I been living in this apartment complex for not too long and it has been nothing but a hassle to get the maintenance team to assist with my work orders. When first moving in the water heater was out and had no warm/hot water for roughly two weeks. Put in work order when moving in due to not having a screen on my window, plug are super lose and they don’t work. Yet I had mention this to the maintenance team and the office and nothing has been resolved. They need to bring out an electrician to fix this issue since the plug are super lose but I am aware that they do not wanna spend the money on this, while working on the industry myself I know that they are able to assist with this and none of my work orders have been completed and been living here for 2 months. I been a understandable residence due to understanding that emergencies happen but it’s been two months and I have not complain since I am aware that things do happen in this industry. Yet I had to baby sit my mothers two dogs and received a letter stating I had a dog living with me and that I have to vacant in 10 days while my mother is in the hospital due to cancer and the dogs have only been in my home for not even one week. Called multiple times on 4/9/2021 to speak with the office and had no luck with no one answering, but are so quick for rent money. If this doesn’t get resolved I will be goingto the corporate office so my work orders can be completed in a timely manner. I will be contacting the office tomorrow and definitely will be forwarding this email to them as well. After 5 o’clock the office doesn’t seem pick up there phones even though they don’t close until 5:30. They should be worrying about the trash that residents leave outside there homes that attract cockroaches, yet they want to send a letter to vacant but can’t answer the phone. No communication to get a hold of them.

I went in person to this complex. There wasnt any availability for what we need but I was still so impressed by the woman who helped me. Daniella was her name.Im commenting because the 1st person you see at a business is the face of your company so although you had no apartments available, Daniella made me want to go back & keep checking.Well done.Hoping theres a move out so I can move in.

Overall did not seem like a bad apartment; instantly caught my eye. I went in person to get a quote on the current available rates for a 1x1 and was told by Danielle S. in the front office, $1137 would be the price on a 1x1 Luxe Apartment. To me, it was exceptional considering I was asking for an immediate move in. I was told to go to the Domain 3201 website and apply for the apartment, I was also told “The rates might be different online but it shouldn’t matter, apply for the apartment anyways and the rate will still be $1137” Paid the $45 application fee for them to tell me the apartment I applied for was somewhere around $1200+. I have been calling and leaving voicemails since 7/9/2021 asking for a call back, and no return. Finally, we got a hold of someone for them to tell me they were not sure why I was given that rate and there was nothing they can do for me. Overall, I understand the way applying for an apartment goes & should have known not to apply unless the rate said different on the application. I thought it was super inconsiderate that they give out willingly false information and advertisement for their apartment complex.

My husband and I moved here with the intention to rent at Domain 3201. We did an application and held the apartment we thought we wanted. Well, THANK GOD we went to look at the property before making any moves. This place is NOTHING like the pictures posted. Do not let it fool you! The property is SO SO SO bad and amenities are nothing like they are pictured. We stopped to talk to some residents who had only been there a month and have already witnessed mailboxes being completely broken into so all mail is being sent to post office now. It has been two weeks and maintenance still hasnt helped resolve this issue. Aside from that, the parking is horrible, they had their car towed from their own spot. I honestly cant say enough bad things. My husband stayed quiet until the end where he told them to pull the hold on the apartment because there is no way we will be living there!

Communication is horrible. Changed the move in date 3 times, and when we moved in, the apartment wasn’t even ready yet. The tub needed to be resurfaced still and that took until the following week to be done. There was NO bathroom door. Leaking kitchen sink and dishwasher full of water. Every one of these issues I’ve had to call multiple times or physically go into the office to keep asking about. Also, seems like we are the only people that actually pick up after our dog and it’s disgusting.

Ive been living here for 7 months now and could not be happier. The folks working in the front office are always polite, maintenance is always prompt and friendly, and I am blessed with mostly mellow neighbors. Living at Domain 3201 means a longer commute for me, but its well worth it to have a good looking apartment, nice amenities, and friendly staff. Ive had a rough time with other properties in Tucson, but not this one. Im so pleased, that if I choose to move back to California, I will definitely be looking for other Aspen Square properties.

My experience here at Domain 3201 has been amazing so far! I have only lived here since last month (July 2020), and the front staff was amazing. The property manager Elena is amazing and showed us my apartment on the same day we walked in. Elena was very understanding of my complicated situation and allowed us to do same day move in after showing it to us. While doing my application for the apartment I had many questions about the process and they made me very comfortable In asking questions about the process and helping me with it, as its my first time renting in my own name. I have lived in many apartments and frequently move all around Tucson due to family and I can say confidently that Elena and the entire leasing office is definitely the most helpful group that I have encountered while living in apartments. Also, the apartment is very clean and I have had no problems with roaches. Parking is a little packed, but nothing crazy like some say, maybe a two minute walk MAX.Nothing but praise for my review, definitely will recommend others to check this place out!

After moving out about a week ago, I unfortunately have to give this place a 1/5 star review. I am a very easy going & reasonable person and have never come close to giving this low of a review before. I have given this place so many chances and time after time, things have just gotten worse. Im going to try and break up everything into the pros and cons.Pros:This place is very inexpensive and my two bedroom was only $930 a month. Although a ton of things in my apartment broke, maintenance did fix them very quickly. There are also a decent amount of amenities and for the most part they are fairly enjoyable (Pool, gym). The grounds are kept up nicely and the grass and trees are actually maintained very well. Unfortunately all of this is offset by all the issues myself and other tenants have had...Cons:Where do I even begin. First off, lets talk about safety. This is a non-gated community which means that it is open to the public. Be prepared for tons of homeless and random people to swarm the place at night and break into cars. The police are here all the time for tons of different things. Around the beginning of May (5/1/2019) about 6 cars were broken into and of course everything inside was stolen. The same night people were caught on top of the leasing office trying to break in. About two months before, I came out to my car and found it sitting on BRICKS in my reserved spot. A group of people literally drove in, jacked my car up and stole all my wheels and tires (pictured). No joke, this all happened in front of a ton of apartments and not one person saw ANYTHING. People have also broken into and stolen all the equipment out of the gym multiple times. When I suggested that a cheap $150 security system be installed near the front of the building, I was told by management that there is not a chance that is happening. If you ever want to have something delivered to your apartment, just forget about it. The package system here is an absolute nightmare. Packages get lost all the time and the last three Amazon orders I have places have just disappeared. I have confirmation that the packages were handed to a resident at the front office and have never seen them since (pictured). Parking is insane here and unless you pay an extra $30 a month for a reserved spot, you are not going to have a fun time. There is also no recycling at all in this complex. Are you kidding me? Its 2019 and all of these apartments have to throw away everything..?!While these apartments & the model unit look great from the outside, they can be compared to lipstick on a pig. Everything is seconds from falling apart and although maintenance will repair it quickly, the quality just isnt there. My washer and dryer broke down three times before they decided to replace it. Also I came home one day to find water pouring out from my kitchen light fixture. Turns out the water heater in the apartment above was leaking and was moments away from flooding our apartment. One of my buddies on the other side of the apartment wasnt so lucky and his apartment was completely flooded (pictured). There is also a ton of cockroaches here and you WILL see them in your apartment (pictured). The walls are paper thin and if you live on the bottom floor, you will hear your neighbors above all the time. Get ready for high utility bills also because the quality of the window fixtures allows for tons of air to pass through.Overall this place just isnt worth it. It does not feel safe whatsoever and for just a little bit more you can live in a much better community. I could go on and on but quite frankly Im getting sick of writing this review. If you tour this place, look past the amenities, landscaping and events the front office hosts. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone and advise to look elsewhere. Feel free to write me with any questions and I will gladly answer them. Thanks

If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would. If you are looking for an apartment in Tucson, do not live here! The parking is absolutely atrocious and they do not have enough spaces as tenants that live there, let alone for guests. And besides that, you have to pay for parking, it is not included in the rent (that is already high). So, not only do you pay for parking, you are still not guaranteed a spot because people will still park in your spot. This happened to me on numerous occasions. I would get home late, my spot would be taken and I would have to park across the street and cross Ina alone in the dark. Not only is this not safe, it is completely absurd considering I was paying an extra $20 a month for parking. I would let management know and they would apologize and nothing more. I asked for a reimbursement of the days I could not park there, which came out to about $4 and they would not do it. Can you believe that? Could not part with $4 to make a resident feel heard, understood and appreciated.I also had water damage while I lived there. The tenant upstairs broke a pipe and the water came through the walls and roof and ruined parts of my wall, floor, and personal things and do you think they did anything? Of course not, why would they? I paid my exuberant rent early every month, so as long as they get paid, they dont really care about much else. I thought they would offer to move me apartments free of charge, or reimburse me part of my rent, but they did none of those things. Instead, they had someone from maintenance come and scrape the wall where the water damage was and paint over it. When he did this, dont think he put down newspaper or anything to keep the paint from getting on things because he did not. So, many of my small portraits and things had white paint spackled all over them. In the end, they did absolutely nothing for the water damage, did not reimburse me a penny for my ruined things or time spent trying to get someone to come and stop the leak. Not only did someone not stop the leak, they didnt even clean up the water, they asked me to do it. I was in total disbelief.I have a lot more I can say but I will just say one final thing. When I moved out, I was expecting a check for my deposit. Do you think I got a check? Why, you are correct. Of course not! Instead they sent me a bill. They charged me $56 for 2 broken blinds. Crazy right?I cannot stress it enough, do not move here. They are money hungry and do nothing to help you. They only care about getting paid. They do not care about your safety (they do not have security cameras), you may have to walk home late at night when someone is parked in your paid for spot, and they do not care about you as a person. If you move here, all you will get are fees and bills.I am so very grateful that I moved out and never have to live there again.

This place used to be great, but the longer I have been here the more I realize that they are just money hungry. First, we referred someone, they tried to never give us the discount for that, constantly stating “I have to check on that”. Then they call, “it’s approved, and will be applied the 1st”. The 1st comes around and our online account says “0.00 balance”. No one is at the office, and I don’t know my new total, so I called. It was New Years, so of course no ones in. We leave a message, because one day late is a $50 fee. The next day, I wake up, check my balance what do you know, the balance and a $50 fee has been applied. But why? When it wasn’t my fault? Eventually got that squared away. The second and most irritating part about living here is parking. They’re slowly turning every spot into a “VIP” because apparently paying over $1000 a month for rent isn’t good enough, and you need to pay $30 for parking if you don’t want to walk from the other side of the complex after a long day at work already. I miss the old management, things like these did not go down this way. I’m giving 2 stars because my first year here was amazing, or I wouldn’t have referred a new resident. If things keep heading down this path, I’ll be out before my lease is even over.

I have lived here for about 18 months now and have really enjoyed the time I have spend here. There are plenty of amenities and the grounds are kept better than other apartments I have lived in around town. I wish the apartment sizes were bigger and we had more shaded parking, but we have all we need and the full sized washer and dryer are definitely a plus for us. The office staff has changed a couple of times since we have moved but each time they are accommodating and helpful with whatever we need.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is not a luxury apartment, it is not even an average apartment, it is one of the worst complexes I have ever seen. My sister moved in a week or so ago, heat didnt work for several days in freezing winter temperatures. Toilet didnt flush, but it does leak horribly. Apartment was filthy from top to bottom, cobwebs on the ceiling and what appears to be actual feces smeared on one of the walls. There is a hole in the floor. The bedroom door knob fell off in her hand the first time she closed it. The built-in shelving was filthy and had insect exoskeletons lining the floor. There is severe water or termite damage to all the windowsills and most of the walls that is covered up very poorly with a terrible paint job. Shower drain was completely clogged with hair. It is disgusting, cheap, floor is uneven and squishy, seems like it will fall through at any minute. They charge extra for covered parking, but there not enough uncovered places to park, forcing residents to pay. Total rip off! They took a dilapidated broken down complex, painted it, stuck a bunch of fake flowers in the ground and called it luxury. The website is a complete lie. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!

((Read this review potential renters))AVOID THIS APARTMENT! So, the apartment complex said if the residences left a review -- they would be put in the runnings for a $20 gift card. So here we go. I hope I win. So, I have had a great experience at the complex and the maintenance has been phenomenal. But, even before moving in, my plan was to buy a house. Im closing on a house this week and I called to see what the stipulations were in breaking the lease. There is no leniency or compassion when buying a house and I have to pay $1500 to break my lease. I finally found the right house after a year plus, and I really wish there was some sort of leniency with the life-changing purchase. I hope the management reads this, and considers cutting me a break – – since the $1500 break is compounded on top of closing cost for a house. UPDATE: I could even get back my $10 VIP parking spot even though Ive officially moved out. NO compassion on ANY angle and please, avoid this damn place due to the piss poor management and no parking. Last Update: I received yet another bill in the mail at my new house, and it stated that iota $116 for miscellaneous repairs, that was after they gave me a nice discount on the costs. And I did not have the mail piece delivered to me until 11 days after the bill was issued. Further, the letter also threatened to impact my credit if not paid within 10 days of being issued. This is probably the worst possible experience I have ever had dealing with a business in my life. The head manager at the place was completely awful, and her staff for minions were just as bad. I tried to have one of the staff members justify the letter and the false threat and she commenced in babbling for about a minute before I had to cut her off. Do not rent from this place and I really hope every potential renter reads just this one review.

These apartments have been an oasis here in Tucson to us. Though we had a hiccup getting them to accept our dog to live with us since he is a husky, and the gas tanks for the grill are constantly empty, they have made up by openly communicating with us. We have been here a little over a year. Our dog has ripped our blinds several times and to keep the community clean and neat as they should they have offered to replace them for us several times. They keep the amenities fairly clean and they are constantly up keeping on their landscape. They have also made it easy to transition from one owner to another which is appreciated as it has happened several times in my time leasing here. Our neighbors and community is relatively calm and quiet for apartments in the area and we have always felt safe here compared to other places in the area. Lastly you cannot beat the location, close to grocery stores, shopping and lots of food options and close to the highway to get to wherever you need.

I moved in last year and recently renewed my lease. Theyve now owned the property for about 2+ years and a lot of these reviews seem to be more complaints of transition issues and working out the kinks. I have had no trouble with the staff-- I stop in regularly to the office to pick up my packages (super happy that they keep them for me and allow delivery when Im not home), in fact they are very pleasant and helpful when I have work orders that need to be done. The dog park has been a huge help to get my dogs energy out when I get home from work. My only complaint is the parking is a little difficult, but they do offer solutions if you pay only a little more for reserved spots. It seems that people feel disadvantaged by those willing to pay, but I am currently paying for spots and feel that it is a fair solution to the problem.

Ive lived at Domain 3201 for a 10 months now. The apartments are very NOISY and quite frankly I feel over priced for what they are. Have you heard the phrase: Lipstick on a Pig, that describes them perfectly. I signed a lease 10 mos ago in April, thinking it was a 12 mo. lease. Come to find out it was a 11 mo. Granted I should have looked, but you know how leases go, they never mentioned the length! So shockingly, my rent is going up $60 mo. WAY TOO MUCH! In addition, rents in AZ are based on heat. April was the hottest month in history this last year, 115. So by making it a 11 month lease, I know am considered still in Winter, so justifying the HIGH increase. When I questioned why 11 mos. I was told: We only have so many 12 mo. leases. BULL LIE CHEAT and GREED

After doing some reading on the reviews here I feel this complex isnt getting the kudos it deserves. My review is strictly based off my personal experience with the staff, neighbors, environment, and living lifestyle. 100% truthful personal review about Domain 3201, I have been renting since May and its been a great experience so far. For Starters, the office staff, they have all been nothing but incredibly sweet and friendly towards me in every little way. Avril, she was my original leasing agent and was incredibly helpful in making me feel completely confident in the floor plan I wanted. She listened to my needs and wants and she delivered. Next, Jessica, shes been incredibly sweet to work with, she has always been there ready and prepared whether on the phone or in person to answer all of my questions and satisfy all of my concerns Ive had (regarding rent ect.) she really has been a doll to work with which brings me to their manager Brianna. She has been nothing but understanding towards me when certain situations arose that were beyond my control, whether it was issues regarding noise or rent shes always been poised towards providing a happy living experience, she is understanding and genuinely cares about not only her tenants but her employees as well. As far as neighbors go, Ive lived in a lot of different areas and dealt with a lot of different people, I can attest that Domain 3201 does a great job with their background checks. My neighbors have been great the only complaint I have had is the vibration noise do to thinner ceilings but my neighbors have done a good job at remaining courteous because of my strict alternating work schedule I need to get my rest and neighbors are quick to honor noise complaints and quite hours. As far as the environment goes understandably, someone cannot be patrolling the complex minute to minute in order to pick up trash or cigarette buds so every now and then there are a few irritating misc flying around however, the people that live in the community are quick to pick up and discard those things, I myself will pick up a few trash items from time to time and throw them away on my way back from the gym, its an apartment complex filled with a community of people, things will not always be tip top perfect but I feel we all do a good job at keeping things looking good as much as possible. Lastly the living lifestyle here is great, theyve got a great main pool (I havent used yet) by the front office and they also have a private lagoon pool that is only accessible to certain renters and weve done a great job of keeping that area looking great. Lastly but not least the gym! They have a great gym that has all the essentials including quality free weights and an awesome multi-function cable machine along with treadmills and bikes. Though my rent personally is around the $900-950 range (after water/sewage/trash) I do not regret making the move to Domain 3201. Anyone can come on here and rant about how great or bad this place is but honestly come and decide for yourself instead of taking peoples word (including mine) for it. Hope this helps!

I tried to apply to these apartments, and put down a $99 reserve for an apartment in addition to the $90 worth of application fees ($45 a person) and I got denied. But I was told multiple times that the $99 was going to be refunded to me if I was denied. This was almost a month ago when I was denied and I still don’t have the money. When I call the lines are always busy, and when I go in, it’s always “I emailed the accounting department... we can’t cut checks here... all we can do is wait.” This was after one of the people in the office told me that the check would be sent out on the 15th of July, it is now August 9th and I still haven’t gotten it. It turns out the person who told me the 15th was wrong and it was supposed to be sent out on the 31st, and I would have the check by Friday the 2nd or Monday the 5th at the latest. I have been told hard timeframes by everyone I have talked to and not one of them has been accurate. I love management, I love the people here but the only reason I am writing this review is because I don’t want someone to go through what I went through with not the people and management of the place just my place in general. I’m writing a review strictly on how I feel on my apartment and my living situation and the reason I’m being very specific is because I don’t want management to think they haven’t done their job because they have with every work order I have asked and even didn’t ask for they just checked up on and made sure. So I don’t want y’all to feel like you haven’t helped in any way. I’m writing this strictly because I’m very traumatized with the amount of roaches I have in my place considering the amount me and my family pay. My house is very clean. It started when we first moved in but we called and got that sprayed ASAP than next thing you know we had them everywhere so asked for bombing ASAP they came in and bombed and IT GOT WORSE. I’m traumatized man sometimes I cry because of how many there are and the money I’m paying. I’ve been here 10 months. I’m scared to sit on my couch my floor or even go to sleep on my own dayum bed. Many times ive woke up to something crawling on me multiple times they are in my bathroom my kids bathroom they are everywhere and idk where they are coming from. I bleach and everything it get tiring i have to throw out all my couches and everything when I leave. I just pray I get my deposit back to buy new ones. I have thrown out countless amounts of food that hasn’t even been opened like rice flour counter fruits and veggies. I can’t even keep a fruit or veggie bowl. One time left my potatoes out and the next day I say baby roaches eating my brand new store bought potatoes!!!! I can’t leave bananas or anything like that. I can’t even leave like a cake platter I have to put things in boxes or in the fridge if they aren’t packaged completely to the point where they can’t touch it and I have to wash every clean dish because they are on my dishes and in my dishwasher. I would call management again but Dealing with the bombing and having to put everything up and in bags boxes on shove everything in the middle of my apartment when I have kids and stuff is tiring. I’m just tired. Make sure you are able to view your apartment before you move in and make sure that you look for any signs of bugs. I loved living here for the most part as of community wise but other than that it’s been a nightmare and moving is going to be a night mare since we have to inspect ever single thing to make sure we don’t bring it to our next home! I don’t think it’s every apartment. Most of my neighbors don’t have the same problem but than again I don’t talk to them all. Pest control stated my fridge and sewage has something to do with what is going on in my apartment and that they are attracted to such things. Either way idc. All I want is for the complex to block off my apartment number when’s I move out and remove every single roach out before giving it to another’s soul because I tell ya if they are not as nice as me there will definitely be an issue because I’m sorry I’m horrified. Also the kitchen is way too small for a two bedroom. Other than that management is bomb and so Ian the front office. I haven’t had any issues and they are always on task. If I was looking to stay here again for another lease I would but I would definitely have to talk to management about a different apartment one that hasn’t not had any problems with bugs.

I would give zero stars on this place, but there is no option for that. The manager there is very rude, Brianna is her name I think. I didnt even finalized a lease contract with these people and they want to keep me under the contract. I explained my situation to her and why I was not going to be able to move into the apartment and she didnt seem to care and told me I needed to pay the fee for breaking a lease to an apartment I never got!!!. She didnt seem very helpful, obviously she must get commission for every apartment she rents, and when she knew she wasnt getting me to rent there her attitude changed right away. I called corporate to deal with this situation, but they didnt answer. I am frustrated and I dont even live there.

This place is a re-named, re-painted, remodeled ASHTRAY. Just as before, the apartments REEK of cigarette smoke, so it is completely uninhabitable to sensitive and allergic non-smokers. People smoke inside their apartments and it smells like theyre in your apartment smoking.

My experience:Good location, apartments look okay and nicer than surrounding apartments for the price but paper thin walls paired with noisy-uncooperative neighbors at 12am who say Its Saturday night geez, were trying to keep it down and dont understand not everyone works a m-f, 9-5 really doesnt bode well for us. Also upstairs neighbors are probably walking around like any normal human but sound like elephants from the lower apartments.Overall nice office staff, but no basic administration services are offered such as letting residents know when they have packages that have arrived and they always seem to be busy. There is a portal online to pay rent and to submit maintenance request, but nothing to submit other things like noise complaints.Parking is very iffy, sometimes I work late and have to park in a completely different lot than where my apartment is located due to anyone being able to park here without registering guests cars. One time I had to park my car in a fire lane because I couldnt find an open parking spot. Of course there were many open premium spots, but I dont have $30 to spend on Covered parking. One last thing that comes to mind is the kitchen: nice appliances, but very small in size. Hard to work with if you prefer to eat in and have canned goods and spices (no pantry) . Fridge is big though and oven is new so it works consistently.Overall: thin walls, creaky cielings, small storage, small kitchens and bathrooms, less administration services than my last apartment where we paid around $700/month. And no 12 month rent because of reasons (aka made up excuses by coorperate to get renters to pay more money for rent increases, sooner. And for them to charge more per month because its technically a short term lease) oh. And roaches. Expect roaches.

Everyone in the community is quiet, and polite. The apartment I rented was handed to me in pristine condition. The common areas are always well kept and beautiful, all the pools are kept clean, the dog park and the outdoor court and excersie areas are very nice. The gym is great for cardio intensive excercise and some light weight lifting routines. There is also a Yoga room, and a business office where you can print documents. The staff is absolutely top notch; Elaine, Ali, and Brianna are always happy and eager to help. There is always someone in the leasing office you can approach about any issues and its even open on Saturdays. They also plan cool events accross the year which are always fun to attend to, and are a great opportunity to meet your neighbors. Enough cannot be said about how amazing is the staff. All around a great place to live at.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! This place has been taken over by new management and they are BY FAR the absolute rudest people I have ever encountered ANYWHERE!!!! As soon as my lease is up Im OUT!!! The manager Michelle is a COMPLETE nightmare. If she doesnt like what you have to say she will claim youre being rude and simply hang up on you! Its a running joke with all of the neighbors here!!! If I could rate this place NO STARS I would have!! Spend your rent money somewhere where the management actually APPRECIATES their residents!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

DO NOT LIVE HERE. I lived here for one year and when my boyfriend and I first moved in there was no fixtures in the bathroom! Then within the first couple days we had cockroaches. Then when we went to use our washer and dryer for the first time, it flooded out apartment and the apartment below it because they didnt hook it up properly. Then it shook and rattled the entire apartment during the spin cycle because they didnt hook it up properly. That took weeks to work right and we had to use the laundry room on site and they didnt cover the cost of use. Then, our AC drain plug wasnt hooked up and flooded our bathroom and ruined everything under the sink. The shower faucet leaked and sprayed all over the bathroom and they were going to take days to fix so we had to fix it ourselves. All in the first few weeks of move in!!! The quality of the renovation is garbage. There was a DIME painted into the floorboard, the drawers in the kitchen were disgusting. They painted over tons of dust, hair and trash in the drawers. THEN ON MOVE OUT we paid $75 to have them clean the apartment. However, on the night we gave them the keys and the money they then told us after the fact that it doesnt cover appliances. So we went and bought $30 of expensive cleaners and spent two hours scrubbing the appliances. We just got what was supposed to be our security deposit in the mail and they are charging us $1,400 to fully replace the carpets and fully repaint the entire apartment and extra cleaning fee and extra cleaning for the oven and fridge. Id give 0 stars if I could.

Don`t rent here. They only care the community looks outside and don`t do anything to improve appartments. We are living next to swimming pool and we were facing extreme noise for 2-3 months when they renovated the pool. The new manager is very rude and have very wrong attitude.

I wish this place would have had reviews before I attempted to live here. About a month ago I put down a deposit to hold an apartment and paid the application fee. My apartment was apparently being renovated so I didnt have a chance to even see it before I would move into it. After placing the holding deposit they called me and told me I had 48 hours to sign the lease or I would lose both my application fee and holding deposit. Not wanting to lose my deposit I went in and signed most of the pages that I agreed with even though on page 4 it says you need to view the apartment before signing the lease, I asked to see the apartment and they still wouldnt let me see it because it wasnt ready. I should have refused to sign anything until the apartment was ready but they made it seem like that was the only option. After all that was done and before my move in date I was never offered to see the apartment after it was done and then I got offered a job in elsewhere, and thinking they might be understanding and let me out of the lease only forfeiting the deposit and application fee, but I was wrong they told me I was either gonna have to sign a 3 month lease at around 150% of the normal price or pay the amount of 2 months lease to get out of the lease. This is all before I had even moved in or seen the apartment. The manager said she would try to help but it didnt seem like it at all and when I started asking questions about why I had to sign 2 days after my deposit and why I was still on the hook for the lease for the apartment when I was supposed to view it before signing the lease she said it was company policy. She got very defensive and was snobby and rude when I wouldnt just agree to pay $1400 to get out of the lease. I asked for a copy of my lease when the manager wasnt there and come to find out I hadnt completed it and they hadnt even signed it themselves, yet they still wouldnt let me out of it. Arizona landlord and tenant act does state that completed paperwork should be completed and given to tenant on request in a timely manner. Luckily after multiple discussions that went to the extent of me getting legal advice they found a replacement for my apartment that needed to move in right away I got out of having to pay the two months rent but still wasnt reimbursed my original deposit. My advice is 1. Not move into this apartment 2. If you do decide to move into this apartment make sure to read arizonas landlord and tenant act and no your rights (The manager very snobbily had words from their attorneys on why they dont follow it, so be careful) 3. Dont sign the lease before seeing the apartment you might move into, read the lease carefully and make sure the fulfill everything before you sign it.Besides The manager the other people working there were very nice and helpful but the manager and corporate made it a very stressful situation. I may have lost some money but at least I can warn others before they make the mistake of moving here.
