units are nicely keep up and clean and modern. Far to often you will find apartments around the western side of Denver and south Denver (Think Lakewood and Littleton with crappy old severely outdated apartment units that charge the same or more money for 2 bed room depending on the time of year. and have the same issues i list below. The office staff has been very helpful and has in fact gone out of there way to help us out with any maintenance issue we have had. (A malfunctioning laundry dryer, stuck window screen and the odd missing cabinet door). I think we could had a much worse experience here had it not been for the M2 staff in my experience (Think how important having respectable landlords is when renting it makes or breaks the experience). They also host community events with food/ pool partys and gatherings at the club house which is really nice. Further amenities are planed (There is already a pool club hosue gym ect.) Thinks to note: with Denver Rental Market the exploding, the complex is often close to full capacity, and with that parking is limited in the evenings and especially weekends. There have been multiple parking arrangements, the current one is the best, still there isnt a whole lot you do they added parking spaces where they can but just keep this in mind. Also the complex is surrounded by 3 dealers ships meaning lots of activity unloading cars, vehicles being tested on Tuffs ave and the light from the dealership will light up your unit in the inside unless us use curtains with the fixed unit window blinds (so try and get a unit that doesnt face the GMC or Ford Dealer. Units also are on the less insulated noise side when these were built so getting respectful neighbors is key here.Other then those issues, these apartments are a nice choice from some of the other apartments near by. Take a look at the competition and you will see what i mean, Thanks to M2 manager Luke for all of you help.
Our request was handled quickly and professionally.
Its crazy !!!!!! you would never have a parking spot availble if you make it home by 10pm, but the apartment still super nice i have never had a bad experience, but this afternoon i called the office we made an appoiment to have our carpets clean also hire a company to do a move out cleaning but its all trash now because i try to give a 30 day notice and the guy at the office said that he could acept that that i had to do a 60-90 day notice ! He also was racist thats not fair !!! Just because we look hispanic we have paid everymonth of rent and bills ! And its paid with dollars not pesos ! How sad i hope i can leave this place soon ! :( i dont feel welcum !Lyndi its nice she the only one !
I never write reviews on apartments. However this has been the worst experience Ive ever had living in a complex. The very first day we started moving in we had a downstairs neighbour come up and yell at us and tell us our child was being too loud. We tried to inform them that we are moving in and the apartment is empty so it might be a little noisy. The continued with well doesnt your child listen. Our son just turned 2 at that time. And he weighed 25lbs I couldnt imagine him being that loud. The second month of living there my fiancée was in california for work. It was just me and my son. We came home late one night around 9pm. There was a note one our door saying the work was complete and the locks had been changed we could get the keys at the office. They changed the locks on the wrong apartment. I frantically called the emergency line letting them know the circumstances. The office had closed at 6pm. My child and I sat in the parking lot for over an hour. After finally leaving to some familys house. The next morning when the complex opened I rushed over to let them know what had happen. Once I arrived no one was in the office besides the office manger who was in the middle of leasing a new apartment. Instead of asking what I needed she decided to say is there any chance you can come back. Outraged I told her no I would not come back because I was locked out of my apartment all night due to their negligence. The office manager told me the property manager wasnt there at the time but they would get to the bottom of the situation and do something fabulous for me. Those were her words. I didnt hear from anyone for a month. Finally I was able to catch the manager. His name was Wes. He basically said oh Im so sorry that happened to you and we spoke with our on call guy and he didnt respond because he doesnt need to for lock outs however we heard your message and you clearly stated what happened so he should have responded. His apologies were fake and a month too late. He then told me he would take 75$ off next months rent. If your a mother you can imagine how pathetic that was after having this happen to you. Thats not even the beginning this complex does not have enough parking for their residents they try and hide that by saying people who dont live here park here. That is bs. They allowed people to park along the fire lanes. It was not only unsafe but I knew it was only a matter of time before the fire station threatened to fine them. It finally happened and instead of m2 taking responsibility they decided to turn on the residents and lie about allowing people to park there. They send out a threatening notice saying the fire department will tow or ticket. They changed to permit parking and made a lot of residents mad by allowing only one car per apartment. Last weekend some upset resdient decided to take a rock to about to about 6 cars. M2 sent out a flyer asking for information on this cowardise act. And offered to take 1000$ off someones rent for information. I find this funny because I know they didnt take care of thise victims cars. Take some responsibility m2. Your complex is a joke I pay 1400 for a 1 bedroom aparment and cant even find parking. Its a sad joke. If your looking for a place take my advice. This is not the place. Terrible service. Terrible parking.
I currently live in the apartments and its an up and down situation. the parking sucks big time, but sounds like we are getting passes for certain spots and then reserved spots. What I HATE is the guy above me decides to have freaken WWF matches between 2 and 4 AM. Called security on him one early morning because it sounded like he had just gone off the top rope onto his floor. security guard went to talk to him and said she could smell the booze on his breathe but then told him that we complained about him! Why on earth she did that I dont know, but im just waiting for him to come banging on my door. I dont know if he can hear me shouting at him but we will see.The guys at the front office are very helpful (minus one), and get questions answered but hopefully with the new changes coming things will get somewhat better.
This was a great apartment complex until Greystar sold the property. Care of the property drastically decreased. Try out Camden. Mandatory Valet trash was hardly picked up as scheduled and new tenants were either not given black bins to use or were no longer required to use them. Numerous times bags of trash would be outside neighboring apartments for two day periods because no one came by to pick them up. Dog friendly-cheers. But when the owners fail to pick up the poop, the property needs to make it happen through groundskeeping. New management is rude. Rent was raised from $1117 to $1275 in ten months (August 2014-April 2015). Upon move out, They made no effort to contact me by phone about outstanding cleaning fees they added on top of my security deposit. When questioned, the property manager told me she sends one letter and it is out of her hands. The letter was supposedly sent to an address in another state that was not received by myself or the home owners of that location...and two months after my move out I received a collections call. Really? Lazy and inconsiderate. Cheers to working for a terrible property management company and not caring about your tenants. I see a lot of, MOVE FAR AWAY comments, or it is an apartment complex after all in other reviews...but seriously, once greystar walked this complex lost its reputation and worth. I will never reccomend this place to a stranger, let alone a friend. Dont let the beautiful countertops and cabinets fool you. This place was built fast and without care, and it reflects on the new management.
Great Community very friendly and safe
Still waiting for completion
