Maddie was wonderful help to me as I toured the property and had the best customer service I could’ve asked for! Very sweet and helpful!!

Let me first say that Nick, the leasing manager, IS AMAZING. He is very helpful, cares about his residents, and all around a great guy!! We’ve been living at the Hedrick for over a month now (during quarantine), we were nervous about noise and sharing walls with neighbors since we came from a house, but it is amazing!! When you’re inside you can not hear your neighbors and when I ask if they can hear us they say the same thing. I say that because right now we are all having to stay at home and we still do not hear each other which makes it feel more like a house and less like an apartment/townhome. It’s great not having to worry about someone below or above you, and with the 3 bedroom you only share one wall. The floor plans feel spacious for the square footage, and overall a functional floor plan, the only downside is the bathrooms are small, but it allows for more space in the “hosting” areas so that was something that I was willing to give up. I am excited to have people over when everything is back to normal. Really happy with this place and I love that it’s a new build!

It was a little tricky to navigate the Numbered sections, especially as a first time guest thinking 1104 is building 11 when its actually building 1, and not all buildings have numbers visible from the parking lot. The home I visited was really nice, brand new, very spacious, and definitely somewhere I could see myself living.

The food was good but there were flies inside the premises, so the food was not enjoyed very much
