New Management is GREAT! So many changes are coming in and we are seeing all the improvements. Laundry Facility was upgraded with new washers/dryers. New Dog Parks coming in and fresh new paint job all throughout! LOVE IT and AFFORDABLE!

Don’t waste your time or moneyHorrible living conditionsMoved us into an apartment that was no where near ready. It was broken into and they didn’t inform us, there was graffiti on the counters on the mirror holes in walls cigarettes clogging the drain and missing plumbing tubes water was leaking everywhere and they didn’t even fix it until a week later. Still haven’t fixed all the issues.ac barely ever works and maintenance is too lazy to actually solve the problem. Cars have gotten broken into multiple times and the complex does nothing. The contractors fixing the roofs don’t give any warning when they go and they sprayed metal sparks on my patio when my 2 year old daughter was playing, when we told the office they just said “don’t have her outside then all we can do is send an email” .crime everywhere they do nothing,Way over priced for conditions the pictures lie stay far away don’t waste any money

I have lived all over Tucson and I cant beat the Villas at Roger Roads location. Super easy commute and there are lots of food options near by. I wont be going anywhere else anytime soon, it is a great place to live. The staff is incredibly nice and very helpful as well.

Security is a joke and just sits in his car while illegal and illicit things are done. 5/23/21 update.Upon talking with the new property manager and getting info on all the steps shes taking to address these issues ive updated my star ranking frm 1 to 3 as ive seen and now knw how hard shes working to expedite a positive conclusion to these issues along with many others its only fair to give her a chance . thank you Leslie. 8/2/21 update. This team is horrible leslie is good pm but her staff lack professionalism and lie when they dnt have answers

I highly recommend these apartments. My experience here so far has been great and easy. Robert Hopkins has been awesome help, making everything a smooth moving experience. Any issues I had or questions were helpfully answered.

Honesly i didnt think much of the small problems when i lived here the first 3 months but then it got worse. If i icould 0 stars i would because the management is horrible and no way to get a hold of corparate, dont bring your kids here. DO NOT LIVE HERE it is horrible. Constant roaches and we had a contant bed bug problem. The people at the office do no how to communicate with the exterminators and they tried to charge us for THEIR MISTAKE. Also the laundry mat is a pathetic excuse, nothing works. I wouldnt want my worst enemy to live here, so please for the love of god STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently moved in and the apt staff have been more than helpful and courteous. I have sect 8 and a 2 bedroom and they were able to work with me. The community is gated and they have moderate security.

I just wanted to say the maintenance men are always so helpful and very kind very respectful not just once in a while, but always I truly appreciate them and their hard work to fix what ever is the issue at hand . Also I appreciate the fast response as Im sure there are many work orders each day to complete.It’s so hard to live in a place where the maintenance workers actually care enough to be kind respectful fast working but still thorough enough to do the job correct the 1st time, in such a timely manner. Thank again it makes living where I live that much better.Keep up the grate work & let’s help our wonderful maintenance stay COVID safe in our homes 🏡.

If you have other options you should look for your new home else where. ROACHES, staff is not tenant friendly.

I like this place. When your in need of something with your apt the maintenance guys are on it. And there is a quick response with Management always.

They don’t answer their phones or have a message machine to reach a manager. This place could care less about their neighbors cause they installed the brightest flood lights ALL over the property which light up surrounding neighborhoods and blind drivers!My backyard and 75 ft pine trees are lit up and I live 1/8th mile away. Drive down Stone Ave and try to make a turn going west and you will not be able to see oncoming traffic!Not one manager will call back and is always conveniently OUT of the office when I try to discuss it. I’m going to my council person and will recommend all renters stay away from this menace in the neighborhood

Great prices. Not so great apartment. Floor is not sealed down properly. Like it said before trash over flows but they do pick it up on Weekends. No 1 is ever in the office when I try going during business hours. Pool is dirty. There was roaches in the toilet and kitchen when we moved in. Roaches in the sewer and all over outside walking on the sidewalk and in the trees. DO NOT MOVE HERE! Neighbors are loud and fights every other weekend. Lots of bad activities going on. I just moved in a few weeks ago and I cant wait to move out.

No grace period. Rent is due o the 1st no matter what. Late fees are $15 a day. Everything is old, unless you get a fully updated unit. But they each cost the same.

These apartments are awesome including the management and Maintenance is very polite and fast also the pool is always clean and nice to have i would highly recommend someone to live here never had any roach problems or anything including bugs.

Also weve lived there for a year and always had problems with cockroaches and later we started having a problem with infestation of MICE! We threw a few complaints but nothing in return. Management is rude as hell. They judge people and are very rude to them. I would never recommend these apartments to anyone. You can do better then these apartments. The management team is just to many people and they’re mean after you sign the lease

Worst place ever, lived here 4 months their full of cocaraches never fix anything right you just waste your time going back and forth telling management what is wrong. My top neighbors are always fighting smoking and throwing stuff down, always up late making tons of noise. Trash everywhere a lot of crack heads gates are always breaking down pool was only open for like a month and half and 90% of the time it was dirty. At first everyone was really nice saying if anything was wrong let them know and now they know and dont care to make the people renting for them happy or satisfied. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

Do not move in this complex if you are looking. Management (when are reachable) are very rude pretty much about everything. Maintenance is a joke. Crackheads are all over all times of the night. Seriously, unless your a drug addict or have no morals what so ever, do not move here

I went here to visit someone once. They werent actually living here but I heard the occupants complain about a lot of the other tenants as well as management. That youd be hard pressed to see management actually respond to and address any problem at hand. Then theres the people partying at all hours of the next night,tweaking they call it. From what Ive seen and have heard about,I wont be going back. Also wont recommend this place to anyone, stay clear of here!

I have lived here a few years now, Originally lived here in the past I had left for a bigger place and ended up returning since here I never had issues with the service or apartments..I actually came back because I loved it! Here I Had less worries than at other places with bed bugs, roaches and bad management. I have had none of that here! Everytime I have needed a repair or had an issue the Office has ALWAYS responded immediately. (I have had a couple lil problems since Ive lived here going on 6 yrs, its only normal) They send someone to fumigate every few months and i dont have a roach problem Thank goodness! So Ive had a sink leak and they came and fixed it as soon as I let the office know, I had a functioning sink by end of day. The same with my A.c. that gave out, it had worked for years and started leaking over night, I called the office in the morning and NOEMI the property manager like always immediately sent someone to work on my unit. The maintanance guys are always so polite and nice, They always say hello to me! They are always working on property, I see them up and down all day and let me tell u they are hooot days and these guys keep working! like the upgrades they have been doing to the property looking way better than before! They added more lighting and washers and dryers in some units wich is awesome! They have also redone the laundry room and pool! I wont leave Villas until im ready to buy my own home...im done with all other properties!

Ive had very few issues with this complex. I read the reviews before movong here that make it seem awful. Its not at all. The biggest complain is about roaches which i only had an issues once and they sent pest control that friday to fix it. It didnt harm my cats and they are all super nice. One gentleman may have been cranky one day but he wasnt mean. Not a bad place to live at all.

Signed a year lease, biggest mistake. They dont keep in contact with you if a problem is encountered which causes it to escalate. Dumpster overflows, felonious activity going on at all hours of the night, and they dont pay any mind to unit maintenance. Cant wait to find a new place. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

This place is OKAY I GUESS.Except for my front door doesnt lock all the way, its been 5 days and they are finally coming today to redial the hole. My whole floor in one bedroom (2nd story) is completely caving in and they offered to move me apartments, 3 weeks into my first month. They refused to give me my 1300 deposit back, even if I move to a smaller apartment. 18of my 28 individual sockets (14 plates) do not hold the plug in and then metal prongs are exposed, another week to fix that. The manager is AWFUL and I have unfortunately dealt with her before at a different complex which I owe money too because again, she was unwilling to help when a neighbor on drugs refused to leave me alone. She told me my large deposit was because I had an eviction (NOT TRUE, I simply owe them as an abandonment) and they charged an 1000 to my already 1600 charge for leaving early. She knew this when she moved me in here, and is now trying to tell me I have an eviction. One side of the apartment is dipping down on all sides of the room. She sent some maintenence men up to fix it, they didnt speak English so my boyfriend had to translate and they agreed with us. And now shes saying its no big deal. Dont live here, please, they are remodeling the whole place cause it sucks.

My fridge was not working the first week and we had asked them to fix it 3 times before they sent someone over. My dishwasher has been broken for 5 months and we whenever we mention it they say they will send someone but it never happens. The office isnt always open when it says it will be, you have a 50/50 chance someone will be there during office hours and everyone there has a bad attitude and does not care about anything. I will never lease with them again and I will never refer anyone to them. HORRIBLE COMPLEX DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

I currently live here and had roaches completely infested in my bed walls im killing at least 40 a day no exaggeration!!! Ive had them since i moved in and have to get hotels because its unliveable so gross so embarrassed yo have anyone over and the problem is only getting worse

I signed my contract with them for a year and on my move in date the first day I stepped in the apartment I saw like 5 cockroaches. I went to Walmart to buy some bombs for the roches I left them in and left for about 4 hours when I came back it was full with roches all the roches that we’re hiding came out no lie my husband and I saw about 20 to 30 cockroaches it was disgusting we didn’t even last a day in we talked to management and they broke our lease we couldn’t live in a place like that specially because we have 2 babies. I even have a video and pictures. These apartments should be closed down!!! SERIOUSLY DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!! I lost 150 dollars for nothing !!!! GET OUT!! STAY OUT !!!

Worst apartments Ive ever lived in. Very poor job on the carpeting and flooring. Really old oven that doesnt have a timer. First move in there were dead cockroaches and bugs everywhere. In the room I am in there is a constant buzzing vibration and it sounds like the ac motor or some type of machine right in the wall that is soooo loud and annoying keeps me up sometimes. You can hear when it starts up and shuts down. Its that loud. Ac vents dont even have covers or ways to position the air flow in the room so it just blows straight which is very inconvenient. If you want comfort and cleanliness move elsewhere.

Wish they did something about people’s kids. These parents let them do whatever tf they want. When I tried making a noise complaint nothing was done.

This is by far the worst apartment complex Ive ever lived in. It is seriously infested with cockroaches and they let me sign a lease knowing there was cockroaches in the apartment before I moved in. That is illegal theyre trying to tell me they have a pest control coming once a week and that should take care of it. Its been 3 months and my apartment is still infested. Please if you are considering moving into this apartment complex think again because you will go through a living hell.

Worst place even my brother lives here an i come over alot. An his fridge went out an they still havent came an its been 4 hours. The second bathroom toilet never drains properly. Old ass stove from like 1980. Half the outlest are loose. Dont waist your money here.

My husband and I moved in here and we hate it. Like others have said, the trash is over overflowing, the neighbors are horrendous and mean, the laundry facility is disgusting (one time they locked the door when we still had our clothes drying!), and the one bedroom apartments look nothing like the pictures. We are already planning on moving out. Also, the people in the office are also no help when it comes to asking them to fix things. I dont recommend anyone to move here.

Well, My BH providers,Assurance Health and Wellness, hooked me up w this place. My family of 5,lived in 3pts. In a pop up camper last yr. CPS DID NOT approve..Removed my 3 children from them from our custody😥.. So they got me in here on 30% of my income,including my utillitys. Now that we have stable housing our children can be returned Home to Us!!😂i think the spanish speaking maintenance guys are great! They are friendly,and do good fast work. And the office Peps, rock!!

Ok. First week here and I already caught some tweaker hudlom on my 2nd floor balcony looking in to see what I have in here. He started when I opened the blinds but I know what he looks like. If this continues, Im afraid Im gonna seek legal help and get all my leasing costs and rent back and relocate.

Management is unprofessional, it’s not safe to live here rent keeps going up and it’s not even worth it because they don’t fix them up . I’ve been trying to have them change the carpet because my son is allergic fuzz . Now I have to contract professional pest control three times because theirs cockroaches and they won’t go away . iMy neighbor is always on drugs the cops are always there she doesn’t answer her door there has been times where there’s different type of guys that look for her knock on my door I feel unsafe I cannot wait until my contract is up so I can leave this place unfortunately you never know what you sign up for not recommended to anyone with kids or living alone it’s unsafe and dirty

Looked at a perspective apartment for Kenny and he noticed the shotty dry wall job on the celing. He asked if he could excuse himself... at least he still has his manners!

I would have given it 4 stars but Im using a wheelchair and the entrance to the building harms my wheelchair tires and the ground is very unsafe.The kids are kids.Theres a pool and laundromat.Staff is friendly.
