Maintenance crew is very good and office staff is amazing

I have been a resident here for many years I love the friendly environment here I have a sense of peace living here we have a great matinence crew and a great office staff the office staff is very kind helpful and welcoming to me the apts are very nice and I hope to continue living here

These apartments are horrible worst experience ever lived here a year within the first couple of months we noticed a mice/rat infestation You could hear them in the walls and see them running throughout property after several complaints the only thing that was done was mouse traps were handed to me a couple of months later new neighbors move in up stairs Dirtier than the desert next to the property.they would pile up the trash bags next to their door along with several pizza boxes causing more mice and rats to come eventually entering surrounding apartments complaints followed, nothing was done I also reached out to corporate quarter penny they would avoid all calls and messages redirecting them to the girls in the office which would again never be taken care of here is proof of mice digging there way into the apartment through the wall and with this I’m sure they will find a way to try and charge us for some Bogus damages.

I love this community because the environment here is beautiful and amazing view of mountains from the apartment. What I really like is its very near to the Tucson International Airport and also very close like 8 mins drive to Walmart, Frys and all other Shopping malls, Restaurants and grocery stores. This place is very commute to travel in buses like 2 minutes walk from the apartment. The Office Staff and maintenance is very helpful. I recently had an issue with the refrigerator, So I complained, they quickly came to check and understood the problem and within couple of days got replaced with new refrigerator. Thanks to the staff to be so quick to solve the issue.

I fell in love with this property 20 years ago and have never looked back. The staff in the office outstanding. Always willing to help out residents on a very friendly and quick manner. Personable describes the office staff and knowledgeable. Moving onto the maintenance staff outstanding. Quick on work orders, always making sure the pool and deck are perfect. Not a speck of trash left on the ground when they go through every morning and pick it up. Always friendly and courteous. They are respectful of the residents. The grounds are well maintained. And to Quarterpenny Management they are the best. They take care of their employees which in turn come back to the residents. And they take care of the people who live here. The upgrades they did in each apartment over the past year and a half, just gives a person another reason to live here.20 years and counting. This will be my home for the rest of my life.Come take a tour and you will fall in love with it here and want to make The Missions at Setinal Peak your home .Come and be my neighbor.💚💜

Do not believe the prices they state on their website. The bait n switch crooks in management will lie, cheat, and swindle your money. They even used the death of my beloved companion animal to steal from me. Apparently providing them with a death certificate from my vet was not enough proof to return the months of pet rent they owed me. They also falsely & illegally advertise that all apartments come with a dishwasher (they do not, unlike the fake model apartment they’ll show you if you tour the place).Management purposely makes paying rent as inconvenient as possible, so expect to pay hundreds of dollars in late fees. Even though the owners have the technical capabilities to set up automatic payments, they choose not to because they make more money by charging exorbitant fees for paying over the phone or for making a late payment. And you cannot even make 1-time payments online (that would be way too 21st century!!!!). Tough luck if your bank doesn’t issue free checks and/or if you work 9-5 and cannot physically go to the office in person to pay rent every month.It’s unfortunate the owners are so terrible because employees who work at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. The groundskeepers and maintenance team is great too. I’m sure the owners treat them even worse than they treat their tenants.No amount of friendly customer service or Taco Tuesdays will compensate for the sleazy criminals charging ridiculous fees. If you want better reviews, consider honest and upfront pricing, stop lying about amenities, and stop charging so many random fees.

First of all if it was possible I would give it no stars. 5 reasons why this apartment it absolutely horrible. #1 Roaches are taking over my place, just a second ago I walked in the kitchen to get some water and they were scattered everywhere having a family reunion in my kitchen. I sprayed raid, but they were fighting back, I cant forget to mention they can fly!!! yes, exterminators came to spray a little here, and a little there but they still came back with dozens of familys. Now #2 BEDBUGS!!! I came in here bedbug free and they want to tell me that I brought them, when dang well they know, they were already here. not to mention many other tenants had this same issue with bedbugs in their apartment. exterminator came and bedbugs were gone, but that doesnt clear up the fact that I had to pay for the bill when they should have. #3 Thin walls, have to hear the neighbors 24/7 making noise, and making love. #4 They make the security, do their dirty work by giving notices, when the security should be securing all the car thefts (3 cars have been stolen so far I have been here, so make sure you buy a club) .#5 Dont be fooled by the outside looks, yes they are nice, but they spend more time on the outside then the inside.so overall I do not Recommend this Apartment complex!!!

Living here since 2016 and went downhill last year when they decided to move me to another apartment 🤬

This place is awful. They never pick up the phone. You cant put money in your laundry card unless the office is open. And its open whenever they feel like opening it, regardless of their hours. There is COCKROACHES. They dont take your maintenance complaints seriously. 0/10, dont move here unless youre desperate.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IM JUST A VISTOR AND WATCHING THE WAY THE TREAT THERE TENANTS IS SAD ! MY WIFE MULTIPLE TIMES HAS BEEN HARASSED AND WATCHED ! BY THIS OLD MAN HE CONSTANTLY POUNDS ON THE WALLS AND REPORTS ANYTHING HE CAN THIS MAN DOESNT KNOW HER AND HE PRACTICALLY KNOWS EVERYTHING SHE DOES BECAUSE HE WATCHES . SHE TOLD THE OFFICE MULTIPLE TIMES DID NOTHING ! SECURITY EVEN COMES AND KNOCKS ON MY DOOR ALL THE TIME DIFFERENT HOURS OF THE NIGHT BECAUSE HES CALLING TO SAY SOMETHING WHEN WE DO NOTHING AT ALL . ITS A APARTMENT COMPLEX EVERYONE LIVES NEAR EVERYONE NOBODY HAS A PROBLEM BUT HIM IN HER COMPLEX . ITS DISGUSTING DISAPPOINTING GROSS AND ITS CROSSING THE LINE . YOU WONT FEEL SAFE OR AT HOME HERE . THE OFFICE WONT DO ANYTHING . THANK GOD ITS HER LAST MONTH ITS SUCKS SHE HAS TO LEAVE HER APARTMENT TO FEEL OKAY AND NOT WATCHED . THEY DONT EVEN HELP WITH ANYTHING ELSE SHE HAD TO SHOWER AT MY HOUSE BECAUSE THE HOT WATER DIDNT WORK AND THE HEATER WAS BROKE NOBODY CAME TO FIX IT . SMH!

The absolute worst living experience my little family has encountered...our first night here one of our cars was broken into! They have come to spray for pests TWICE already which is STILL not working, god forbid you need clean laundry! Went to wash laundry and by the end of the wash me clothes are STILL soaking wet i had to ring them out by hand! There are NEVER signs saying they dont work, mind you, you have to pay 1.75 a load just waisting money! We signed a year lease, but will be leaving as soon as we can in month six, its an incredible inconvenience to live here, not to mention they changed the mail boxes and havent given us keys! I called because my refrigerator leaks from the bottom a WEEK ago and nobodys shown up! Never been so frustrated, be advised, dont waste your time.

Horrible place to live. Management are super rude. One Time I submitted a work order for a window 4 months later it was not fixed had to do it my self. Everytime I submitted a work order they were rude and took forever to fix it or they just didnt added to the work order list. If you looking for a place to live dont even bother to look at this place. Right now Im moving because the apartment stinks because my trash disposal stopped working and they having fixed it because they forgot to add the apartment number to he order.

The complex is for the most part kept up as much as they can, however there is a bit of dog feces laying around, for that I blame lazy dog owners. The apartment complex addresses maintenance concerns in a timely manner and they will leave you paper work in your apartment informing you of what was done if you were not present. They lack on following up any of their residents complaints. The walls are very thin and I can hear EVERYTHING to give a really good example I can hear my neighbors cell phone vibrate before their alarm goes off in the morning. A lot of the times some of the washers and dryers dont work so beware. Overall I gave it 3 stars because their apartments are really cheap and you get what you pay for and this was a good first apartment to have. Ive been here for over a year and my lease it up soon I will however not be renewing just because I need more space and also need washer and dryer in unit because the residents here will leave their clothes in the machines for longest time which is very inconsiderate, so definitely tired of a shared laundry unit. *** Reading previous reviews just an FYI again Ive lived here for over a year and have not seen a roach here, thank goodness...

As for living there i cant give a rating because i have never lived there but they are really beautifull the landscape is beautifull as well, they look like Luxury apartments for cheap! I was really intrested to apply but when i got there the ladies seem like they really didnt want to help! Theyre lazy and they need to hire someone who is willing to help people and answer their questions. All she did was give me an application and walked away. She didnt explain what i need to be able to apply or the application fees etc. I really wanted to know more but i wouldnt even give it a chance after that. The need to be more professionals. Threw my applications away after that!

I have lived at mission Sierra apartments for three year one year when it was portefino and I never had to complain about n e maintenance problems or had n e cockroaches or n e other kind of pests if I didnt have had to move to the north side I would have stayed longer. Brianna and Nancy r great in the office and for David with maintenance is just awesome gonna miss u guys.!! Leah gastelum.

They only care about 1 thing the rent money they don’t care about the well being of the people living in the apartment also roaches everywhere I had to throw away so much food cause of that they came so many times to plant poison ect and it never changed roaches still take over my apartment

Roaches sometimes, waters shut off at times without warning, and the walls are very thin.
