I love this nail salon. Granted, I have only been twice, but I will continue to go back. I have gotten my nails done here as a walk-in (the first time) and by appointment (the second time). Highly recommend the technician Zion, but I am sure all of their technicians do a fantastic job.I had my nails done at a place previously where they were so rough with me, I left the salon with seven bleeding fingers. I told Zion about this encounter, and she took extra care in making sure that she was gentle and the polish from the last salon was removed adeptly. I love everyone at Sassy Nails and recommend them whenever someone compliments me on my nails.

I am not happy with my nails. I came for acrylics but got forced to do dip nails. My colors did not match because the tech messed it up and did not change it. And my one of my finger nails broke in one day. So sad. It is so expensive but not worth the money. Definitely one of the worst nail place in Louisville. Try anywhere else but here. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Tries to charge 93 dollars on my 15 year old daughter’s card for a $70 service. Got super defensive when I called to find out what was going on. Be careful!

I did a search for best dip nails in Louisville and this salon came up. I stopped by one afternoon with no appointment and they were able to squeeze me in. My nails are very short and had damage from previous gels. The guy said it was no problem and made my nails look great! He didnt try to pressure me to do a length i wasnt comfortable with and said he could do whatever I wanted. This is a small gesture but its something Ive never experienced at other salons. Everyone was so friendly. Im usually very quiet at salons and not very talkative. This was the first time I talked to the technician the whole time. Although it was my first time it was like I was a long time customer. This was my first time using dip powder and they had a TON of colors to close from. Ill definitely be back!!!

Very friendly! Edited because the last two times now that Ive been there the skill was sub par. My nails are ruined until they grow back out. So thin and marks left where they dug too deep into my nails while tapering the dip polish. Probably not going back unless I can see the first girl who did them so well!

Awesome work by Tony!!He was very welcoming and professional. I got my pedicure done by him and he did an excellent job.Everyone in the salon are following all the protocols for COVID-19, which made me even more comfortable.I will definitely be back.Thank you everyone for your service. :)

Very unprofessional regarding the business itself. The owners aren’t as respectful to employees as they are clients which makes you wonder. Overpriced for absolutely no reason. I wouldn’t recommend going based on the owners.

I was looking for an old nail tech I used to go to. I would get dip manicures and my nails would last for a month with no issues. She was working at this salon for a while. Unfortunately she was no longer there, but friends told me good things about this place so I decided to give them a try. My first experience was not good. I got dip and the dip polish on two nails fell off completely and others were lifting within a week and a half. I called the salon and they redid the nails that fell off but could not do anything about the lifting. I found the lifting and coming off unusual because every salon I had been to previously their dip polish would last at least two weeks, if not three. I decided to start booking an appointment with the nail tech who fixed my nails. Their work was good but I noticed every time I would get my nails done they would either crack or lift to the point they were coming clean off. This sometimes caused damage to my nails. Not to mention when working it does not look good having multiple nails without polish because the dip has cracked and come off. Im not sure if its the products, technicians technique or myself. I dont think it would be me considering the lifting and coming off happened every time I got my nails done here and Ive never had that happen anywhere else. I decided to keep going to see if it was a one time thing, but sadly it was not. Ive decided to find another nail salon. The staff is great and salon clean but I want nails that will last.

I went there for the first time.I thought the location was clean and provided a good atmosphere with great customer service.There was, however, a discrepancy in pricing. I was told it would cost $25 for a gel fill. After I had it completed, the owner charged me for $45. That’s the most I’ve ever paid for a gel fill in my 37 years of wearing nails.

I was visiting from out of town and was suggested this place. I loved the service I received. I wish my cuticles on my hands were better cared for and Im used to longer massages where Im from but this was a great experience and I would come back if Im in town again!

This is the best place in town. Staff is nice and respectful. The stylist are strong skilled and creative designs. The products they use are high quality. My nails last a month or more. I never need to go to the establishment for chipped nails or polish flaking off. Each time is simply because my nails grew out or I want to change my nail color. Make sure you call in advance and schedule an appointment. They have a lot of loyal customers so there is not a lot of wiggle room for walk ins. But they always make time to squeeze you in if you call so they can make sure they have someone available which is awesome because I have never had to wait. 5 stars from me. Best in Louisville!!!

I went in to relax before a big exam and brought my study material. My pedicurist was so kind and actually let me sit in the massage chair for over an hour after he finished my pedicure. He told me to study and relax and pay when I was ready. The process is also very clean and enjoyable. My leg massage was an actual massage and not the normal quick leg rub I tend to get other places. I will definitely be a regular here.

Terri and Paul invited my daughter and I into their beautiful salon even though they were closing soon. We had never been there before but had just googled them and read their amazing reviews. We felt welcomed and appreciated from the second we walked in the door. Such a refreshing and relaxing experience. We know they were exhausted from a long busy pre Spring Break week but we never once felt like a burden or that we were receiving their last ounce of energy. We both felt special and pampered more than we ever have in any salon. They continued to pamper us with A+ service well beyond their listed 7:30pm closing time. We didn’t leave until almost 8:30pm and they still made us feel wanted and appreciated. If you don’t go visit them, you’re missing out on an amazing experience. Thank you Terri and Paul for an amazing experience. You made my daughter feel happy. That’s just what she needed. 💜

Best dipped nail manicure Ive ever gotten, will definitely go back!

I tried this place based solely on reviews as I needed somewhere near my apartment. I must say the atmosphere and quality of this salon is really nice. I had a basic pedicure and it was by far the best Ive had in a really long time. My nail tech w(shes only newer) was so personable and did a great job. I felt like I had known her for years :) The massage I got on my legs and feet would have made me think I was paying for a more exspensive pedicure. Im definitely going back as a regular now and making standing appointments because they stay pretty busy and have a big clientele.

My new favorite Nail Salon! Very clean and the staff are wonderful! Ive been twice already and had a pleasant experience all around. They make you feel like part of their family right when you step into the salon! Couldnt recommend this place enough!

Love this place! I recommend it to everyone. They have a huge selection of dip manicure colors, by huge I mean a wall of colors. The staff is very nice. The manicures always look great and last for weeks! To top it all off the prices are the best I have seen at the mutiple places I have checked.

Paul and Terry have built a business focused on service. So kind, so professional, and I will be a regular. For those that dont know about the powder dip....dont wait. I have thin nails and never did enjoy gel or acrylics. I am a believer in this now. Not only a great product, but a nice way to practice self care!

Sassy Nails is my absolute favorite nail salon in Louisville! I have been coming for years and now have a standing every 3 week appointment for dip nails. The salon is so clean and has the most amazing collection of dip nail polish colors. Teri got me into the dip and I have never looked back since the first time I tried it. They don’t ever budge until I come back to have them soaked off. Paul does a terrific job and always listens to what I want (even though I am boring and always want super short round nails!). The customer service and the quality of product is great. Highly recommend!

The worst gel manicure I have ever received. My nail tech failed to even touch my cuticles or file properly - even after several attempts to correct him. The application of the gel was laughable at best and he managed to paint over cotton that he left on my nails. I left with nail polish all over my skin and cuticles. Honestly, I could do better than this with my eyes closed. I left and immediately went to The Nail Box down the street and had them remove and completely redo the the manicure.Contacted management with no response. Don’t waste your money here.

Got my nails done here for my wedding- they were awesome!! 3 weeks later and the dip is still on. So friendly, easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend if youre in the Lou area!

Im not one to get pedicures and manicures but from what I saw everyone left with a smile on their face. I was doing some camera work and while I was there the staff was extremely professional and knew what they were doing. They made their clients feel at home and ultra pampered while they were there.

This place is as amazing as everyone says it is. I called ahead of time and made my appointment and it was a very easy process. When I got there, I got Paul as my technician. He is the best, you should definitely ask for him. I came in with acrylic nails from another salon that had done a terrible job on them. Paul replaced them with dip nails and they came out great. This place is the best and I’am never going anywhere else.
