Had son-in-law rent a lift to use in tree trimming. After using for a while discovered part of lift would not work. Returned and was told oh forgot about that. Took second one and after about one hour the battery was dead. We had to charge battery a few times just to complete job. When return manager would not adjust cost for our extra trip across town and need to keep charging battery. Not the best public relations.

The new building is working mans art. The shop is huge, boasting 8 quad bays with a center aisle to allow easy egress of the inner bays if the outer bays are still undergoing repairs.The parts warehouse is massive, with thousands of parts and many more available next day from their hubs.They also have a large assortment of hydraulic hoses and will build custom lines for you in the hydraulics shop.Foley is a Caterpillar dealer, but they also rent, sell, and service many different brands of both highway and off-road equipment.They have integrated system diagnostics on all their equipment to help with issues over the phone or give the mobile technician and Fleet Management the info they need on the road and in the field.

Weve been renting equipment from this location for quite a while and have yet to have a bad experience. Always seem to have what were needing when we need it. Pricing is average for the area and weve never found any of the rates to be unreasonable.
