Though you hope to never need this service, the day came for me and I had 2 people I cared about greatly die in the same day. From a few days before to getting our paperwork, Noble Cremations was great. They responded to every need and called to make sure I was informed through the whole process. Erin was wonderful and I could not be more happy with the process. Dont fall for the internet search where you get a company that just subs it out. Noble Cremations has a staffed business that is easy to find. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

This is a wonderful customer-focused company with a transparent and fairly priced service offering. I have been involved with traditional funeral homes and burial service companies before and was always disappointed with our tolerance for being hard-sold and nickeled/dimed at our most difficult and exposed time. None of that at this place. We have used this company twice and would definitely do so again should it ever be needed. All their prices are clearly disclosed and their packages are particularly simple and affordable, without an additional penny being required after the fact. The staff (particularly Sonya) were always sensitive and re-assuring and kept all the interested family members up-to-date with current status and what will be happening. This last time we had to use them during COVID in the middle of a state-of-emergency shutdown during an ice-storm, and in spite of all that they still promptly returned our calls and offered same-day service. This is a good and trustworthy place, thank you for helping our family during our difficult times.

This is the first Ive ever experienced the process for cremation. These delightful people were kind, accommodating (we showed up accidentally unscheduled in a stage of impromptu bravery for the moment), and very efficient. There was opportunity for grieving, but we did things straight forward and they moved forward for us with delicate diligence.

This place and the ladies that run it are amazing! I cannot thank Sonya enough for her sincere compassion. She is one of those rare people who found their calling in life at a young age, and I cant imagine having a better, more uplifting experience during a very difficult time. Highly recommended!!

Throughly unhelpful. Declined to offer services even though we were in their service radius of 35 miles. Google Maps puts driving from hospital to their location at 34 miles. Disappointing.
