I just Celebrate My 30th Birthday here September 26th 2021. I had the best experience! The food and service was good and the venue looked so beautiful 😍. Patricia made my dreams come true she did an amazing job. The bartender Claudia was awesome too.5/5 Recommend

I did NOT expect the venue to be as nice as it really was! Booked for my nephews baptism party and it went great! We had Claudia as a bartender which she made all of our guests feel at home. She joked, laughed and even danced with us. Thanks for everything!Definitely recommend 5/5.

I had my wedding on September 3, 2021. I excepted a lot but was disappointed at the end. The main reason the owner left two women to take charge for my wedding, Claudia and Kristy. They did not follow the program at all. During our solo dance supposedly I was going to have fog and the chandler lights, I had to tell them after the fact. They didnt even clean up the plates like they were suppose too and mainly that was their job. They did not use the champagne glasses that my mother made and spilled champagne on the floor. They as well accused us stealing a cupcake stand. They drank and danced at the party, I mean they could have if they at least did their job in the first place but they didnt.Then they charged us because some of the guest messed up the toilet. The owner told us it was our fault for not getting a security guard but as a owner of a place you would have to provide one in case of a accident or an issue. We ran out of the soda drinks which we had paid for 150 people but we had less then a hundred people show up which is a bit weird because supposedly that would come included. Beware of those two women of taking charge of that party. Upside the venue looked beautiful.

Omg … where do I start !!I had the honor to have my wedding reception at this beautiful venue on 6/12/21 . The staff is extremely helpful.Victor is amazing, I grew a personal relationship with him he is so nice . He would answer any question I had and made me feel secure that everything was going to go as planned .The food was amazingly delicious .The venue is beautiful & very spacious. The cake was delicious and big .I give Ibiza Banquet Hall 10 stars ⭐️

Clean place, average ( getting to below) service !! I dont know what kind of packages regarding price and services they offer. My review is based as a party guest.I can called the service below average, not rude but a lot of areas of improvement they can work on it.

They are straight trash don’t come to this place I came as a guest and they served the food till 11pm and the party started at 7 the food was cold and not cooked the meat was raw!!! I got cold hard pasta and soggy bread if I had a chance to give -1 star I would! Bad service no organization at all the chocolate fountain did not work on the top layer had chocolate the rest did not get it.BEFORE YOU EDITED your thing it aid chicken it was meat hunny im a chef i know my meats and if its chicken it way badder because you can get salmonella
