Nice apartment complex. Fairly quiet. Not any troubles that Ive seen in over a year. And theyre maintenance gets any issue fixed right of way. Great office staff!

It’s super clean here, and I love the fact that it’s very quiet here !!! I live down stairs and I don’t even hear my upstair neighbors. The apartments are beautiful inside and out !

Slum lords. Some one attempted to kindnap me in the parking lot and even though my lease ended I still had to stay an exra month management told me they would charge me if I left. They had a camera that could have caught it on camera but had been burt out for 6 months with out fixing it. I left the apartment in perfect condition including the carpet and the stole my whole deposit and have the audacity to try and charge me more. I was a perfect tenant always paid my rent early. Worst place I have ever lived. Cops always in the parking lot. Dont waste your time or money.

Where do I begin??? I have lived here for about 8 months now and i couldnt be happier. I love that I live super close to the free way, so it makes my life easy when i have to drive to work every morning. Next the property is small so it gives you a chance to meet some of your neighbors which is nice as well. When i first moved in i saw the comments about the roaches and honestly it scared me, but every apartment you see online, some has put into context something about roaches. Ive come to learn that its not necessarily the complexes issue it more likely a resident issue either bring roaches or being super dirty. Ive always been super clean person and since Ive lived here i have never seen any roaches in my apartment. So if youre afraid of roaches be clean. Next I love the volleyball court i dont always play but when my family comes over we get down and it become a fun time for me and my family. Last i love the fitness center, it has everything you need to get a great work out and the pool is not bad either. if your looking for a cozy place to stay this would be the place for you.

I have lived here for almost 2 years now and wouldnt change it for anything all the staff is amazing very helpful when I need it would recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment !!!!!

The main thing that I love about these apartments is the compassion and support I get from the staff in the office especially Zuilma Sicairos. I’ve experienced other property managers where I would report something and it would take weeks! But since moving here she has literally taken care of every request that I have came in to office for, she had helped a lot since covid had started, been professional and taken every Precaution with covid 19 and even before that she has help any issue that I have she is literally the best employee that I have met! Usually landlords take forever but when I come in she has a solution that day or helps me the next day I’ve been at these apartments for about 1 year and a half. I love it here thank you Zuilma you help me stay!!

Good place

Today I wake up in my almost empty apartment...THANK GOD.. make myself a coffee to start the day, go to the fridge to grab some creamer and when I go back to put it in my coffee.. oh so nice a ROACH swimming in my fresh coffee!! This place is pure disgust... management has been shutting off the water almost everyday.. Imagine paying rent in a place where you can never even shower or wash dishes whenever you need to cause management states that pipes are breaking so they have to shut off the water to fix them. DO NOT MOVE HERE

This place started off ok 10 months ago.. Although the new managers have lined the parking lot and fixed some of the washers and dryers it does not give them the right to raise the rent from 647 a month to 822 a month. What kind of company does this during a pandemic? Thats a 175.00 price hike. I am utterly disgusted at the immorality of it all. People were already struggling now I have to move out of my apartment because its now not affordable for a single mother. This is not ok.

Living at juniper canyon is just great. Location is perfect near freeway, Tucson mall and also is close to many schools. The management is amazing Dalia and Angela are the sweetest and friendly people you’ll ever have to deal with. They make sure to fill all our needs all the time. I would recommend living at this apartments to anyone! Love it.

Wonderful management. Very satisfied with their efficiency and reliability. I was always treated with respect and kindness. Resident and maintenance portal very easy to use and extremely quick response time. I was very satisified living here. Very affordable and appropriately sized apartments.

This place is a nightmare. It literally starts feeling this way once youve been there for a month or two. The roaches start coming out. From massive ones to newborns. Weve told them numerous times, and not once did they reply to our maintenance requests. A lousy little spray that you do to each building every 6 months is not going to get rid of an infestastion. Worst management, and the place was renovated in the last years from the outside just to try and get more business. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!

Worse place to raise a family or if your living on your own to live in. The roach infestation, mold and management is horrible in that run down complex. They kicked me out because I called the health department on them lol. I advise anyone not to live there!!. I am being serious!, They kicked me out because I called the health department on management. It shows who they truly are. I have 2 kids and they basically didnt care for their well being. Those that gave it a 5 star rating are part of management lol, be advice.

The property management is horrible. They are all family and or friends. They can be very rude if you dont speak Spanish or if youve gotten on their bad side. The property itself is not so bad the apartments are spacious and the remodeled units are worth the price outside of the fact they removed the dishwashers. Oh and be prepared to have a monthly visit from the Argon pest control as some of the buildings are infested with roaches.

I love living at Juniper Canyon Apartments. The people in the office are very nice. I always feel welcomed. I live in a Large 1 bedroom and i love it! Unlike the other apartments i rented before I have never seen bugs in my apartment.My 1st night here was so quiet, I couldnt even sleep lol

The office staff is literally the most friendly and easy going people Ive ever had to deal with when it comes to apartment living. They are fast to accommodate my needs and always make sure I leave happy! I recommend this apartment to anyone! I love living here

So I remember coming here to move in! I was interested in this place because 1. It was remodeled and it looked GREAT! So that caught my eye! When My cousin and I went in tough to fill an app, staff was great at first!!!!!! 2nd visit we went I believe it was management.. I’m not too sure as this was about 4-5 yrs ago.. had the NASTIEST attitude. i honestly don’t know what happened from the 1st and 2nd visit .. BUT there was no way I was signing to live there anymore! So uncomfortable! I left and never went back

Ive been since December 2017 and I love the staff and complex is well kept all the time. I work night shift come home at 3am, being a single mom and coming home this late would be a worry and here I feel safe ! Residents always watch out after each other.

Marisela and britany were amazing ! I felt comfortable and very respected . This staff supports and cares about combat veterans of United States of America . Katrina was amazing at her management skills as well. Ruth didn’t hesitate to assist me and outstanding smile on her face. Outstanding and dependable customer service .

Hi actually did not mean to do this, but want to let you know that I will be moving to Tucson this fall. I have looked online at about 50+ apts. 3 have hi ratings, of which Juniper Canyon is one. Want somewhere clean and safe, close to shopping and busline as I do not have a car. Maybe you will hear from me in a couple of months!

The renovation is turning these apartments into a hidden gem. I love the location right off I-10 and the upgraded apartments look amazing. Its a quiet a day small community, plus their dog friendly 😀🙌. Everyone in the office are awesome!

I havent moved here as of yet, but my boyfriend and visited Juniper Canyon for a tour and some information and Ruth from the office was extremely informative and helpful!

The price is very decent for the quality of living this complex provides. The living spaces are a bit over fair market value, but are within a reasonable price range. The complex is beautiful, and the interior, even though it has a few small issues, it has been renovated throughout the last several years, and has came along way under the old, and new property managment. The quality of repair requests, and completion @ JuniperCanyon used to be very inconsistent, and questionable, but under the new managment they have recently updated their maintnance team. The new maintnance people are very professional as well as courteous compared to the others theyve had. The assistant manager Angela is always available, and very pleasant to work with. Also Arizona First Realty managment has always been there for me, and very great to work with as well.

This apartment complex are really nice place to live in all the people are so friendly and this apartments are really quiet i will definitely recommend them to any one they are really comfortable to live in the office people are really nice a they are willing to work with you all the people that live here get along with each other.

Ive been trying to talk to the management for 3 days and have yet to get ahold of anyone. Left messages and nobody will call me back. The management is completely disrespectful and unprofessional.

By FAR the most NEGATIVE experience Ive had in my 20 years of renting. ELDERLY, PEOPLE W WEAK IMMUNE SYSTEMS & CHILDREN BE WARE !!!!!The management is extremely rude & are consistently missing set work order dates to fix mold on the walls underneath the paint(they paint over mold, BE WARE ESPECIALLY IF DISABLED OR HAVE Babies/Pets!!), cockroaches & bot fly infestations, consistent leaking from the tub to the apmnt underneath, ac leaks when turned off & broken/half working appliances. I absolutely can NOT STAND the SLUMLORD OF A MANAGER (her names LOURDES) & the non English speaking maintenance boys that dont identify who they are before entering your apartment without permission or any formal notice.. randomly & without a set schedule. Theyve walked in on my disabled naked mother MULTIPLE times, even after being told to WAIT & that she would get the door after she was dressed. They walked in anyway. This apartment is FILLED WITH GAY HIV & AIDS INFECTED CALL BOYS! This isnt even an apartment for the low income, ITS A SLUM APARTMENT W CLASSLESS SLUMLORDS RENOVATED BY LORDES SPECIFICALLY FOR Drug Fiends, Sellers & prostitutes. Would give zero stars if virtually possible.

There is a reason its so cheap. Located near a four-way intersection, the on-ramp to the interstate, and a police station, there is always plenty of noise to keep you awake at night. The thin windows do nothing to block the sound. Earplugs dont help. Also, the insulation is poor, so expect to share your apartment with cockroaches, ants, flies, and many other bugs (even if you clean regularly).

I have been living in juniper canyon Apts for about 3 years, I have never had problems of any kind, my apartment is two bedrooms, very spacious and comfortable and for the cost of the rent it is excellent. The pool is always well clean and accessible. Zuilma, the girl from the office, very cute, very friendly, whenever I have requested a service she quickly takes care of it. I personally recommend JUNIPER CANYON APTS 😊💯

These apartments changed a lot. I lived here a few years ago and I changed because they didnt help us at all. We returned here when they started to renew them now, it is very different, everyone who works here is very helpful. They always receive us with a smile. Ive never had problems very comfortable.
